my diabetic son needed aid and the delivery driver was very rude and acted very angry it took me 3 mins to give the code and he was 3 mins late iv very un happy your delivery divers need to have a bit more respect 3mins of his time could mean the life of my child

Drink was tampered with chips are cold not happy at all

Cold chicken, l didn't receive my zero coke.

Fries were cold and stale tasting would expect nice hot and crisp fries as standard. All other food was hot and tasted lovely just the fries let the meat down.

I ordered a ketchup dip so I exepxr to a ketchup dip !!! how hard is it to put a dip into a bag

20 minutes later than telling me and the chips were stone cold

I had a drink and had no straws or napkins in my order...

They did not give me my fries. I ordered large fries and only my drink with no straw and 20 nuggets came.

The bun was burnt and dry the not. Very enjoyable !

Absolutely useless just like most of the drive throughs , it’s a shame we can’t give zero stars just like they do with their service. Checking your food before you leave is an absolute must, you can guarantee that there’s always something missing.

Everytime i order here an item is always missing or its freezing cold.. nightmare to recover to palarva ..

I visited here on 29th April. The service was very bad was waiting about 20 min for an order. While waiting a young girl around 9 years old came in asking for water and it was a hot day and she was refused unless she brought a meal. A staff member a black lady said that however in the end she passed it on to another staff member to deal with. Another customer seen this and offered to give her £1 to get water or a drink because she was refused. It was sad to see as she was so young and you could see she was clearly hot and sweating. The food wasn’t up to standard was cold and didn’t taste fresh. Is it normal practice for the staff in the kitchen not wearing gloves as I seen the lady prepare my wrap without gloves which I don’t see how that’s hygienic in case of an allergy.

1 star – The Case of the Disappearing Breakfast Wrap At this point, I’m convinced McDonald’s breakfast wraps are part of a secret menu—so secret, even the staff forgets they exist. Every time I order one, it vanishes somewhere between “confirmed” and “delivered.” It’s like the Bermuda Triangle of breakfast items. I check the bag, hopeful. Nope. Just a lonely hash brown and the crushing realisation that my wrap has once again gone on a solo adventure. Is there a breakfast wrap black market I don’t know about? Or does Ronald McDonald just really hate me? Either way, I’ve started eating disappointment for breakfast instead. It’s calorie-free, at least

Twice we have collected food now and paid extra for the Minecraft one to not get a toy Twice! I’m sorry but me paying extra is just for the toy so I’m very disappointed and will not pay the extra anymore

Stone cold burgers, so cold the cheese hadn’t melted! Cold fries, I mean stone cold.I ordered 2 apple pies and 3 dips, none of them arrived. No straws or napkins, which seems to be the norm now, as we haven’t had them for the past several orders. If I could collect I would, but I can’t. It’s a pity because a nice McD’s hits the spot but I may just give up altogether!!

I felt moved to write this light lunch cheeky Happy Meal yes I'm a grown man! We start off with the fries perfectly filled little bag hot crispy and the right amount of salt. The burger was like something off a billboard Walmart well wrapped the pond was even smooth with no cracks in it how often do you see that. Drive-thru service was Fast and polite this restaurant is obviously well managed and they take pride in even a Happy Meal. Safe to say and pardon the pun this meal made me happy😁
