Appalling service. 25 minute wait for a basic burger. Staff not interested

Food didn’t turn up and they couldn’t care less

Poor service had to weight 25mins for food and then sat outside having to put up with security guard and all his cronys smoking in the door way. Get to grips Mc Donald's

The staff at the drive-thru were rude. When I asked a question about the food, they just said I don't know instead of asking someone who might know and then educating themselves in the long run. I understand they might not want to work there, but that doesn't mean you have to have an attitude.

UPDATE 01/05/2025 Popped in here to buy a drink and use the toilets which were immaculately clean. The building itself smelt fresher than on my previous visit but staff still weren't friendly, making no eye contact or even saying a basic thank you. It was full of teenagers being very noisy and anti social i.e. shouting, throwing serviettes. PREVIOUS REVIEW Popped in here after picking up my granddaughter from nursery as a treat. Ordered at the self service kiosk which was quick and easy. The display board said our order was ready but it took another 15 mins to appear. Granddaughter enjoyed the play area which was surprisingly clean which is why I've awarded 2 stars. The interior had a greasy odour though and staff could do with a crash course in basic customer service.

Lack of staff. Full bins, dirty tables, empty restaurant.

It’s McDonald’s - It’s mostly fast, mostly satisfactory service and consistency is usually the same regardless of where you go in the Country. The kids enjoy it as an occasional treat and it’s been the hunger life saver when I’m working out and about and didn’t prepare lunch that day. It’s an easy option when I’m between jobs. A favourite of mine has always been the Sausage & Egg McMuffin at breakfast. I was pleasantly surprised when someone said to put the hash brown in too. Something I always do now so if you haven’t tried it, give it a go! 🙂👍🏼

I ordered a burger with no cheese which it even says on the box of the burger and there is cheese on it

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to Courtney should be sacked, rude arrogant and rubbish at her job. Management have no organisation skills whatsoever, an absolute shambles, waiting 35 mins for a simple order others eating 45 mins. Awful place

Every time I place an order the app and it comes from this place it's cold and always items missing! Had well over 100 pounds of me alone never mine my adult son and my husband disgraceful

We were given completely the wrong order - nothing was what we ordered. We gave the correct number to the delivery driver. The delivery was for my son and his friend and they were disappointed.

Food here is average at best and chips 90% of the time are soggy and not crisp burgers are brown together without a care for quality controll . Also drive thru takes priority over customers or families going into restaurant for meals

I was missing 2 items not impressed

Delivery driver couldn’t be bothered to deliver our order! Couldn’t find the address so said it was delivered and drove off!

Absolute dump of a restaurant. 32 mins to get 3 quarter pounders and fries at 9pm at night when only 4 people in front of us and not a single diner. What was then served was white fries, rubbish burgers and a side of sickness overnight! Easily the worst branch for miles and how it’s still open and allowed to be run into the ground I’ll never know. Saw a gentleman come in after us and the screen he ordered from was devout of any stock - No Big Macs, No milkshakes, No desserts, or full sugar drinks. Utter joke, and to then wait that long whilst the staff faff about, swear, generally mess it up and demonstrate an inability to cook the food properly or not put a bag of fries into the bag upright (it’s like an in joke they do to pee people off!). Franchisee needs to take a long hard look at this and either sort it out or sell the franchise to someone who actually takes some pride in it!

Sprite was water it was like the mixer was empty or blocked.

Staff are always disorganised and take longer to serve customers than any McDonalds I’ve ever been too having tried this McDonalds many times I won’t be going back from now on as it’s always the same story I’d rather go to the other restaurants McDonalds have in the town

2 days in a row ive ordered for my children and both days youve forgot items

Milkshakes where like yogurt. Coke was flat and syrupy. Buns were hard on my cheese burger. Drinks only 3/4 full. Only able to order medium item no small or large. Not the first time this has happened.

Surprisingly fast drive through service. The Philly cheese stack is probably my top pick on the menu. Fresh, fast, hot and well prepared. I can't help but always feel disappointed soon after I have McDonald's. Mainly due to feeling hungry so soon after a meal, that for the price would normally susstain me for much longer. I received great service this visit

Even though Macdonalds is less than two miles away, the food arrived cold and they forgot the bbq sauce.

Worst service i have ever experienced. Ordered food at 6:30, restaurant accepted my order and never arrived. Never using this company ever again as i have had nothing but issues with cold food, items missing or not even turning up.

Always McDonalds Rubbish everywhere close to this branch which is annoying as a local resident. Start picking up the rubbish more and thinking about the surroundings and not just making money.

Estimate delivery time kept getting delayed. The food arrived and there was two items out of four missing. After waiting for what I thought it would be quite a quick order and a convenient dinner. It is now gone past 9 pm and I’m having to arrange something else.

Delivery took nearly an hour as no driver available and then when food arrived it was stone cold. Not impressed.

Got order wrong, yet again. We were stood by a man challenging his order as it was wrong. When asked for help as cheese burger was missing I was told I hadn't paid for it. I explained I had, and the staff member started ruffling through my food! She kept saying I hadn't paid for it but the machine yet again didn't have any receipt paper in it But luckily the sticker receipt on the bag clearly said cheese burger, there were 4 bags of fries,,and 3 burgers! Eventually I got the missing cheese burger,,but the staff member was extremely rude, unhelpful and unapologetic! Always check your food before leaving. I will be writing a formal complaint letter! Will never return there again.

Staff friendly, however, seem to be more interested in having conversations with themselves. I was in the other day and a full-blown argument erupted in the kitchen. You can see food piling up and getting cold and no one seems interested. Seems very disorganized and no management in site. This causes very long delays. Gone downhill.

Every single time i order McDonald’s. Something is wrong. I’m allergic to mayonnaise and put instructions to have no with my order and my burger was full of it. It’s also my birthday today even better. It’s so hard to believe that you cannot get a single order correct

Decided to shake things up and went for the gourmet breakfast bap. Lovingly prepared with locally reared pork patties a free range organic egg and locally made cheese slice. This place is going global...you heard it here first.

Yet again, our dips were missing. My husband even asked the delivery driver if our dips were there and she said yes. Not going to order McDonald's through apps anymore as it's always a let down.
