Frankie & Benny's in Cardiff

Came to F&B in Cardiff, ordered a starter which I asked as a starter and came after receiving my main meal. Asked for the starter to be taken off bill because I’m eating my main as it seemed they had forgotten. Didn’t like my meal and hardly ate it, waited around to be attended to to get a bill as we are on camera seen waiting at the booth, and left. My friend paid for both meals when we did not eat the meals at all, and both members of staff ignored us serving other tables/giving bills etc but not us and we were clearly unimpressed with the service and meal. No one should have to pay full price when the full chicken and spaghetti is on the plate. This place robbed and overcharges and provides terrible service and then complains when customers take matters into their own hands. Also threatened my friend. Check the cameras to see how we patiently waited. Will not be coming back here again.

I had a meal in Frankie and Benny's in St David's centre in Cardiff on 20th May. The staff were excellent, very attentive, friendly and efficient. I opted for a cheeseburger with a baked potato. It was delicious and the potato was cooked perfectly. The whole experience was excellent and I would definitely go there again and will recommend to friends and family.

It was really fantastic, food was amazing and came out really quickly. Service was brilliant, especially our server Beverley! Will definitely be coming back!

Had takeaway for my partner and I. Both had spag bol and was the worst have ever had. Very plain with no flavour at all. NY dippers were decent but had very fake tasting cheese.

Really delicious food for relatively not bad prices for a sit in restaurant. Really nice atmosphere as well. Food could have had a little side salad. But really recommend chicken burger 😋

I enjoyed my recent lunch visit to Frankie and Benny's in St David's Arcade. I was warmly greeted by the Manager and shown to my seat. Ordering was easy and I didn't have to wait long for my Peroni. For food I went for a simple Pizza and added toppings. A bonus was Frankie's Hot Sauce in bottles on every table. Very Spicy. My server, Amy, was excellent. Friendly and easy to talk to. Nothing was too much trouble. I'd definitely recommend this branch of Frankie and Benny's especially as they have a 2 course lunch menu for £12 something.

We as a group went there to have our dinner. All of us had the chicken burger and it was delicious. Cocktails 🍷🍸 very nice and very good. Some cocktails hand fun names. I particularly liked the cocktail named Por@⭐ Martini 🍸 The waitresses working there was very nice and had a very good attitude, attentive and very quick and hard-working. The place is located on the second floor of the shopping mall.

We were served by the lovely Beverly. She was super quick in serving and the food good as always

Visited a few weeks ago for a meal. Was shown to a seat quickly, but then had about 10 minutes wait before anyone came to take our order - despite the place being quiet. Food was OK, nothing special. Chavvy youths decided to chase each other into the restaurant, and were asked to leave. Wasn't a good experience at all

Had a super duper fab time. Food is pretty cheap, but very tasty. Was served by Amy; she was awesome and made me feel extremely welcome.

Food came quickly and was pretty good- for the price it was a little expensive but typical of a city centre restaurant. Lovely atmosphere and furnishings, came on a Monday night, it was nice and quiet but inviting. Service was excellent. Ryan was so friendly and attentive, they made us feel so welcome! (And they have a great sense of style too, I'm jealous of the boots 🔥). Hadn't been to F&B in over a decade up until this point, glad to have come back to a nice and warm experience. ♥️
