The food was great, very affordable prices. I went with a group of friends and everyone enjoyed the food.

Very disappointed. Meal for 4 people and all 4 of the same opinion. Tasteless, dry and without any hint of spice across 4 different dishes. Starter was just ok Should change name from Taste of Bengal to Taste of F**kall.

Had friends round and order an Indian on just eat from Taste of Bengal, Order was place 19:40 and was due 20:15-20:35, phoned premises several times one stating its busy. other time it's on it way we only live a mile away, it arrived 21:00, food burnt cold and oily, spend £77 the worst quality we have ever had, it all went in the bin, photos of the poor quality have been taken, We were offered 50% off next order but want a full refund, they cancelled the order on just eat and hoping the money will go back into my account, Will never use this place again.

I've been trying a different takeaway each month over the last year or so, This is the first one I've had a problem with delivery, When I did get it I had to microwave it, In fairness it wasn't the worse one I've had, But it certainly wasn't the best

Ordered on just eat for 730 got email to say 740 at 815 phoned to ask where order was ..was told it would be 20 mins turns up 840.. Had to microwave it ..It was cold won't be ordering again ...will stick to my usual takeaway a lot of money spent too...

The food was nice enough just a bit too oily when it finally arrived 2 hours late! Yes it was NYE but I’d pre ordered it in the morning for the evening so I shouldn’t have had such a delay. A courtesy phone call informing us of the huge delay in delivery and a small gesture as an apology would have been appreciated, especially due to the amount of the order. Unfortunately customer service has let this take away down & will probably stop me from recommending and using again

My brother and I ordered a set meal for two, we changed a Tikka Masala to a King Prawn Tandoori with Dhansak Curry, as the sauce, which we have had from here before. So when the meal arrived they had not god this right they have gave us just the Dhansak Curry with one prawn in this!!! This usually comes with the King Prawn Tandoori and the Curry sauce separately. So obviously I called them straight away and explained the situation to them, the gentleman on the phone spoken to the chef he stated there were more prawns provided in the Curry Sauce however I tried to explain this is totally the wrong meal I had ordered and he said he would get another one sent out to me. As we were eating our food which we did have, the manager called myself and straight away he was extremely rude.. instead of apologising to me about the mixup and wrong meal he said “I don’t appreciate the fact you are saying there is one prawn in the curry we gave you” so I stated I am not a liar and he kept repeating that he doesn’t appreciate that there was only one prawn in the curry. In the end I stated this was not what I asked for and how dare you ring me having a go at me when you are the one making the mistake and not me. The manager kept going on speaking over me calling me a liar stating he does not appreciate it and would not listen to anything else I had to say, so in the end I had to put the phone down as he kept ranting at me, as the way he was talking to me was disgusting and I should not of had to put up with his attitude. Non of this was my fault when when his colleagues have made the mistake and he made it out it was my problem. We have been loyal customers to The Taste of Bengal for a long time and we have always had good service and food, however I have told the manager his attitude is appalling and I will not be ordering from there again. I am absolutely fuming that they have made the mistake and the manager has had a rant at me when I’m this is not my fault this is theres.

I always order takeaway from Taste of Bengal, and it is the best Indian in the area. They are very quick at delivering the food and always arrives hot!

Ordered through Just Eat. Once we ordered it said over an hour until delivery however arrived within 45 minutes which was great. Food was still very hot and gorgeous! Very tasty and not too heavy on your stomach!! Can’t wait to order again from here.

Never leave reviews on takeaways but my daughter and her friend ordered food Friday evening through just eat. They chose here as it was cheaper than other Indians in the area and they delivered to our area. Her words... Amazing !! We've ate in a lot of Indians but she can't wait to order from here again.

We have just moved back here from South Wales and decided to see if the takeaways from Taste of Bengal were still as good as when we lived here 5 yrs ago, I can absolutely confirm they have still managed to keep the high standard of curries that we loved last time, all of their specials are superb, everything is freshly cooked and we just love them, well done guys and of course we would highly recommend all of their food to true curry lovers, they are still the best in wales

Still trying to find a good local Indian and I'm afraid this isn't it Service great and really friendly. Took my takeaway home..bajis were doughy and chewy, my garlic naan wasn't garlicy, and though my curry was nice the chicken was chewy and obviously cheap. Sorry but will be trying elsewhere.

been a customer for years, this was the worst i have ever had , starter and naan bread was not cooked, rice had horrible oily taste all went straight in the bin. main course was ok....time to find a better take-away

Haven't had a problem for a very long time. Did tonight though. Didn't read instructions and so I didn't eat it. Pretty disappointed as I always order from here with zero issue.

Very good quality food and value for money, I totally recommend! PS : the Vindaloo, as one would expect, was not spicy but extremly spicy, you’ve been warned :))

Nice food and reasonable prices

Absolutely beautiful. Everything I've ever tried from here has been really nice apart from the chips but that's the only thing. Food always come piping hot and not full of grease.

Great food every time! first time I had this Indian it was best I’ve had, despite couple hick ups some of the best curries out of all the places I’ve tried.

Food was delicious, however some things were a little past their best, such as the breads which were a little cold and sweaty from being in the bags for so long. But overall a good experience

I have dealt with this restaurant for over twenty years it shows how times change. Years ago the orders turned up really hot used to leave in my garage but still really hot at least 30 mins later nothing was two much trouble Im really disappointed I have to leave this review but having spoke to just eat they advised me to. We'll here goes the last four orders have turned up cold I got refunded once before after bad service I received so after many years of good service I thought give them a try again but guess what turned up cold went in the bin no refund phoned them and they promised the next time they would look after me and I said I wouldn't leave any bad feed back gave them one last chance placed order asked to be delivered hot got lied to by the manager more or less told Im one customer who they can't please so get stuffed as they cant deliver hot food however they have for over twenty years before. Just eat confirmed I have placed seventy four orders in total two complaints guess who they were with? I like to support local companies in personal and business but I feel so let down by this company and there not bothered please spend your money else where and teach the new management customer comes first Regards Billy Cooper

The curry was really nice and tasty but the chips...... they were FOWL! Chips were greasy, barely cooked and very soggy, shame because the rest of the food was faultless. Will definitely order again from here - just no chips.

I eat alot of Asian food and have alot Bangladeshi freinds these curry's was not to standard I usually get from another local take away. I thorght I would try it for a change as delivery was avalible under £15.00 sadly the Nan was soft undercooked and soggy the curry's tasted same Base yet one had more chilli added was very disappointed and threw them away.

tried most of the curry houses in the area and this is by far our favorite. Clean, friendly staff, well priced and delicious food. Best take away in Deeside.

Parts of the chicken were quite tough but oh my, the Thai Bengal chicken was pretty much the nicest curry I've ever had. So good!

The customer service was very good when a problem with our order occurred, they called immediately to tell us and arranged for an alternative. Even recommending foods for children to help us decide. However, when we got the food it wasn't as warm as we had have liked and the balti wasn't quite right, there was something missing. The flavour, in general, was good but maybe a bit of salt or something would have made the balti brilliant. The rest of the food was good and we would order again.

Great food. If it says hot it certainly is! Once we placed the order the delivery time moved from 7.30 to 8.10. We picked it up to save the wait. Will order earlier next time. Would recommend

Let's get one things straight, last week your driver delivered a curry to my house which i did not order. Today they say that we got a free curry out of you but that's not the case. The driver would not give us the name on the ticket and drove off leaving us with the food. Besides, we didn't eat it and was chucked next day as we were thinking he'd come back. Any way, please read instructions left next time as the lady won't eat the curry with bits in which you know. Was tasty nonetheless, always a great curry from here!

The best curry house for miles! Yummmm! only thing I could criticise is the frozen samosas, everything else is beautiful.

Phoned up at 1020 as I always do as thay don't shut till 11 an got told thay can't take our order good food but bad attitude the owner's need to speak to there staff about manners !!! An the fact I keep telling family an friend about how good thay r definitely won't be going bk ambia all the way now

Good Curry , delivered hot and earlier than confirmed, however the confirmation time was extended quite a bit on order. Mango Chutney ordered was very watery, no chutney it was more Mango Sauce. Would order from here again, but probably buy the Mango Chutney from a supermarket.

Indian is my favourite food so I’m very fussy when it comes to an Indian takeaway. I’ve had an Indian in numerous countries across the world & I have never found one that even competes with Taste of Bengal! I’ve introduced so many people to Taste of Bengal & it’s now their local takeaway go-to!

food was amazing as always. we did previously order from a local Chinese which delivered us poor food so after 3 phone calls we finally got our money back and I ordered from here instead, originally gave us a later delivery time which we didn’t mind as the foods is always worth the wait but to our surprise it got delivered 45 mins earlier than expected which was fantastic as we were extremely hungry, and like always we wasn’t disappointed the whole meal was gorgeous, so thank you very much, I will stick to here in future as I’ve never once had a bad meal and there service it 5 stars too.. this is the only takeaway I’ll trust to serve me top notch food while I’m pregnant and even more so after tonight’s ordeal with the Chinese previously.. thanks again guys

Food was abysmal, The Chicken tikka was basically a Korma with Red food colouring, the Passanda didn’t taste right. shall not be ordering from there again. Avoid unless you want to be disappointed

We use this takeaway regular,food is good,tonight I've tried to pay with card,to where I was told a sir charge will be taken of 1 pound, I went to get cash, daughter informed me law change, CANNOT CHARGE CARDS UK,I paid for meal with cash and tried to inform them of the new law,disappointment terrible responce,"were very busy haven't got time for this, do you want your meal go away rude to the full,he said it's change its something other charge doesn't matter it's a card I tried to use and it's been banned charging still trying to do it,they also charge just for ordering on web site joke

Added 30 mins to delivery, understand Saturday night will be busy, however to then arrive a further 20 mins late with no apology just isn't good customer service. Food was enjoyable however no green salad with chicken tikka starter.
