2 waitresses on a Saturday is not enough,service was very they were trying to take orders, serve and clean tables at the same time. We had to wait a long time for the food,when it came ,it came separately so that half the meals were cold,at this point the manager should have apologised This ended up with 4 of us eating at different times. Been here before and enjoyed it but this time was not good

Visited here recently looking for fish and chips to eat for dinner, woman who's served us was friendly, food was ok, nothing special not a big portion chips get stuck to paper underneath .

The food were ok the paper were sticking to the chips i had sausage and chips with curry sauce I've never known a chip shop to do sultanas in curry sauce like what the hell service wasn't very nice felt awkward prices were ok I could have have gone to Greggs and had more foods which I'd have enjoyed more of but for me no thanks no custom from me again

The best place for gluten-free free, you can dine in and enjoy your fish and chips or any of the other delicious items from the menu Staff are helpful, and the waiting time is acceptable. They also do take away, or if it's sunny, sit outside and people watch

Paramos en guijarros para almorzar mientras trabajábamos cerca, me encanta la comida chippy pero tener una intolerancia al gluten limita mis opciones - pero no aquí, los guijarros tienen un menú sin gluten. Tuve pescado y patatas fritas y estaba absolutamente delicioso! El personal era encantador también! El café está muy limpio, bien decorado y muy acogedor! Muy recomendable! ¡Nos vemos pronto!

Fish was a mere slither. Chips dry. Curry sauce was ok. Shame really.

Muy decepcionado. Vinimos esta semana por pescado y patatas fritas para el té, éramos los únicos que estábamos allí y ahora sabemos por qué. El pescado era un pedacito cuadrado de “pescado” congelado que se vendía como bacalao, lamento diferir. ¡El chip! Podría contar unas 10 fichas en mi plato. Mis tías vinieron sin sus guisantes y ella había comido la mitad de su cena antes de que llegaran los guisantes. No había limón en nuestro pescado que iba a venir con él. No comimos nuestro pescado, los dos lo dejamos y nos fuimos con hambre y 33 libras. Nunca volverá allí.

Very friendly and help, to grab a mid afternoon fish and chips for my son. A small portion of fish and chips for £7.95, freshly cooked. My son enjoyed it but the chips could have been a bit more crispy. Would visit again though.

Really enjoyed our fish and chips here. The mushy peas are the best I've ever tasted. Prices are very reasonable for a sit down meal with high quality food. They have a very good offering of desserts but we were too full to try them. I will definitely go back here if I'm visiting Llandudno

No vayas aquí si tienes hambre, porciones extremadamente pequeñas y no las más baratas. Pedido bacalao sin gluten y patatas fritas, cena de pollo y salchicha, patatas fritas y salsa. La cena de pollo estaba bien y un tamaño medio, salchicha y patatas fritas, porción más pequeña de lo normal, tardó un poco en llegar y tuvimos que pedir la salsa dos veces. El bacalao sin gluten era minúsculo y no tan sabroso, la porción de patatas fritas servidas era una broma, tal vez doce, tuve que preguntarle a la camarera si esta era una porción de tamaño normal. Me quitó el plato y volvió unos minutos más tarde con otras cinco fichas.

Desde que descubrió este delicioso restaurante de pescado con papas fritas hace unos años, se ha convertido en un lugar regular para visitar mientras está en Gales del Norte. El pescado, ya sea gluten - libre o regular es mantequilla, fresco y en una masa ligera perfectamente crujiente - perfecto siempre. Es un lugar encantador y cómodo para sentarse y comer también. Las cabinas son nuestras favoritas. Sentarse adentro (o afuera con buen tiempo) para comer significa que también puede agregar pan y mantequilla y una tetera. Fish & Chips con una taza de té en Pebble es una experiencia que cualquier visitante internacional debe probar, aquí se presenta en su mejor momento y tan bueno como cualquier otra comida gourmet combinada con el vino adecuado para complementar la comida. Lo mejor de todo es que el personal es encantador. Comimos aquí por última vez hacia la hora de cierre cuando en muchos restaurantes, el personal tiene un ojo en el reloj y puede ser menos amable después de un largo turno - pero no aquí - la amabilidad de las niñas cuando nos dan la bienvenida y nos sirven nos alegró el día. Very friendly, lovely tea to go with perfect sit down fish and chips.

We dined here whilst on holiday. I am gluten free and my friend is not. I had the gluten free haddock, chips and mushy peas. I am very happy to report that the meal was fabulous, the fish was perfectly cooked and the mushy peas are really the best I have had. My friend had the plaice and hers was spot on too. I would not hesitate to recommend this restaurant for both gluten free and ordinary food. Very friendly staff too. Thank you for doing gluten free so well, we are not well catered for as a rule - we will be back.

The wife went in for fish and chips take away for me and her on Saturday. She had the small fish and chips which were £7.95 and a carton of peas which cost extra, and I had a large fish and chips and a carton of peas. Mine was suppose to be the large, i could literally count how many chips were in the tray and the minnow fish on top! My wifes small portion were bigger than mine! We had a can of coke each too. It came to over £24 for both of us, the food was ok, nothing special, as i had finished it before i could taste it!! I wouldnt of mind paying this much for it, but the portions were pathetic! The photo is of my fish and chips and not the wifes small portion! Doesn't cost much to give a little more chips!

La esposa fue a por pescado y patatas fritas para llevar para mí y ella el sábado. Ella tenía los pequeños pescados y patatas fritas que eran £ 7. 95 y un cartón de guisantes que costaba extra, y yo tenía un gran pescado con patatas fritas y un cartón de guisantes. Se suponía que la mía era la grande, literalmente podía contar cuántas patatas fritas había en la bandeja y el pez pepino encima! ¡Mis esposas eran más grandes que las mías! Teníamos una lata de coca cada uno también. Llegó a más de £ 24 para los dos, la comida estaba bien, nada especial, ya que lo había terminado antes de que pudiera probarlo! No me importaría pagar tanto por ello, pero las porciones eran patéticas! ¡La foto es de mis fish and chips y no de las esposas en porciones pequeñas! ¡No cuesta mucho dar un poco más de fichas!

Disgraceful customer service ,Tried to order a childrens meal for my disabled sister who doesnt and cant eat alot but was told no because its for under 12s only and had to order an adult portion as there computer wouldnt allow them to do it pathetic and poor service

WE THOUGHT IT WAS JUST A FISH 🐟 & CHIP 🍟 SHOP (WITH SEEING PEOPLE SAT OUTSIDE) BUT, TO OUR SURPRISE, THEY'VE GOT A SIT-IN RESTAURANT INSIDE 😃. THERE'S ALSO A TOILET 🚻 IN THE RESTAURANT (WHICH IS ALWAYS AN ADDED BONUS), AFTER TRAPSING ROUND ALL THE SHOPS ALONG MOSTYN STREET 🛍🛍🛍.

Just paid £3.50 for a chip bap. Buttered bap seems fresh - the incredibly few chips on there not so much. My daughter has just counted 10 chips on a chip bap - absolutely disgusting, total rip-off!!!

Visited when it was half full at best. Waited 30 minutes for someone to even acknowledge us. Glasses for cans were dirty. We got 20 chips with our fish. Fish was tasty and batter was okay. Better places to eat in Llandudno.

Eat here when we visit llandudno. Always found the service prompt and friendly. Fish, chips and peas always tasty with a cup of tea. Charged for two lots of peas even though one order was for cod special, which includes peas??? The place feels a bit grubby, probably because its always open and often busy, the crockery never feels clean, if the pots go through a dishwasher it's not cleaned and emptied often enough, if they're handwashed, sack the pot washer! We will be trying somewhere new next visit. And, why do the cakes cost £6.99 each? The profit margin must be massive!!

Been coming to same place last few years. Was good value back then. It still is but marginally now as I looked at other chip shops. Needs extra tables outside. Yes had to wait but in return nicely cooked fish and chips. Fish 10/10 superb. Chips nice n chunky 10/10. Only downside when I order small chips (not cone) there is plenty. This time with fish felt given cone of chips. Barely handful as tray was very small. I will visit a few times next year might ask for fish alone and chips separately. But taste quality hygiene too marks!

We sat outside and shared large cod, large chips, peas and curry sauce between two of us and it was plenty for lunch. Everything was very hot, tasty and the curry sauce amazing.

Had my favourite meal. Liver mushroom onion gravy with chips .Great food. Never had any problems.

Food wasn't even average. Everything just cooked apart from the liver, which looked nice but was the driest thing I've ever eaten. Service wasn't great either. I won't be back, there's plenty of other places to try nearby, so my advice is to try those.

Nice traditional fish and chips, we had a mini cod and chips and a standard haddock and chips with mushy peas and traditional fruity curry sauce which really made the meal, best curry sauce I've had in north wales fruity with a slight spicy kick, also very good mushy peas, fish and chips nicely cooked. We were in town from Canada visiting family and our kids have never had proper fish & chips on this side of the ocean before. We arrived not long before they were closing so the dining area was closed but they still prepared takeaway for us (thank you!) And it was delicious!! Kids were so happy! 5/5 for food quality, portions, price, and 5/5 for staff friendliness and service. Couldn’t have hoped for better!

Wasn't sure about this place at first as sometimes these places that look great can turn out to be "all fare coat and no knickers" however the food was lovely! We had fish and chips with mushy peas and really enjoyed it. Service was a disappointment though, it costs nothing to smile and be polite! I actually felt unwelcome! Price was a little on the high side and bigger forks are definitely needed for take out. We would go again if in the area but would take out own cutlery, and hope for a smile next time!

Our meals were fresh from the chip shop counter. They were very well presented. Everywhere was very clean and comfortable.

I went into the Pebble today with my friend and found a lovely cafe. It was very busy but staff were on the ball and we were served by a marvellous lady ( Caroline) who would walk into any Gordon Ramsey establishment with her professionalism and attitude. Fish and Chips were amazing and we stayed for pudding as the family friendly atmosphere inclined us to stay longer. A little gem of a place has been found and highly recommended.

The fish and chips from the take away where disgusting chipswhere hard fish looked like it had been picked off the floor sloppy and cold would have took it back only I had drove home in the bin it went

Popped in for a quick cup of tea, ended up having just a plate of chips and curry as well. At first was slightly disappointed at the delay in having my chips delivered to the table. However trust me, It’s well worth the wait, amazing chips, cooked to perfection, and out of this world curry sauce. Waitress was very professional and polite as well. Will most certainly be going back again. Thanks 🙏

We ordered 2 coffees, a slice of cheesecake which was very dry and when the wife's apple pie came, there was 3 spots of mould down one side. The apple pie along with others from that order was replaced. The cost of the cheesecake alone was £6.99. What a rip off. Thieving scum. AVOID this place.

Basically, this is a restaurant at the rear of a fish and chip counter. We were a group of four adults, meeting here for lunch. The place was clean and tidy, and the menu was adequate. Apart from fish and chips, there were many other dishes on offer, so everybody was well catered for. The service was very good, as was the quality of the food. and the prices were very reasonable. We were all very satisfied with everything, and would certainly use this restaurant again.

We were returning to the pebble based on our previous experience. The food was excellent. The reason I rated the service down was because there was clearly something going on between 2 of the staff regarding who should clear tables. When we finished the main course the plates weren't collected. Before the desserts were served. Then only half the plates were taken. At the end of the meal I was still left with a pile of 4 dirty main course plates which I had collected up so there was space for the desserts.

This is by far the best place to eat in llandudno, food is delicious and fish is fresh. Service and staff are exceptional even when we were a large table of 8. Thank you so much, we've found a kitchen away from home x prepare for us to become regulars ❤️ also the Lasagne is top notch 👌🏻

I'm a vegetarian & the vegetarian options weren't available on a dinner/lunch time as the kitchen was closed so I had to settle for chips and cheese which for the size of the portion was way over priced. The only reason for the 4 star review on the food is because my wife & kids enjoyed their food.

My kids and I were looking for somewhere to have fish and chips after visiting the beach. We wanted indoor seating as it had begun to get chilly and we walked about 10 minutes to get here. Unfortunately, I didn't realise they charge more to sit inside. I asked the guy on the till why there is an extra charge on food & drink if you sit inside and he couldn't answer. That annoyed me, so I decided we would not sit in. If I had time we would have just gone somewhere else tbh but everywhere else had closed by 7pm. I spent over £30 & they still wanted to charge 20p for ketchup lol. It's laughable. This establishment seem very greedy. We had a very long wait at least 20 minutes and the food was extremely oily. Wasn't very impressed, unfortunately.

Absolute joke prices, £4:25 for what was a medium chips in any other place. We bought a few portions of chips to go with steaks that we cooked at the camp site and the chips cost more than the steaks! I wouldn’t mind if the portions were a decent size but I’ve just eaten the £4:25 portion of chips with steak and salad and I’m still hungry.

Probably the best fish and chips I've had outside of Yorkshire. Perfect batter on a decent fish, beautifully cooked. Lovely freshly cooked chips. Crisp and fluffy -loads of salt and vinegar.

Having a gluten allergy/celiac I have been hankering for proper fish and chip shop fish and chips for ages. Walking past I noticed the sign outside saying gluten free menu available. On enquiry I found that not only the fish and chips could be done gluten free but a pot of gluten free chip shop curry was also available. Very friendly staff and also the facilities to eat outside with my dog. Will definitely be going again when in the area next.

Really enjoyed the food, lots of seating and take away option.

I absolutely love this restaurant. The food is freshly cooked and the staff are friendly. The chippy and restaurant are always busy at peak times, but you are served as quickly as possible, and it's worth the wait. It's a traditional English chippy with desserts and if you wish an acholic drink. We've been twice and will be visiting again soon.
