The best restaurants serving Indian food in Wales

not good, chips went on the bin, chicken was chewy, onion baked was soggy

Delicious curries, arrived much quicker than time quoted, hit, fresh and spicy

Nice food but very expensive for what it is.

We heard good things about this establishment so for our weekly Wednesday jaunt we traveled to Cardiff to see what it was all about. We had the chutney trays and 10 poppadoms and Gary who is our Chutney Champion gave high praises. Our mains were Chicken Bhuna, Chicken Jalfrezi, Chicken Mogli Massala, Prawn Kahlia, Jamdhani Haash, Lamb Chops, Tandoori Lamb Chops, Keema Rice, Special Fried Rice, Stuffed Kulcha Nan, Keema Garlic Nan and Keema Nan. The food was delicious and the restaurant was very busy which is always a good sign. The only negative is although we were looked after and provided with drinks, the mains took almost an hour to come be served. Appreciate they was very busy with take away as well but that’s the only point I could make. We will return.

Servicio asqueroso. Personal grosero y poco amable. Se negó a hablarme o incluso servirme por ser transgénero. Me negó el servicio. Solo quería hablar con mi compañero, no me reconoció. Luego procedieron a decir que no aceptan tarjeta. Están en Uber Eats, Deliveroo y tienen una pegatina en la ventana diciendo que aceptan AMEX.

Group of seven of us went last night for a club Christmas meal, a change from the usual mid-day turkey dinner we have had over the past few years. The food was excellent and the service prompt and helpful. We all had a great time and will do it again.

The food was great, very affordable prices. I went with a group of friends and everyone enjoyed the food.

Was given a tip off to try here, recently changed name but same staff so was a little dubious, wow what a suprise, the food was amazing, the taste was so fresh and so tasty the service was great the price was good.

Great food and a friendly delivery driver. I will order from here and will recommend this place to my friends.

The food was very well presented, good ingredients cooked really well. The service was very good I can’t wait to go back. This Indian is worth a visit.

The only people who would rate this place highly would be the ones who haven’t had authentic Indian food. The food was of poor quality compared to the prices, the chicken was stale and dry and the Prawns that cost over £17 were tasteless and overcooked. Biryani was the worst I’ve ever had. We ordered butter garlic naans and they had neither garlic nor butter. The only thing that was half decent was the curry.

Lamb biriyani is excellent. Watched chef make it expertly and he gave me some good tips for making my own curry. Lovely man.

Delicious food which was very nicely presented. The waiter was very attentive and friendly.

The chicken Madras was absolutely lovely and the naan bread is definitely the best I’ve had from the area highly recommend
