Service was awful to be honest young lad who served us had no manners, food wasn’t the worst but nothing special. Definetly wouldn’t go back

The service was slow throughout the meal and it appeared that the attitude of the waiter was lacking interest in providing satisfactory customer service. Extremely disappointed with the overall experience of this restaurant.

Really enjoyed our time at Panache. Lovely vibes and fantastic tasty food. Had the lamb shank and it fell off the bone. Couldn’t ask for better to be honest. I have been to Lassan in Birmingham and this was FAR better.

WARNING, keep your possessions safe on you as this restaurant aren't forthcoming or helpful if you leave/misplace things. Sentimental gift was left and NOBODY wanted to be helpful and help me find it INSTEAD they told me lies which means someone went home with an extra special tip in their pocket!!!! BECAREFUL

Takeaway. Disappointing. Only one small pot of mint sauce when in my opinion 2 of my dishes should automatically come with mint sauce (bhaji and shashlick) - it does when I order elsewhere. And I paid for an extra on so should have had 3. The bhaji was dry. The pathia was too tomatoey and wasn’t nice at all. The naan bread was very salty. All in all a very disappointing meal. Only ordered there because they did a quorn dish which is good for my vegetarian daughter. But I won’t be ordering there again.

One of the veg dish was stale and sour. On asking answer was this is how it is if you don’t want to have we can take it back. But order sensibly next time. Food was stale and poor quality.

This isn't an ordinary curry restaurant, you won't find a balti here. The food is rather expensive starter around£7 to £8 , but the food is lovely. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is plenty of space between the tables. Definitely a place to go for a special meal out. Only downside is they over cook their prawns, the lamb is excellent however.

Had a lovely meal with partner, service was great, the young man (sorry didnt get you're name) was very attention and welcoming. Food was thoroughly enjoyed chilli and garlic chicken was so tasty but hot! haha i was warned. Will be back again.

Beautiful surroundings well thought out. Disappointed with food starter and main course very tough and unable to eat it. Service was good yet despite telling staff of poor food no adjustment to bill offered or made.

The food quality of the starters in particular were poor. The platter was placed on a 3 tier stand, in a feable attempt to make the poor quality food items seem a higher standard. The mains were mediocre at best. The service staff seem pleasant enough, although I believe it doesn't warrant a mandatory 12.5% service charge. Especially as they forgot to bring items from the order so a few of us were waiting before we could eat. It's somewhat preposterous that this establishment calls itself a fine dining restaurant. In summary, avoid this restaurant and go elsewhere. We certainly won't be returning.

Went here tonight and I was extremely disappointed with the food. I had the onion bhaji for starter which was dry and burnt. I was advised they are using new onions. I sent it back and was advised my friend and I would get a free round of drinks. The mains came and the malasa chips were sticky and the sauce was not great. A chicken jalfrazi is spicy but this was just hot and without any flavour. The bill came and nothing was taken off to then be told sorry and they then took off the bhaji and only 1 drink. By this point, I just wanted to leave. Yes the waiter was pleasant but I would not recommend this place. There are lots of better choices near, so don't be fooled by the lovely exterior of the place.

Went for a meal on Father's Day and have to say the food was extremley tasteless! All the dishes were bland!! No seasoning, spice or flavour whatsoever! Such a shame because I've been a few years ago and the food was tasty. I will not return again, will happily go elsewhere (lovely restaurant opposite or a few up the road in wylde green).

We came here for our anniversary and it was disappointing. Food was greasy, tasteless and overpriced. £4 per person for poppadoms. The service was slow even though the restaurant was almost empty. You could get the exact same thing for half the price at any other indian. There was nothing fine dining about this restaurant at all. Would not recommend.

Overpriced and poor service. We were waiting ages to order desserts after our meal but didn’t get the opportunity as no staff member came to ask. When we arrived we were asked to sit in the waiting area but weren’t offered drinks. The food was nice but nothing special for the price you pay, we were expecting it to be much better, especially as the ambience was really nice. Portion sizes were enough. Overall it was an ok restaurant but we have been to much better less expensive ones. Wouldn’t go again.

Decided to treat myself to a take away after a long day and I wish I hadn’t! Ordered Chicken Tikka with spinach and it was awful! It was tasteless and the chicken did not taste like chicken and it was extremely tough and stringy! I am so disappointed and will not order ever again from here! Vile curry.

Ate here last night, wasn't as good as when I have been in the past, a few years ago. The service was very slow and took almost an hour to take our food order. The dips that came with the popadoms were tiny, the mint yoghurt was flavourless and we we were surprised when the bill came that we were charged £4 for these. When the starters came out, mine was tasty but was cold. The main curry was nice but didn't seem worth the extra money compared to a typical Indian restaurant. It ended up coming to around £48 per head for starter, main and 3 drinks each. This was including the 12.5% service charge already added to the bill which was a bit annoying considering the slow service. Maybe we were unlucky last night as I did remember this place being great in the past, but I didn't feel like I got value for money last night

Had starters, the onion bahji was SO good, I fully recommend! My boyfriend had chicken passanda and I had lamb. Was amazing. Passanda was coconut flavoured, really nice. I had garlic naan, which was also amazing. Owner was super friendly, and the restaurant was clean and had nice atmosphere. Best restaurant for a date in MILES. They also do delivery, and they let us take our leftovers home with us. Will be going again!

The curries has a good amount of meat. However, the Jalfrezi sauce seemed to just be the base, no hot fried vegetables. The dhansak was very sweet, not fruity or tangy, the lamb was a bit dry. Onion Baji was nice on the outside but so dense that the vast majority was raw batter on the inside which isn't what you want. Naan breads were really good. Pretty disappointed as family who have lived in the area for a while say they enjoy eating here, maybe just takeaways are not as good.

We order takeaways from here all the time, and they are always 10/10! The food is delicious, and the service is excellent, the staff are so lovely and really helpful! Would recommend to anyone!

Ordered a takeaway through Just Eat and was disappointed. Chicken Shashlick was very overcooked and really dry, tarka dhal didn't have any flavour and the poppadoms were smashed into small pieces on arrival.

We have had Christmas Day lunch here two years running as it’s very special and makes a change from the traditional Fayre although you can have a turkey main course if you wish. There are lots of courses included in the menu so there are lots of interesting components and flavours through the course of the meal. Everything is beautifully served with great care. There were also specially made Christmas cocktails available and these looked and tasted lovely. All the ingredients are of the highest quality. The staff at this restaurant are all lovely, very attentive and always make us feel very welcome and valued.

Beautiful interior with immaculate table settings, great choice of menu.

Food is of decent quality and service is good. Beautiful decor. However i do feel like the food is nothing more special than what you get in any standard Indian restaurant, you are paying more for the decor. Poppadoms came in cone shape instead of the ones we are accustomed to. Service was efficient even in busy time.

It was my first time at Panache and I have hi say it will definitely not be my last. The atmosphere, the stylish setting, the charming and unobtrusive service and of course the incredible food all made it a night to remember. It was faultless! Go there….lots!

Our group of four had a special and memorable evening meal here. From the start we had a warm welcome, and lovely service throughout. We appreciated the attention to detail, from the comfortable seats to the presentation of the dishes. We had Lamb Raleway, Chicken Sashlik, Lamb Biriani and a Rogan Josh with a couple of sides. Everything was absolutely beautiful, in fact, it was the best meal we've had in this country! Please keep up the excellent work! We can't wait to visit again!

The owner, managers and all the staff at Panache are exceptional, they always go above and beyond to ensure that we are happy customers, I've never left this restaurant unsatisfied, if anything with happiness! The restaurant is always clean and comfortable, the food presentation is always on point, they use good quality food and products and food is always fresh and made to satisfaction.

I chose Panache for my brothers 30th Birthday meal, which took place in their private dining area. Working with Majid was an absolute dream from the very beginning, nothing was too much and he paid attention to every detail. It's not very often that you meet people who care as much as you do about special family events. He took away all the stress and provided many different options to make the meal amazing. The food was exceptional and my guests loved it, the dishes were all cooked to perfection and served beautifully. The mocktails and cocktails rivalled some of the best in birmingham, and the Railway Lamb was an absolute hit . Even the next day all the guests were raving about how fantastic everything was. We celebrated our little boy’s 1st birthday here last weekend. Beautifully decorated restaurant, with a nice private dining area for intimate functions, really friendly and helpful staff and really good food. The evening went exactly as planned and all our friends and family enjoyed it. They all said how brilliant the food and staff were. Looking forward to visiting again soon. Would definitely recommend!

We started off with some lamb chops, which were so soft that it literally melted in my mouth. As it was a special event we ordered the lobster, it tasted exquisite. Visited Panache for my Birthday meal and was not left dissapointed. The service was like a VIP service which was excellent. The mocktail and presentation was exquisite. The starters we shared were seekh kebab with lamb chops dusted in gold, which were nicely presented and tasted fresh. Chicken karahi for our main was really flavoursome and cooked different to what I expected but was not disappointed. Definitely recommend this establishment and will come again soon, thanks guys!

I have never been anywhere and received such high quality service by such young people. They are so attentive to your needs and nothing is too much. Our family commented on how amazing the food was but also the service, you just can’t not comment on it. For us, Panache is a good half hour drive but I would drive it everyday to receive such amazing food and service from the boys there. The cocktail menu is also incredible, they are served perfectly - great for that social media snap :D! Thanks to Panache for continuing to offer such a 5* dining experience and hope to see you guys soon!
