WOW! Met friends for lunch and fell in love with The Barn. Cosy atmosphere, polite and thoughtful staff and THE FOOD! We all were super impressed - I had the halloumi breakfast which was absolutely scrumptious! Loved the chilli jam and pesto drizzle that it came with. Will be back!

Excellent food,beer and service ,but alas car parking in Sutton is a nightmare, last week we had to give in and drive back to Mablethorpe.

Our first time and wasn’t disappointed.. we throughly enjoyed our visit to this lovely restaurant with wonderful views. All members of staff we very friendly and welcoming. The service was excellent.. relaxed atmosphere. The food was lovely , reasonable price and good quality. Highly recommend and definitely will visit again

We booked over 20 family and friends in for an 18th birthday celebration & meal on Saturday (22nd Feb) ...... wonderful experience with everyone enjoying a great night. Staff were very helpful & polite and the food (and drink!) was fantastic.

Went for lunch but the place was closed. No sign at the end of the road to say so. It looks as if it could be closed for quite a while yet. Very disappointing. Signs to say closed and for how long at the end of the road would be helpful.

Very warm welcome from the staff and outstanding food I had a 22oz steak which was amazing with real chips and my mum had fish and chips which she really enjoyed

Excelente relación calidad-precio. Gracias al equipo por la mejor experiencia gastronómica que hemos tenido en siglos.

Visité Seething Lane Tap para mi cumpleaños con amigos para su almuerzo sin fondo. Éramos un grupo grande y el personal era excelente, recargando regularmente nuestras bebidas y proporcionando comida para todos los huéspedes rápidamente dado el número de personas vs. tamaño de la cocina. Esta es una pequeña joya escondida y recomendaría este lugar a cualquiera. Las bebidas eran buenas, la comida era deliciosa y el lugar tenía un ambiente agradable y acogedor. También tenía un precio muy razonable para Londres. Gracias al personal por hacer la tarde tan agradable.

Really helpful staff when 9 rowdy women descended for lunch! Lovely food, fish and chips delicious. Very attentive waiting staff and a thanks to Ryan for dealing with some craic from the ladies. Would recommend to anyone visiting Ballycastle.

Yet again another fabulous meal. My 8 or 10th time . Law of averages says I should of had a bad meal, not happening. Great food , great service, great Emma

The room looked like not been cleaned for a while still have drink marks from last guests on the side . The breakfast in the morning was horrible the beans was off and the man cooking it said he opened them last week , we didn’t end up having our breakfast

Asked for 2 lattes and got 2 very milky weak coffees. Disappointed as normally you get a nice latte from Camfields. The paper cups are a let down too the lids have a bigger hole when drinking it goes everywhere. Went in the bin today and not cheap either.

We were staying in Barmston for the weekend for my husbands birthday, we had driven for 3 hours after work and were hungry and tired and in need of sustenance. This was the nearest place and the only one in the village so we called in for tea, we ordered drinks only to be told they weren’t doing food?? Friday night, half term and pay day weekend?? No apology offered or explanation given. We politely asked the “sales director “ behind the bar if she knew anywhere nearby we could get food and she replied very rudely and abruptly she had and I quote “no idea…. You’ll have to get a takeaway “ Needless to say we won’t be going back and would not recommend this place to anyone! Don’t go , it’s not worth it. Uncomfortable seating area in the small bar area, and radio one blaring out from the large tv?? Radio 1?? There are apparently lodges to rent here and there were families in the bar with young children also who assumed they could get food . A total shambles and the photos that are advertised are nothing like the reality. Don’t waste time , just don’t go .

Visited Peter Beales and was very impressed with the gift shop & the new local food area. We went to the restaurant on the off chance they had a table for Sunday Roast & they did & it was fantastic. The meat was juicy, veg all cooked to perfection & the roast potatoes were delicious. Really reasonable price & will be telling all my friends!
