Ordered Chicken Tikka Masala & a Jalfrezi. The Tikka Masala looked & tasted nothing like it usually does from everywhere else.It wasn’t a creamy red colour, it tasted exactly the same as the Jalfrezi (which was mild with no chilli’s, just the odd red pepper. The rice was very greasy. The Nann breads (garlic & pershwari) were absolutely gorgeous. The delivery & timing were 100% but I wouldn’t recommend or use again.

Ordered a take away to be delivered. Chicken tikka masala, pilau rice and Nan bread, delivery took over hour and a half I phoned up said it had been ready for she’s they were waiting on the delivery driver , when it arrived it certainly wasn’t what I had ordered also I ordered poppadoms and chutney, which was that spicy you couldn’t eat, as for the meal it was awful, will never have from there again.

Superb, just had a takeaway (Chicken Tikka Balti), the best I've had, and I would imagine even more delicious if in the restaurant and served even more fresh. Definitely our Indian of choice in this area. The only slight negative I'd give, and this may be me being picky, the poppadom dips are different to the usual we would normally get around the Manchester Area, but still OK. The main course however was absolutely delicious.

Absolutely amazing food, very obvious made from fresh ingredients the taste was possibly the best I’ve had in a while. Vindaloo was perfectly balanced with heat but still tasty so much so I will definitely order again. All other curries and sides also tasty and amazing. Thank you.

We were confused. Not local. Fancied an Indian and came across this on Google. Thought initially we were in the wrong place when we walked in because it is still done out as a pub. Asked at the bar and were told where to go.. quite a dark side room with no atmosphere accept from the music you could hear from the bar. Nice man came and took drinks order and we were just about to order food at the bar (menu says to) when another nice guy came over and took the food order. Food came quickly and was fresh and hot. One of the best Indian Meals we have ever had. Perfect amount of spice where you can taste the ingredients. All freshly made. All of us cleared our plates. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Don't let appearances put you off. The venue is confused but couldnt fault the meal or the service.

Recently moved to the area and have tried a few takeaways offering delivery. Apart from the delay in the establishment accepting our online order the ordering process was easy. The food was excellent with a twist to what we are familiar with. Competitively priced . We shared the tandoori regular starter which was plenty for 2 with a selection of other starters. Only disappointment was the 2 pieces of lamb kebab which were each about 1 inch long

We came here for a very rare family meal out, but were left very disappointed. Firstly, forgetting the food, the atmosphere was really bad. We were next to a rec-room type area which was banging out music louder than the bar. There were people going in and out of it constantly, often swearing next to our pre-teen children. Next, there was the toilets. On no less than 2 occasions, i took my children in there and encountered groups of grown men going in to the single cubicle, obviously doing drugs (probably cocaine), and coming out all leary together. Not great infront of the children. Lastly was the food! We all ordered different curries, but they were literally all the same, but with slightly more chilli powder in! I had a vindaloo, which was EXACTLY the same as my kids tikka masala, but slightly more spicy. They were also a really odd consistency, not like normal curry-house curries. I was not impressed. I didnt bother bringing it up with the staff because they didnt know what day of the week it was. I asked the waitress what ales they had and she started telling me about their lagers. I tried correcting her, but she didnt understand. Overall, it was disappointing. Considering how nice it was when the previous owners ran it, their kids (I guess) have let it go massively down hill. Stick to one in Rhyl town!

You know it's a local pub serving Indian food, the kids wanted a curry and this seemed like a good option on the way back to the hotel, didn't want anything to fancy, to my suprise the food was much better than I had set my expectations and was reasonably priced as was the drinks, is it the best Indian food I've had ? No. Would I go back if I was in the area again definitely, the only real issue we had was it was freezing cold in there and we had to eat with our coats on hence the 4 stars, I cannot blame them for the cost of business energy at the moment.

Went here in January for an Indian with my Partner as Asha’s and Rhyl Spice were both closed. Very disappointing and very expensive payed £60 for two curries and starters with two glasses of coke. Over priced and the food was terrible. £11.99 for a curry with like 4 pieces of meat in it and that’s not including rice or chips. The curries had no spice to them what so ever and the sauce was tasteless bland to thick and sloppy. The whole meal was tasteless and bland. Strange taste to them compared to a regular Indian curry don’t taste like Indian food at all. The portion size for the price is ridiculous. Also ordered a garlic Naan Bread with cheese for my partner came with no cheese and was saturated in garlic over powering must of used a whole tub on it. Could not eat it way it had been cooked. You can get cheaper curries and better quality at Asha’s and Rhyl spice a waste of money. How they can charge and serve such expensive and low quality food and remain in business is beyond me should be closed down. They don’t no how to cook Indian food here the way it should be done. Disappointed to have thrown away £60 on dining here will not be eating here again absolutely abysmal.

The areas were all clean and the toliets were gleaming. We ate indoors and was given a seat close to the window.... The portion sizes on the food were excellent, and the presentation was fab. We had chicken tikka masala and was by far the best I've ever tasted. They also had an english menu which was greta for the little ones.... Who had chicken nuggets, chips and sausage and chips. There was more than enough and had clean plates. The drinks were excellent..... The staff were very professional and cheerful. I would definitely recommend Thanks again....

Dopiaza was crap , my vindaloo tasted exactly like the dopiaza and the tikka masala but with probably a tiny bit of extra chilli powder , by far the worst Indian meal I have ever eaten in any restaurant ! Save your money. Order from elsewhere. Trust me! We ordered a take away from here for our anniversary meal on sunday eve. We’ve lived in Wales for 5yrs now and have never ordered an indian take away as I have yet to see a decent consistant review from any of them. However, I had seen someone praising the food from here on facebook so we thought let’s give it a try. How sorry we were!! We were starving and looking forward to our food. When it arrived, my mrs dished it out. Straight away she said the sheesh kebabs looked anemic, they looked pale like they hadn’t been cooked long enough and been cooked a while ago and reheated. We also ordered two kormas. I’m not sure what the hell the curry was but it tasted absolutely nothing like a korma. It literally had no taste at all, nothing! How is that even possible?! It was runny like water. The pieces of chicken were small. The naan bread was stone cold, chicken tikka wings were black like burnt on the outside but pinkish in the middle and cold. The only decent thing there were the meat samosas. My mrs rung them up to complain to be told that other people had ordered kormas and they’d had no complaints. As my mrs said to him, we aren’t concerned what other people think, only concerned about the dismal ‘food’ in front of us. We weren’t asking for a refund, just a replacement. He said that’s fine, so we gave him the order again. For him to then say that’ll be £39 please madam!! He actually wanted us to pay AGAIN for a replacement. The take away we had was £40, £29 with Uber discount code. So he expected us to pay just short of £69 on take away. When asking for a manager he said there wasn’t one there so my mrs told him to ho ring one. Eventually he did. He them came back and said his manager said ok to replacement for free. If we go collect it and bring the other food back. Which we were happy to do as we had only had a mouthful of curry and a bite of the starters. This time we opted for chicken tikka massala as he said the korma would be exactly the same as we had. He said this wasn’t spicy/hot as my mrs has stomach issues. Got back home, dished up again. Soon as we laid eyes on the ‘tikka massala’ we knew it wasn’t right. It was watery and looked like no other massala we’d ever seen before. We tried it, same again. Absolutely no taste at all. Just a hell of a lot of spice/heat. It was disgusting. Chicken tikka wings, pinkish inside still. Naan looked burnt on the edges, again samosas fine. At this point we decided there was no point ringing back because he refused a refund and their food is obviously no good at all. So we binned it and my mrs had a bowl of special K and I had a pasty. That was our anniversary meal! We complained to Uber about the concerning undercooked sheesh kebab and chicken wings and weird curry and got a £19.97 refund thanfully. So we only lost £10 on the take away. After my mrs was telling the girls in work they all said oh no you didn’t order from there did you?! So obviously known for being awful. I had the stomach from hell the next day from the food I had eaten to try it. Having lived in greater manchester for many many years we have had a hell of a lot if indian take aways. We have never had a bad one until we moved here and tried the Millbanks food. For all them saying it was excellent and are going back again. I question their taste buds. Literally Icelands microwave currys are a million times better than their food and a heck of a lot cheaper. Do yourself a massive favour. Save your money and get a pizza or chinese from somewhere. You will regret ordering from here.

Mum and boss man you are simply the best. The food is out of this world whether eating in or takeaway, the service you and the staff provide is outstanding especially in these difficult times. What does surprise me more than anything is given the fact that our daughter has recently been in hospital and while in there the amount of nurses and Drs she has spoken to about her favourite Indian restaurant (Millbank Inn ) that they have told her what a wonderful curry you do and the fact that you delivered large pots of starter & curry to certain hospitals during the 1st wave of COVID, all free etc for the staff and patients. It’s somewhat annoying to find that not one member of NHS staff have provided you with a positive review or a thanks.Mum, and boss man you should be on the New Years honour list.We love you.Martin, Sue , Carl & Hannah.

Visited the Millbank Inn after a being told how good it is. Cannot fault the service or food and booked a table for another visit before we left. Lovely people in a lovely pub 5/5 on our score chart. Jeff.

Having moved to Rhyl just over 12 months ago we have been struggling to find a decent Indian curry. We then came across the Millbank and decided to try a takeaway. The food was exceptional, having tried the takeaway we thought we’d try the venue itself, sadly Covid struck and lockdown came in.Obviously we couldn’t go to the venue or order a takeaway.Happy to report lockdown lifted and we booked a table, we arrived and were greeted by a member of bar staff who handed us over too the owner who showed us to our seats. She was immediately apologetic for not giving us the seating that was requested due to my daughter having back issues. The seating issue was not the owners fault , that was down to other diners not getting a move on.Social distancing is very evident with floor markings and a one way system in and out.The venue has car parking at the rear of the premises and is free. After being seated we were all given menus to mull over and having decided what to eat you then have to go up to the bar and place your order. At this point they ask you if you want all your food to come out at the same time or wait a little between courses. My wife didn’t hear correctly or miss understood what was asked but we ended up having our starters and mains all at the same time. The owner was apologetic for the miss understanding, again it wasn’t her fault. The food was beyond belief it was so tasteful and hot.Given the fact it all came at the same time goes to show how fresh the food was and kept it’s temperature, hats off to the chef. The staff are very attentive, not over baring constantly asking you how you are enjoying your meal. The beer is well stocked and poured at a good temperature. The venue is very well maintained clean and tidy. The owner, well what can I say? She is a lovely lady, straight to the point, no air and graces , and loves a bit of banter, she gives as good as she gets. The staff , again they love a bit of banter please don’t abuse them they are doing a fantastic job.Now for the downside, please take cash with you as at times the automated system is temperamental and likes to crash, again not the owners fault, I felt sorry for her it was a little embarrassing, if you don’t have cash then there is an ATM about a 10 min walk away. Will we be using the venue again?Hell yea no ifs or buts!!!!!!

Me and my husband went here for a meal but we were disappointed as the curry wasn't up to a good standard. It was more like soup with a tiny piece of onion and one meagre little slice of green pepper,we both had different curries, which looked and tasted the same.Sorry but we won't be going back there for a meal.

The menu is simple and there is nothing wrong with that. The food was tasty and nicely cooked. The staff were very friendly which was the best part of the experience of eating here. The downside is the very noisy bar next door with a loud sports TV which might put some people off. That said, I would definitely eat there again.

It's really good pub grub - that happens to be proper Indian grub. What a great idea. It's a real local pub serving really good Indian food. The staff and locals are all very friendly. We visited as a family with 3 kids.Everyone enjoyed the food, my wife probably expected more of a restaurant atmosphere as opposed to a pub lounge but I liked the atmosphere. Maybe restaurant is a bit of a push. But it's a good friendly pub serving really good Indian food.

I can normally eat a chicken curry with a fork. With my madras I had to use a knife to cut the very over cooked meat. The sauce was tasty. The naan bread was more like naan filo pasty, no substance at
