Frankie & Benny's in Cardiff

Went into to have some lunch, greeted by Lisa who was very friendly and professional. Food was good for the price we payed, would recommend this restaurant

Went for brunch. lovely service. food came within 10 mins. got the nyc breakfast and it was amazing american pancakes were insane and i normally don’t like them.

Went to the one in the St David’s Centre in Cardiff and Amy was amazing whilst serving us. She was friendly and welcoming and was polite and talkative after we finished eating too. Amazing service! Food and drinks were brilliant too!

Food came quickly and was pretty good- for the price it was a little expensive but typical of a city centre restaurant. Lovely atmosphere and furnishings, came on a Monday night, it was nice and quiet but inviting. Service was excellent. Ryan was so friendly and attentive, they made us feel so welcome! (And they have a great sense of style too, I'm jealous of the boots 🔥). Hadn't been to F&B in over a decade up until this point, glad to have come back to a nice and warm experience. ♥️

Today me and my family decided to go do some shopping and saw a frankies and benny there. We decided to go and immediately got sat by a friendly employee called isabelle. Throughout the whole service her and our server Jess were amazing. They were both very attentive and we were able to have a good chat and time with them. The food was amazing especially the sundae. We will definitely be returning.

We had brunch & the food was amazing. I had a veggie breakfast and every item was hot & delicious. Same for the avo and eggs roll. The gluten free options were a stand out too, able to swap items to allow them to be served gf. I added beans to the breakfast to make it more of a 'full English' as an extra but for the price would expect these to be included. That's my only constructive feedback really as was an amazing breakfast for both dishes.

We had a fantastic experience at Frankie & Benny’s (Cardiff) with family. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Jess, whose infectious happiness instantly made us feel welcome. Her incredible memory and attention to detail truly impressed us! The entire team went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful time. The food was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. A big thank you to Jess and the team for making our visit so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be remembering our visit for long time.

Booked a meal before our day out in Cardiff to see Snow Patrol later that evening. Our third visit here for short breaks in Cardiff to see bands and never disappoints. The food is excellent value for money and service very efficient.

My daughter and I were at the st David's shopping centre in Cardiff and went to the Frankie and Benny's there for lunch. I had the brisket wrap and she had the halloumi wrap. They came with fries and soft drinks for under a tenner each. We both really enjoyed the food and the staff were lovely. Would definitely recommend.

Tuesday 11th February 2025 pre seeing Craig David thst evening. 😀😁 I had my drink within five minutes of sitting down and was given my classic Chiken burger within 10 minutes 🙃 next time I'm going for the carbonara!!
