The best restaurants serving Indian food in England

Terrible takeaway. We were staying at a cottage nearby and ordered a delivery for 8 people. The food was incredibly dry. 3 of our group put there's pretty much straight in the bin. I personally had a chicken madras which while edible, contained only a few tiny chicken pieces. The food came relatively quickly which makes me question if it was cooked fresh. It certainly didn't taste that way.

I go here on my way home after a hard day's slog in work , one of the top two Indian takeaways I've tried and I've tried dozens , foods always mouthwatering and delicious and hot , ice only just noticed it's saying they now deliver , I'l be pigging out tonight this is fit sure , I honestly can't complain about any aspect of the food from here , well done 👍 orrell tandoori

The prawns were not crispy at all. They were wrapped in a dense, salty, spring roll wrapping. I had to strip the giant wrapping off to access the tiny prawns underneath. They were salty as heck. Disappointing. I am going to try the biryani and okra.

Distinctly average. Usually order the paneer tikka so went for paneer biryani for a change. Ordered mild for husband, slightly hot for me - the biryani was exactly the same and only the sauce differed. Biryani too hot for husband. Very limited amount of paneer in the dish. I had tarka dal instead of the veg curry - it was very thin and very salty.

Always good quality food from the best in the area!

Have used Dine India on several occasions for Indian Takeaway. Each time the food has arrived promptly, full of flavors and hot.

Always great food from Kadirs, never fails! Top curry in Southsea in my opinion!

Bought the ‘set menu A’ that just eat offered (meant to be for 2 people) and three of us were completely full! Massive portions, beautiful tastes that flood your mouth and fantastic poppadoms!! No waiting around for food to be delivered, told an hour and got it early! Fantastic restaurant, cannot wait to order again!

Haleem was disappointing, I’m an Indian from Hyderabad city and so I know this is not haleem at all. Very disappointed

My wife and myself had a great meal everything cooked to perfection and at a very reasonable price

One of several curry houses in Syston. We've been coming here for years as a couple and a family. Staff are always jolly and friendly, service is good and menu and food fantastic. Loads of choice. Decor is a bit dated but what does that matter when everything else is fine. Free parking in Syston is a 1 minute walk away.
