Food was horrible no flavour in the rice was stodgy the chips wasn’t cooked properly the whole order was horrible would not get again

The original estimated time was 8.00pm but the food didn't arrive until 8.45pm. The app said it had been delivered at 8.15pm but this was clearly not the case. When I rang the restaurant at 8.15pm, they said that the food was on the way - again clearly not the case.

We’ve been trying to find a decent Chinese since moving up south shore way, well tonight we found one. For the first time the partner didn’t moan 😂 he said it was really good and was happy with it. So we’ll definitely be ordering from here again

we have always ordered from this takeaway but have had a negative experience the past 2 orders. 1st our order was delivered to the wrong address and no apology which we understand mistakes are made. but after our 2nd attempt a week later we are left dissatisfied. the rice was soggy and the chips were undercooked.

Quite simple food. Good for the price but I expected better.

Food turned up 13 minutes after the order, was prawn based chow mein and balls also, tasted old and also had a weird smell like off fish smell, didn’t eat it in the end may have been prepared earlier that’s why it turned up within minutes

BBQ spare ribs, good amount but sauce seemed split and full of oil, 3/10. Egg fried rice, did not seem fresh, hardly any egg or taste of it, just boiled rice and not a spot of soy sauce or anything, 3/10. Plain chow mein, mix of fresh and bone dry noodles, probably a leftover batch or undercooked, odd flavour, 3/10. So 3/10 honest rating. Food was simply well below par for £22 I paid. Will stick with what I know and fresh takeout where I always go. All the best going forward.

We do love the Salt and Pepper Squid ,Special Fried rice ,and other dishes. This place seems to put a big accent on quality and also on times serving. Absolutely spot on xx

The fried wonton was 5% filling and 95% wrapper. The beef stir fry was bland.

Ordered a starter, 2 mains, chilli chips & curry sauce. Everything was cold except the mains. The mains themselves were tasteless and inedible. The lad on the phone was polite, however the manager in the background was aggressively shouting. I had to put the food back into the containers & they came and collected the food for a refund. Never again.

Worst Chinese I've ever had. The food was cold, the chicken was rubbery and did not seem fresh at all. Ribs were just gristle. Soggy cold chips. I had around 5 mouthfuls before I threw £25 worth of food in the bin. So disappointed, won't be going back ever again.

It’s the first time I have ordered from this takeaway and it’ll be my last. The Chicken Curry was absolutely tasteless and the chips we received were soggy and a pale like colour. The only good thing from this experience was the friendly delivery driver.

Sadly I was disappointed. Thought we would try this Chinese for the first time and unfortunately it will be the last. The salt and chilli chips were flavourless; no seasoning at all. The egg fried rice was not great and the curry sauce was okay. Even the prawn crackers were soft.

Undercooked, soggy and flavourless chips. Not at all salt and chilli. Noodles were watery and overcooked. Curry sauce helped mask the flavour for a bit. Woman on the counter nice and polite. Still not great. Avoid.

The food arrived on time but unfortunately it wasn't very nice. The most disappointing thing was not being able to tell the sweet and sour chicken from the sweet and sour mock chicken. This meant that the vegetarian wasn't comfortable taking the risk of eating the dish which could have been avoided if the container was labelled. The chips seemed either under done or reheated and the noodles and curry sauce weren't great. The prawn crackers were stale too. I won't be ordering again.

Food took a while but it was a Saturday on a bank holiday weekend with loads of roadworks. Even so, the food arrived hot and was really nice. Egg fried rice could have been improved but overall we were both satisfied so will be ordering in the future.

Very nice food, came hot and steamy, squid had couple chewy bits of skin, other than that it was nice, not too rubbery. Wish there was 3 chocolate buns personally, but they were insanely sweet, i loved it. I wouldn't recommend sweet and sour sauce tho, tasted nor sweet nor sour, but the tubes were big. Rice packed to the top, came with free prawn crackers. Delivery driver very nice and polite.

Food can only be described as horrific, all 3 of us couldn't eat our dishes. Black bean dish was like soup, salt chilli chicken was tasteless and more like a sliced up burger. Noodles/chow mein had an off taste. Absolute waste of £28 what's going on here ???? This was our treat and completely ruined.

I never usually leave a review but this place has gone really down hill. The food was tasteless. Dried out, like it been set out for hours. The meat was discoloured on the inside and really stringy and chewy. Even my dog wouldn't eat it. Really disappointed

Just got home with a roast pork fried rice n chips ordered inside came out 4 mins later. The fried rice isn't even fried just mush the roast pork is tiny bits and the chips are barley cooked. Avoid!!!

Delivered ahead of time by a friendly driver. Food was excellent. We have used FW many times, but were a touch hesitant due to the Food Hygiene score. We were not disappointed!

rang the take away asked where my meal was and he said the delivery driver went out 20 mins ago then changed it to 10 mins, then I asked him to ring the delivery driver whilst I held on the phone I could hear in the background he was asking someone else that I asked to ring driver and heard him say NO WE ARE NOT DOING THAT. Couldn’t fault it , ordered online , delivered within half an hour still hot . Really enjoyed the meal. We don’t like the new way the online menu is presented but ok , Prefer the paper menus and the “2 of no 5 ,1 of no 8 etc “ But progress I suppose.

This is the most disgusting takeaway i have ever encountered, the food was absolutely disgusting. Rang them told to bag it all up and send it back and they will refund. They picked the food up which nearly all of it was still there. They rang me and said half the food was missing which was a complete lie. They then blocked me from the site and refused to have any compaint off us. We spent £50 for a few of us. Theyre an absolute disgrace of a place. Avoid like the plague. Will be contacting my bank. Theyre an absolute joke. The woman shouldnt work there as she has no customer service skills at all.

Tried to order a take away a couple of nights ago but they couldn't work the computer system kept me on hold all I could hear was them cooking I called out a couple of times then gave up and have now changed Chinese takeaway would not use them again

Just had a mixed starter which was nice. Chicken curry and fried rice in a box plentiful and hot. Not too spicy. Disappointed with prawn crackers which tasted chewy and stale not fresh!

Having been a loyal customer for years, I was very disappointed that flamed wok, using the lockdown as an excuse have raised the prices to literally extortionate rates, the food used to be great now unfortunately its all onion and beansprouts, the only good thing is the delivery lads, a great bunch of guys.

The chicken balls were raw inside and I didn't get the fried rice I ordered. My husband's order was correct but mine was terrible!!!

I ordered 2 meals last evening for the the first time from this place and both my son and i were disappointed with our chicken fried rice as the rice was obviously boiled&waterlogged with a bit of orange coloured oil half stirred through it.I wondered why the takeaway bag was so heavy thinking at first that it was a generous portion but it was the heavy bland rice.
