plain burger, wasn't plain !!!, so son couldn't eat it and all 4 dips were missing !

All fine apart from strawberry milkshake. Did they run out of milk halfway through as it was a good third down the beaker!!!

Food is okay, but I have NEVER had my full order from this McDonald’s, I get people make mistakes, I’ve worked in the food industry before. But how on earth they make mistake after mistake is beyond me, staff definitely need re-training or a new way of doing orders, they clearly don’t check the orders. I’ve let it go so many times but I’ve had enough now. TRAIN YOUR STAFF. Avoid this McDonald’s at all costs, pure incompetence

I ordered my food to take away and they did not for fill the order the food came out wrong, they did not look at what order came through. It took half a hour for my food to come out. Very disappointed will not be going there again.

The drink had spilt all over and through the bag causing it to rip!! Second time this has happened to a McDonald’s order in a week!!! Disgraceful and missing items!! Very poor standard… receipts clearly not being read correctly by restaurant staff for items to be missing and McDonald’s need to up the standards of how they package and send drinks!!!

The iced latte was tipped over in the bag and flooded the bag it was in with the two Mcflurries

Every time something is missing, you can guarantee it!

Placed order at 9:50. Initial delivery 10:50, got pushed back to 11:20, then just ignored until it was marked as delivered at 12:20. It was never delivered. The courier allegedly arrived at the restaurant at 10:20. Money has not been refunded as of yet.

ordered the mcmuffin 4 deal for £15 and only the burgers arrived.. and they was cold too!! No hash browns. not even a receipt on the bag or anything else, just 4 cold mcmuffins in a bag! very disappointed. the driver said there was a 10 min delay/problem in the store too.

Awful. Order was wrong. I had to go to McDonald’s to get correct order. Never even offered anything extra or refund out of good will and principle. Terrible wouldn’t even rate 1

Useless… they don’t read the order clearly because they ALWAYS miss things. You’d think they would realise when half of the meal deal is missing?? So hard to get an order right I’m done ordering from here it’s a joke

Breakfast Wraps only had a tiny bit of brown sauce at the bottom but apart from that everything else was fine.

Awful experience at this McDonald's. Waited over 20mins for two mcflurries and a milkshake. When they finally arrived they were not very full and extremely melted. Very disappointing.

After waiting 20 + mins for the long awaited McRib I took a big bite and was not impressed at all. See below image . I asked staff if this looked right and they replied with yeah sorry we’re busy! as if that was a valid excuse . C’mon guys u can do better !

Staff is very rude, not trained and extremely un professional.

Last night at about 11pm I witnessed a staff member (worryingly seemed to be a manager) responding abruptly to a patron “HOW MANY”! The patron had only asked for sugar for her tea as there was none in the usual place. The staff member went home not long after, perhaps it had been a long day!

Good was great the delivery driver was lazy phoned us up to collect delivery from his car we don't mind helping but we did pay for delivery to the door.

The McRib was freezing cold and absolutely covered in sauce to the point the bread completely fell apart, and all the fries were only half full

the coke leaked in the bag and the driver was using an unsuitable bag for transport which caused it to leak.

Very pleasant man. I didn’t have code number to hand, only order number and I didn’t have my phone to hand either. The deliverer was very patient with me and I believe he contacted your help centre. Very happy with delivery. Problem though, I ordered sauces and they were missing, also the coke had tipped and when I opened the package, it made a big mess. Decorating though so very grateful for delivery.
