Soooo slow 🦥 service... Food wasn't up to standard

Food was nice and came quick. But i wanted to commend Tobi. Tobi was friendly, efficient, and had a genuine smile.He ensured everything was correct before handing it to me. It's not often you see excellent customer service skills these days.Thank you, Tobi for making my experience 6/5.

Ordered on the app, was sent to a McDonald’s 100 miles away, so i had to pay again for same order, got home and the order was wrong, absolutely useless rude manager in there. Never again will I eat there again.

Went here for breakfast and food ok however muffins half the size of the patties. Also annoying that receipt dispensers don’t work and neither does the screen with order numbers on so you have to just stand and wait for your number rather than being able to get a table and watch the screen

they forgot my milkshake and gave me water instead

Was cold, and drinks were leaking only had half a cup full

Driver came to the wrong side of the house. He automatically assumed the back and then shouted at me when I came to the front door

The delivery man put the order in front my whole flat and they didn’t gave a call . Really bad experience

The drinks bag is as wet because the coke had leaked and the food was on its way to being cold.

Please clean the fryer... I want chips that taste good but instead I get apple slices, it stinks of old oil

Delivered to incorrect address initially. Food almost cold by the time it did finally get here. Only edible as we were so hungry. Driver completely unresponsive on the app when being told they were going to the wrong address. Driver returned to restaurant before finally delivering to us.

We were given a Minecraft mcflurry instead of a malteser mcflurry

They left out 2 kids burgers and the box of nuggets! Supposed to be a treat for the kids tea! How difficult is it to add items to a bag.

By far the best Mcdonalds! The food is always hot, fresh and plentiful. Always normally order through Uber and always arrives to perfection.

Food is cold, large fries are half empty more in the medium fries, really disappointing, unlikely to order again

Staff was rather rude and the amount of out of hands kids/ teenagers causing trouble in there put me right of my food wasn’t clean either

Large chips was more like a small, boxes were not even half full

Arrived stone cold, chips inedible. Estimated time kept changing later and later on the tracker, I can’t put it as late as they change the tracker to suit themselves. It’s clear the food was ready long before it was delivered and left on the side

Honestly fed up with orders being messed up and missing items. shouldnt be hard to check things off a list!

The drinks came a bit spilt in the bag.

Half of the order was missing. You’d imagine that getting a takeaway order right would be quite simple but the McDonald’s staff seem to struggle even with this simple task.

i was given the wrong order and didn't realise until I opened it.

Careless service yet again No jam with muffin so a waste of over £2 for me wake up while you are on duty.

Lazy driver didn't deliver or even bother getting out the car and can't ring just eat as they don't answer the phone so have to rely on emails and a wait days for a refund hopefully. I'm hangry right now

This is a good place to go for excellent burgers, 🍟 and drinks plus ice cream 🍰 and it is great value for money to. The service is good and efficient as I like going here myself.

The men's toilet was not working

they literally never put the sauces in, free, paid for, doesn't matter, they need to learn to read the orders it's reduculous

Hello, I haven't received my order.

I put in wrong address he refused to deliver to new address

Went in and I was hungry, food tasty, filling and just the booster I needed to get around tesco for Xmas food great

eggs were burnt on the bottom and they were black from being held in the hothold too long

Got delivery and was missing big Mac meal. Contacted them and they said nothing they can do apart from refund. No good when you have a Child that has no food. Rubbish customer service

Quite surprised food arrived in good time for a Saturday night, everything was at good temp and quite enjoyed the festive chicken burger. Delivery driver friendly and polite))

Iced coffee was delivered instead of vanilla milkshake I ordered

The driver was in our road for about 10 mins looking for our house even though I’d left clear instructions. The food was cold and tasteless. No onions in either cheeseburger and the dips were missed off. Totally disappointing all round.
