If I could give this place a 0 I defo would Absolutely vile place kebab stunk of literal poo the manger on the counter very very rude told me it was my fault I ordered it and nothing I could do about it then began to stick his hand in my food to taste it then tried to give it me back couldn’t believe it he became very aggressive poor hygiene very poor I’m surprised this place is still open looks like they changed the name of it since I last seen this place and I can see why avoid this place it will make you sick it should be shut down don’t know how it is even open

Not enough chips fish only small not worth the money we paid

Bought 3 fish and chips and 3 drinks. Cost 20 quid if i can remember correctly. They dont provide sauces separately, which I find to be unusual. Had to rip the lid off one the boxes and add the different sauces. There are ample seating areas with the beach area across the road. Quite oily. Ate for the sake of it. Services were okay. However, I didn't feel a warm welcome. One normally offers a carrier bag if you have more than a few items. I had to ask for one, which isn't a big deal, but they should understand.

Brilliant fish and chip shop. Very busy, too. Freshly made fish, etc. Food here is tasty.

It was a bad place, the chicken was dirty and had some feathers in it and I told them they said it was not their fault

The food is disgusting you can tell its frozen straight away paid just over £20 for scampi sand chips which was so disgusting went straight in the bin

Omg ordered scampi and chips turned up 30 mins late with some excuse for scampi with no taste even the chips were disgusting the lot went straight in the bin! Nothing traditional about it should just have put the £20 it cost in the bin! NEVER Again..... Complete waste of money this place needs closing down

Worst place I have been to, definitely would NOT recommend anyone to go here. Very poor hygiene I seen the cook put his hands down in the bin and did not wash them and carried on preparing food, absolutely disgusting I had to throw all my food in the bin after seeing this. This place does not even deserve 1 star.

Visited here on 28th October as a family of 5 and spending nearly £40 on food. We were given our food and we took them to our table. The chips were not cooked and were hard. We took them back and tried to explain that they were not cooked but the man behind the till just kept shouting over us that “it was new oil and that’s why they were pale” tried to tell him we were not concerned about the chips colour but the fact that they were not cooked and he just turned his back on us. Other customer - who was throwing half his meal away told us that his chips were the same and he had complained and received the same response. We ate the chips that were edible and threw the rest away - probably about 3 portions worth of chips. Won’t be back. There are plenty of other fish and chip shops on the front who cook their chips properly.

Was not a fan of the food AT ALL. You rather go to Mcdonalds !

Fish freshly cooked to perfection, good chips, help yourself to sauces on the counter, eat inside or outside, and very friendly staff sympathetic to my whining young dog waiting outside. No complaints from me, and I would go back.

DO NOT GO...... Absolutely disgusting was not edible, Think it was Seagull not chicken. Took it back the next morning after an argument got my money back.

Avoid at all costs kebab smelt and tasted horrible took it back they refused to give our money back. Said we ordered it so it's our problem and laughed, blamed it on the curry sauce. The cooks no hygiene dirty place. Very rude

The manager was an absolute disgrace! A small misunderstanding and he out right refused to even try to resolve it. He ended up changing the food when i had proof i was right but he half the amount he should have! Never going back again.

Wanted to go orange fish and chips because last time I went it was one of them best I had. But it was closed so we went here. About 8 pound per meal for low quality food. Had no taste whatsoever, what a downgrade. The drinks were almost expired too so don't know when they purchased those, probably 5 years ago. Absolutely horrible, I was so disappointed. They need to close shop

Bardzo dobre frytki i ryba swieże wszystko i nie smażone na starym oleju, nuggetsy naprawdę dobre,czuć kurczaka,ale jedynie do czego mogę się doczepić to brak sałatek i sosów do kebaba,tzn są,ale w butelce niezbyt dobre,stąd tylko trzy gwiazdki,bo brakowało mi ogórka pomidora ,czy kapusty tzn w kebabie coś tam było jakaś cebula i pocięta sałata lodowa,ale jakoś to mi nie grało,jeszcze jeden plus to bardzo sprawna obsługa,nie trzeba długo czekać

This is not a traditional chippy!!! Chips weren't homemade for starters. Curry sauce wasn't great, chicken burger was poor. Only reason it gets 2 stars is... It was cheap n the kids finished their hot dog n chicken nuggets.

Absolutely disgusting I am giving one star because there’s nothing less served a piece of chicken that look like that’s been on the shelf for about 2-3 days

Visited for some lunch to find it felt like we were attending a funeral by the looks of the staff, more life in a cemetery..no please or thank you what so ever no help carrying food over to our table while we ga two children. Rubbish all round , the Food was bog standard for the price you’d expect it to be better the chips looked like they had been used the previous day and heated back up when customers came to order. Wouldn’t go again if it was the only place open for food on the front.

The tables are very dirty and not clean Food is very dry and not properly cooked The staff members are very rude and they are charging people a lot more I would recommend never to buy fish and chips from here

The food was absolutely discussing, had no flavour and really dry. The staff were rude and charged different prices to why wait on the menu board, which is fabular advertising. I was expecting to go for a nice lunch date with my partner and instead we had the worst experience, which made us feel ill with dodgy bowels. They also were selling multipack drinks which specifically say not for individual resale, a women co fronted them for this, stating it was against the law to do so and they did nothing about it. The Dining area was not clean and the tables were sticky and unhygienic!! DEFFINETLY NEVER AGAIN!!

Traditional Fish & Chips was one of several chippy's my twin brother Stephen and I visited on our four day trip to Blackpool, in fact I've been here before so I know it's one of the best chippy's along the New South Promenade. A lovely chippy,very inviting, nice staff and a perfect outside seating area. We were here on a Thursday afternoon, we ordered fish & chips, service was quick, we grabbed a table and tucked into our meals. Fish was a big portion, lightly battered and beautifully seasoned, chips were thick cut ,it was lovely chomping through such a traditional seaside meal in the sun and no seagulls swooping on our meals,an added bonus .We really enjoyed our fish & chips sitting outside Traditional Fish & Chips ,most definitely well worth checking out if you're walking down the promenade or planning to visit Blackpool.

Fish is nice but there burgers my dog would not even eat omfg never never again il eat chappy og food before il go back

A very traditional Iranian fish and chip shop in Blackpool. Loved the fish and chips here. Tony a lovely guy and Mehmet knows how to batter a fish without getting done for GBH 👍👍🏆🏆

The fish was cooked from fresh and was very nice, the chips were also quite nice but were hard here and there. A touch expensive at £6.99 each , but happy to go back again to eat out, with ample places to sit at the seafront.

Absolutely amazing fish and chips.. chips are nice and fluffy best I’ve eaten in a long time highly recommend you try there if your ever in Blackpool

The food was nice but the staff were VERY rude. They didn’t want to clean the table and when I asked they said it was clean when someone just left the table. And when I was half finished they told me to leave because I was taking up the table. Never ever coming again

Never ate in got to the track and trace and the staff where talking about there embarrassing personal life problems whilst ignoring us. After doing track and trace the staff still didn’t seat us instead standing around talking and ignoring us! This was enough to get out quick! So embarrassing!! Gang of children working there 0 professionalism

Today it was my first time in Blackpool & I can tell you now, it was ended with the beautiful taste of the fish & chips from this place. The curry sauce was fresh & light, unlike some thick & stodgy versions from elsewhere. The chips crisp & fluffy on the inside. The mushy peas were excellent, just the right amount of mush, followed by a generous helping of salt & vinegar along the largest regular sized battered fish my eyes had to behold. All in alll fab chips, fab fish, fab staff & fab experience 10/10

not the best food but filled a space i have tasted much better food at other chip shops they do kabobs which are not to a good standard the staff are not great eather

Myself and my friend came here after walking around Blackpool. It was very over priced; £7.90 for sausage, chips, gravy and a reg drink. The gravy portion was so small and the chips were awful, not the kind you expect and go to a chippy for. On a nicer note the staff were lovely and very quick service which was great as it was so so busy! Really couldn't fault any of the staff just the food and price really.

My family and I ate out of the Traditional Fish & chips twice during our stay in Blackpool and enjoyed our meal. However we were disappointed as both times we ordered gravy chips, whenever it arrived there was no gravy on them and whenever we mentioned this we were charged a pound each time even though we had already gave our order and paid for it.

My mother had fancied fish and chip on a walk along the promenade and having passed over a few stopped here knackered and hungry. I doubt any of the others could have been worse. Greasy fish - pretty dreadful given that's meant to be its calling - with tasteless batter. My wife tried the bathroom and insisted none of us visited after due to the state of the toilets- she was forced into using gents due to state of female and disabled toilets. One of our party had a sausage and chips and was ill the next day. Only things that were remotely acceptable were the chips and some chilli sauce I had forced upon me. Food was dreadful and the surroundings and experience were even worse.

My conference party had our lunch here today. The staff were so polite and helpful. The food was amazing. The portions were very generous. The restaurant was clean and tidy and definitely fit for purpose. A friendly staff. Well done ALL of you. Bravo.

DISGUSTING PLACE. Enter at own peril. I had to clean the table myself with a sanitary wipe. We were in a hurry to get something to eat otherwise I’d have walked out at the sight of the tables. The toilet wasn’t noticed until the end of our meal (which was dry, poor quality and just utter rubbish. All of us left more than half). My partner went in to use the toilet and cane out looking horrified. Faeces and urine all over. No light- and THIS WAS THE DISABLED TOILET! How has this place not been shut down?

Her carers were asked to leave with her as her wheelchair was in the aisle ! Absolutely disgusted ! It was not at all busy. So they didn't get to even try the food and definitely won't be going back.

Staff look grubby, flies abounded. Smelled greasy! Left without buying anything due to suspected lack of hygiene.

The chicken was not cook and we ask for our side order they give us dirty look not going there again

Called here for a late lunch as it was close to our hotel. The fact that the fish was freshly cooked was it's only redeeming feature. Overcooked chips, appalling customer service from the girl taking the orders. Would not advise anyone to eat here.

Went here for lunch and the fish and chips were greasy and not great. The chicken nuggets for the kids were awful. To top it off I had to pay for Tomato sauce.. I would rather starve than eat here.
