We stopped for dinner and the service was really nice. We got complimentary salad, dessert and coffee. Staff were friendly.

We had a take away. Food was absolutely awful 😞 curry was so watery and never had any taste whatsoever so ever. I was very disappointed. Yet when I sat in there before Xmas the food was lovely. Plus the atmosphere was ok. So that really has spoilt me eating there in the future. X

Such great people, and really lovely food. We were made feel welcome as soon as we arrived and throughout our meal. The staff make this restaurant a truly amazing place to eat. The complimentary desert was a nice surprise too!

Great food and very good service, highly recommended. Specially their garlic nan is delicious.They served fruits during Iftar and offered dessert as a complimentary treat, a thoughtful gesture I truly appreciated, even though I was exempted from fasting.

Ordered a takeaway from Jilabi, It was very nice and good quality food. The one thing i would say is they were very stingy with the meat which is whats letting them down compared to the other Indian restaurants around the area.

Jilabi..'The Jil'...yes send another bill.....Delivered following online order. Delivery was sooner than expected and the food was quite satisfying. Fresh meat in lamb balti plus in a chicken balti too. Naan bread fresh. Ordered again and ORDER AGSIN I WILL FROM 'THE JIL' ! 👌🏾👌🏼👌🏻💫🥘🫓🍴🥄😋

We don’t live in the area but we’re working in the NEC and read about this place. We went to the buffet on the Sunday and there was a huge variety of fresh and delicious Indian food. ALL the staff were super attentive and so lovely! Can’t recommend it enough!

Well, you wouldn‘t guess it from the surroundings, but this restaurant is a real gem. The staff is so attentive, I have only ever experienced this in Michelin Star restaurants. You are greeted with complementary papadams served with a selection of dips/toppings, that really set the tone already. The menu is extensive, so you are sure to find something to you‘re liking, but after a long day at work on new years day, we decided to just asked the staff for recommendations. We were asked for any preferences and trusted in the staff, and they absolutely nailed it. Starters, mains, sides, all absolutely delicious, truly the best Indian food I had outside of India. The garlic naan was absolutely wonderful and piping hot fresh out of the oven. The food is what I would call authentic while catering to the european taste, the medium hot spice level that was suggested really hit the spot. Supper finished up with a complementary desert and a cup of coffee. Even upon leaving the staff offered to help us into our coats and held the door open. A truly wonderful experience.

Visited on Christmas day and the overall experience definitely exceeded my expectations. A great selection of starters, rice, nan bread and curries were delivered to our table and we were also informed we could have anything from the buffet, during the meal the atmosphere was great with some drummers where a lot of the staff and customers got involved with dancing, desserts and coffee followed and again there was lots of extra desserts from the buffet, great value for money, with happy attentive staff, a meal to remember, will definitely be back and would recommend

Visited this restaurant on Sunday while in the area on a work trip. We mostly ate the buffet but ordered a few bits from the kitchen, great food at a very fair price! The guys couldn't do enough for us and would be a credit to any business, exceptional service. All of us agreed that we will return when we're next in the area.

We called in here for food after visiting the nec. It was sunday afternoon and they had a buffet on. There was around 10 different currys to choose from, every starter imaginable and dessert included too.

The food is really good, the staff are very helpful and so friendly. I went with my husband and 2 year old son. We had the buffet on Sunday.

I know Indian restaurants are on a different level to much of the rest of the UK I have been told by Indian friends. However we really enjoyed our meal here it was above expectations. Very full of flavour and the special really was unique and special. Service was friendly and attentive.

We were recently in this restaurant recommended by the local travellodge (airport). 1.6 miles away. Not only were we really looked after by the great staff.... the 8 of us eat out at alot of Indian restaurants, and this was up there with the best!

Came for a private baby shower. We were given the space at the back all to ourselves. The staff were extremely helpful when setting and tidying up. The food was absolutely delicious. Not sure why this was my first time here but will defo be coming back. They even gave us complimentary desserts and hospitality was amazing. Thank you to all the staff here who helped make the day special for my sister in law and guests.

The staff are so friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately a piece of chicken I had was raw. We told the waiter and he said it would pass it on but has no apology and heard no more. The Sunday buffet was otherwise fine but just fine. Not nearly as nice as it used to be. Dry bhajis. Undercooked chicken legs, overcooked tikka. Such a shame.

I’ve recently dined at Jilabi restaurant,It was a lovely welcoming staff greeted with warm smiles and hospitality and very good ambiance. We were asked about the buffet system, they provided us with a lot of variety’s have ever seen. The entire team worked seamlessly together, creating an atmosphere of efficiency and professionalism. The bus staff swiftly cleared tables and refilled water glasses without disruption, and the host checked in to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout the evening. It’s clear that the staff are well-trained and deeply committed to providing top-notch services. They have celebrated my friend birthday with all fruit juice with a small cake and a candle . The staff made our day with beautiful service from all the staff. I highly recommend this Restaurant not only for its delicious cuisine but also for its remarkable service. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our visit so special. We will undoubtedly be returning soon and bringing friends to share in the wonderful experience, Thanks again..!

A bangladeshi run restaurant, been here a hand full of times. Service was great! They created a made to order lamb dish for me which was full of great massala and herbs spices. The butter chicken was fired up and made spicier than usual was was fantastic! They had a thick creamy spicy dhal which was too good with the lamb!Will be back soon!

Our brother recommended we go here for the first time. Was the best decision ever made. The best indian we have had in UK. Well what can I say! Excellent customer service, friendly and welcoming always checking to see if we needed any more drinks. The poppadoms and the sauces that accompanied them were really moreish and the food when it came out was piping hot, really tasty and fresh, and everyone received their food at the same time. Complimentary dessert was delicious and we could choose from either tea or coffee which was also complimentary. To top it off, we had complimentary Bailey's as we were celebrating my brothers 60th birthday. All in all, we had a great time and experience, would definitely recommend 👌 10/10

Sunday gourmet buffet was excellent. Lot off Non veg offerings like Chicken, Lamb and Fish. Taste is excellent. Only drawback is that the buffet has a delayed start. But the service was excellent. The staff were very friendly and made our day great with their top notch service.

Ordered delivery Sunday, after waiting over an hour had to suffer watered down balti, soggy naan and king prawn starter which was extra and only 1 prawn, this place used to be fantastic, but sorry to say standards have fallen, also no phone manners

I came down for my birthday and when i say the service and food were both absolutely amazing. I would highly highly recommend this place. A very special shoutout to one of the workers named Govinda he took very very good care of us without him this place would be incomplete.

Overall a great experience, friendly and helpful staff with good tasting food. We enjoyed a meal at the restaurant mid week. No reservation was needed The staff were very professional and the turnaround time for the food to arrive was good. The dishes tasted really nice, the butter chicken was below average it was more so a sweet sauce with chicken tikka added however I wouldn’t say bad tasting. They gave us a whole load of complimentary desserts, chocolate cake, ice cream, gulab jamun and jilabi finishing off with a delicious Indian chaa! If you’re local it’s definitely a place to visit. Enjoy.

Staff couldn’t be more friendly n helpful so nice .food was very nice most of all the deserts n tea at the end was the best part . Ordered for takeaway for the first time. Phone manor and delivery service was fantastic. However, the food was very disappointing. Vegetable samosa were bland and tasted like they were fried in dirty fat. Madras sauce was just heat and lacked flavour. Fried rice very greasy and lumpy. Onion salad, the onions were going brown. Naan tasted ok, bit on the soggy side. Was only given one pot of mint sauce and red sauce to accompany 2x vegetable samosa starters and 2 poppadoms. Most of the food went in the bin, whilst i appreciate i was gone half 10 when ordered, standards should not slip. Nearly £30 in the bin.

Jilabi provided outside catering for an event for us, we had a selection of menu items for a buffet. Everyone liked the food that was a mix of sides and curry’s. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. A good experience thanks to the team!

I ordered a takeaway this evening. Food arrived in 1 hour and was delicious. The only thing, Jhal dish described as "slightly hot" appeared to be extremely hot 🔥, but I guess it depends on who is used to what. I was not able to eat much of it which is a shame as meat was nicely done, and sauce was rich. It tasted like a good quality, homemade meal (just really hot 🔥 😃) Dips were good too. Next time I will ring before ordering to find out which food is not that much spicy:).

me and my friend walked in without a booking, we had a mix starter which was lovely, for mains we had a chicken tikka biryani and lamb desi bhuna and a plain naan, it was gorgeous, after we ate wet asked for the bill but instead they bought us complementary desserts and desi tea which was really nice of them, they couldn't do enough and made us feel special

Ordered a takeaway & it was awful! Arrived stone cold, watery sauces, 4 pieces of chicken per curry & the lamb chops are more like cheap chump chops - no meat all fat & bone. Such a shame as this place used to be amazing!!!
