we came here to get some food after shopping before going to see hamilton, we were seated quickly by a friendly girl and our order was taken promptly, the food and drinks arrived quickly and we had our plates cleared and bill from Jess who was incredibly friendly and spoke to us about our plans for the rest of the day. she was so lush ugh love her slay girl

I had a lovely time when I came in on a say where it was known as busy (Rugby Sunday) but still me and partner received amazing service by our waitress Amy, she was quick and efficient and made us feel very welcomed as if we were served by a friend!

I was treating my three grandchildren to lunch and very impressed with the customer service from arrival to finish! All the staff made my grandchildren feel special by engaging with them ! The service was spot on and they couldn’t do enough for us !!! Amy was our main server and she really is a people’s person and was excellent !! She made the kids laugh and they loved their experience! Food was lovely and although busy we didn’t wait long ! Big shout out to the manger who has a great team under him!!

Unfortunately I had a bad experience at this restaurant. I ordered a Ceaser Salad, and all I got was 3 pieces of salad (uncut!), a few pieces of chicken , and croutons. Got shocked! Not at all what you expect when you order a Ceasar Salad. If you want to stay happy with the place, order a lasagna for example, that one is quite good.

Love the atmosphere! food and staff in this place are amazing. I did write the names down but lost the paper :/ I think it was catlin, maybe zoe and another person all treated me and my friend exceptionally! 100 percent am going back and one of the men who seated me somewhere comfortable because of my bad leg was an absolute gentleman. Thankyou so much for the wonderful food and service. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Frankie's has improved drastically over the years I've visited. Once a place I'd avoid but is now one of my favourite restaurants to go to. Not sure if it's down to a change in management or changes higher up the chain of command, but the food was great, well cooked with appropriate portion sizes and the atmosphere was very inviting but not to rowdy for a Saturday evening. Servers were all exceptionally friendly; not in an exaggerated customer service way but in a way that felt genuine.

We travel 120miles round trip every two weeks, great friendly service. Food is always well prepared served at the same time while piping hot and the staff are all very friendly and welcoming. Well done all.
