My meal was not delivered apparently got lost and had a puncture

Been ordering takeaway and dining in here for years, food is always amazing and piping hot and deliveries always on time if not slightly early! 10/10

Cheap overpriced and stale They put way too much cumin and anther herb in the curry coriander I feel sick in the stomach and head The bajhi were bright red i bought 8 coz i like them these were awful oily bad sice levels i was desperate and ate 3 im dieing today The naan was stale

Onions bajhis were greasy stale and tasted bad just like the curry and naan Never again

There was no updates on the app. I rang at 2010 and I was informed food was ready and they were awaiting driver. I again rang at 20:30 and I was informed it had been collected and it be there in 15minutes. Rang at 20:50 was informed any time now and that it had been very busy. At 21:30 it had arrived. When opening the bag all the containers had spilled all over everything and it was really hard to know what was what. The nann breads were also covered in curry. Do not order from here

We placed a large order for eight people this evening and everything was perfect! The service was incredible (lovely and friendly staff) and the food was absolutely delicious. One of the best Indian takeaways we have had and we've had a lot. We'll definitely visit again if we revisit Holywell. Thank you.

Food took an hour and 10 minutes to get here (we were 15 minutes away and had 3 items) and it was grim. Nothing more to say. Didn’t even eat more than a few bites. Looked like a pile of poo and thankfully didn’t taste that bad.

4 of us went for an early evening curry. The staff were very friendly and we were all very happy with our tasty meals. Good size portions and very tasty. No alcohol licence, so you can take your own, which I consider a bonus.

Really hard to believe that this is an authentic Indian restaurant, awful food. Everything was cold, nothing smelled appealing. Asked for mango chutney and they gave us sweet and sour sauce. Asked for mint yoghurt and what came was weird, yellow looking creamy stuff. Really disappointed. Sort it out or get some tips from India because this is not Indian food. Naan was stone cold on arrival but it could have been the only decent thing we received if it had been hot.

Would give zero waited 2 and a half hours never showed up still waiting for a refund nightmare DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

lamb bhuna & chicken korma more sauce than meat. garlic mushrooms basically a mound of mush. mango chutney pure liquid. disappointing after the extended wait.

Our 3 visit here. Beautiful food and great service. Take your own alcohol with you. I had a tandoori mixed grill, which comes with a nann bread. It's very filling and tasty. Would recommend it to anyone and if in flint to try this place.

Food was splashed all over the bag. Driver couldn’t find the house, my wife had to go meet him. Very expensive for the little amount of chicken we got.

This was my first visit to this restaurant. I ordered a Chicken Pasanda (which I always have). It is advertised and should be a mild meal, but this was spicy and horribly sweet, totally inedible. When I complained I was told "Pasanda is a sweet dish". It was obvious that he wasn't interested and couldn't care less about future custom. My friends and family who were eating with me also complained about their poor quality meals. Also, the portions were very small. Would NOT recommend.

The raj is the best India food around. always delicious with generous portions and high quality ingredients. Fast service and always the best customer case from Mo and Tiger. No place better!

Poor knowledge about what allergens are in their food. To say they have no idea is there's dairy in the samosas, as they just buy in the pastry predone, is annoying and illegal. They also didn't know what vegan meant, they thought it included dairy so after clarifying it meant no dairy onion bhajis were struck off the order. We got there eventually and the food that did come out was yummy but small portions than expected. For the price the experience was "OK" but nothing more.

food arrived 45mins early, we wasn't really ready to eat having just got home ,so was dissapointing however it was tasty we would use again but would need our delivery time would be as requested

Not much choice of restaurants in Flint so we ended up here. A very dated establishment in a very run down area. They didn't serve alcohol which was disappointing as we had to go to the supermarket across the road which just didn't feel right. Food was OK and servers friendly enough but we won't be back.

Food amazing but delivery time too long. No fault to restaurant though as driver couldn't find us. Best shashlick ever had. Perfect food. Worth the wait!

FINALLY A DECENT Indiana,,, absolutely brilliant food gorgeous flavours nice thick non greasy curry,, considering how many Indians there are in the areas I've tried them the standard of them is awful. thankfully we have now found Raj will be my go to from now on

Great restaurant. Indian food is my favourite, so I enjoy coming here. The staff are nice as is the service. 5 stars all around, but I would like to say it's a shame the restaurant doesn't have an alcohol licence. Must bring your own alcohol.

Lovely meal tonight at the raj. Great atmosphere as Resteraunt was full of chat and laughter. Food was fabulous, tasty, hot and portion size was just right. Thanks for a great night guys.

Was in a party of 10 celebrating a birthday. The service and food were excellent. Even with such a large group the food was served promptly for everyone. We brought our own birthday cake and they provided a (very large) knife for us to cut it and napkins for us to take slices home (due to us being full after the food). There was even a happy birthday tune on the TV.

I was going on a trip to Wales with my family, all picky eaters and we were feeling a bit peckish. Stopped by here to eat and omg, when I say the food was fantastic, it really was. We all agreed that everything about this place was more than satisfactory; wonderful staff and wonferful food.

Visited here with my Mother and three grandchildren. The cost of £70. Asked them to break the bill down and discovered they had charged £6.95 each for two sauces for the kids. £4.50 for chips which are probably aldi specials. We used to always go there but stopped going because of grumpy Mo, but started to go back recently. After this ripping off debacle, we will not be returning. We're disgusted over the sauce which is a splash on a plate and charge £7 for it and not even a proper portion in a balti dish for any of the meals. My meal was dry and not enough sauce. I've had a takeaway from Holywell Indian and found this far superior to the meal I was served last night. In future I will be going there. Raj Balti don't seem to realise there's a cost of living crisis and are happily ripping the locals off.

Not what it used to be. Went with daughter and 3 children had 2 meals children 2 of them had a shared rice nan bread and just massala sauce . Sauce just slapped on plate not even on balti dish. Bill came to 70 pound when i asked how much for kids sauce they said it was 6.95 each that was disgusting. They are just money grabbing charge 4.50 for small rice 4.50 fir small chipps really they dont even wear a mask they just rob you blindly. Will never go there again. Dont use bakti dishes like they used to so you get less. Will use holywell in future. We used to have really nice times there when Ash and family there

A hidden gem in an area new to us. We used TripAdvisor to find a restaurant within 5 miles of home and weren't disappointed. Excellent service, delicious King Prawn Tandoori and a tasty sag aloo, all made for a delicious meal. We didn't realise that there was no licence but there is an Aldi just across the road, if we had needed alcohol.

The owner was super friendly and helpful but unfortunately the food was only barely mediocre. The butter chicken was more like korma and way too sweet with coconut. The madras was not tasty or spicy and pretty bland. It was not the worst keema naan i've had but it certainly wasn't the best either. The pilau rice was lovely, really colourful and well cooked. Overall though we were pretty disappointed, so sadly that will be our first and last visit.

We visited for the first time for a takeaway in Dec 2023. The owner was very friendly and the service was good but unfortunately, the food wasn't. We ordered butter chicken and chicken madras. The chicken was tough and tasteless. The butter chicken tasted nothing like butter chicken. The madras was bland and tasteless. The naan breads were all rubbery and tasteless too. The only plus was the pilau rice, it was cooked nicely and very colourful. Sorry but nobody enjoyed it and i can actually cook both of these dishes way better myself. First and last time for us. Really disappointing.

Ordered at 6.20pm understand it's new years eve was told about an hour, phoned up at 8.15 to be told it's on its way 8.45 still waiting delivery Bootend Bagillt. Only ordered 1 meal hate to think what it would be like if I ordered more

Took our friends last Thursday to the Rai Ball the food was excellent as always great service friendly staff . They were very impressed as we always are.

One of the best Indian restaurants in North Wales. Their food is always excellent and I especially love their chicken tikka korma, which never tastes heavily overloaded with ghee. Highly recommended.

This little Gem in my home town of Flint is delightful, friendly and welcoming staff and great service nothing is any trouble for them did my Mums curry just how she wanted it slightly hot 😊the starters were superb and the prices are perfect, we had starters sides and main meals all fresh and the rice is amazing and light I rate the whole experience 5 star ⭐️ don’t hesitate to Dine there, We will definitely return x

Service wasn't great, had to ask for the bill 5 times. Food was ok but not fantastic. My meal was wrong so I had to wait for mine, by the time it came my family had finished theirs.

It's consistent. The food is always good, service is great and Tiger is a brilliant host. In two and a bit years we've never had a bad meal. We take friends and family knowing that everyone will be catered for. If you want a rock solid Indian meal you won't go far wrong at Raj Balti Flint

My Son and I called in off chance whilst going to watch the football at Flint Stadium. We only had a short amount of time and the service was really speedy. Muhammad and the staff were so welcoming and helpful. The food was delicious. I had Chicken Tikka Balti and the chicken was so succulent with a really flavorful sauce. Veg Pilau as great as was the garlic nan. Chance visit but will be back again in the future.

Enjoyed our meal here, just an informal meal on an overnight stay in Flint. Food was served plated up which is unusual for an Indian restaurant. Portions were spot on. Pleasantly surprised that we could bring our own wine too. Owner was very pleasant. Would definitely return if in Flint again.

No care for customers. Staff are not really good. Not bothered. I would not recommend this place. Food is bland and dull.

Really poor service. Rang up before travelling, I was told to come before 9pm for dine in. After that it's takeaway. I went with my family at 8.30 and was told it's takeaway, I even said to ask the manager but they refused. Seats were available. What a waste of time. Will not recommend this place at all with rude management who do not know how to look after customers.

Just moved to the area a few days ago and we are massive curry fans so HAD to try the Raj last night and we were not disappointed! Had starters and mains with delicious keema pilau rice and garlic naan. The very pleasant and helpful chap taking our order even suggested a meal and had the spice level customised to me. 10/10 will be going back - a lot haha!

Rented a house nr flint. Looked on line for Indian ordered delivery for 12 people . It was Fabulous . Food great .delivery fast and bought to country house delayed 5 minutes due to peacocks in the lane . Thats country life i guess.highly recommend lovely food great value thankyou loved it .
