Subway in North Somerset

Discusting, stroking cats them making food ! Who keeps cats in a restaurant! Whilst I have no problem with pets, I don't want cat hair in my food. No idea what management was thinking.

delivery was fine, my food arrived cold though therefore that disappointed me.

Ordered for pick up, got sub back and realised they had completely ignored what was requested in the sub and just put what they want in it!! Phoned them and they ignored the phone, useless! Also staff struggle to understand English absolute joke this place!!

Had two items missing from the order after it was late. Refund process takes up to 7 days which doesn’t help when you get half an order

If I select estimated delivery time like 13:50, I'd like to get my food on that time not 20 mins later. Or that times meaning start preparing my food?!?

This is one of the worst places iv ever ordered food when my order arrived it wasn’t what I ordered cold and processed meat not steak like they say not hot it was cold and nasty and they will not answer the phone so I can get a refund or the right food absolutely disgusting I ordered over £34 of the worst food iv ever had and it’s all gone in the bin and I can’t talk to anyone at the store

I find Subway to taste the same everywhere, so there's not much in the food front. However, I have received mixed customer service from different branches. My local one looks after me very well and there is specific sauces I like and they are happy to accommodate them on top of whatever I am ordering. I have been to Subway where they plainly refused to add different salad or sauces which leaves a bad taste to the brand. I totally love the saver subs and hope they can add other types to it.

imagine not following food preparation guidelines and not microwaving meatballs before putting them in the cambro, in the hot bath. Stone-cold meatballs, in cold sauce with unmelted cheese.

1 item was wrong. Was supposed to be Big Bombay and got a breakfast bap. Other item had added ingredients missing. Felt that ingredients had been thrown in randomly.

Ordered a sub from here, didn't taste too bad but gave me the squirts. Either the ingredients were bad, or the employees don't wash their hands 1/10 do better

Everything was ice cold and the food was under cooked … what a shambles

The order took 1h to arrive and all I received was the sandwich, crisps, drink and the cookie were all missing.

The order was failed by the business not just eat. Only thing i would comment about just eat was that food was freezing cold when arrived. Expected it to be cooler than hot but i think this had a lot to do with subway themselves.

Order a chicken salad but literally there was two little pieces of chicken in there!! So wasn’t happy paying all that money to have pretty much no chicken

I was very upset with the food that was delivered, the footlongs we ordered was our usual but this time around we got a completely different order and our food was ruined and I’m very upset with the staff at subway for allowing this to happen we had different salad in each one of our foot longs and I had cucumbers in mine which is not what I ordered plus I am allergic to cucumbers so it was very disappointing that this happened

The meatballs were not nice at all. They seemed to be prepared for some time and were dried, hard and just smothered in bbq sauce. The pepperoni slice was just sprinkled with a bit of cheese and on cold side. The waffle fries were very lumpy and mushed together.

Never had so little chicken in a footlong from any other subway, it was basically bread! Also used a coupon for a side and the amount of chips in there was a joke about 4 mouth fulls if it’s a coupon or not don’t be stingy!

Got a chance to grab a coffee from this store, staff was not willing to attend costumers after waiting 5 minutes someone managed to take order and was very rude. After ordering asked for toilet they said tap is not working and same time they opened toilet for someone who was friend with staff member. Worst experience ever will never come back😏😏

Gone downhill massively. £12.66 for a foot long and 6 inch, 6 inch had as much filling in as my foot long, I have never before ever had such a small foot long, ordered a chicken teriyaki and it literally only had 12 bits of chicken in which is roughly what you'd get in a 6 inch, won't ever be going back, maybe train all the staff the same so they know what they are supposed to be putting in the sandwich rather than it being pot luck if the customer gets ripped off or not. Pathetic

The food was not made to how i ordered- Tried calling the restaurant 8 times with no answer. I have just given birth so this is why i ordered, had to call someone to go back and get me the right food, no apology from staff. Will not be returning which is a shame

Everytime I order from this subway something is missing. I hadn't ordered for a while and thought I would give it another go and low and behold it was missing a cookie and I got a bottle of coke instead of coke zero.

2 out of 3 subs was terrible! meatball had hardly any meatballs in! breakfast sub tasted funny so wasn't consumed so waste of money the large nachos was just salsa hardly any chees e was just soggy with salsa and hashbrown bites was cold not happy with this at all

Order looked like it had been thrown together by Optimus Prime wearing rubber gloves and was so cold I couldn't eat it. The bread itself was 'smashed' and the tuna filling was practically non existent! The chicken nacho bites were actually colder than the dip - how is that even possible?? WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN. Vile!

Fast service, first time ordered a subway delivery and out off all takeaways I've had this is the quickest delivery and food was hot so yes I would definitely recommend and will order again

Unbeatable service. I have been going to Subways since my childhood days, they never seem to fail at anything, they've never made a mistake on my order and make it faster than any other takeaway. Bransby Way Subway is definitely my favourite Subway in the UK. Well done guys. Just one question, can you train other takeaways and restaurants on how to serve customers and how to be polite especially McDonald's 🤣🤣
