Fries were anemic white and cold as if freezer to bag no cooking absolutely awful

There are no fries with my order?

Went to Mcdonald love Mcdonald food but his time the food was not very warm it was nearly cold so l probably wouldn't go to that Mcdonald again

We had driven through when got home the big Mac only bit lettuce and mayo on top missing the burger unit the first time this has happened

Had to wait 15 minutes to pay for my order. Fuming, food was cold.

both mcchicken burgers and the mccrispy burger was very dry with hardly any sauces on them and minimal lettuce. can't justify paying that much for a very inadequate meals

The burger is mediocre. And the mozzarella sticks are half empty with no cheese inside.

The food was freezing cold. Staff from this MCDonald always mix up items or some items missing. Will be changing the place I order from.

really like the new delivery rules,having the code number bf handling the food to u.before your food is delivered to wrong house or wrong person.with the delivery code number.no one will steal my food.keep it up.excellent delivery

waiting 10 minuets for my order I saw it sitting ready to be called out the manager came over moaned at his staff who a few didn't look like they knew what was going on . The manager told them to take the items out of my ready meal and put them into a delivery order that just came through ! So I had to wait for my order to be redone ! I said to the floor manager I have seen what happened how much longer do I have to wait I got " delivery orders come first " .... WT-fudge in store paying customers should come first . Delivery drivers are pushy and rude and will slide in front of you and demand their order is done before yours . West Bromwich high street MC Donald's is slow and has a few rude staff get on the bus and go to the one by the hospital they are much better !

Took 2 hours to come and food was cold

Extremely slow service. I could’ve walked to the hawthorns and back by time they finished the food. No one else in the restaurant too.

Food was fine but my coffee was leaking everywhere in the bag. Literally half a mouthful left in the cup. I had this happen before a long time ago so always choose orange juice in the bottle now. But today I decided to try coffee again. Mistake… I believe it’s prepared in the restaurant intact but during delivery the problems arises. I’ll stick to orange juice bottles from now on.

The driver was on another street for more than 10 mins and no it wasn't due to traffic. So when it came it was only warm, not the first time I've had trouble when ordering with the west Bromwich branch

order placed at 5.10pm and was due to be delivered between 5.40 and 6pm. The time kept getting pushed back and was not delivered until 6.30pm. then it was cold

If I could give this place a zero star I would, the staff are incompetent and don't even get me started on that security guard. I went in there for the first and last time last year, as soon as I walked in and attempted to go to the toilet as I was bursting before getting my food I was blocked off by the security guard and was informed I couldn't go to the toilet and questioned whether or not I had ordered food yet. I told him I am on my own who is going to look after my food while I go to the toilet?! And he simply shrugged and I left in a huff. This is not his job as a security guard and I have seen a couple of reviews like this on this restaurant. A security guards job by definition is to keep the staff and customers safe, I would have understood had I have been a teenager with my large group of friends all going but 1 woman on her own going to the toilet, does that sound like a safety risk or antisocial behavior? And because of this I had to walk around the town trying to to find a toilet and the only other one is in a secluded area with no signs directing you to it that you have to pay 20p to use.The only thing I could say was satisfactory was the online customer service when I put in my complaint.

driver dropped my food on the floor and all he said was you will have to call just eat so i waited an hour for food not to eat it anyways

Delivery driver was so rude and called me on multiple occasions. When asking for my order code he told me I was speaking too much. He also did not ring up at the apartment but rather told me to come downstairs , which I was fine with until he started saying “quickly quickly “??

I ordered delivery for 8.55 didn’t receive until 9:10am it was 15 minutes late and I ordered it around 8:10am , the hash brown was cold and the strawberry milkshake had melted quite badly and the McDonald’s I ordered from is only a 6minute drive from my home

Order was completely wrong ordered double sausage and Egg mcmuffin meal with Strawberry milkshake, received single sausage and egg mcmuffin meal and Chocolate milkshake. Just to make things worse the food was absolutely stone cold when it arrived.

Staff are slow and rude, missing food in my order, it’s been third timewhen packing your burgers or whatever, they not even using gloves. We were waiting for an order about 20 mins. THE WORST McDonald ever.

What's the point of ordering on the app when you don't start making the food until we arrive at the restaurant. Even then the service is so slow it's not fast food any more

Probably one of the worst McDonalds I’ve been too. Kiosks never have any receipts in them, so best to remember your order number. Constant ques and delays, waiting time a minimum of ten minutes! Orders processed on their board even though they’re never ready. Just a bad experience overall! Foods fine once it finally gets to you.

The staff that are handling the food don't wear gloves. And also contamination, I've ordered fish fingers and on the bag it had mayonnaise on it. Need to be aware that some kids have allergies

I went in a few weeks ago around 6pm . I ordered my food as normal on the machines. And then i waited for my food they took awfully too long and by the time the food got to us it was 6:30 pm and they they said you can’t dine in and you have to take out which was not our fault since it was them taking too long. And when an employee came to us he was being so rude. To my family and I do not recommend going to that McDonald’s especially if you are a family since upstairs dining is closed around 5 and McDonald’s is closed at 6:30 which is ridiculous! Make a change to this .

Delivery drivers should take their time picking up food from here, the workers here are the most slowest I've seen. I could arrive 10 minutes late and the food will still not be ready, I wait around 15mins for food which is ready but is never packed on time, even when the restaurant isn't busy, they take far too long

Ordered two double quarter pounder meals & ticked extra pickles, ketchup & onions but they actually didn’t put anything on them, how? And the milkshake and Fanta didn’t come with a straw, like how were was we going to drink the milkshake? Joke. Arrived fast though, probs why it was prepared wrong.

Burger was absolutely disgusting just sitting in a huge pile of grease I've never had this from mcdonald's before the bottom bun was soaking from it. The restaurant got to busy to complain so I lobbed it in the bin. For some reason there's a security guard just standing on the stairs doing nothing ? Cold fries but at least the coke was decent. Just look at the state of this box

Most of the food was missing and when driver was asked about it the driver had attitude in his tone. The shop did help me resolve the payment so thats the only reason it got 2 stars.

The Town has been part of my life for years, but never really used this restaurant at all. I have to say having used table service today i was pleasantly surprised by the service received! The young man with tattoos up his arms is a credit to your business. Hope you know who you are!!! I don't think I've ever encountered such a happy person at work in macdonalds in my life. What a pleasure to hear him, courteous, helpful, friendly and chatting to absolutely everyone who came in. He was particularly nice to a bunch of ladies on the next table who found out they had free icecream! Lol just a nice touch when you have good staff regardless of whether or not your in a deprived area.. The food was banging and very hot, fresh, good.

Went here today it was rush hour, very busy. There was alot of customers complaining that they had to wait but to be honest I can't fault your team, they all were going as fast as they could and orders kept coming in. Service was great even though they were rushed of their feet, they still smiled through it. I don't really leave reviews on fast food places but I felt I had to leave one today. There was a customer at the side of me and as soon as he entered the store he started kicking off at the girl behind the till because she didn't offer him a drink with his meal, I wasn't really listening. But after about 3 minutes of waiting he started kicking off again asking for his money back. The manager stepped In and told him to wait, politely. But obviously this made him more angry because cutting 5 minutes out of his day was so important. Anyway the manager was serving me at the time, he smiled and told me to enjoy my food. Whilst this horrible excuse for a human was shouting at him. When I walked off with my meal I herd the guy say "I want your name" not sure if he will report this to try get some free food but I can say with hand on heart that, that manager was golden sticking up for his crew and stayed polite and calm all the way through that ordeal. I would have said something but as I get older I prefer not to have public confrontations, you just don't know what people are carrying. I hope that manager doest get in trouble as I think he did A grade a job! Peace out!

Bit of a nostalgic one as this was the first McDonald's I ever went to as a child, so was nice to show my kids. Ordered through the app, found a seat upstairs, food was bought to my table pretty quick. No problems with my order. Place was fairly clean, to be honest after all these years I surprised it's still there, as the surrounding area has gone through quite a decline.

Ordered a normal beef big Mac with extra pickles and instead got a chicken Mac with no lettuce or sauce.

Worst McDonald's, I've ever been in Food stone cold even though we marked them down to have items removed or added on. Milkshakes were as thick as water. Cleanliness - found myself wipping my feet on the way out. well, there wasn't any. Security guards useless. £11 I'll never get back. Never return to this site.

Was on there today as its our usual Friday lunch when we go to West Bromwich to pick up grandson for the weekend. The customer service needs improving some of the staff do not have any manners and are quite surly. While eating upstairs today the Manager (very professional and good) had an incident where to his credit put on plastic covering and cleaned up himself instead of asking staff to do it. His professionalism goes before him. He goes above and beyond. Which is more than can be said for the member of staff he asked to clean all the tables. He was really busy cleaning the toilets which I know was not pleasant as a customer had had an accident. The member of staff wiped every table some which had uneaten food on with one cloth not spraying with any hygiene spray and then when we were leaving was using same cloth to wipe bin. The manager is always pleasant and professional I just think some of his staff let him down.
