Despite being slightly late I can let it slide because the food tasted incredible. As someone not from the area and just visiting I can’t rate the food highly enough so tasty!! What an absolute gem of a take away!

Delivery schedule was 7.30 and 8.00 arrived at 9.30 phoned business on a number of times initially told he was on his way then told been involved in accident. Delivery driver tells us no accident just busy no apology and order was missing items

food was tasty, and hot enough but only just! rang twice to chase our order which was very annoying 1 st time told it was on its way 2nd time told driver was just leaving but it still took a further 20mins !

Order never arrived, unable to get through to restaurant to query issue.

Chips were cold and tasted awful. Curry was warm and ok, rice was ok. Took nearly two hours for delivery. Last time we collected and food was lovely. Wouldn’t order delivery again.

Paid £35 for the most watery bland madras I have ever had. Such a shame as used to go the Raj quite frequently and it was always a nice meal. The mint sauce also tasted strange too. Will not be ordering from here again and if I wasn’t so tired I would have been back there demanding a refund.

Food arrived stone cold 2.5 hours after ordering. Called the restaurant 3 times, each time was told ‘the driver has just set off’. Bland food, poor service, do not recommend.

Ordered from here on behalf of my daughter many times and she’s always delighted with the quality of the meals from here.

Thoroughly enjoyed our first visit today. We began with a delicious fish tikka and king prawn puree. We followed these with a Sylheti madras and a lamb pathia. We asked for food to made spicy and it was. We accompanied our mains with bhindi bhajia. Service was excellent and we definitely recommend this restaurant. It’s also byob.

Nann breads was like rubber and both currys were bland. Very disappointing considering the cost.

Visited Raj for friends' special birthday. We all had an excellent tasty meal. Staff were very friendly and made sure we were happy with our meal. You are allowed to take your own drink, which is a bonus. Staff also collected our empties. I would recommend a visit as food lovely and reasonably priced.

We went to Raj to celebrate friend's birthday. Food as usual was very good, hot, tasty and quickly serviced. All staff very friendly and made sure we were happy with our food. Restaurant was quiet but we were in early. Would recommend a visit if you enjoy a good curry.

The best Indian restaurant in north wales hands down, food is always excellent and always has been! I’m 28 and have never gone elsewhere, love what Tiger and the team bring to Flint

Takeaway Absolutely disgusting . Completely uneatable. Wasted almost £40 not even the teenagers would eat it . Tasted of pure salt . Burnt popadoms . I have given them over 24 hours to respond .

My order was 3 hours late you broke the contract. I didn't receive the food . Under the customers sevice act of 2015 you have to refund me. I will be expecting a full refund.

Meals were lovely. More what I would expect eating in the restaurant. Delivery person was very smart and professional. My new regular Indian to order from!!!

After calling they said they were waiting on the driver and it will be another 20 minutes, food was not hot at all. Absolutely awful! No apologies nothing.... I definitely won't be returning again.

Ordered at 6pm and was told it would be delivered for 7-7:15pm. It’s now 9.00pm !! And still nothing. Also can’t get through to the restaurant because “user busy” I highly doubt the phone has been busy every second for the past hour… No doubt it will be cold when it arrives aswell.

I ordered at about 6pm my time slot was 7.20-7.40 8.30 still no food so I called and told them not to bother 21.41 they tried to deliver I understand it’s New Year’s Eve but if you can’t be within a reasonable time don’t accept the orders!

Order was 2.5 hours after estimated delivery time. Had to contact the restaurant multiple times and was told the order was out and would be 10-15 minutes - this went on for the entire wait time. When food arrived, sauces had leaked from the packaging all over the contents of the bag.

We ordered in plenty of time and still 30 mins late. Even tried to deliver to incorrect house. We had to reheat the food as it was only warm.

The curry had exploded in the bag and was everywhere and there was a second curry in there that i never ordered that had too exploded. Shocking. I ended up having to order from somewhere else and throw the food away.

The food was really late, I had to call numerous times to see where it was. When the food did arrive it was cold.

The main meal -Chicken rogan Josh was superb as it always is. The mushroom rice is expensive but in my opinion always worth it as it’s lovely. The let down was the cheese naan. It had burnt bits on the top and didn’t taste of cheese at all.

Food was cold, food didn’t taste right, naan bread was like rubber. Slowly gone down hill over the last few months.

Poppadoms were smashed and the keema naan was cold, curry was nice but luke warm by the time it arrived, it might not necessarily been the take away’s fault as sometimes just eat deliver 2 orders at once and you could be order number 2, probably won’t order again as the cost outweighs the quality of the food you receive.

Rude customer service shop doesn’t close until 11pm as advertised i placed an order and collected at 10:40pm but was greeted with a rude response about having to stay late to complete my order, i love this place and have ordered so many times but this is the first time having rude customer service

Cheap overpriced and stale They put way too much cumin and anther herb in the curry coriander I feel sick in the stomach and head The bajhi were bright red i bought 8 coz i like them these were awful oily bad sice levels i was desperate and ate 3 im dieing today The naan was stale

There was no updates on the app. I rang at 2010 and I was informed food was ready and they were awaiting driver. I again rang at 20:30 and I was informed it had been collected and it be there in 15minutes. Rang at 20:50 was informed any time now and that it had been very busy. At 21:30 it had arrived. When opening the bag all the containers had spilled all over everything and it was really hard to know what was what. The nann breads were also covered in curry. Do not order from here

We placed a large order for eight people this evening and everything was perfect! The service was incredible (lovely and friendly staff) and the food was absolutely delicious. One of the best Indian takeaways we have had and we've had a lot. We'll definitely visit again if we revisit Holywell. Thank you.

Food took an hour and 10 minutes to get here (we were 15 minutes away and had 3 items) and it was grim. Nothing more to say. Didn’t even eat more than a few bites. Looked like a pile of poo and thankfully didn’t taste that bad.

4 of us went for an early evening curry. The staff were very friendly and we were all very happy with our tasty meals. Good size portions and very tasty. No alcohol licence, so you can take your own, which I consider a bonus.

Really hard to believe that this is an authentic Indian restaurant, awful food. Everything was cold, nothing smelled appealing. Asked for mango chutney and they gave us sweet and sour sauce. Asked for mint yoghurt and what came was weird, yellow looking creamy stuff. Really disappointed. Sort it out or get some tips from India because this is not Indian food. Naan was stone cold on arrival but it could have been the only decent thing we received if it had been hot.

Food was cold when arrived and had spilt out in to the carrier bag.

lamb bhuna & chicken korma more sauce than meat. garlic mushrooms basically a mound of mush. mango chutney pure liquid. disappointing after the extended wait.

Our 3 visit here. Beautiful food and great service. Take your own alcohol with you. I had a tandoori mixed grill, which comes with a nann bread. It's very filling and tasty. Would recommend it to anyone and if in flint to try this place.

Food was splashed all over the bag. Driver couldn’t find the house, my wife had to go meet him. Very expensive for the little amount of chicken we got.

This was my first visit to this restaurant. I ordered a Chicken Pasanda (which I always have). It is advertised and should be a mild meal, but this was spicy and horribly sweet, totally inedible. When I complained I was told "Pasanda is a sweet dish". It was obvious that he wasn't interested and couldn't care less about future custom. My friends and family who were eating with me also complained about their poor quality meals. Also, the portions were very small. Would NOT recommend.

The raj is the best India food around. always delicious with generous portions and high quality ingredients. Fast service and always the best customer case from Mo and Tiger. No place better!
