Incredible food! The best I've ever tasted! But it's quite expensive and they're usually missing something. But good overall!

Absolutely terrible. A cold and pathetic soggy supposedly a Big Mac, with a very small amount of limp lettuce in the middle of the bottom layer, together with very cold unsalted chips. Very disappointing. Not had a big for 12 months and I don’t think I’ll be getting another

Ordered macdelivery twice it was delivered to wrong adress 1st time I got a refund 2nd time by the time the food got to me , it was cold. They decided to blame my adress as being wrong even though it was based on my location settings and previous deliveries had got to me. Then to ads insult to injury I was told my food had arrived within their guidelines so I couldn't get fresh food or a refund Joke of a company policy, what about their food being cold , the lady. Said she would document my concerns just to annoy me further and that's macdonalds customer services for you .

Wow. What do they ask in job interviews here ?? Do you have no common sense and are you a total idiot ? HIRED ! I ordered and paid for a triple cheeseburger with no gherkins and no onions, they gave me a single cheese burger with extra ghurkins and extra mustard ???? Asked for wrap of day with no salad they gave me extra salad and no sauce ???? Why pay for a service which they don’t remotely correct. Avoid this place at all costs

Dear lord either the staff only chat to there friends, themselves or reluctantly come over to take your order if your lucky They reset the system so no one staff wise could figure out how to take a order after they get reset. Not going to lie this becoming more and more of a joke everytime I walk in

Fries are always cold and they never put salt on them, on breakfast there hashbrowns have this weird taste to them. chicken nuggets are overcooked and just not very good. they forget straws alot, get your order wrong and just in my opinion isnt managed well.

Just ordered 3 meals and 2 sides on Just Eat. Missing a chicken big mac and dips for cheese melts ..... I have tried contacting them continually for last half an hour with no reply. Shocking customer service!

Fries were cold, large coke was served as a regular. Long wait for order. Tables weren’t being kept clear. Didn’t feel over clean. Look at the dust and cobwebs on the pendant lights

Very disappointing! The floors were dirty with sauce and rubbish, all bins were overflowing. Lots of flies on the windows. The toilets were also unhygienic. Food was ok but would have preferred to eat it at home.

25 minutes we’ve been sat here waiting for our order and it is yet to arrive. So much for calling yourself a fast food restaurant the service was far from fast. Will we ever get our food, who knows? Very dissapointed!

Delivery service via Uber. 3 meals ordered. How disappointing! Look at this disgusting LOW amount of chips in our medium fries order! Your workers need training if they cant be bothered to do their job properly! We dont pay for poor quality services and food!

We used the drive through-2.30 Sunday 11th June. Our order was taken but a rude young person who obviously didn’t want to be there - no please/thank you - the bare minimum in communication. Part of our order was 20 nuggets - no sauces were offered or included, we asked for 4 doughnuts - 2 were given. Fries were under cooked. Utterly disappointing and staff customer service was minimal. In future my money will be spent elsewhere. McDonald’s management should do a “mystery shopper” drop in and see what people put up with. Well below par.

Easter holiday and my kids wanted to have Mcdonalds. As we were having a lazy day, we decided to order through Deliveroo. What a complete waste of money! There was a Cappuccino missing from one of the meals, the chips were that stiff and cold i am convinced they were in the early stages of rigor mortis and if i had thrown my daughter's caramel drizzle doughnut at the window, it would have smashed through the double glazing! Just a word of advice, if you are going to re-date the desserts, check they are edible to avoid complaints. The only positive i can muster from this experience, the Deliveroo driver was extremely polite and courteous.

Don't you just love going to mcdonalds after a long drive only to have to wait longer for your food cos the guy behind the counter decides he wants to talk about "a tramp from trillogy" his mate hardly knows, delightful. Foods like warm at best but not waiting about again for food

I try to avoid this branch of McDonald's now as I always left feeling stressed due to either missing food from the drive through order and nobody answered the phone when I rung to inform them, or the staff don't know what they're doing (they often rung a large meal through when I asked for a medium etc), or cold, thrown together food.. the list is endless but tonight I went due to convenience and yet again they didn't disappoint! At the drive through they didn't know what to do with the rewards code I wanted to give them, the order was wrong when I got home, cold food and the wraps were a thrown together mess with the tiniest amount of sauce on.. you could have any 'wrap of the day' and not tell the difference!! Worst McDonald's in Blackpool IMO...

We placed a just eat order for 20 spicy chicken nuggets, a double cheeseburger and a Big Mac with no pickles. All ordered as meals with fries and of that order the nuggets came plain with non of the requested dips. The Big Mac came with pickles even though my partner is highly allergic to them. The chips needless to say were stone cold and the food all wrong. When we realised this we attempted to call them with no response. Instead we went out of our way to drive to the location to allow them to correct this heinous order. When we left we left with the exact same things we complained about, so chicken nuggets were still plain, Big Mac still had Pickles and We are down a delivery fee and still left it’s the incorrect food and still no dips and no napkins and no straws. The manager made it out like it was our fault for not returning with all the food when All we wanted was the replacement for the missing items we paid for. Disgusting service and the manager handled it appallingly. Do not order from here unless you want to throw away your money.

Please boycott this store, when you go through the drive thru, the store has the practice of making your meal large even though you haven't asked for it large and then staff make out it is your fault. Pictures attached for proof.

I’m honestly not one to complain and haven’t used this before however I’m really heated after my experience with this branch. I am writing on here as I’ve tried several times to call the branch and my calls been denied every time. I wasn’t going to complain but just let them know that I’d like my meals resending as they got my order wrong but as there was no answer I feel the need to share my experience. I ordered our meals via UBER eats and when it arrived the food was stale. I presumed they use some sort of bag to keep the food warm but I did understand that it was always a risk so thought nothing of the issue. Unfortunately though, my main concern is that my partner is Allergic to Tomatoes so of course ordered her meal with no Tomato sauce as it comes standard with the sauce, unfortunately the burger did have tomato sauce on it. Although the consequences may have only been mild, they also could have been serious and for this I am not happy at all. Not only this but they also forgot 2 portions of fries. I would just like to advise not to use Uber eats as there’s not much you can do to solve an issue if one happens to occur, and when ordering in person. Check your food before taking away. I understand that people make Errors and I accept that. But I think more awareness is needed as certain errors could possibly have been catastrophic in our case.

I went to get my breakfast here which was a sausage and mcmuffin meal. I was left standing for 30 minutes before anyone took notice I was there a member of staff who was finishing came into the food prep area and put her handbag on the food prep area. And was told not to do something and threw her handbag on the floor the other were to busy laughing and joking to even realise I was there. I am not impressed customer service is shocking I will be writing to mcdonald's head office won't be coming here anymore

We came to visit to get something to eat. Ordered 3 of the chicken selects, overall the food was hot and tasty, however they give us the sour cream dip we had asked for. This is not the first time. We ordered 2 donuts. The donuts were not in good shape and were stale. We did get a refund for the donuts but still not impressed.

Everytime we order from this mcdonalds the order is incorrect and cold definatly wouldnt recomend eating or ordering here. Lytham Mcdonalds highly recommended.

Fries wasn't cooked they forgot 2 items of the order, didn't put the sauce in and half filled large cokes. Won't be coming here again. Lazy staff

We visit from time to time and are always assured of good food in a pleasant atmosphere. We usually go for a wrap of the day meal deal which is less than £8.00 for the two of us. Great value for money. Our grandchildren also...

Best establishment ever! The bacon double cheese burger was extremely delightful and the large fries were seasoned to absolute perfection. As soon as I bit into the cheese bites a sensation of flavours burst in my mouth and I was overwhelmed at the amazing taste, would most certainly recommend. The service was impeccable, this was my first time at McDonald’s and they welcomed me in to the restaurant with open arms I will definitely be returning! Unfortunately I must say though the chilli sauce condiment was inadequate but the own brand ketchup was exquisite and completely made up for the chilli sauce.

The store is always busy but the staff do try and get the orders out as fast as they can. The food is always hot and tasty up to the McDonald's standards

We have visited a few times only because it is convenient but it always seems to be over run with unattended children and untidy and far too noisy. Avoid if you can and go to Morrisons cafe.

Came in with my brother and my sister waited outside with are dogs in the cold all we wanted was one hot chocolate there only 4 people at the waiting area 3 orders on the broad and yet we wanted between 20 and 30 min for a hot chocolate unbelievable

) I have visited many MCD venues worldwide , I have to say that this venue has the friendliest and polite staff I have seen . The service is amazing , the food is always piping fresh and hot , I have never had to complain / ask for anything to be added when I collect my order in which I mean I don't have to ask for napkins / straws , milk etc as the order of food / drinks is always complete and the staff in all the difrent roles at this restaurant are always smiling and genuinely friendly and it's clear that they very much enjoy there work and it's always a nice and effient experience when visiting this place wether to dine in or drive thru . I hope all the staff here get promoted as they are the best restaurant in the whole of the fylde coast ! I felt the need to write the following remarks as I have had nothing but very bad experiences at the other MCD at RIGBY ROAD I have previously at the RIGBY ROAD VENUE OF MCD had nothing but terrible service , constantly requesting my order to be checked over once I receive it , always asking for napkins and milk / sugar and the staff always are rude , they look fed up with there roles , they work at a snails pace , they stand around talking utter rubbish , there will be queues of cars / diners at the front of the counters and you will see about 8 staff all trying to do 1 persons job ! They ( staff ) are always miserable and I am disgusted to be served by some of the girls who have faces caked with heavy make up looking like clowns touching food with there hands ( surely this is against health and hygiene regulations ( they should be wearing catering gloves ) and I wonder where the manager is amongst the mayhem as I also wonder who gives these so called qualified staff the actual employment as I often wonder what do they ( staff ) look like when they apply for their jobs in the first place , do they turn up to their interviews looking like Charlie Caroli ( famous clown from Blackpool Tower ) faces caked with felt tip pens and crayons , who gives them the jobs in the first place ?? The food at RIGBY Road is always cold , they get all the orders wrong , they miss many of the ordered items , I have to always ask to check my order , and they have very bad customer care - service ! They need to be trained properly and instructed with how to serve customers with a smile and how to get orders out fast , fresh , and piping hot ! We all know that the MCD head office / regional managers will give the jobs to anyone especially at this location ( RIGBY Road ) as it has the WORST everything from food / service / efficiency, it needs a serious revamping starting with the clowns being sent home to clean the buckets of paint off , it's not a disco , it's a restaurant and health and hygiene comes first instead of looking like your entering GEORDIE SHORE !!! This venue is losing money / revenue / the staff are unreliable, managers are always changing , staff are leaving , customers are constantly complaining even local taxi drivers are refusing to take there passengers to this venue !! Da da da da da your not loving it !!

Called in for an drink on a cold windy morning, but had to use the self service machine as all staff were busy.

Called in for a coffee after shopping at the retail park. No queues and expected to get the drinks fairly quickly. Waited for ages before they arrived. Lots of staff working so not sure what the problem is. Won't be going back.

I have come here for years and also visit the other local McDs (and my cardiologist).

What can I say, the food is the same everywhere but at this branch they have the big touch screens which make ordered very quick and easy. The staff bring your food to the table very quickly, very good example of a McDonalds

My husband Went through the drive through and no milkshake I can’t drink carbonated drinks. Telephoned to complain and manager couldn’t care less. Food was lukewarm and the Diet Coke was almost water. Won’t be back very disappointed

Does what it says on the tin. Uninterested staff, dirty and ill fitting uniforms, organised chaos, nobody seems to know what they are doing, unruly customers and yet a decent burger and coffee amidst this backdrop of staggering mediocrity. You are better off going to Morrisons rather than suffer out of control kids

Came in for a hot chocolate. Took a little while to arrive and tasted ok. Tables could do with a bit of attending to by staff. And a smile doesn't go amiss either.

Drive through here couple of times a month usually standard fare. Today though I think no one was checking the drink machine. I came away with 2 drinks of brown hot water I should have taken them back but time didn't allow.

We stopped here for breakfast on the way into Blackpool. Nicely refurbished with the screens for ordering. Food was prepared quickly and as too order. Nothing flash, just a breakfast at mcdonalds. But clean and good service, will be back.

Sometimes you don't want a full meal. Some times you are on your own, killing time but a bit peckish without wanting to fill up too much. However, shunning the electronic ordering machine in favour of face to face service my request for "your cheapest burger" was greeted with "our cheese burger?" "Is that your cheapest burger? "No". "Can I have your cheapest burger." "I'm not sure what you mean." "One that costs less than the others. What sort of burgers do you do?"

Went through drive in girl took order and u know when they are not listening as more joking with her friends than listening so I went to pay and I had to sort the order out to be sent to the parking bay when food came was luke warm and not nice like it usually is and it wasn't busy ither

Este es nuestro preferido de McDonald's en el área local. Evitar Lytham a toda costa. El personal aquí es fantástico, y la reciente renovación ha hecho el proceso been slicker. Nunca tuve un servicio pobre.

This restaurant has had an upgrade, it's all ordering via screen and ticket numbers, not unlike a visit to Argos! The place is clean enough, service reasonably quick the food as expected.I was served a standard coke, but ordered a Diet Coke - potentially problematic as I'm a diabetic - honest mistake but worth checking.

Maybe I'm just unlucky but every time I go through the drive-through they manage to miss something off my order. This has to be the most badly managed McDonald's in the country. Where do they get their staff from. Is it too much to ask that the staff read your order and put the correct food items into the bag. Tonight I am sitting here with my children watching them eating their happy meal and nugget meal and I have nothing because nobody put my cheeseburger in the bag. No point even phoning to complain because they will tell me to drive back in rush hour traffic to collect my cheeseburger. I don't think so. I will not be going here again. Sorry kids! This is not the first time this has happened but it will be the last.

A typical McDonalds, Cheap andc cheerful, not very clean, long queue and I suppose the "highlight" of the visit was a free drink which came from a "coupon" which came with the meal!

Staff are friendly and one cleaner is perfect!! She is constantly on the go with a massive smile on her face and finds time to help out others!!

Visited on Christmas eve. Wish we hadnt bothered. We ordered 2 meals. Had a long wait which was not an issue. The self service area where napkins and sauce are was filthy. Tables were not much better. The sauce dispenser was empty. When i asked the girl who was working in that area she was really disinterested and told me to report it to the counter staff. Food eventually arrived with cold fries. By which time a massive queue had fomed so thought better of asking for fresh ones. Will make the journey to Preston New rd or the new one on the prom as have had a few bad meals there now. The staff seemed really surprised that people wanted feeding on xmas eve. The quality of the food was poor, the place looked filthy and the staff seemed rude and reluctant to help customers.

They never get the order right..EVERA simple order two mcfluffys, one flake the other smarties, we git both flakes! The drive through you always have to park up and wait for the food, when you do eventually get it, the bread tastes like its way passed its sell by date.

Whenever we came back to Blackpool by very late night, straightaway we drive through this restaurant for a hungry break! This is more hygienic than the late night kebab shops open late night along the promenade. Whatever that time available, we are very much appreciate for the availability. Great.

Took my two little children for a treat. The restaurant was messy, tables not cleared and rubbish everywhere. Tables and floors dirty too. Both adults meals fries were stale and cold, the burger ordered by my husband was cold and congealed. Also my two kids had happy meals with fish fingers, one meal was complete - but the other had to wait for their fish fingers for a few minutes, they were given just fries and told the fish fingers would be brought over! Went to the ladies with my children and whilst in the cubicle the male duty manager came in and went in another cubicle to sort something out! Just awful and don't think we would go back again. :-(

Went the other morning at 4:50am and was refused a breakfast wrap as they don't start until 5:00/ Are you serious can you not put it on 10 minutes earlier as i don't eant to eat Cheese burger for breakfast and I don't have the time to wait. Poor customer service.
