Food and service was everything you expect from a modern McDonald's, quick, friendly, and efficient. Most of the restaurant was clean and tidy. The toilets upstairs were closed, and the single downstairs toilet was disgusting.

It's a Macdonalds. Service is slow and food cold. Needs new management. Toilets always closed as well as upstairs seating.

Drive through can't really say much more

Just stopped to have a burger,no table service ,food on the tables from previous customers ,bot food was cheap and cheerful.

We go to McDonald's every weekend for lunch as the food is reasonable and we don't have to wait very long

Do yourself a favour and buy a lottery ticket instead. The odds of winning it is more likely than this restaurant getting your order right.

Was starving so Maccies there I went.

Overall good experience. Service is a little slow. Atmosphere very polite and friendly 👌

It's one of the worst McDonalds restaurants that i have ever eaten in please stay away there is so many better places to eat in i had yo wait 40 minutes with my autistic son it was so busy the place was so dirty it looked like no body was cleaning it will never go back to eat food in Macdonald's in Blackpool again

Rubbish all over the floor and tables, food itself was alright, staff nice enough

Self serve machines two out of order Obviously meant very busy and waiting Chose to use till to be served along with other customers no customer interactions with staff while waiting ie sorry for wait etc As was busy staff not getting chance to clean tables etc Although the staff member.who eventually served us was very polite

Visited after the Blackpool Air Show. Rammed, One of the self-service screens was out of action which didn't help. Staff were overworked but remained calm and delivered. Great effort guys & gals. Sat upstairs in the air-conditioned seating area. Several of the toilets/urinals were out of order in the gents.

We sat outside the bins were overflowing the tables were all dirty it was not a pleasant experience.

Every time I go through the drive through they always get my order wrong, this time I was told to park in the bays and they would bring my order to me. It took 25 minutes and the order arrived missing my drink, which the lady promptly went back for, so whilst I was waiting I checked my food order and this was missing fries and sauce, so after I received my drink the lady had to go back and get the rest of my order. It's not the first time this has happened, they consistently get your order wrong at this McDonald's

Very dirty don't fill the drinks and ice creams rubbish left everywhere

It was very busy from people coming off the beach but there wasn't enough people serving to help. So food got missed from the order

We visited this facility with friends. Unfortunately, the sanitary condition of the establishment leaves much to be desired (in other words, it's dirty). A lot of staff passed us by but none of them wanted to clean the dirty tables. The problem with this chain is that they may not add something to your order (as a bonus).

Ordered via app two coffees. My number appeared on a screen as queued for 2 seconds and disappeared. App suggested that I collected it. Staff just keeps pressing buttons to make their life easier and confuse customers

Went a couple of days ago, absolutely terrible, thought id try agian, wish i hadnt bothered, considering i was the only person inside ordering at the time still took ages fo the fod t come out, again no spology for the length of wait, left with food, sausage and egg muffin, hash brown, white coffee, drove away, on opening the food order was wrong, just sausage on the muffin, no egg, absolute shambles, personall i wont be going back again, very disappointing

Stopped for breaking before a day at BPB. Always consistent.

Its McDonalds what can I say the company has consistency. I havent rated for atmosphere because there isn't one but there is plenty of seating in and outdoors and service was quick.

Very messy outside , needs some dining area staff on duty outside. 2 of the Automated machines were broken so faster to go to till.

Vile. Busy (understandable) but hygiene poor and rubbish all over. Toilets are disgusting.

As far as a very busy macdonalds goes,the service was fast,the food was hot,and we found ample seating.

Last Wednesday we visited this McDs, it was, without doubt, the worst McDonalds I have ever set foot in. It wasn't that busy, it was breakfast, I ordered a mcmuffin, I waited 19 minutes. I've been in way busier McD resturants serving up a full daytime menu and waited far less. The toilets at 10:30 am were disgusting, and the bins were all over flowing, indoors and outdoors. The most depressing visit to a McDonalds ever!

Supposed to be a fast food place. Food took ages to come and I didn't exactly order a 3 course meal.

Absolutely worst McDonald's I've ever encountered. Firstly you need to fight past all the homeless outside that are either drinking, taking drugs, sprawled across the door way or are in full blown fights either inside or at the door!!! Not once did a member of staff try and move them or even try to protect the paying customers who had children with them. But then not surprised since they all look like underage school children themselves and are more interested in messing around in the back in full view of the customers!!!! If you enter and have a seat... Clean it and then sanitise yourself because their cleaning standards are just as abysmal as their customer care. Can't comment on the toilets as didn't want to even enter that domain. The filth outside and inside the store was enough. We ordered food to sit in with yet quickly left and even left the food as didn't trust the manky wee buggers in the kitchen. Going by what we could see through the back, I highly doubt their hands or work counters were clean!!! Entire shop and staff included are an absolute health hazard!!!!

Food and coffee were cold. 2 order machines weren't working. Milkshakes were unavailable. Won't be going back again.

Massacre. Mess, dirt and stink. Cold food, staff consisting of minors. I haven't seen such a neglected maka kennel for a long time. The icing on the cake was my ice frappe. The cup was sticky with toffee sauce. I don't even recommend takeaway. There are seagulls roaming outside and they definitely connect to your set.

Ordered through the McDonald’s app and food was cold and had missing items. Disgraceful service

Need more self checkouts 4 is simply not enough Staff training or more confident staff would go a miss And more staff would definitely make it's less of a wait 25mins is taking the piss for 1 happy meal

Touch screen ordering was slow, had to repeatedly touch to register. Food was luke warm. Queue to use disabled toilet. (Only one open). Will not return.

This is the first MC Donald's I've seen where the staff has a good and stress free work rhythm! Although it was full of people when we were there, the orders still came out swiftly! Would definitely recommend!

Mess, kiosks don't work, you wait in a queue for a few minutes to get to the display, you place an order and it turns out you can't pay by card, you can't print a receipt, there are no dials available for delivery to your table, there is no open floor, it's stuffy, dirty and hot, the door does not work automatically, you have to struggle to get in and out, wasted time, I do not recommend

Usual McDonald's menu, restaurant seemed a little grubby and tired. Maybe an update should be considered by management

One of tge best spoons I have been in. The pub was the court house so you can have your food in the cells or in the court where the judge sits or tge witness box your choice.

Screens not working lots off idiots in there.

Food is awful here it's actually worse than my local McDonald's which I thought wasnt possible. However they succeeded in giving my son bad belly off the happy meal which never happened before 😕

Just plain food here.horrid wen its cold..make sure you get it hot(lovely).but if its cold(horrid).Take it back and ask for hot not cold food..

Avoid if with kids especially, foul mouthed drunk scanks abuse staff as the self service is broken but they dont tell you so you wait like a lemmon for ages and there are no security on show, very nice staff very short staffed

30 minutes to get 2 hot chocolate and there was no queue I don't know what the staff was doing

Very unclean, tables left full of discarded food and rubbish, and bins overflowing. Staff were unorganised and just stood around showing no initiative.

Does anyone know what they are doing in here ?? I don't think so, another failure partly due to contract delivery service's. Surely they should be encouraging couch potatoes to go a bit further than their front door for their fix.

Burger were warm, chips were nearly cold, place was dirty needed tables wiping over and floor needed a good sweep as there was food and paper everywhere.

Nice restaurant with quick service and good food

Rather difficult to get out of if like me and require a mobility scooter. As doorway becomes crowded very quick due to the locations of the self service kiosks. But normally I do stay outside as large seating area but due to our ever changing weather that wasn't an option on that visit.

The service here was exceptional. A pleasant member was helpful in advertising the table service. When I went to take the tray inside, someone came out to greet me and take it from me. The outside tables were surprisingly very clean and was a great service overall. The weekend staff were obviously upping their game!

Standard, they were working on the doors while I was there so it was a touch awkward. It can get super busy during summer

The hot chocolate is unpleasant to drink.

Busy place, staff seemed overworked, though the place looked understaffed. Self-service is a bind, and if you give up with that and go to the tills to be served, then expect a long wait, even if your the only one waiting, at times you feel ignored as staff look at you but ignore you.

Just bought two cheesy flat breads and they were stone cold and it’s not the first time. Also handling food with no gloves on!

Food was good staff brilliant but the atmosphere isn't good as there are teenagers who arnt eating jumping about slapping each other and being very loud it's unacceptable when all I want to do is enjoy my meal

Good staff, food always hot here. Only downside is that if you go after midnight the drive though is close due to system updates.

Manager accused me of lying about receiving a medium size fries and claimed that she “brought them out with the rest of the food”. Very rude service.

Dirty. Tables not cleaned. A lady in a mobility scooter was trying to move a dirty cup from a table so she could sit. Staff were next to her, and unfortunately, she dropped the cup. Staff seemed to disappear, and she was trying to clean it up. Staff didn't seem to please to help her clean it up.

Food thrown all over the seats outside and just left to the seagulls to clean it up, toilets seem to be permanently closed at this place,3rd time we've been and they are always closed for cleaning, for hours on end.

Fast food at lunchtime what a joke. It's lunchtime where were all of your staff, were they also at lunch? I know it's not the height of Summer but there were multiple people before and after me that were waiting for orders yet nothing seemed to be moving. When my order eventually arrived it was sloppily made and wasn't hot.

I ordered a Mccrispy chicken Deluxe meal. But it looks and tastes like a quarter pound meal. 🙄

Popped in for a McFlurry. We find them cheaper and tastier than getting a Mr Whippy ice cream. Tested great, took longer than expected

We were early and it was very quiet. No excuse for being so bad. Normally can't go wrong with Mcdonalds for a quick breakfast. Definitely the worst one I have ever visited.

Food was bang on.. chips well nice, extra cooked than my local maccies. But the place was filthy 🤢 there was also a cone shoved down the toilet in the men's.. it was 1.30pm when we went not 11 at night when everyone's smashed wouldn't mind if they had no staff but there were loads of em stood about downstairs

Ok this was a trip to Blackpool just me and my dad we thought we’d pop into McDonald’s first impressions were okay but then you realise there is a 20 minute wait. We get our food and sit at the front window guess what’s on the floor ANTS about 30 ants eating at a chip on the floor only good part about it was the food and staff except I don’t think the janitor knows how to do its job.

Fast food get what you pay for and expect. It is McDonalds after all
