Burger King in North Somerset

The cleanliness of the restaurant actually reflects badly on the rest of Bristol airport which is pretty good to be honest. Crumbs and dirt over the seats, tables and walls. If it’s like this in the public facing areas you are left worrying about the bits you can’t see.

So clean and tidy in restaurant and toilets. Super staff who because of my mobility brought the meal to my table. The manager and staff here are first rate

Absolutely disgusted with this visit. We arrived at 8:30 when airport was very quiet. There were no other customers in the outlet at the time. I placed an offer for food for 3 people. 2 separate orders. 1st order came out with fries that weren’t even warm and beer was flat. 15 seconds later the second order arrived. Burgers were missing additional items that were ordered on order machine and appeared on the receipt. Burger no 2. Was missing almost everything After travelling a long distance to the airport I was so tired and disappointed with the order I said nothing. Please check and make sure your order is correct. It’s not too much to ask and especially when you’re paying almost £50 for 3 people.

What a rip off, £5.19 for a small cold burger, area filthy and a long wait to get served, there probably wasn't one thing you could actually credit the place for. Carry on and they will end up running out of customers but after the experience of the pub where they charhed us £19.50 for two drinks I will be thinking twice of using Bristol the whole airport is just one rip off, name a business which offers good service and value for money and I will run annd use it. Easily the worse BK I have ever used in my 57 years

What a tip, dirty disgusting restaurant, if the restaurant is a filthy disgusting area, what’s the kitchen like. Obviously the management team are useless and need sacking along with the staff , our visit today left us disappointed and thinking what have customers been served There is no excuses what so ever Burger King, you need to get it sorted ASAP

Magari però era un giornata poco fortunata

Visiting Bristol airport and last choice was BK! Staff was rude and food was cold! Asked to change drinks told too much hassle! Asked for sauce told over there rudely! 6 staff and all useless! Wasn’t even too busy
