Flames Takeaway in Blackpool

I decided on a mighty meat pizza which was terrible, It was cold towards the middle, there was hardly any meat on the pizza and all you could taste was the tomato sauce on the base of the pizza.This takeaway is definitely in need of a refurb and the staff seem to have lost interest..

Wow!!! I looove this place for food! 1st time visiting last night & defo will be returning next in blackpool! How very innovative to have dance music blasting whilst waiting for your food! 🎶💃🕺👏👌...gets you dancing & smiling! Blackpool is very great place for family but there is not great place for fast food …. Specially poor customers service ……

Bought chips and cheese out there 2 days ago. About an hour later vomited my guts up 4 times and I've had a fever for the last 2 days, bad food poisoning. Avoid.

Had a few nights in Blackpool with my partner and went to this takeaway. I ordered a bbq chicken pizza with cheesy chips to take back to the hotel. The food was amazing and stayed hot. The guy even put cutlery in the bag. I would highly recommend.

Pizza nice and freshly made. The chicken strips were that tough it could have been leather in disguise. The garlic bread was cold and tough. Chips were chips!! Really disappointed as £32 for a pizza is a lot. Wouldn't recommend and definitely not going back. Poor show boys.

I placed an order from here at 9pm and its now 2220 and the food has still not arrived. tried to ring the number all it says is this number is not recognised. foodhub keep telling me to give it 15 more mins and thats all they keep saying and not even food hub can gety hold of them

I've been waiting for my order for an hour only to get told its cancelled because they are closed why let me place an order and have me waiting, it also says online open I started off hungry now regret nit just making something at home . ☹

I went into the flames take away shop tonight and was dealt with pure rudeness. me and my partner were made to feel very un-welcome and awkward throughout the whole time there. when I asked for more sauce on my food I was confronted with a load of attitude and dirty looks. when trying to pay, the card machine was placed in front of me as I was looking for a place to insert my card then man persisted to grab my card off me and tap it on the contactless part of the machine which I was not happy about as he should not be touching my card due to covid 19 more to the point he should never snatch anyones card out of their hand and confront them with eye rolling and attitude as they are trying to locate the card insert on the card machine. my partner ordered chicken which she was shorted of aswell. I Will never be returning to this sad excuse of a restaurante due to the foul behaviour of the staff and the way they think its OK to treat customers. avoid at all costs I wouldn't even give one star but had to as you need to fill in all fields for them to process the review

The best pizza I've had in Blackpool in 25 years. The dough was excellent, not too thick or thin, crispy on the edges, soft but perfectly cooked underneath. Plenty of toppings, right to the edges and no shortage of garlic either. Most other pizza places don't use garlic and in my opinion, if it aint got garlic on, it aint a pizza. Food arrived a little early, not a problem, and piping hot. Yanks is now my pizza place of choice. Extremely highly recommended. Try it, you won'y be disappointed.

Had a bit of a rave to vengaboys whilst waiting for my scran, so that’s always a plus and turns out...This is easily, one of the best pizzas I have ever eaten, and I’m a fat lad.Even my pal said the exact same thing, enjoyed it that much went back and got two more the same night.

Great location for the restaurant, Open All Hours !! good food & prices, can get anything you want to eat & drink also.

Came in on the weekend (possibly Sunday) and was greeted by a handsome man at the till he gave us some recommendations on what we should get so we got a burger meal and pizza. He was quick and the food came hot and fresh. He was polite and told us to enjoy, which we definitely did. You could taste how fresh it was all prepared. To top it off the place was spotless 100% coming back weekly!!!

Was in Blackpool for the weekend and Monday as well. Came here on Sunday and the food and staff member were great, really enjoyed the experience so much that I came back on Monday before I left. Would defo recommend!

Looked around the street and decided to chose this takeaway because walking outside it smelt nice. When we got our meals my brother found a hair in the kebab straight away! He was a bit funny and said he doesn’t have any hair and that he was only one working but replaced it anyway. We carried on eating our meals, and my sister found another hair in her burger. I took it up and he started getting really offensive and turned around and said ‘ English people don’t complain they just eat their food’ I’m a mixed race British citizen and was absolutely mortified when he said this because it’s got nothing to do with my heritage??? Absolutely disgusting started shouting and getting aggressive, walked out but will be returning to talk to the manager

Went in here for a kebab on way back to hotel the wife asked for chicken tikka kebab as she dont Donner meat after waiting about 20mins a guy came through from the back with a bag shouting chicken tikka kebab and handed it to her ..once we got back to hotel she opened it it was full of dried out donner meat and no pitta bread

Visited after having an absolute skinful in Blackpool, I got a tower burger, chips and gravy and a can of pop. it was 7 pound, a bit pricey my opinion & the gravy was not that good, everything else was fine.

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. Food was cold and uncooked. The doner kebab was Raw. The chips/fries were burned. Very unpleasant experience. Not recommended.

I came on a Monday and Sunday in September before the start of school term with my kids and was greeted a excellent member of staff who was very helpful. The food was quickly prepared and tasted nice and fresh. The store also looked nice and clean. Would come again.

Bad customer service. Misleading menu which means you will be overcharged based on the menu, smug servers who don’t care about their customers.

2 years in a row we have visited Blackpool & each time we have made several stops to Flames for their Pizza! The freshest Pizza I’ve ever tasted, it is literally everything!

The staff member on shift (tall guy with black hat) stood on his phone ignoring multiple customers and when asked to be served, grunted and made comments under his breath. Place also looked very unhygienic!

Estaba aquí para el fin de semana con mis dos hijos adolescentes, esta vez. He estado aquí en visitas pase. Y siempre ha sido bueno. Esta vez me llevé a mis hijas, pensando que volvería para las hamburguesas. Pero tenía la curbabs (pollo) y me encantó mucho, así que tuvimos que volver a la segunda noche después de estar en la playa de placer. Buen servicio. Agradable y caliente, precioso.

called in on our way home from a bit of a boozy do on Saturday night, and the guys behind the counter were very friendly and patient dealing with me when I was a bit worse for wear! I kept changing my mind and they just laughed at me! We weren't kept waiting for our food, and we ate every little bit, not a crumb in sight for anyone. Would definitely call in here again, next time we are at the seaside!

Have honestly never tasted a better pizza than the ones we got here whilst on holiday. Ordered Mexican pizza 2 days in a row. Beats all the rest. A must visit

Llegamos aquí a las 3:30 no esperaba mucho ya que había un montón de jóvenes adultos por tener un gran tiempo pero siendo escandalosas después de una noche de marcha. Sin embargo, el servicio era rápido y amable y el kebab y patatas fritas eran excelentes. De hecho me volvería a atentado contra de decir que es la mejor kebabs que he tenido!

I went on Sunday and was served by a wonderful gentlemen. I had a donner and it was out of this world. Literally the best fast food I've eaten. The shop was also immaculate, totally spotless. I even say the man doing extra cleaning as we ate. 5* service and food.

We decided we would have a fast food feast seeing as it was the gap between Christmas and New Year so we ate at Flames. The guy serving was friendly and as it was cold outside we sat in and ate.We had a Pizza, a kebab and chips and all were really nice and very good value.Good value fast\junk food if that is what you are after.

Raw food , very expensive , tastes disgusting . Wouldn't recommend going here unless you were picking up something for your dog on the way home. How can people not cook chips?
