Great staff. Shame its not 24 hours.

Food is as always. Not great not awful. Service was awfully slow with in-shop priority being back of the line. If you're not drive through or a foreigner picking up a delivery I'd recommend not going. Drive through you'll be seen to quickly but instore you'll wait 15mins even if you order on machine. I always left with a bag of chips n drinks cos server forgot my bag with burgers until I checked and spoke to him. Over all. Wouldn't recommend going inside drivethrough or use delivery and it won't be to bad.

The place was so full you had to queue to make an order on the machines plus when the food came the wrap was cool probably due to staff being rushed and not heating properly

missed one pound out of change. woman said she would come back with one pound since non in cashier. never came back. got robbed out of a quid. what!.

Women rude slamming about dint want to be working there will avoid from now on management need to sort it out

Incorrectly delivered items, waited for correct food to be re-delivered. Food was cold.

Correct receipt was sent but all items in the bag were incorrect. We were sent 4 burgers which all had sesame seed buns. We all have a severe allergy to sesame.

Forget sauce every time I order , drink never full and half the time they forget somthing , the staff are very rude and also never answer the phone

rude young female manager. Laughed when order was wrong, saying an item didn't come with sauce when it clearly did. When I showed HER the website, she shrugged it off. Food was cold when I eventually got it back. Avoid

one item was missing, which clearly said so on the bag. the delivery driver didn't understand what I was saying couldn't speak English and just kept saying call shop!!. called macdonalds who again wouldn't do anything about it, saying order was with just eat and not them, who had made the error in the first place. instead I was left with no large coke and a very unhappy autistic child!!!!!

Drink spilt in the bag on the journey, absolutely soaked both bags. As the driver handed me the soaked bags it split, driver said it wasn’t his responsibility and needed to be taken up with McDonald’s. Tried calling the store several times but no answer.

Sharebox is missing but got given the sauces !!!! Ridiculous. Cant even contact just eat , you have to put request In . Gonna have to start opening the bags to check everything

The only reason I would rate the delivery poor is that my sauces keep being forgotten from here each time I order and it’s starting to annoy me. I pay £14 and get no sauces that I’ve actively ordered.

Ordered at 12:30 didn’t receive our food it’s now 2:30 am in morning with no sign of the food coming instead of cancelling the order they just left it so I’ve paid for food I’ve not received with no update from anyone absolutely

rubbish. don't even bother ordering from hagley road branch. always missing parts of your order. Either drive thru or on the app never gets the order right

I would've given 5 stars however they missed order notes as ordered a ketchup dip with the happy meal but it wasn't put in the bags!

when my food was delivered, it was noticed some of my order was missing, I requested a refund on the items missing which was declined, won't be ordering from McDonald's again as this isn't the 1st Time it's happened.

If I could rate any lower I would. Absolutely appalled by the lack of help and customer support by the staff and managers. Complete wasted my time, my money and uber drivers time. Not even offering any support to get a refund. Never order from here the food comes cold every time anyway.

Ordered on just eat asked for a wrap with only BBQ sauce gets delivered with a sticker only bbq sauce so I open the box and it has everything on how can you get something wrong like that! Staff needs to stop rushing and get the order right in the first time

Always really busy here, but the staff are mostly polite and can manage in the rush.

triple cheese burger was falling apart when I took it out the bag. Wrap has not much sause. mozzy bites were good though.

My son ordered a m chicken bacon mayo large meal when he opened there was no bacon and it was made 3 hours earlier had no lettuce on it either so my son went down to the restaurant and complained and they said they would investigate and gave him the right meal and told him to get in touch with uber eats for a refund.

Every time I go although there are barely and customers they make me wait before answering g the intercom and always make me park up . For a burger ? Come on . Rubbish is all over the floor along the drive through lane and the attitude from the counter staff is pretty bad and tonight worse than normal . I’ll be going to cape hill next time

The burgers was cold, fries was like cardboard, chicken nuggets was cold too had no sauce with them at all too will not be ordering from this McDonald again.

Cold unseasoned sloppy fries Burger that looks like been scrapped off the floor And chocolate milkshake that was more like warm vanilla cream. Its the worst mcdonalds youll ever go to just useless.

Delivery driver said it’s wrong postcode but it wasn’t had to walk down to get my food, and he showed me the address and it was right ! Which annoyed me because my kids had cold food so had to throw it

missing a happy meal, so I have a very upset child. the other happy meal was missing fries. no onions on the quarter pounders. no straws or napkins.

i ordered 2 fries 2 drink 2 dips only got one fries got 1 straw for 2 drink and i never got my dips it was cold and dry 3/10

Asked for fresh items and didn’t mind waiting and it was absolutely worth the wait, melted in your mouth just the right way to start a work morning
