Best Maccy's we've ever been to nice friendly staff, we had table service we weren't waiting long, all food was piping hot (never had this before) and actually the corrects sizes eg chips were full not half empty as it is in most places,the restaurant was nice and clean. Well done Weston-super-Mare you should be proud 👏

Service at the counter was good, I didn't wait long to be served. My food was hot and delicious

i opened my bag with 3 small coke and they aren't even on the cup holder thing it was everywhere and everything is wet now.

literally tried charging me 10P for dips, but if they were from the condiment table it was free? Confusing and stupid, No wonder other ones don't do this

When I ordered it told me 15/30 mins. It then changed to 14.50 delivery time. Came at 14.22. Was not impressed as some of the people the order was for had to leave for work so icecreams and shakes wasted. I wish I hadn’t bothered

Completely wrong order! Had to be sent back and now cost me to have it delivered again!

Every single time the BBQ sauce is missing. This is the 5th out of 6 orders. So infuriating, especially as there isn’t a way to report this as an issue

always missing stuff from order and food always cold

The food was over an hour and a half late and stone cold when it arrived. There was no way to cancel my order as it said the courier was at the restaurant for over an hour. I want a full refund for this order

Ever since the new establishment, the timings of food service has got a lot slower waiting between 30mins - 1hr, food is always cold and you can no longer see how your food is being prepared, which I preferred. No longer a fast food chain and recommend others McDonald’s to this one due to slowness

Very nice food friendly staff nice atmosphere.

Came twice over weekend was served quick both times can't complain about service! Even recieved a free donut 🍩 😋 lost a star for trying to charge me 10p for ketchup and the burgers are getting smaller!

Everything you would expect from a McDonald's. Nothing more, nothing less. At least they still have a large direct service counter, along with a security guard who's very much welcome.

delivery driver was nice, polite and on time. unfortunately the halfwits in the restaurant forgot to put all the order in the bag - yet again! I even added a note about remembering the dips because they forgot last time, this time I get the dips but it's missing the share box of nuggets! Honestly, it's not that hard to manage a restaurant, I've done it and we didn't have thos consistent level of incompetence - they have so many staff they're falling over each other & they still get it wrong!

Do something about your air condition because it stinks of oil and fried food when you come along! Horrendous smell on my clothes& hair after I left. £12 pounds breakfast and you smell of food all day. It has been like that since year or so. Fix it because no other MacDonalds stinks. I will avoid this store until you fix it!

It doesn't matter which McDonald's you go to.. Around the world. What you eat is always the same.. excellent consistency. That's why I love McDonald's..

Edit: Yet another instance where you got my order wrong then challenged me when I asked for everything to come out together once the meal had been made correctly. Very dry fillet, probably sitting there for ages.

I asked for a sausage egg muffin to go but when I got home to eat it I found that instead of sausage I got what looked and tasted like the 99p burger I should of taken a photo I didn’t know I had the option as I have never been on this site before.

Driver didn't follow very simple instructions . instead he firstly rang me to create his own instructions OF ME GOIING OUTSIDE THE HOTEL , and meeting him . Then he ignored me , and dumped the order on reception and ran off and turned his phone off. Not happy at all

McDonalds is usually amazing, but me and my sister and I went to view the movies the other day at The Plaza (formally known as the Odean) There was nobody else in the restaurant but our food took 45 minutes!! All we ordered were some chicken nuggets, which are premade anyway, and a chicken burger. 45 minutes for this is horrendous!!

Got the order completely wrong!

Messed up 3 things on our order so a lot of getting up and going back to the counter to correct things. They would even compensate us with a couple of 10p dips. How tight can you get!!!! Poor customer service!!

Driver didn't even knock on the door left food outside on garden chair and revved engine repeatedly as he left before we'd even got to the door. The food was also not to a good standard, both double cheese burgers were a complete mess.

My burger did not have the additional item selected and paid for- a cheese slice, if this was a day to day error and I was in the store i could take it back. This is an error of the store not of the just eat employee they were efficient and polite.

The location is excellent, the snacks and service are also very good, but unfortunately the people who frequent this store are very rude, they leave dirt on the tables after eating, throw rubbish on the floor and there are many rude children shouting, swearing, making tantrums and rudeness, horrible...

Perfect, delivery driver was very friendly and polite would order again.

Nice to find a McDonald's that was actually serving customers and not just the delivery riders/drivers. Service was still quite slow but staff were polite. My order wasn't what I ordered but it was close so not really a complaint

overall 80%.. is what yu expect... but as always the chips dont travel well.. cold mostly..and food always needs a little re.heat.. satisfied with alright quality... child happy with ..happy meal.. at least thats good bonus, but would like to say.. wen asking for extra sauce/lettuce in the chicken sandwich... yu dont want the opposite.. as got... very funny to whoever prepared that.... oh well... as always a hit and miss ... as usual. thanks to the those that work hard there.. its not easy.

Great for a quick and cheap meal. Very filling. Recently I've been using the app more, I was able to order on the way and get served at the table when I arrived. No ordering at the touch screen and no waiting around. Really convenient when you have little ones and you don't want the hassle.

Had food delivered, completely inedible. Cold hard fries and sandwiches, and a melted mcflurry. Offered a lousy £4 refund. Worst food ever.
