The menu isn’t too long which I think is why the food is better than average. Large portions and nice level of spice. Very quiet for a Friday evening which is a bit sad.

First visit; I think fairly recently opened. Was 6pm mid-week so unsurprisingly quiet, but food and service was good; quite a short menu, which is usually a good sign and was the case here. Very handy being able to park right outside, and being just over the road from the White Swan. I would certainly re-visit.

Visited recently as a party of four. It's really useful to be able to park for free just outside. The food was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. On that subject we needed some help as menu was a little confusing. The main courses were listed before the starters but no problem once it was explained. The online menu is totally straightforward by contrast. The service was reasonable given it was a Saturday night. Dinning out in Harborne/Edgbaston seems to be getting very expensive lately so we all thought the prices represented very good value for money, given that the food was of good quality. The decor is no frills and the restaurant is on the small but non of that deters from the experience. Will definitely be returning.

Staff is very polite and very helpful. We were served by someone who had just started working there so he looked very nervous but be patient how are they to learn. Food was very good. Having free parking is so convenient. More people need to know about this place so please ask if you want a great Indian with no problem in parking. Try this place.

Had a lovely meal at Tamasha, the food is excellent and at a good price. I'll cut some slack for the young boy who was serving us, however, service overall was a bit weak. We didn't get poppadoms or water when others did, plus I ordered a Peroni and for a Madri. Despite that, the staff were friendly and like I said, the food was great. Would go back again.

Tamasha is unrivalled. The food makes you feel at home & makes you feel that Indian comfort you long for. The staff are incredibly helpful and service is quick and efficient. The owner is lovely and honestly Tamasha. The place to be in Edgbaston. Shop Small.

We just had another memorable happy experience in this new restaurant. The Chef specialises in superb Indian Cuisine , and with very generous portions. The waiter serving us was very professional, knowledgable and helpful. Will go again soon! Highly recommend!

Best meals I've had in a while , food was authentic home style not pompous, generous portion size and service staff were so attentive and prompt , definitely going to be one of my regular places to eat.

Horrible. We never go back there again. The service is too weak and slow. There is only one staff who is a nice guy but he has to serve for everyone. This place needs at least 3 staff fully stay with the customers. The food served too late. The customers are mostly Indian people who shout and talk so loud which gives you headache and uncomfortable place to experience and have food. It is not a cozy place to enjoy the food in peace.

Excellent friendly and attentive given by service staff, suggestions of what to order were spot , one of the best curries I’ve had in a long time in cosy warm atmosphere. A hidden gem that anyone who loves authentic home style Indian food will love. Pricing were surprisingly low considering the standard of food , service and location. My verdict coming from someone who works in the restaurant industry for last 20 years .

Excellent, massive upgrade to the neighbourhood in terms of local Indian and take out food. Spice mix is flavoursome and unique. Chef knows his stuff. Vegetarian options equally as well considered and thoughtful spice combination. Try it.

Really delicious authentic Indian food. Absolutely lazeez. Would definitely recommend it to all. Protein was cooked perfectly.
