Had my food delivered thru Uber and when it turned up dips missing,now I e paid for that yeah 10p but if they did that to 50 people a day that’s £5 x by a week £35 then x that by a month £140 then a year = £1680 minimum nice little earner. Seems a regular thing with McDonald’s you don’t get stuff you’ve paid for and try and ring them they don’t want to know

Do not waste your money and time ordering from here waiting over an hour for my order even though I paid extra for priority delivery. This has happened more than once too

Don’t bother turning up after 10pm. Apparently no walk ins, only delivery or drive through. So basically not 24/7 not even a sign to say that. Since when has McDonald’s closed at 10pm

Don't bother with ordering late night food. This restaurant is a joke!! Ordered through uber eats and 3 drivers were assigned and left as the wait was too long. Tried just eat and they kept changing from preparing your order to driver at the restaurant. I'd put zero stars but wasn't an option

Worst mcdonalds going, staff are useless, might aswell employ babies they would do a better job, they advertise mcflurries on uber eats and never send them, you phone they don't answer, they send you the wrong food they claim its not there fault, everyone i know that has used this mcdonalds has had a problem everytime, management need to sort there staff out, step down or resign as they don't have a clue what they are doing.

Ordered for collection. 2 items missing from order on return home. Called 4 times and no answer. Look at reviews and take note. Need to improve service and work on staff training for better service.

It's disgraceful, on a Sunday night Monday morning when it's probably the only place for food open, they tell you there not taking orders for 45 minutes to update the computer system. Is it 24 hours or not🤔

Over 7 times we have order from here and everytime the food has come wrong u can never get through to them they need closing down as the staff have no idea what they are doing

Appalling service. Always mess up orders- over several years there is barely a time they get the order correct. Have had to return several times due to missing items from order. The burgers are poorly prepped, cold, partially cooked and squashed- you can tell they have a poor attitude too. When I called, the manager was raising his voice on the phone being defensive and lying. His staff just handed the bag and never told us to wait. One word of advice: check your order before leaving drive thru. We were in a hurry due to a family emergency hence didn't stop to check the bag. When we went back, they were rude and lied about telling us to wait. Disgusting manners and service. Never again

Stood waiting to be served 10 mins (and I'm the only one in the queue) seems you're better off going through the drive through as the Grill orders were going out all too quickly!

Do not visit this restaurant near any meal time as it tends to be full of deliveroo, Uber eats or other delivery companies. On a recent visit after ordering it took 50 minutes to be served with priority seemingly being given to delivery drivers when we approached a staff member we were virtually ignored. The restaurant was full of delivery drivers leaving no room to sit. Luckily I had managed to get a parking space in the very busy car park so we decided to eat in the car. While I was waiting I overheard staff telling both customers and delivery drivers to use disabled spaces which I find very bad service. Mc Donald’s overall seem to be generally prioritising these delivery drivers at the cost of customers visit the restaurants and really need to find an alternative to service phone orders if they are not to loose customers. My grandchildren are McDonalds fans but if the system is not altered they will have to adapt to Burger King or Big Johns.

Every single time I have ordered from this restaurant, they have messed up my order. They constantly get my order wrong. I find this appalling. I have made complaint after complaint and they still proceed to make mistake after mistake I’d avoid at all costs.

This McDonald’s really is appalling the managers and staff at this restaurant couldn’t give 2 hoots about customer service, orders are 99% of the time wrong sauces always missing, and their priority seems to be serving and allowing the feral delivery drivers to park where they like and to interrupt and push customers out of the way in search of their deliveries, when confronted with mistakes or queries regarding their food or service, you are met with blank, emotionless, expressions and shrugged shoulders, they really are a stain on the McDonald’s name, if needing a McDonald’s near B71, I suggest Bescot retail park head and shoulders above the all saints way cretins

I ordered from uber eats 2 happy meals and a vanilla milkshake. My “Large” milkshake was half full and it was banana instead of vanilla. Nice quality and keep rushing orders. No wonder why this place got 2.4 stars

Purchased 2 bacon rolls with brown sauce, received 2 brown sauce with 1 1/2 slices of bacon, the rolls were all sauce with only tiny amount of bacon. I have had problems with this store on more than 1 occasion in the last few months the management needs looking into as the service lately is well below usual standards

I had recently been into all saints McDonald’s out of desperation to ask if they would let me borrow a phone charger as I was on the way home from work and my phone had died. I had never been into the area before so I didn’t know my bearings or anywhere to buy a phone charger, I was 45 minutes away from home, I am a young girl on my own and it was late at night. I had no idea of how to get home. I understand the new guidelines with corona but I had my mask on and kept my distance, all I needed was a-bit of charge in my phone to get home. I can’t believe the staff couldn’t have helped me out, anything could have happened to me and nobody would have known because nobody knew my location. I was absolutely appalled to be turned away, they were so unsympathetic and didn’t give me any sense of direction. It was late at night, I was so scared as I had no idea what to do or where to go, my boss was expecting me back to her house to drop the work van off at a certain time, so when I finally returned home after driving round frantically to find somewhere to buy a phone charger she had phoned my next of kin alerting them that I was late home and I had not contacted her as she was worried something had happened to me. If I was a manager I would never put anyone in that position and leave them out in an unknown area on their own with no sense of direction, especially a young girl on her own at night when we all know what happens in our world now, the world is cruel.

charge ya like 3.39 and its stone cold, had to wazz it in the microwave, at maccies they throw out unused food after about 20 mins as it goes past its best, when it got here it clearly had been sitting in the bag for a while, freezing cold was rank, milkshake melted and no straw or napkins, shocking

The food on that I ordered on delivery was stone cold when I got it. I don't eat pork or anything so to my surprise on my double cheeseburger there was bacon! meaning I can't eat it, which disgusted me! Secondly there were only 4 nuggets in my 6 nuggets meal, and missing fries galore. Will not be ordering from here again. Still awaiting for replacements or money back....

All saint's way westbromwich mcdonald's, orderd a mc chicken sandwich with fries no chicken and no bun fries stone cold spoke to an obnoxious so called manager name Rob basically told me I'm an idiot and said 'just shut up! HOW RUDE he needs to go on a training course for customer service or better still get rid of him you just can't talk to your customers like that wouldn't. mind but I did nothing wrong never ever will they get my hard earned cash ever again... stay away that place!

Very early visit 5 20 am yet Lucy (taking payment ) and Luke (serving food) wife awake professional with a sense of fun and by coincidence we’re both on shift last time I visited at this hour , both very smartly presented and adhering strictly to Covid guidelines both an asset to this restaurant and great ambassadors for the McDonald’s brand :-) thank you team ;-)

The night manager Rob is an arrogant individual. Staff got my order wrong twice and he said go to a different branch.

This is the second time this has happened ordered from uber eats & AGAIN my order woz delivered wrong am sick of this as we are a family we have had to share what I had delivered didnt deliver 2 double cheeseburgers 2 chicken mayo & a large fries its disgusting when you ordered the things & they don't arrived we are well disappointed will not use uber eats McDonald's again uner eats did give us a refund for these items but that's not the point when you want the food!!!!!!!!

First time I Uber eats I ordered McDonald’s locally. I have no problems with the service from Uber however to food was more then disappointing. The Large fries I ordered was half empty and cold and no dips were provided with the nuggets even though they were specified. I also requested and paid for a extra dip which was also not included. I have phoned the McDonald’s directly and they have failed to answer on servers attempts. Disgusting customer service- do not use.

Because of Covid I haven't eaten at Macdonalds for a while, but needed a quick bite so want earlier this week. They aren't doing my favourite wraps at the moment so had a double cheeseburger and fries. It was absolutely dire. Cold, greasy, smothered with tomato sauce -just foul. And the fries, well I think they overcooked before lockdown. Simply awful, will not go there again!

Popped in here after an appt at hospital. Served quickly and food bought to the table. A woman named Sue looked after me. She was very chatty whilst working I may add busy cleaning tables and moving trays etc. Very hard working very pleasent! I will return. Food hot

Mother drove to drive thru for meals and salted caramel mcflurries for the kids - got home and she had no mcflurries but toffee iced frappes. Not amused and kids upset. Tried calling no less than 10 times no answer. Yet again let down with their service. Last time they gave us a fish finger happy meal instead of chicken nuggets! And no dips with select meals. Always something wrong or missing with this McDonalds. They really do not care.

3rd time my order has been incorrect,the first two times I didn't do anything about it but the 3rd time I went back after getting all the way home, staff refused to help, wouldn't give refund as I didn't have receipt which they never gave me one, the attitude of the staff was disgusting, I ended up leaving without any food or a refund.

A lot of the issues is there are just too many kids working here more bothered about what they are doing later than actually working, they appeared to have friends in when I was there and one member was rowing with her boyfriend....As for fast food,,,,,now that’s funny......Avoid....death is quicker,

But as it goes, this one is pretty good, they never messed my order up, which others do, decent parking, decent drive-through, only been parked once, but it was stupid busy.

Fast food in cleanliness thanks to a lady named dawn made my visit less stressful with the family by talking to my children and being very pleasant and attentive thanks again to dawn .

A typical mcDonald's restaurant serving the usual fare but this restaurant differs from others in the fact that the staff seem to know most of "the regulars" and happily spent time talking with them at their tables. This does not affect the service and the biggest gripe about this restaurant is a lack of parking, you often see vehicles circling trying to find a space, this is perhaps due to its proximity to the hospital.

Your usual fast food restaurant. Was let down by a hair in our sons burger and one member of staff who seemed indifferent to the issue.

Clean toilets always a bonus! Pleasant staff quick food, good parking but not much of it. Surrounding areas of this Mc D’s are horrendous felt like I was in a 3rd world country & my car door was firmly locked.

Always seems to be busy on the drive through. The wait isn't usually long and most of the items I've ordered recently (mainly coffee and vegetarian options) are good. Only once have I had to return food in the last dozen or so visits.

really love it here when we want a maccy D's its only across the road, staff helpful. on the downside it can get very packed

Another work day, another McDonald's in another town.. Food ordered was wrap of the day, which was ok for the price. Service, well here there wasn't any, only just pay, get given your order, leave.

Went through the drive through and ordered 5 meals. Unfortunately when we got home a happy meal was missing and the chicken sandwich had mayonnaise, even though no mayo was requested and it had no mayo on the box. Disappointed....

Service is as you would expect from a McDonald's. Food was ok, to much salt on food leaves you drinking like a fish. Nothing special.

All was fine with the food, drink and seating. However, the lady who was clearing and cleaning tables collected the tiny "coffee bean" labels from paper cups which had contained a hot drink - if the customer didn't take it to add to a collector card. She then placed them on a card and gave it to someone in the restaurant who, it seems, was a well known friend. Is this acceptable?

Great family atmosphere. The staff are phenomenal. Very clean and the food is good and not. Brilliant place for families.

Dios mío. . . Soy un grasos pero me parecía un hombre stick partido lowry fila en este lugar. Por lo menos salí del coche y caminamos hasta el punto de orden para compensar algunas calorías. Necesitan hacer más amplio el cajas para acomodar los lardos. La atención sanitaria hay que intervenir aquí, aunque sólo sea para patrocinar un proveedor mejor tatuaje. La comida era mágico ya que tengo la enfermedad de las arterias coronarias y estoy en una cuenta atrás, así que eso.

Utilizamos para usar este McDonalds como llevar bastante a menudo. Sin embargo, desde que volvió a abrir después de su reforma, el nivel ha bajado a un tiempo de baja. La comida es casi siempre frío y las patatas fritas sabor como si han sido parado por mucho tiempo. La tarta de manzana es mejor. Es espantoso. Ya no uso este lugar.

Staff are pleasant and service is fast inside, but the drive thru can sometimes be busy and slow to serve.

We always go to this macro lads as its big and spacious food is the same as everywhere else but its in the centre of town and convenient and it's the kids favourite place One thing is the toilets are disgusting

Visited last night about 9pm it was really busy walked in and drive thu window was wide open loads of busy staff working and i saw loads of flies flying all over counter and the displays and on the walls. Not one staff noticed no one was waiting to be served and when they finally asked us after 10mins we said no and walked out as the flies were really bad maybe due to wide open window it was disgusting and the food was being prepared there too. this macdonalds needs investigating

Been here a few times but have finally given up.......service is the slowest I've ever know for a McDonald's. ...The staff (especially evening staff) seem more bothered in discussing their social life with each other rather than serve.....The drive thru is no better, appalling slow service !!!!!

I use to regularly use this McDonald's when me and my hubby started first dating 20 years ago,then started to use it when I had a family,in the past 20 years it has gone from being a great maccies to a pretty poor maccies,with slow service,cold food and the staff have a face on them like a wet weekend and a attitude to match,avoid at all costs.I only live five minutes from this maccies but always ho to McDonald's in either Oldbury town centre or down the cape in smethwick because attitude, food and customer service is generally a lot better there.

Limited seating downstairs so have to go upstairs no lift i work with adults with learning difficulties so quite difficult getting up the stairs no facilities for disabled customers upstairs

Arrived for what should have been a simple breakfast.... After 10 minutes of waiting for 2x double sausage and egg muffin meals and a toasted bagel. We were told they didn't have any sausage, to then be told after a couple of mins of changing them to bacon that the'd found some sausage but it would take 3 mins. OK, fine. It then took another 6 mins to give us our food which included 2 extremely greasy and I mean dripping with grease hardly wrapped bagels, 2 cold hash browns that had been sitting on the tray along with a cold soggy bagel no jam and no knife..... Hasten to add we'll stick with the Walsall branch in future should we fancy a cheeky McDonald's... I tried to complain but the 'manager' replied she was too busy to talk to me whilst looking directly at me... If I could give it a zero I certainly would!!

I visited the drive thru at this McDonald's during a night shift as everywhere else was closed. I ordered the wrap of the day which was pulled pork, with large fries. At around £3, the cost was cheap.The problem is after just 8 minutes of getting to the staff room at work it was cold. I couldn't even use the term luke warm to describe the temperature of the fries. More like warmed on a radiator for 10 seconds. Some fries were also a bit brown in colour, and didn't taste very good quality either.The pulled pork in the wrap was room temperature - even though it had a sticker on it to say when it was freshly made (which was only about 10 mins before I ate it). I had indigestion after eating it and felt full and bloated for 4-5 hours afterwards.Luke warm food is one of the main reasons McDonald's is normally my last resort, but when McDonald's is quiet at 2.40AM, and I am kept waiting 5 minutes at the drive through (when no-one was in front of me) and the wrap was 'freshly made, (yet the food is not even luke warm, but cold); then I think this McDonald's should be paying me to eat their food!

Maccies is maccies, clean and tidy, friendly staff and fast food what more do you want. It's maccies the same as any other

Recently, I visited McDonald's; it was awful! The service was disgusting! The lady that was serving me, who is always miserable, rude and stroppy, asked me to repeat my order. I said "That's your job!" The price was ludicrous aswell. They even charged me for ketchup! I might aswell go to my trusty KFC. Furthermore, I had hair in my fries once. I demanded a refund and, to be fair, they gave me some free drinks. Now would you go there? I won't be returning to this establishment! It is awful.

Service not very good here as the staff are more interested in talking to each other than serving so I can now understand why there is always queues to get served. The staff not polite either and its as if it is a irritation that they have to serve you and stops them talking to their colleagues. The food is ok when you eventually get it.

this is one of the better McDonalds around here it has it good and it's bad days but normally OK. I usually find it's better to have a wrap or a baguette anything apart from something that's cooked already , at least that way it's fresh but depends what you like. I like the way you can dispense your own ketchup.

This McDonald's is shocking. Always something broken down and some sort of food item out of stock. The staff do not know how to meet and greet. I am not looking for royal service. A simple 'hello' or 'goodbye' are basic principles! They need to review the whole business structure from staff service and product!

We ordered bacon & egg mcmuffin got sausage! A bacon roll & a breakfast all these should come with hash browns didn't get 1! We didn't check the food until we got home. This isn't the first time orders have been wrong

I went in for my normal coffee at mcdonalds are used the west brom 1 i couldn't believe it i need to lose the loo upstairs i went to go in and it was not there was no one about to unlock it and 3 other people were waiting i could not believe it finally i had to go downstairs and the girl came up and said the manager wants it locked absolute disgrace. She then put the code in and i was able to use it i cannot believe that they would do this

I find this branch very slow and unaccomodating. Through most of the summer I was having the grilled chicken salad, several times they had run out, how do you run out of salad ? I like Big Macs but like lots of extra everything, especially sauce and pickles, most branches call it a grill order and will do this, some for free, some charge,,,,this one refuses point blank, they'll take stuff off but not add,,,spoils the whole burger for me. Apparently it's a franchise, in my opinion a poor one at that, they need to learn the customers needs come first, not their own convenience.

McDonald's is pretty standard and do not vary too much. However the Great Bridge branch offers better than normal service and the food is served quickly.

Food ok it's a fast food joint but what I was impressed with was the service, fast, accurate order which isn't always the way, the staff were smart, keen and ever so helpful, give it a go please
