The best restaurants serving Fast food food in England

The most expensive McDonald's meal I've ever had with my family. Be careful where you park as I parked at the sturbucks car park next door and issued with £100 parking charge.Parking operated by MET - private land. You are allowed only 1h free stay and we only stayed for 47 mins. Will never go there again! The place was filthy as well.

Worst maccies ever food always wrong cold and the service is the worst I’ve ever experienced lack of it No one even says hi It’s disgusting rotten and they haven’t got a clue what they are doing.

I have recently started to visit the Ely KFC and noted on all previous visits that te service was rather slow even when only a couple of people were present. Today however I was served by an Asian lady (Mehwish) who's skill of organising p in 5 minutes, whie directing others. she would run that KFC best in my opinionut all others to shame. Fast, well organised, managing a half dozen orders . Sadly she is not in charge hence I doubt it will improve. . Nice tasting chicken but needs better management. I used to manage a team of 250 men so know what I am talking about. Chose the right people not te rabble is my advice.

Went in here today 22/03/2025, bit of confusion over tables with another customer. Spoke to a worker there called Sophie about the situation and she helped us with sorting out another table. With the help of Sophie we got a table. My nephew got his order first and she wiped the table first. He had ordered the wrong burger by accident as there was a lot of confusion with seating arrangements and he was not able to eat it due to medical reasons. My sister went to get something else that he could it and Sophie was kind enough to deal with it for him. Sophie is a lovely person and went out of her way to help us out today

Terrible McDonald’s staff are rude to customers who want to pay with cash but not card. I have seen them walk around dirty tables without cleaning them leaving the restaurant in an absolute mess for others who want a table to have to clean up after somebody else. The food was made and sat there for ages that by the time the staff called our number, the food was freezing cold. They also tell people they are a 24 hour McDonald’s. However, I have seen them lock the doors sit there on the tables on their phones and then when someone goes through the drive-through, they make up the excuse off sorry our systems are down at the moment. Come back tomorrow. Lazy lazy lazy won’t be coming to this one again.

Don't waste your money here, its over priced and rank rotten, cold fries, greasy tasteless chicken, wife was sick after it!

Whopper great as ever ....service a bit hesitant wanted me to use the self serve ...not happing mate buy after a couple of minutes wait everything went well

The cleanliness of the restaurant actually reflects badly on the rest of Bristol airport which is pretty good to be honest. Crumbs and dirt over the seats, tables and walls. If it’s like this in the public facing areas you are left worrying about the bits you can’t see.

The service, the staff attitude and the food was disgusting. The food was luke warm and thrown together without a care for the brand or the customer. Would avoid in the future.

A location that never fails to disappoint. Slow service, cold food, missing items and staff who are clearly lost. This evening, we watched our food waiting to be bagged for 10 minutes whilst a collection of 'crew members' stood looking at it as if they had never completed an order before. Imagine our delight when we arrived home 3 minutes later to find stone cold fries and burgers that looked and tasted as if they had been boiled hours before, left to cool waiting for an unsuspecting customer, or should I say 'Guest' to have the misfortune of ordering. So that this isn't a totally negative review, I should say that all items ordered were in the bag, however it would have been better if every item ordered had been left out of the bag!!!

This has to be the worst McDonald’s in the country. Always a long wait, poor service and often your order is wrong. Tonight was the last straw: ❌Very long wait +20mins ❌Terrible service, number shouted then no acknowledgement when collecting, witness another customer literally being shout at by a manager that they never put extra cheese in when the burger is made even when the customer selects it on the app ❌And the order was wrong, cheese box instead of chicken selects, only noticed by the time I was home🤦🏼‍♂️

This is probably the worst KFC in the UK. I made requests at the order for no legs but got 5. Total disrespect for customers. Staff are not friendly or helpful. Just don't go

Pulled over here to let the traffic die down before beginning a long journey. I did stay over an hour but not much and bought food and several drinks so was constantly spending money. Got stung with a very large parking fine. I have a long memory and won't use any KFC service in future. I'm a customer, not a cash cow and the food ain't that great!

this is not a 24/7 business if they are always closed when I come on my work break at 3am.. they seem to be starting they machines back up at that time all the time.. I have been several times and the same thing has happened several times… avoid going at night.🤬
