Went here on Wednesday night. Ordered a sharer starter which was delicious and presented beautifully! Then our mains came again delicious, so fresh and hot. Gemma was our main server and couldn’t do enough for us! As well as another lady who I believe was the manager. Overall service and food was excellent! Thank you!

Beverly served us and she's so friendly and nice. The food was good, arabiatta pasta could have been better but the blueberry pancakes and garlic bread was amazing!

8 of us attended 6 adults 2 children. Ordered garlic bread. Dry hard no taste. Meat balls dry. No sauce taste bland. Loaded fries ok at best Luke warm. Lasagne nice. Kids meals didn't last long so must of enjoyed. I think it's get it out no quality control. Very disappointed. I would normally send thus back. But due to being extremely hungry I did not want to wait to eat somewhere else.

We had the rack of ribs and the giant mozarella stick and it was all lovely. Isabelle served us and she was very friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

Since F&B have upped their image im honestly all in with you guys again. Quality over quantity and dont mind paying a bit more now if your going to keep the quantity at where it currently is.

Upstairs women's toliet are discussing tissue all on the floor. X2 of the toliet door locks didn't work. I had to use the down stairs disable toliet and that too was no better. Staff down stairs are fantastic but Upstairs x2 staff standing by the bar talking. Most of the tables empty but it's a massive queue to get in.

Had lunch in Frankie and Benny’s today and had such a lovely time! The food was delicious and had a lovely waitress called Jess. She made us feel so welcomed and made sure our stay wasn’t any less than perfect!

Poor visit, however Beverley was lovely. She was the only good thing about our visit. My food was ok, but just ok. My youngest daughter’s food was inedible. Literally could not cut into the meatballs. My little ones drink was knocked over by a member of staff who brought me 2 napkins and left me to clear up. Haven’t been for a while, won’t be back

I have been ordering for few months now while i’m on my break at work and because i have an unusual allergy i always call the restaurant to ask them not to add onions to my order ( why food apps have no comment section for me to add my allergies :c ) Every time i was welcomed by Jess and she was very professional and kind, always makes sure my order is made right. Jess you are an absolute sweetheart thank you for always making my meals more enjoyable
