Came In here at lunch time with my friend after spending the day at the pier, the food was delicious and the cheese really melted in ur mouth would recommend and will come here again

Dirty place. Food on the floor one of the staff come and tried sweeping around our feet as we was eating and left some food stuck to the floor. Food was cold and not many meals to pick from not like it was before and the meals have got smaller. The place has gone down hill we used to go there every time we went to Weston but never again.

In the notes, I asked for ketchup sachets and I didn’t receive any. Didn’t enjoy my meal as much as was dry without. Disappointed.

come with no straws etc, missing my share box and a burger. hardly any cheese sauce on the loaded fries and no bits of bacon!!! not happy considering I spent 40 odd quid!

Chips / French Fries arrived cold this is fixed by putting them in the microwave burger was very good. I find the lack of you being able to supply any sort of milkshakes or ice creams. Disappointing to say the least it seems you and McDonald’s are on this one minute we can supply one minute we can’t can’t. So unless things change, I won’t be using you or McDonald’s again.

delivery driver was on time BUT both sets of chips were stone cold and all 4 burgers were luck warm.. expected a lot better from burger king. very disappointed 😞

Got the order completely wrong again!!!! Ordered a bacon double cheeseburger with NO cheese. The burger arrived and there was no cheese. HOWEVER… there was ketchup, mustard and pickles. NOT EVEN IN A BACON DOUBLE BY DEFAULT!!!!!! This was deliberate. 100% not an accident

On the door advertised free sandwich if you scan your recipes and do review. We did...but at the till asked for £4.50 as small line under the term said you have purchased with chips and drink . Ok fair enough remove your label for free as technically is not ...respect people please and no fake advertising. Anyway we bought full price and food was OK.

Absolutely terrible. Food arrived late, arrival time kept changing on app and the food quality was very poor. Both my burger and chilli bites were stone cold, the burger was squashed and looked like it had been thrown together carelessly. Never ordering from here again.

Standards have been slipping recently. Prices have increased - a hamburger being 99p a bit over a year ago is now £1.49. I wouldn't mind the price increases as much if the service hadn't also declined, with staff being less friendly than they were in the past (though usually not unfriendly). Furthermore, on two occasions in the past year, the restaurant has been closed during scheduled opening hours with absolutely no sign to explain why. The food continues to be good though, which I'm thankful for.

Order is wrong and I have been ripped off no cheesy loaded fries only 5 chicken nuggets in pack when I ordered a 9 chicken nugget meal absolute disgrace this is the 3rd problem I have had with this store

After going in to burger King and getting some food I can say I won't be coming back First the building gives a depressing vibe Second the food comes out with no care or love and just a complete mess The burgers are full of grease and the layout is really bad just slapped together Now the fries with cheese and bacon now to start they was cold the cheese on top was also cold and also the smallest amount of bacon on top I've never had such a bad time at burger King

Absolutely shocking service on the phone after I called about a missing £50 order. Asked them if I was to place the order again would they please speak to the delivery driver and explain the last order had been delivered wrong. Was told "I am to busy to check on individual orders" and that she "didn't have time to talk to the rest of the staff". Appalling. Reported to head office. Will not use again.

Popped in for a quick burger meal before going back to the car and tried the double whopper meal with unlimited refills. Have to admit was quite disappointed, burger and chips were barely hot and the self service Fanta orange didn’t seem to have any flavour. The restaurant looks a bit run down and could have done with a tidy up. The girl who served me was friendly enough but looked embarrassed when she gave me the food. This is not the burger king I remember of old and definitely wasn’t worth the ten pound odd I paid. Very disappointed.

Ordered food from just eat after waiting an hour are order showed up and it was just the fries no burgers all been missed then my partner drove to the restaurant as just eat can not do anything unless you re order and pay again to find that the restaurant is shut when getting hold of a member of staff by banging on the door was told that they definitely pack it and it's nothing to do with them and that the driver must of stole it!! Staff were very rude did not want to help terrible experience understand its the day before new years eve so they probably wanted to go but when using this service you at least expect your food that you have paid for proper shower of s*&£ the lot of them would give zero stars if I could.

A tidy restaurant in The Sovereign shopping centre at Weston-super-Mare. Food was hot and tasty and served quickly. No milkshakes though.

Burger King didn’t read what I wanted removed from my meal. So had to throw in the bin, it was cold anyways and coke in the bottle was flat.

Prepared when I ordered it.. Delivered an hour later. Ice cold & a major disappointment... A terrible service from Burger King.. Prepared with no delivery driver available. So cold. Horrible. It's like 2 minutes away.. Ordered 16:30, arrived 17:32.. A £5 refund harder to swallow. I not do 'fast food often' so really cheesed off..

When to this Burger King a few days ago it was not that nice and very slow at doing the food could not get cola as it only would let me get a bottle of water on the machine

The chips were stone cold, like barely defrosted cold, like they were left out the freezer, went stale and then someone showed them a picture of a deep fat fryer before serving them. they were completely inedible, the burgers were ok.

Placed order at 17.48 and Food arrived cold at 20.41. I kept checking the site and the delivery time kept getting pushed back further and further due to no drivers. Then it said a driver was at restaurant and it took another hour for good to arrive. I spent almost £40 for a very late cold dinner. I use Just Eat a lot but this experience has spoilt my view of the service. I wasn't even given the choice of cancelling the order and getting a refund. Very disappointed

The food was as you expect from a Burger King, just what you need on a family day out

It's OK. Prices have increased a lot over the last 12 months making it an expensive place to eat especially if you have a large family. Service poor and a bit of a mess, you have the choice of booking on boards or going to counter. Both are a bit of a shambles. Since refit there are a few more seats but it's poorly laid out and cramped. Self service on drinks (free refills) food fine. Portions smaller than they used to be but it tasted nice. You have to pay 25p for sauce now, I top of inflated prices seems a bit steep. No parking or drive through. Toilet available. Disabled access, family friendly. Ideal for a (fairly) quick snack.

Couldn't give this restaurant 5 stars as we waited ages for food and then it was only lukewarm.

Dirty floors and rubbish attitude towards customers including myself. Young people need to be taught how to talk to customers and learn "Please and Thank you"!! The wait for food being served by slower than slow 🐌 staff will loose any customers you have left of this old store which I'm sure we would all appreciate if kept open. One delivery guy who shared me his distress shown how long he waited in a practically empty store for both his deliveries, I was not surprised. Thank you for your service but please take my words as words of importance.
