Food as you'd expect. Service was slow. Full of non desirables.

Slow useless service. Bins overflowing. worse than I've ever seen them anywhere. I thought my local one was bad but this one is the pits.

Have to say this branch of Maccys has gone right down hill. Food is always slapped together and cold, drinks are room temperature and borderline flat. Staff look like they don't give a damn. Wouldn't recommend I'm afraid

Warm milkshake, slow service, missing items. Visited 3 times as its the closest. Requested no mayo and received mayo. Useless.

Normally use the drive in facility but very busy this evening so went into the restaurant for a takeaway. Ordered 5 chicken selects and large fries for 2 to share. Not impressed - fries were definitely not large and received 3 chicken selects and a 4th broken up. Very poor, well below their normal standard.

I only used the drive through and didn't go inside, so I cannot comment on the interior. I did a mobile order, as its usually much quicker, but we were waiting in the queue for 15 minutes for the person in front of us to get their food! There was confusion about what they had ordered, and after the 15 minute wait was told to go to the park up bay. So by the time we got our food, it was cold. Staff member who took the order was friendly. Staff on collection window weren't that great.

Food took 25 mins to arrive, it had been sat behind counter without us knowing.

They were extremely busy both in the drive through and inside the restaurant looked like they could have done with a few more people helping out

Ordered a meal for delivery meal cold and half of it missing staff un helpful gave us two different numbers to ring but could do nothing not even send out missing item we had payed for shocking service which left us feeling very frustrated and cheated

how a delivery can take over an hour with the time being put back 3 times. It's pike they give you a delivery time on ordering just so you place the order and then when they have your money they decide that they don't care and put it back 20 minutes and then when that 20 minutes is almost up they add another 20. It was a treat for my grandson as I was unable to go and collect it and when it did turn up it was stone cold. These places just don't care anymore and neither do Just Eat

Ordered food, waited 10+ minutes because we ordered a cheeseburger plain so had to be made fresh, fair enough, got outMr food and the cheeseburger wasn't plain or fresh. Had to then go in to get a plain cheeseburger, by the time this was sorted the rest of the food was cold, not even an apology, very every poor service all round

once again no sauces, how difficult can it be to add them? food crushed and chips barely cooked. Worle lives up to its abysmal standard

Every time I come here I am always disappointed! Long waits even if ordered online I waited 30 mins through drive through. Cold food, always wrong food and missing , no taste these days and pricey now too, not returning to this mcdonlds going to drive the extra few miles, my daughter had a happy meal and it was literally just nuggets she was so disappointed, management need to have a word with there staff!!

Constantly get your order wrong then give you attitude because they can't read a order correctly. Don't waste your money here

Last night we were there getting just three milkshakes and it took 18-20 minutes wait, usually it would just be about 2-5 minutes. It was quiet when we came in but then got a lot busier and people waiting a long time for their small orders. We saw when someone's order was given to them (they had been waiting about 8 minutes) their Mcflurrys were melted and the burgers weren't warm now. The people serving us were kind but it was just the time it took them it isn't always their fault though.

The cold drinks were not cold at all and the burgers were cold as well. Ordered milkshake but the milkshake was like water. Also, the mango drink was only half full

Never eat in McD, you can get a full meal in a Toby or similar for same money.

Amy was absolutely unreal, it was an amazing experience and the staff were very friendly!! Amy gave me exactly everything I asked for and it was amazing!!

It was incredibly slow service unfortunately, but it was fairly busy. Would have been wiser to app order and collect in drive through instead of in store. That's on me. Bad move. Food was good, but need to add a double bacon cheeseburger meal. Sloppy presentation too unfortunately.

Missing two portions of large fries.

Bought 2 meals and only one arrived. No dips provided which were paid for and the chips that were delivered were stone cold!! Absolutely shocking and we would like a full refund otherwise we’ll never order from you again. Very unhappy customers

Food was tasty and fresh, but didnt enjoy waiting almost 20 minutes for collection, while 3 members of staff were trying to wind up the lady making the food

3 hours late food missing.. phoned restaurant said it was just eats error not impressed hubby gone work no food

Ordered 2 Large meals, a Double Big Mac, with a banana shake and fries, and a quarter pounder with cheese large meal with a bottle of water. Told the milkshake was not working, so asked for a diet coke NO ice. Had a bag thruat at me with a coke with ice and a bottle of orange juice... parked and opened the food, there were 2 wraps and medium fries in the bag, cold. I had queued for20 minutes at rhe drive through before this and had lost thewill to live. The seagulls in the car park ate the cold food DO NOT GO THERE. A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Drive through is supposed to be quicker. Barley that in the morning at 7 AM.

Very slow service, food is usually lukewarm or order is wrong, shame as it used to be better than this, the last few visits have been disappointing.

Got home and found the Mozerella Bites we'd ordered were not in the bag. My son was very disappointed as theyre his favourite. No straws either. Luckily had some at home.

Takes ages waiting for food. The staff main priority seems to be the delivery drivers not us, even when you pick up you get pushed behind the delivery drivers.

Every time I order from this store something is missing or wrong. Today half the burgers were missing .... how? How do you miss 2 out of 4 burgers? I have learnt my lesson now and will go back to ordering from other stores.

Ordered the new triple burger tasted good but lacking onions and relish. We also Ordered the Chicken selects but when opened was given Chicken nuggets. We were to far to return. Disappointed.

I ordered through mcdonalds, I accidentally put the wrong address. We knocked at the door it should of delivered to and they said does (my name) live here and they said no so the driver drove off. We called mcdonalds who said to call uber we spent 20 mins on the call they said they couldn't refund me or deliver my food. Will not be ordering online again.

Very American. Sausage Egg McMuffin was exactly the same as in the states. Hit the spot for a quick, early breakfast on the way to the airport. Needed food - fast, to make our flight.

A good size McDonald's with drive thru that has seating both inside & out plus plenty of parking, I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese meal with a banana milkshake from one of the self service machines, no receipt was given so I had to remember my order number hoping that I didn't have to supply proof that I had already paid. I waited for quite some time as it was quite busy when I visited, but after my number was called out to collect my meal I found myself a table to sit at & found everything to be very nice, unlike the customer on the next table that didn't stop complaining about everything he had in front of him & who still wasn't happy even after the manager brought him over a freshly made meal.

Food was lovely for a change and nothing missing

food was hot and tasty though iced latte had fallen over in the bag and spilled nearly all out of the cup. didn't know the bags were waterproof. so no iced latte.

Apple pie and large chips were missing from our order and replaced with a terrible salad I didn’t order.
