Recently stopped by Burger King at Bristol Airport before an early morning flight and was thoroughly impressed. The food was simply amazing, with fresh, perfectly cooked fries and delicious burgers. I highly recommend it to anyone passing by the departure gate at Bristol Airport. Special thanks to Marketa, Eva, Gavin, and Sara for their fantastic service. Cheers 🍻

Today, I had an incredible dining experience at Burger King. I was served by Kokila, who provided excellent service with a friendly and welcoming attitude. The meal was delicious, and everything was prepared perfectly. From the fresh ingredients to the flavorful taste, it was an awesome meal that left me completely satisfied. Kudos to Kokila and the entire team for making this visit memorable!

I got a horribly watered down chocolate drink at Burger King this morning for £3.90. It's like I'm drinking! There is a huge crowd at 5:30 in the morning. But this does not entitle the company to give. Other times the product was always normal. A huge disappointment.

Nicest staff ever, extremely polite and hard working. Good came efficiently. I’d like to make a mention especially for Kokila and Ahsan and Harvey for going out of their way to make me laugh.

Was served by shift manager Lew, he was very rude while serving, demanding I use the kiosks even though I wanted to use till due to accessibility issues and refusing to give me my employee discount but then everytime he saw me he called me staff meal. Completely unacceptable, as a manager myself in another store I find this insane how a shift manager can be so full of himself and rude to customers! One of the core principles of bk is customer service and today Lew has failed as such. Furthermore, staff seem uninterested and unwilling to help. Otherwise food fresh and hot very lovely, but sadly as a customer regardless of the food the service and cleanliness is what you notice first and leaves the biggest impression, today neither up to par.

I liked my vegetarian burger and the place was clean and organized. Lew was very kind and friendly. Thank you so much! ☺️

☹️Unfortunately, my experience at Burger King in Bristol Airport was very disappointing. ❌The Americano coffee was tasteless. It was too watery and bitter, and I regret not ordering something else. ❌I also disliked that the milk for the coffee had to be added separately. This is inconvenient, and I believe it should be standard practice at any cafe. ❌The atmosphere in the restaurant was gloomy and unwelcoming. The staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful. ❌The chairs in the restaurant were also uncomfortable. They were too hard and low, and I couldn't sit comfortably throughout my meal. 😒In addition, I was disappointed that the restaurant did not have Wi-Fi. This is an expected amenity at any airport. 😒Overall, I do not recommend Burger King at Bristol Airport. There are many other restaurants in the airport that offer better food, atmosphere, service, and Wi-Fi.

i use this airport a lot and don’t understand why this burger king gets such bad reviews. all the times i’ve used them staff have been polite (this time Ajith was particularly friendly and efficient) and the food has been hot and presentable. :)

Came here today at 12:50pm hoping to eat what I hoped would be an edible meal, it was packed I get this is everyone's go to place before their flight At first I wanted to order a child's cheeseburger meal as the amount it cost was what I had on me in change I didn't want to break into a note (didn't really want to use the touchscreen as I'm not sure how often they're cleaned) for some reason its £8.35 on the till but £6.89 on the touchscreen so don't know how/ why that works out dearer on the till? Eventually got my meal had to end up using my card which I despise doing at the touchscreen machines as never know who's behind you trying to spot your pin Collected my food, filled up my drink from only one machine that was working, had a few chips and then was about to bite into my burger when I spotted specks of mould all over the burger bun which put me off consuming it at all I inspected it closely and the burger looked chargrilled on the inside and there wasn't just one bit of mould there was a few blue dots clear as day on my burger bun Took it to the till and the staff didn't seem that fazed tbh the one boy said "we do check them" and at least he apologised the others didn't want to get involved by the looks so as to not lose customers They offered me a new burger and the look on my face must've said it all as why would I want a new burger after spotting MOULD on the current bun? Had no hassle getting a refund but I was more concerned with the fact that if I hadn't spotted that it could've made me really bad just before my holiday? How many others has it happened to who've been blissfully unaware munching away on mouldy bread bacteria growing on them and possibly on the meat too? I feel sick just thinking about nearly eating it Yes I got my refund but the mould shouldn't have been there in the first place I'd have left a 5 star review if my food didn't arrive luke warm like the chips did and with mould on like my burger bun did with a burger that looked like it had been left in too long Staff were quick to throw the burger away when I handed it back "we will check them now sorry about that" profit before human consumption by the looks of things as the prices for a burger king in an airport today are shocking I'm sure they're double of what the high street stores are and yet their ingredients are not fresh or fit to eat! Wouldn't recommend I'd rather starve than order from here again Thought 2 stars would be sufficient as I did get my money back but rather warn people against eating here in future don't make the mistake I did or you might get food poisoning if you don't inspect your food

Harvey was the most pleasant front of house server. Nothing was to much trouble. He was keen to help when I dropped my food and put me to ease as it was infront of so many people. Replaced all that had fell on the floor. Overall very lovel!

Tom was very pleasent and patient with me and made sure we were taken care of. Great experience!

I’d like to thank Tom, Eva, and Chloe for their amazing service to help us order our food along with welcoming us perfectly. I would 100% get food here again and would recommend anyone else coming here for food.

Any slower and they would be moving backwards. It wouldn't be as much of a problem if it wasn't for the premium prices they charge. Nearly £7 for a kids meals. Roughly £4 for a small portion of fries. Adult meals approaching the £14 mark and yet with these massively inflated prices they cannot afford to employ any staff

A very disappointing experience. After loving the big Whopper burger for many years, we found the new computerised ordering system not up to the task! Many things unavailable, and when we finally found the big Whopper screen, it was a method of getting punters to add more to their order. We chose a plain whopper thinking, that’s what we traditionally wanted ie with no extras and what we got was two pieces of bread and a piece of plastic meat! At a cost of £7.99 that’s atrocious. The flat white coffee was no better in price almost £4 see receipt. Will never be going back.

This is probably the worst BK I’ve visited globally. It’s run down and extremely dirty. The franchise owner should spend less time on buying very obviously fake 5 star Google reviews and use that effort to deep clean the place. There’s no way I can’t report this place to the local council. @ BK Bristol Airport admin, please do not bother to respond with a template response. Your managers know the issue, it’s time to fix it.

Comparing this to other burger kings that I have visited, this is hands down the most efficient and great tasting food. Amazing service from eva

Gone up from 2 stars to 3 stars since August this year. Visited Sunday 3rd December. I had an early flight and the airport was the quietest I've ever known. Thought we would try it again and was surprised as the quality was a little better. Nothing special but okay for airport food. One downside the price and the food repeats on you after eating

Like the person before me, I’ve not had a Burger King for years but I have it a go and it was genuinely excellent. It actually came out looking like the picture. Roasting hot and fresh, crunchy fries, the lot. I was really surprised and can’t fault it. On top of that Lew the manager and his team were just super polite and nice. Nothing but a positive experience.

Lew went above and beyond to make our time at Bristol Airport one to remember. Friendly, welcoming, warm, THE FULL PACKAGE! As for Kokila… wow. Just wow. Excellent service from start to finish. Really just made sure everyone in the establishment was having a great time. Just such a friendly smile that made you feel welcomed and at home. It was like being back at grandmas house for Sunday roast for the first time in a decade. So, to sum, friendly service, excellent food, great chefs, smiley happy people. Would definitely recommend these guys, can tell they love their jobs. Thanks again Lew and Kokila, good luck in med school.

I have not had a Burger King in years and really did not expect much, especially in an airport. But I wanted something hot, but not a fry-up. Well, was I surprised! A lovely guy helped me with the order (meal deals, they bamboozle me, my brain refuses to accept it can be cheaper to order more) and I, a Pret’s fan, was astonished at how reasonable the cost. I decided to try the plantbased whopper and hadn’t actually wanted the chips (but, hey, meal deal), but when they arrived, perfection! And I know my fries, and often times sorely disappointed. Not today! As for the burger…fresh crisp lettuce and tomato, perfect amount of mayo, and the actual patty itself, well, even if you discounted ethics, climate and/or health this should be your choice: all the satisfaction of a burger but none of the grease. Just as a bonus, the place was spotlessly clean and did I mention the lovely chef? I have no idea what other Burger Kings, but this is perfection!

Food was just what we needed, Tyler who served us was very kind, and had a lovely chat with Lea and Chloe about politics, will come again when we fly again
