McDonald's in Blackpool

can't fault the delivery mr.he was on time according to the app, but the chips were stone cold so worst quality I gotten from McDonald's, didn't include any straws for drink.

Half of order missing Food freezing

Muffin was stale, clearly days old how do i get a refund?

No straw for drink. Fries was cold with no salt and taste like cardboard. I order extra bacon and big mac sauce which I got bacon size of pickle ( got picture to prove it) and no extra sauce. One pickle! All food was dry and not fit for consumption

This delivery was completely wrong. The driver brought someone else’s food to our house and took it away again once I told him it was not ours. Unsure how they have managed to deliver the wrong items when a code is needed to accept the food.

He went to the wrong place called me i told him where to go he ignored that finally found where I was then flew past me at like 25mph in a 5mph zone and told me he was at the swimming pool so I walked to the swimming pool and he wasn't there so I asked where he was like 4 times when he finally told me he was back where he started so I ended up walking around for 10 minutes trying to find him get my food back to my flat and it's stone cold. Driver was absolutely useless with a terrible attitude
