Food was cold and wrong insides in each bun

Always get my order right, still warm. Delivery time is usually an hour plus but I know this now so order in advance

We called into the York city store and was welcomed and had a good selection of food to choose from we were extremely impressed by one young man who I think might of been management I didn’t get his name but hats of to him for his customer service above and beyond we will definitely go to this subway when in York again, 🥪 🥖 🤤

Waited over a hour and food was stone cold

always late almost 40 min wait every delivery time

Delivery driver did contact us when he leave my building and went back and then call us and said I was waiting there for you. They need to contact us when they reached at the parking. Instead of that they gone back and then complain me that they couldn’t find us. Then delivery driver come back and call me on the mein road to pick up my food. His duty is to dilever food at door step installation of that he cal me on the road to pick up me packet. It wasn’t good.

Brilliant service provided by Hanson ( sorry if I spell it wrong) he is the bestest subway artist I can say ..he was very polite and quick Keep it up boy 👍

Shocking experience. Needed to give the last 4 digits of my phone number. It didn't work, several times. What a silly thing to introduce. Sort it out, Subway. And your delivery drivers are abysmal

Took nearly two hours from placing order for food to arrive, rang the place and they said they were only just making it an hour after placing my order , long wait for the food it was not good and the hot sides were cold and practically no sauce with the sides

Sent it back. As many items missing. Driver had attitude and never returned with my order

Kept adding time to the estimated delivery only to deliver cold food. The store staff claimed it had already left 45 minutes before arrival.

Food was lovely however, I waited well over an hour for it to arrive due to a lack of drivers 🙄

Place is a joke! Most of the staff are okay but managers pull them off service to sweep floors, prepare food they don’t need and get internet orders ready. They just don’t give a damn about the customer in the shop. Service is slow almost all the time. Went in once and there was a lovely cheerful lady on the counter and got served straight away, but it’s rare. They also mix up orders so I hope you don’t have allergies!!!!

Not sure what an earth has happened to this place but it was very disorganised, not much of the favourites on offer for fillings. Basically messy and dull, needed a clean. Ordered for the kids tea but won't be going again. Normally the portions have been good but hardly anything on one sub. 2 tiny streaks of bacon, a slice of mozzarella and few cuts of lettuce. When I questioned it, the lad was not helpful or polite, just continued to make the sandwich. I would have walked if it wasn't for the kids looking forward to their subway treat. No longer feeling the vibe as a long standing customer. Won't be coming back. Subway your people are letting you down. A very sad meal.

Whole order was wrong having to spend £30 to not even be able to get a refund is crazy stupid place wouldn’t recommend

This was really bad. We ordered for vegetarian and meat eaters, couldn’t work out which was which wrap even though the amount of filling was minimal! we had to open each one to look for the wrap ordered. All we could see was the salad. Very poor. The only subway I’ve complained about. Your fillings need increasing!

The shop was in serious need of a good clean clearly not been done in some time. The service was so slow, common sense is something they all clearly lacked in. Complete lack of management within the shop was clear to see. The lad operating the till applied discount then didn’t know how to proceed with the transaction so removed it. I didn’t bother to question as it was 10% off and I’d already wasted enough of my time in there. I recommend Llandudno subway if you’re not bothered with general hygiene or have time to kill.

Delivered wrong food I ordered 1 ft long meal deal and got 2 pork breakfast sandwiches and 2 sides

No sauces with the side, wrong bread, normal coke instead of cherry. Cold food, took forever to arrive. No contact for the restaurant to update. Ridiculous

sandwiches were cold, cookies were rock hard, food was ordered around 11:30 but didn't arive untill 1:20pm. the delivery driver was up the orme for a while and when he finally arrived he didn't even apologise

Me and my friend ordered food at around 11:30 the food got delayed by 30 minutes, then 40 and then it arrived at 1:25 Which is an unbelievable wait. While looking at the couriers location he hadn’t left the place and when he finally did his location showed up as op top of the orme (miles away from where we are) and then in the orme mines. We can see on the receipt that the food was picked up by the courier at 12:49. The food is stone cold and soggy, when I try to leave a complaint it won’t even let me type out what the problem was. How on earth do you manage that?

The food we ordered came and the subs were so wrong for example 1 had 3 sauces and olives? There other one was just chicken and bread even tho it meant to have alot of veg sauces and chesse got nothing and when requested for a refund only got a £1 back....

The sandwiches had mayo and cheese my sister is lactose and got cheese and I hate mayo and I’m not happy with this! I would like a refund because it ruined our subway

Kept pushing back delivery time, when the food came the subs we ordered and the drinks were wrong and no sauce came for the sides, just don’t bother ordering from here.

I had ordered 4 meals which something was missing from each, 3 drinks missing, 2 cookies missing and 2 of my nachos did not turn up but however sent crisps instead

The food was never delivered I have put a complaint into just eat & food was returned to store by the driver when I called subway Llandudno.

I ordered double melted cheese, there's barely any on it, I ordered red peppers, there's none, they've added onion which I didn't want - and my coke is the wrong flavour

Forgot a cookie when even on the receipt it says 2 cookies.

Took nearly 2 hours to get to me. Working in a salon aswell your on a tight time limit so this took the mic when saying the waiting time was 35-45 minutes

Took 2 hours and 30 minutes to be delivered, missing items from the order and what we received was incorrect.

All items arrived, a little bit cold but other than that it was great

The driver obviously couldn’t find us, so just marked the delivery as delivered but didn’t deliver it to my address

Driver drove up my grass leaving tyre marks and dropped of the wrong food wrang up to give food back and get my original order resent was told they can't the food is for a disabled child and you've damaged my grass I wa t a full refund and compemsatoon

Every time I've ordered from them via Uber eats I get my foot long subs untoasted yet I specifically ask for them to be done .. food comes cold untoasted..i end up binning it......well no more. You lost my business because of some careless or untrained staff member who can't follow orders .

Order with caution for delivery, they usually get the order spectacularly wrong. However the quality of food is good. Just need a bit more care and attention.

It’s all over great in subway i love it for a quick snack or even a full meal but sometimes a bit slow, however not the worst I’ve seen. Could be better but still great at would still recommended it.

What can I say? Food's nice, but prices have gone up, and choices have gone down, with fixed sauces & toppings on certain meal deals.

Got to the till to be told cash only today. I didn't see any signs. Also told I was being charged a pound extra for turkey and ham. No more meat, it just costs a pound to put both on as it takes lots of effort I guess! Should have known new menu is rip off menu. Manager quite abrupt and unapologetic. Just left.

My worst Subway ever. The girls putting the subs together seemed to have no idea, when asked what I wanted for toppings, I asked for chillis, she didn’t know what were the chillis. No chilli sauce. Worst of all the bread was rubbish. It was not fully baked and doughy. My partner’s sub was flattened, looked like someone had sat on it, the whole thing was only about 1 inch thick. I pointed out my disappointment to the woman who I took to be in charge, she looked at me somewhat surprised and mumbled something about passing my feedback on. Come on, it’s a Subway, not rocket science, no excuse for such poor standards and woeful customer service.

Qued for 30 minutes and find out they have no veggie patties. They need to learn to stock properly or put a sign up when they are out of things. Low quality food, but convenient usually

For 4 hours just eat app there has been no bread available rang shop told it would be back available about 4.30 left till 5 still no bread rang shop to be told they had just had a order so tried again no bread available still no bread at 7 .

First time in a subway shop were good

I ordered lunch for me and my partner from ‘Uber eat’ and when it comes, in the bag it has my partner food but they missed my sub so we phone them up but they won’t answer the call. My partner have a refund on Uber eat in 10 days but I still need my sub so we have to walk miles to get to SUBWAY….. When we there I have talked to the manager and he make the sub and give cookies for free.

Had to wait 25 minutes for food to be ordered and prepared, the service was so slow, the person who served me couldn't crack a smile, food was fine, service was poor.

Unfortunately I always seem to find Subway in Llandudno a little hit or miss. You're more likely to get what you want earlier in the day rather than later on, because it seems like they are unwilling to prepare a new tray of for instance meatballs towards the end of the day. They will say they have none left, however it always seems more likely they just don't want to open another tray. When they have everything in they are great, but so many times they have "run out" it gets a little suspicious. The worst was while ordering for delivery through just eat when the store accepted the order and when our driver arrived they asked him to call us and ask if we wanted something else because they didn't have the ingredients for 2 of our subs - when we said no and we'd like to cancel we were informed we had to call just eat... We did this and were told that we needed to speak to the store because they had accepted the order meaning as far as just eat were concerned our food was being prepared - so it was a lot of back and forth before we were able to get our money returned. So if they have what you need it's a great place but sadly I've had too many misses of items being unavailable to rate them higher.

placed on order through just eat multiple times and i have had to phone the store just so i can request that it be toasted. Carl who picks up the phone is an excellent employee who exudes professionalism over the phone no matter how busy he is. Thanks Carl making the order process simpler

I don’t usually like complaining but I literally couldn’t eat my food from here I got a foot long nacho chicken sub and it tasted proper old :( was like an old shoe, the sun was part of a meal too and they forgot my side, drink was wrong, only thing right was the cookie 🍪

The staff were really amazing very good over the phone and over the counter..they were brilliant when I had to cancel my order to another day due to a cancellation of my grandsons paintballing day due to weather conditions.they couldn’t of done more to help..they changed my sandwich order to the following day and even had to come in early to get them made up for 10 o’clock as it was a Sunday and didn’t open till 10am..the staff were very kind considerate and went above and beyond to make my grandsons day successful..thankyou all the subway staff in Llandudno Mostyn street shop..brilliant service from you all
