Mcdonald's Restaurants in North Somerset

Always McDonalds Rubbish everywhere close to this branch which is annoying as a local resident. Start picking up the rubbish more and thinking about the surroundings and not just making money.

Dump of a place, 20 min wait for a milkshake and cheeseburger and milkshake was the consistency of water by the time I got it. Whole load of staff doing a whole lot of nothing. Try one of the other 2 Maccies in Weston

Got order wrong, yet again. We were stood by a man challenging his order as it was wrong. When asked for help as cheese burger was missing I was told I hadn't paid for it. I explained I had, and the staff member started ruffling through my food! She kept saying I hadn't paid for it but the machine yet again didn't have any receipt paper in it But luckily the sticker receipt on the bag clearly said cheese burger, there were 4 bags of fries,,and 3 burgers! Eventually I got the missing cheese burger,,but the staff member was extremely rude, unhelpful and unapologetic! Always check your food before leaving. I will be writing a formal complaint letter! Will never return there again.

Nice place to visit for a quick coffee staff are always friendly

Staff friendly, however, seem to be more interested in having conversations with themselves. I was in the other day and a full-blown argument erupted in the kitchen. You can see food piling up and getting cold and no one seems interested. Seems very disorganized and no management in site. This causes very long delays. Gone downhill.

Awasome place and really close to the motorway for fast buy and go

Staff where rude and didn’t allow us to sit down at any table then asked us to move to a small spot not accommodating our large party of people which caused a hassle and inconvenience to my evening

Decided to shake things up and went for the gourmet breakfast bap. Lovingly prepared with locally reared pork patties a free range organic egg and locally made cheese slice. This place is going global...you heard it here first.

the dips were missing . The straws were missing . it would be nice to have toffee latte added to the takeaway menu

Drive through provided the wrong order in the bag

As per the last two times we’ve ordered items are missing

delivery was 10 mins late ,clearly food was ready ages before as was cold on arrival ,chips under cooked ,burger cooked buffet cold ..... not happy !!!

Awful service, complete wrong order and wouldn’t deliver my order that was sat there when I called! Had to request refund and will take ages and then order food from elsewhere!

Over 2 hours late came cold with soggy chips payed over £35 and only got less than £9 credit should be a full refund

food was so cold daughter refused to eat it. and delivery was 20 mins later than time originally stated. We live 8 minutes away but obviously don't drive and it was this cold

McDonald’s strikes again! Missing Big Mac. Every time I order something is missing. Consistent!!!! This has been the last time.

Order took nearly 2 hours before delivery and 3 dips that were ordered were not delivered.

I requested 6pm as have a toddler and that’s his tea time!! The time the food was delivered was 6:50pm. The delivery driver explained he had been there for 30 mins waiting for my order and that the staff kept him back as he was a delivery service.

delivered on time - considering they kept changing the time that's not hard. buns burnt, 1 item missing. generally the poor level of service expected. it's an absolute cheek that Just Eat force a service charge on the bill. it should be optional and allow for this to be removed when they mess up - maybe that wpuld encourage them to at least try and get it right!

I waited 1 hour 10 minutes for my food, I didn't even order much, and when it finally arrives, it was stone cold and I had to spend another 10 mins reheating it to a good temperature, and I want to make a refund but there is no option to. Ridiculous

Was given bacon when I asked for no bacon. Luckily, it's a preference rather than an allergy. Coffee was nice, but no monopoly stickers throughout our 3 meals which was disappointing. Food was ok, usual standard. Friendly staff

I don't often visit McDonalds and my experience today would justify this. I ordered two big tasty meals with a shake at the drive through. After a short wait, the food came out and I parked up to eat. What was provided was two stone cold burgers with limp cold fries. I returned to store to raise the issue. The staff were messing around, using obscene hand gestures to one another and generally not showing any interest in the job at hand. I was apologised to and provided two "fresh" meals which I took back to my car. Again, both meals were cold and not really edible. As I was short of time I threw the meals in the bin. The only items worth having were the shakes. I make as well have removed the incompetent and disinterested middle man and chucked £20 in the bin. Scoring McDonalds, World 1 out of 5 is generous. A waste of time and a good lesson in why eating at this low quality peasant hut should be avoided.

Every single time items are missing. We order almost weekly and there were always items missing. Usually were small things like a drink or fries but lately are main items. Last week was a burger and today is a burger and a pie. How hard can it really be to put items in a bag when it's listed on a screen infront of you. Burger king from now on.
