Didn’t put chips of quarter pounder in that I ordered.

chicken burger was replaced with chicken tenders without notice of change. chicken tenders were dry

The drinks came a bit spilt in the bag.

Half of the order was missing. You’d imagine that getting a takeaway order right would be quite simple but the McDonald’s staff seem to struggle even with this simple task.

i was given the wrong order and didn't realise until I opened it.

Careless service yet again No jam with muffin so a waste of over £2 for me wake up while you are on duty.

Lazy driver didn't deliver or even bother getting out the car and can't ring just eat as they don't answer the phone so have to rely on emails and a wait days for a refund hopefully. I'm hangry right now

2 large cokes and 7 sauces missing .

This is a good place to go for excellent burgers, 🍟 and drinks plus ice cream 🍰 and it is great value for money to. The service is good and efficient as I like going here myself.

Got delivery and was missing big Mac meal. Contacted them and they said nothing they can do apart from refund. No good when you have a Child that has no food. Rubbish customer service

The driver was in our road for about 10 mins looking for our house even though I’d left clear instructions. The food was cold and tasteless. No onions in either cheeseburger and the dips were missed off. Totally disappointing all round.

We recently went to a carnival and decided to stop by McDonald's for a quick bite. Although I'm not usually a fan, I was pleasantly surprised. I placed a takeout order through the self-service kiosk, and despite the crowd, I received my order very quickly. The restaurant was tidy, and even with a line for the restroom, everyone was polite. My Big Mac was perfect – neatly put together. I appreciate that even on busy days, this McDonald's maintains its standards. Great job! 😎

This is happen with every delivery. Drivers are going to 3 Laburnum Road, but my address is 3 Laburnum Court. they both have different postcode but your drivers always goes to the Laburnum Road address. they say it the just eat app that causing them to go to wrong address. can you please sort out the issue.

What a joke!! Ordered through Uber Eats. Lost our first orser; then wrong order turned up with items we asked not to have. Phoned to complain and ask for refund or new order. They said it was Uber problem; Uber said Maccies problem so now we are £28 out of pocket had food which was inedible. Absolute waste of money and effort

Quick delivery, food still warm and neatly packed, the only thing is they completely messed up my cheeseburger ingredients-wise but not a biggie 👌🏻

i never received my order, i ended up receiving just a flatbread which i never ordered and they’re rank. So i was given someone else’s order which didn’t even add up to the value of mine and never refunded.

I came here today and the milkshake machine didn’t work and the ordering machine couldn’t print my receipt (although with the order number they give your food anyway).

No complaints here apart from chips not being salted all was fairly hot n tasty Tried the McRib not same as last time….less messy though not drowning in the sauce haha, wasnt waiting long for delivery driver was polite and friendly too ))

Arrived in good time, all food at reasonable temp….hash brown hotter than muffins quite surprised normally other way around. Nice to get soft flatbread ordered them later on and they normally not so good. Driver polite))
