great delivery driver amazing food

The food came stone cold and wasn’t very nice

never answer the phone. get food order wrong constantly being a picky eater makes life very hard. just rude and no interaction at all.

Time was originally due for delivery in 20 mins, time kept going up and up and was finally delivered an hour later and cold.

every time I've ordered from here it's been lush and no problems with the driver finding me like some other .. definitely be ordering my sub from here from now on xx

Love a Subway but my order yesterday was disappointing. I ordered 3 foot long meal deals. The 2 meatball sub meals were fine however my rotisserie chicken sub was missing cheese & the crispy onions I had asked for. It was also burnt around the edges. The waffle fries were soggy & did not come with the sauce I asked for, I was also missing my drink!!! For the price I paid it was extremely poor.

DID NOT DELIVER!!!!!!! DIDN’T ANSWER THE PHONE!!! SHOCKING

Absolutely horrendous, I ordered a veggie wrap with sweet onion sauce and I got a wrap with three cheese slices. I will never order again from you.

no meat in salad, Lettuce was off, onions in one that wasn't supposed too, no crispy onions as extra, was absolutely shocking never again!

Food was cold and we had three missing items

Food was ordered at 12pm for a 12.30 pick up. Arrived at 12.30 and the order hadn’t even been started. Got home and both salads were wrong; wrong ingredients, no dressing on one, had to pick out and swap over some items.

On time and everything was still warm.

Lots of items missing, incorrect drinks sent, about 3 potato waffle fries in total, stone cold. Tasted like it had been cooked last week, rock hard bread. Delivery was put back by a whole hour. Bought 12 cookies as a treat, none included.

Everyone was really lovely, really nice food and efficient service. Guy on till was really smiley and friendly and made sure for me to use the app thingy for the best deal:)

My food quality is poor, I paid £3 something for 4 waffle fries…

everything was fine however my order was missing some of the items i ordered i know this may not be the drivers fault but when my order came the bag was opened from the start. first red flag. when i opened my order a few of my items were missing so i am not very happy.

delivery driver was annoying. ran away when I opened the door because of my dogs and even though they were behind me and the door and there was a gate between us so she couldnt see them not they could get to her ( they are very friendly just big). she walked across my neighbours garden and stretched over our hedge to deliver my order

The last time my daughter ordered from you for a Subway, her order did not turn up and although we did inform you she did not receive a refund. Today we saw the delivery guy go past on his scooter & then attempt to deliver to one of my neighbours. I feel, that if I hadn't walked down and asked, that we wouldn't have got our order today, as he was trying to delivery to 53 but we are 57. What I find strange is, we have never had any problems with other orders, so what is the problem with Subway

I came into subway today for lunch. It’s a very busy time for them and shows how popular this spot is for people. There was people eating in, taking away and there was uber / just eat orders. It did not take long for the que to go down as everyone stayed efficient in their stations. 👌 I have come here before and received good customer service however my review is based on what I have experienced today. I was greeted by a lady on bread and meat. She gave us a warm friendly smile and gave good customer service. I want to note however even though we asked for double meat she did not give us a proper “scoop” she picked up the meat and knocked it out to the side. It looked like a half scoop twice- so I don’t think we got value for our money. Of course I understand not to over fill the scoop but I expect a nice even scoop of meat next time. The next two lady’s also served us with a smile. I want to take the time to put here that they asked us “any salad “ I always thought to build a sub properly you ask “any lettuce, cumber and tomato” first as this builds a sandwich in a way that makes it look beautiful. You guys are sandwich artists after all! The cashier was a young lad who didn’t smile and clearly he didn’t want to be there. He didn’t ask if we were sitting in or taking away. He didn’t ask if we needed a bag or if we had a sub card. I know there is a lot to ask and remember but he could try. We sat in and the tables were all dirty. Not too pleased with the cleanliness even though the hygiene rating on the door is 5. Work on this guys - I know your busy but just take a minute to clean the tables. We noticed a family had to move a tray out the way before they could sit down as none of the tables were clean and that was the only one left where someone had left their tray behind. Overall this subway is good. Customer service is mostly good 👍 it’s can vary depending on who is behind the counter. I guess with a bit of training this could improve. The sub was delivered fast and was tasty. Would probably opt out of sitting in due to lack of hygiene but take away is great. 😊 Keep up the good work but should work on improving hygiene because your shop front reflects your hygiene in the back to. People will wonder “if it’s this messy in the shop what’s the food handling like in the back?”

Discusting, stroking cats them making food ! Who keeps cats in a restaurant! Whilst I have no problem with pets, I don't want cat hair in my food. No idea what management was thinking.

delivery was fine, my food arrived cold though therefore that disappointed me.

Ordered for pick up, got sub back and realised they had completely ignored what was requested in the sub and just put what they want in it!! Phoned them and they ignored the phone, useless! Also staff struggle to understand English absolute joke this place!!

No food higine..! Discusting... having a cat roam around inside and assoated cat hair inside a restaurant is a bad idea. Are all subways this bad? Or is it just the poor management in weston super mare allowing this?

This is one of the worst places iv ever ordered food when my order arrived it wasn’t what I ordered cold and processed meat not steak like they say not hot it was cold and nasty and they will not answer the phone so I can get a refund or the right food absolutely disgusting I ordered over £34 of the worst food iv ever had and it’s all gone in the bin and I can’t talk to anyone at the store

I find Subway to taste the same everywhere, so there's not much in the food front. However, I have received mixed customer service from different branches. My local one looks after me very well and there is specific sauces I like and they are happy to accommodate them on top of whatever I am ordering. I have been to Subway where they plainly refused to add different salad or sauces which leaves a bad taste to the brand. I totally love the saver subs and hope they can add other types to it.

imagine not following food preparation guidelines and not microwaving meatballs before putting them in the cambro, in the hot bath. Stone-cold meatballs, in cold sauce with unmelted cheese.

1 item was wrong. Was supposed to be Big Bombay and got a breakfast bap. Other item had added ingredients missing. Felt that ingredients had been thrown in randomly.

Ordered a sub from here, didn't taste too bad but gave me the squirts. Either the ingredients were bad, or the employees don't wash their hands 1/10 do better

The order took 1h to arrive and all I received was the sandwich, crisps, drink and the cookie were all missing.

The order was failed by the business not just eat. Only thing i would comment about just eat was that food was freezing cold when arrived. Expected it to be cooler than hot but i think this had a lot to do with subway themselves.

I was very upset with the food that was delivered, the footlongs we ordered was our usual but this time around we got a completely different order and our food was ruined and I’m very upset with the staff at subway for allowing this to happen we had different salad in each one of our foot longs and I had cucumbers in mine which is not what I ordered plus I am allergic to cucumbers so it was very disappointing that this happened

The meatballs were not nice at all. They seemed to be prepared for some time and were dried, hard and just smothered in bbq sauce. The pepperoni slice was just sprinkled with a bit of cheese and on cold side. The waffle fries were very lumpy and mushed together.

Never had so little chicken in a footlong from any other subway, it was basically bread! Also used a coupon for a side and the amount of chips in there was a joke about 4 mouth fulls if it’s a coupon or not don’t be stingy!

Got a chance to grab a coffee from this store, staff was not willing to attend costumers after waiting 5 minutes someone managed to take order and was very rude. After ordering asked for toilet they said tap is not working and same time they opened toilet for someone who was friend with staff member. Worst experience ever will never come back😏😏

Gone downhill massively. £12.66 for a foot long and 6 inch, 6 inch had as much filling in as my foot long, I have never before ever had such a small foot long, ordered a chicken teriyaki and it literally only had 12 bits of chicken in which is roughly what you'd get in a 6 inch, won't ever be going back, maybe train all the staff the same so they know what they are supposed to be putting in the sandwich rather than it being pot luck if the customer gets ripped off or not. Pathetic

The food was not made to how i ordered- Tried calling the restaurant 8 times with no answer. I have just given birth so this is why i ordered, had to call someone to go back and get me the right food, no apology from staff. Will not be returning which is a shame

Everytime I order from this subway something is missing. I hadn't ordered for a while and thought I would give it another go and low and behold it was missing a cookie and I got a bottle of coke instead of coke zero.
