Mcdonald's Restaurants in Sandwell

After waiting 20 + mins for the long awaited McRib I took a big bite and was not impressed at all. See below image . I asked staff if this looked right and they replied with yeah sorry we’re busy! as if that was a valid excuse . C’mon guys u can do better !

They never include sauces. Who wants to eat 20 chicken nuggets dry like cardboard please let me know. Someone stole my order in their establishment and they refused my food to every driver and were telling me to cancel the order (which was not possible) instead of just remaking the food.

Below average. staff have no clue....untidy slow service

Abysmal service. Ordered online, didn’t receive 1/3 of my order. Food was stone cold even though it Left about 10-15 mins prior to delivery. (even then should still be atleast above luke warm). Restaurant and Deliveroo basically said opposite of each other. I know it’s McDonald’s but this is not even the basic standard of service that should be expected. Tried calling atleast 15 times after and didn’t answer the phone at all. Clearly ignoring the problems. Believe the other bad reviews. They ain’t lying.

Food was cold, I feel like the delivery drivers have no sense of urgency and can’t grasp the concept of people have paid for their food and it’s the delivery driver’s responsibility to get that food quickly and efficiently to the customers. Utter trash. Perhaps if we could tip the drivers after food has been delivered that would give them some incentive to be better. I’ve seen the delivery drivers talking to each other whist the food goes cold, I think that’s what’s happened to mine. 🙄

Great tasting hot food served really quickly! Fast food at it's finest.

5 items were missing and had to reorder them, also no jam with the muffin as always

Issues - drinks were split claiming refund next issue asked for cheese on Mac chicken sandwich and this is missing really annoyed me on that part took a bite and nope didn’t taste cheese so looked and it’s missing next issue why so much lettuce on the sandwich slow down

I did not receive me food ! And the delivery guy said it was delivered when it was not

My chips were missing and most of my drink was at the bottom of the bag which leaked everywhere !

said 15 to 30 mins for delivery. kept moving the goalposts on the time then when it EVENTUALLY turned up everything was freezing cold. tried to call the restaurant twice while waiting but no answer. I love mcdonalds but not when its freezing cold 😔

McDonald’s keep putting the wrong items in they sent oasis instead of coke this time and normal Big Mac instead of chicken there is always something missing or wrong

Yet again the food was cold and had to be reheated. I have no complaints about the delivery driver. I followed their journey on the map and they delivered my food quickly. The food can’t have been hot when it left the restaurant. The meal I ordered on Monday arrived very hot and fresh so I can only assume that today I was sent lukewarm food which was cold by the time it arrived. Very disappointing, poor service

Delivery driver had a bad attitude rude , and only recived half of my large cappuccino as it had leaked out of the cup ....

Go to Dixy's where Mohammed will actually listen to you and try to help. Multiple times I've been here and the drones are insufferable.

I hadn’t tried Filet of Fish burger for a while and won’t do again. It has now become so small and thin that I had to check I hadn’t ordered a child portion. Never again. The burger was good as you would expect, hence the stars but I really can’t believe how poor the fish burger was. The delivery and tracking was good.

little disappointed this time round food was cold n chips missing first time with this mc otherwise their service n quality are on point

Food is as always. Not great not awful. Service was awfully slow with in-shop priority being back of the line. If you're not drive through or a foreigner picking up a delivery I'd recommend not going. Drive through you'll be seen to quickly but instore you'll wait 15mins even if you order on machine. I always left with a bag of chips n drinks cos server forgot my bag with burgers until I checked and spoke to him. Over all. Wouldn't recommend going inside drivethrough or use delivery and it won't be to bad.
