Food was nice. Batter was well cooked and no slimy parts. Very enjoyable. Chips could be slightly more cooked. On the pale spectrum

Been coming to same place last few years. Was good value back then. It still is but marginally now as I looked at other chip shops. Needs extra tables outside. Yes had to wait but in return nicely cooked fish and chips. Fish 10/10 superb. Chips nice n chunky 10/10. Only downside when I order small chips (not cone) there is plenty. This time with fish felt given cone of chips. Barely handful as tray was very small. I will visit a few times next year might ask for fish alone and chips separately. But taste quality hygiene too marks!

Excellent fish haddock and chips friendly staff well worth a visit

We sat outside and shared large cod, large chips, peas and curry sauce between two of us and it was plenty for lunch. Everything was very hot, tasty and the curry sauce amazing.

Had my favourite meal. Liver mushroom onion gravy with chips .Great food. Never had any problems.

Food wasn't even average. Everything just cooked apart from the liver, which looked nice but was the driest thing I've ever eaten. Service wasn't great either. I won't be back, there's plenty of other places to try nearby, so my advice is to try those.

Fish and chips were nice enough, but portions are small and the batter and chips were quite soggy. Staff attitude is abysmal, they're very rude and unfriendly.

Nice traditional fish and chips, we had a mini cod and chips and a standard haddock and chips with mushy peas and traditional fruity curry sauce which really made the meal, best curry sauce I've had in north wales fruity with a slight spicy kick, also very good mushy peas, fish and chips nicely cooked. Well worth a visit.

Delicious and really nice atmosphere. Really busy place and could use an extra hand, just enjoy and relax. Takeaway streetside and nice sit down restaurant with over 20 tables within.

Disappointed. Take away food took over 20 minutes when there wasn't a queue. Service wasn't particularly friendly. Food was satisfactory for the price. Won't be rushing back here.

We were in town from Canada visiting family and our kids have never had proper fish & chips on this side of the ocean before. We arrived not long before they were closing so the dining area was closed but they still prepared takeaway for us (thank you!) And it was delicious!! Kids were so happy! 5/5 for food quality, portions, price, and 5/5 for staff friendliness and service. Couldn’t have hoped for better!

We had the best and hottest fish , chips & mushy peas (husband had 2 bread too) red hot cappuccinos 😋 cannot fault this place, highly recommend it

Wasn't sure about this place at first as sometimes these places that look great can turn out to be "all fare coat and no knickers" however the food was lovely! We had fish and chips with mushy peas and really enjoyed it. Service was a disappointment though, it costs nothing to smile and be polite! I actually felt unwelcome! Price was a little on the high side and bigger forks are definitely needed for take out. We would go again if in the area but would take out own cutlery, and hope for a smile next time!

Our meals were fresh from the chip shop counter. They were very well presented. Everywhere was very clean and comfortable.

I went into the Pebble today with my friend and found a lovely cafe. It was very busy but staff were on the ball and we were served by a marvellous lady ( Caroline) who would walk into any Gordon Ramsey establishment with her professionalism and attitude. Fish and Chips were amazing and we stayed for pudding as the family friendly atmosphere inclined us to stay longer. A little gem of a place has been found and highly recommended.

The fish and chips from the take away where disgusting chipswhere hard fish looked like it had been picked off the floor sloppy and cold would have took it back only I had drove home in the bin it went

Popped in for a quick cup of tea, ended up having just a plate of chips and curry as well. At first was slightly disappointed at the delay in having my chips delivered to the table. However trust me, It’s well worth the wait, amazing chips, cooked to perfection, and out of this world curry sauce. Waitress was very professional and polite as well. Will most certainly be going back again. Thanks 🙏

We ordered 2 coffees, a slice of cheesecake which was very dry and when the wife's apple pie came, there was 3 spots of mould down one side. The apple pie along with others from that order was replaced. The cost of the cheesecake alone was £6.99. What a rip off. Thieving scum. AVOID this place.

Basically, this is a restaurant at the rear of a fish and chip counter. We were a group of four adults, meeting here for lunch. The place was clean and tidy, and the menu was adequate. Apart from fish and chips, there were many other dishes on offer, so everybody was well catered for. The service was very good, as was the quality of the food. and the prices were very reasonable. We were all very satisfied with everything, and would certainly use this restaurant again.

We were returning to the pebble based on our previous experience. The food was excellent. The reason I rated the service down was because there was clearly something going on between 2 of the staff regarding who should clear tables. When we finished the main course the plates weren't collected. Before the desserts were served. Then only half the plates were taken. At the end of the meal I was still left with a pile of 4 dirty main course plates which I had collected up so there was space for the desserts.

This is by far the best place to eat in llandudno, food is delicious and fish is fresh. Service and staff are exceptional even when we were a large table of 8. Thank you so much, we've found a kitchen away from home x prepare for us to become regulars ❤️ also the Lasagne is top notch 👌🏻

I'm a vegetarian & the vegetarian options weren't available on a dinner/lunch time as the kitchen was closed so I had to settle for chips and cheese which for the size of the portion was way over priced. The only reason for the 4 star review on the food is because my wife & kids enjoyed their food.

My kids and I were looking for somewhere to have fish and chips after visiting the beach. We wanted indoor seating as it had begun to get chilly and we walked about 10 minutes to get here. Unfortunately, I didn't realise they charge more to sit inside. I asked the guy on the till why there is an extra charge on food & drink if you sit inside and he couldn't answer. That annoyed me, so I decided we would not sit in. If I had time we would have just gone somewhere else tbh but everywhere else had closed by 7pm. I spent over £30 & they still wanted to charge 20p for ketchup lol. It's laughable. This establishment seem very greedy. We had a very long wait at least 20 minutes and the food was extremely oily. Wasn't very impressed, unfortunately.

DISGUSTING DONT COME HERE THE FOOD HAS MADE ME FOOD POISONED AND £9.50 FOR A FISH AND CHIPS WAS MOLDY AND LOOKED LIKE IT WAS MICROWAVED THE STAFF WERE AWFUL WEIRD SHAPED FORK NO SAUCE AND CHIPS WERE FAT AND GREASY I FELT SICK LOOKING AT IT HAD TO WAIT FOR A LONG TIME.

Absolute joke prices, £4:25 for what was a medium chips in any other place. We bought a few portions of chips to go with steaks that we cooked at the camp site and the chips cost more than the steaks! I wouldn’t mind if the portions were a decent size but I’ve just eaten the £4:25 portion of chips with steak and salad and I’m still hungry.

Been visiting this chippy over the years and has never let me down. Great food, great service.

Probably the best fish and chips I've had outside of Yorkshire. Perfect batter on a decent fish, beautifully cooked. Lovely freshly cooked chips. Crisp and fluffy -loads of salt and vinegar.

Having a gluten allergy/celiac I have been hankering for proper fish and chip shop fish and chips for ages. Walking past I noticed the sign outside saying gluten free menu available. On enquiry I found that not only the fish and chips could be done gluten free but a pot of gluten free chip shop curry was also available. Very friendly staff and also the facilities to eat outside with my dog. Will definitely be going again when in the area next.

I absolutely love this restaurant. The food is freshly cooked and the staff are friendly. The chippy and restaurant are always busy at peak times, but you are served as quickly as possible, and it's worth the wait. It's a traditional English chippy with desserts and if you wish an acholic drink. We've been twice and will be visiting again soon.

Dont know if it was an OFF day, but chips over cooked + portion size was more for a 3yr old. Young lad was pleasant enough but very wet behind the ears, didn't seem to know what he was doing. 2 women staff should've helped out instead of standing chatting. Wasted £7.50

Lovely restaurant/ Takeaway even better as it also serves Gluten free food. Not had any issues with the food repeating after like many other Takeaway's. Highly recommended 👌

Was really tasty, but the Cod fish is not large as they say it is.

Food was really good for taste however the portion side was very very poor, ordered the £10 cod and chips and the 2 x small cod and chips as well as two other meals, the size of the £10 one was very small - was not good value at all - quite poor - had it arrived as the small I would have said "okay - I did ask for small" but there is no way this is £10's worth. The small fish we had was really nicely cooked and the batter was crisp and light. Friendly service, good seating area. Kids menu options are good.

Outdoor and indoor seating. Clean restaurant with clean toilets. Really tasty food which catered for multiple allergies, which we struggled to find elsewhere. 5* gf fish and chips. Downside was how crowded it became in the outdoor seating once the queue formed at the counter, it felt like takeaway orders were watching over you as you ate.

Lovely food! Just what we needed 😋 We came to this takeaway the night before around 7.30 and they were the only shop to serve us concodering the closing time was 8 which was so appreciated when we hadn’t eaten all day and had a baby. The other fish and chip shop down the road shut the door on us at 7.30 and said the we not serving anyone else even though they closed at 8! So pebbles was a god send ! lovely young girl we had take our order was brilliant today (at 12.30 ish) she was amazing, from my understanding this lovely girl had only been working at pebbles fish and chips for a couple of days, but she took our order straight away, got everything right (and we ordered a lot as we were both very hungry with a baby!) You did a great job today! 😄 We will 100% be coming back to this fish and chop shop when we come on holiday to Llandudno again! 😃 Great value for money too!

Food was delicious. We waited ten mins to order then we went to the counter to order. Nobody advised us that this had to be done. Place was spotless. It was quiet when we arrived as just after lunch. Would highly recommend the food.

Waited in the restaurant for 45 minutes for two fish and chips. A couple who came in after us got served first. We left and the table next to us left too. The food looked OK but the organisation was abysmal.

We always visit Pebbles, as my fiancee has coeliac disease and needs Gluten Free stuff, and the GF fish and chips is ACE here. Staff are always lovely and the premises are spotless. Highly recommended 👍🙂
