Really nice and tasty food every time

We ordered the chicken and sweetcorn soup which was tasteless. The crispy peking beef was soaked in sauce and obviously microwaved hot as it had that rubbery texture. Won't be ordering from there again. Extremely disappointed.

Absolutely awful food. “Seaweed” was thick cut stale cabbage that was soft with no flavour cooked in old oil. The chow mein was dry as a flip flop with no taste. I bought a special - only thing special was the way the way it slid into the bin. Never had a Chinese like it. Do not eat here

Wasn't great for the price. personally didn't enjoy it, my chicken black bean was fairly bland. Although food was on time, food wasn't thoroughly hot and some chips felt hard and undercooked.

Special chow mein was very bland would not recommend.. Thankfully the side of Salt n chill wings were lovely.

Our meals were nice (chicken fried rice, chips and curry sauce, chow mein and satay mock chicken). However, I couldn't eat most of the pineapple fritters as the batter was so thick and doughy).

Food was tasteless and duck was over cooked and tasteless.

We order for you all the time and the food is always super and this week however this week it was very disappointing, extremely flavourless. 90 percent went in the bin.

ordered a collection, estimated 19:10. I went for 19:00 & the food was ready to collect less than 5 mins home & the food was already cold, ordered salt & chilli chips, no flavour no chilli and chips under cooked or very old, salt and chilli chicken again no flavour, 2 egg fried rice which were stodgy and yellow? sweet & sour sauce was quite nice but the chicken. balls were batter balls, wet chow mein was dehydrated and greasy but tasted edible after adding salt, however too greasy so binned it

Absolutely gorgeous food, the egg fried rice was so good grandson ate most of it he's very picky. Apologies to the delivery driver the hotel had locked the side door due to adverse weather thank you very much for your patience. Thank you for a very enjoyable very tasty meal

Fantastic food, I pre ordered and it was delivered outside the specified time by about an hour early. I was pretty hungry so was very happy with the delivery.

Angry driver as seemingly I ordered 1 minute before they closed - so they closed at 1045 I ordered at 1044? Prawn crackers all crushed - wouldn't surprise me if this wasn't deliberate. They used to have closing times on Just Eat but not now.

The original estimated time was 8.00pm but the food didn't arrive until 8.45pm. The app said it had been delivered at 8.15pm but this was clearly not the case. When I rang the restaurant at 8.15pm, they said that the food was on the way - again clearly not the case.

We’ve been trying to find a decent Chinese since moving up south shore way, well tonight we found one. For the first time the partner didn’t moan 😂 he said it was really good and was happy with it. So we’ll definitely be ordering from here again

we have always ordered from this takeaway but have had a negative experience the past 2 orders. 1st our order was delivered to the wrong address and no apology which we understand mistakes are made. but after our 2nd attempt a week later we are left dissatisfied. the rice was soggy and the chips were undercooked.

Quite simple food. Good for the price but I expected better.

Food turned up 13 minutes after the order, was prawn based chow mein and balls also, tasted old and also had a weird smell like off fish smell, didn’t eat it in the end may have been prepared earlier that’s why it turned up within minutes

We do love the Salt and Pepper Squid ,Special Fried rice ,and other dishes. This place seems to put a big accent on quality and also on times serving. Absolutely spot on xx

The fried wonton was 5% filling and 95% wrapper. The beef stir fry was bland.

Ordered a starter, 2 mains, chilli chips & curry sauce. Everything was cold except the mains. The mains themselves were tasteless and inedible. The lad on the phone was polite, however the manager in the background was aggressively shouting. I had to put the food back into the containers & they came and collected the food for a refund. Never again.

Worst Chinese I've ever had. The food was cold, the chicken was rubbery and did not seem fresh at all. Ribs were just gristle. Soggy cold chips. I had around 5 mouthfuls before I threw £25 worth of food in the bin. So disappointed, won't be going back ever again.

It’s the first time I have ordered from this takeaway and it’ll be my last. The Chicken Curry was absolutely tasteless and the chips we received were soggy and a pale like colour. The only good thing from this experience was the friendly delivery driver.

Sadly I was disappointed. Thought we would try this Chinese for the first time and unfortunately it will be the last. The salt and chilli chips were flavourless; no seasoning at all. The egg fried rice was not great and the curry sauce was okay. Even the prawn crackers were soft.

Undercooked, soggy and flavourless chips. Not at all salt and chilli. Noodles were watery and overcooked. Curry sauce helped mask the flavour for a bit. Woman on the counter nice and polite. Still not great. Avoid.

The food arrived on time but unfortunately it wasn't very nice. The most disappointing thing was not being able to tell the sweet and sour chicken from the sweet and sour mock chicken. This meant that the vegetarian wasn't comfortable taking the risk of eating the dish which could have been avoided if the container was labelled. The chips seemed either under done or reheated and the noodles and curry sauce weren't great. The prawn crackers were stale too. I won't be ordering again.

Food took a while but it was a Saturday on a bank holiday weekend with loads of roadworks. Even so, the food arrived hot and was really nice. Egg fried rice could have been improved but overall we were both satisfied so will be ordering in the future.

Very nice food, came hot and steamy, squid had couple chewy bits of skin, other than that it was nice, not too rubbery. Wish there was 3 chocolate buns personally, but they were insanely sweet, i loved it. I wouldn't recommend sweet and sour sauce tho, tasted nor sweet nor sour, but the tubes were big. Rice packed to the top, came with free prawn crackers. Delivery driver very nice and polite.

Food can only be described as horrific, all 3 of us couldn't eat our dishes. Black bean dish was like soup, salt chilli chicken was tasteless and more like a sliced up burger. Noodles/chow mein had an off taste. Absolute waste of £28 what's going on here ???? This was our treat and completely ruined.

I have to say I have never thrown all the take away in the bin . Hardly cooked and tastes of nothing all 3 meals in the bin , waste of money.

I never usually leave a review but this place has gone really down hill. The food was tasteless. Dried out, like it been set out for hours. The meat was discoloured on the inside and really stringy and chewy. Even my dog wouldn't eat it. Really disappointed

They delivered it early but chips and batter on chicken under cooked so should of cooked them for longer. Barbecue sauce we could nt tell you what favour it was but it wasn't an bbq we'd ever had before

Just got home with a roast pork fried rice n chips ordered inside came out 4 mins later. The fried rice isn't even fried just mush the roast pork is tiny bits and the chips are barley cooked. Avoid!!!
