tried to tell me he had come to my property and phoned me when he got to my address, which did not happen. This is the first time I had a problem with this take away, very sad, because the food is second to none.

The food tastes really nice but it’s not very generous with the meats in the main dishes seemed to be a tub of sauce with a few slices of meat, the flavour though was lovely.

When the food finally arrived it was cold.

Food excellent, meant to be delivered at 20:30 arrived 21:25 nearly an hour late

Excellent take away loved every bit of it, if I had to say anything a bit more sauce in the curries and less big half slice of tomato. Definitely be ordering again

didn't finish the food as when it arrived it was cold. didn't look like it had been in a heated bag or even insulated bags for delivery. both curry dishes was the same even tho we ordered differently. tried to warm it up but then the quality went straight away. maybe because it's Christmas they have been too busy but either way today it was not a good experience.

Food arrived late. Also ordered 5 starters all should have had mint yoghurt. Yet again it was left Ed of our order. So 1 pot of mint yogurt between 6 starters. I even left a comment in the notes.

Food was way too salty to eat. Naan bread was like rubber and they forgot one of our drinks

Possibly the worst curry I’ve had, poppadoms dry and the curry was like gravy. The nan breads were ok but the rest was poor 🙄

Have ordered delivery from them multiple times, my go-to indian takeaway in the area. Food is delicious (have ordered several different dishes) and they deliver super quickly and are always friendly. Definitely recommend!

Food was cold on arrival, naan bread was like a crisp and burnt.

Yet again food late. Also no salad with our food. Also only 1 pot of mint yogurt with our food. Even tho we ordered 5 starters. Food was very cold.

2 hours late , no communication from restaurant, food cold , driver said had been waiting for 30 mins and when i asked when he rang he showed me a call log that said 8.09 , i was at the gate by 8.12 as was in caravan park. So dissapointing.

new to area - dine out to Indians restaurants and also order approx £200 /month on just eat - delivery half hour late ( though lady on phone was nice when called) Actual curry was a bowl full of sugar - I know massala isn't traditional but expected better - will keep looking

i saw rats and when i complained a guy called Yasar Faroze stole my money. He said they only eat whats on the floor, the guy was rude and i also say him eating food out of the UBER EATS takeaway that someone had ordered.

Staff on the phone shocking no help what so ever told me food was out for delivery rang back 25 mins later turns out it’s already been made and telling me it’s going to take 15 minutes after already telling me it’s out for delivery. Absolutely shocking. Wouldn’t bother ordering from here if you’re expecting food within an hour better off pre booking 2 days prior.

Disgusting service ordered £50 of food at 7pm 10pm no food keep getting fobbed off saying driver has left. Last call they just hung up when asked if the food was actually coming. Avoid at all costs and do not use CLWYD EATS as you will struggle to get a refund as they have to go through the restaurant/FILTHY HOVEL to confirm they did not deliver

this was one of the NICEST most TASTIEST Indians we have ever had .. we had the Lamb Rogan with pilau and a garlic & coriander nan ..poppadoms were light and crispy too .. absolutely perfect. Delivery person was awesome , great communication..thanks so so much ❤️

Order was late and we placed order more than 2.5 hours in advanced. Food delivered was cold- all 3 curried pooled in water and poppadoms were missing from the order.

Forgot some of our food one of our mains was not nice at all some of the food was cold and was not a lot of prawns

We actually loved the food, we generally have chicken tikka dhansak which we’ve had from many places but I have to say this was a bit too hot for us, I finished mine but my wife couldn’t finish hers which was a shame as everything else was perfect. Will no doubt order again but would probably have to go for masala or something. Delivery was super fast

Not the best but suppose not the worst? Masala was more like a mashed tomato puree then creamy? But naan bread was lovely!

only problem was soaking in oil chips again someone has tried to rush cooking and not allowed oil to reach correct temperture causing ships to soak up oil not nice please allow time for oil to be correct as dripping in oil is not only gross but extremly unhealthy and expensive to end up in bin thankyou

First time ordering from here . Normally order from ashas but to my disappointment it was closed . So after reading the reviews I thought id give it a go. Order arrived half hour late but Food was still hot and it was actually really nice. Lots a flavour. No missing items. Not quite an ashas but not far off . Would defo order again 🙂

Food was lovely! First time ordering from here but fully agree with other comments. Portions were great and food was fresh, hot and tasty. I was full so even had leftovers for the next day! Will definitely be ordering again - onion bhaji starter and chicken tikka massala were a hit 👌🏻

Sorry, It was recommended Neel Akash as a good Indian takeout by a neighbour and after twice ordering food from Neel Akash i can honestly say its is not of quality compared to Red Chilli’s in Abergele. I think i will stick to my existing takeout. Marks for Neel Akash would be 6/10.

Delicious as always, on time as always,just disappointed about the change in portion size on the curry. If you are using the metal/foil containers for the boiled rice why change to smaller plastic containers?

Food is great! Lamb bhuna is very tender meat and the curry sauce tasted great! My favourite! Family member really liked the butter chicken! Sweet but still flavoursome. The Tandoori chicken was nice too mmmm this place never disappointed us and it's a good affordable price! Highly recommended!

Omg the by far the WORST CHICKEN TIKKA MAIN EVER!! I collected one other week, seen young girl with tub open, no staff around like they were reheating food. Ordered online today 4 pieces of chicken were absolutly weird. I phoned takeaway and young girl answered i was explaning the chicken's weird and she passed me off to someone who doesn't understand. Why have someone answer who is miserable as anything. See for yourself. Then shes absolutly rude by not listening to what i trying to say like she doesn't care in her job. I gave them the option to correct this, but i certaintly wouldn't ever want tikka meat again. I have kept it for enviromental health to look at its that bad.

Neel take your cash tandoori. Don’t care about the quality and customer service is non existent and girl doesn’t care one bit. Chicken was weird….was it pigeon? Maybe a seagull? Definitely wasn’t chicken had to throw it away. Needless to say will not be going back and hope people read this review as you can spend your hard earned cash here and if you’ve got a cast iron stomach and no taste buds then this will be the place for you.

It wasn’t gonna leave a review, left it over a week to do it but feel I must as I am still disapponted with my order. I have eaten and cooked curries for 30 years. Sorry but cannot understand how people are leaving top reviews here? Really poor food. No flavour, meat was not tandoored in any way….will not be ordering again

Review would of been higher but for the mandatory service charge. If I choose to tip I will do so but not being given the choice makes me feel like it is just another way to con more money out of customers.
