Big John's in Sandwell

Went last week and got great advice from Hanin who advised me to try the new chicken burger (which was amazing considering it was part of a £5 meal deal) , the chicken wings were some of the best I've tried, so went again today to try the chicken burger again and can confirm taste just as good as last week so deserved a time to review and credit to the lovely service of Hanin both times.

Hanin provided great service and the food was amazing 2x meals £10

I have been to this place multiple times now and the place is always clean and the service has been good. Food is of clean standards. Adeeba has always assisted me with professionalism and I would highly recommend Big John's Quinton.

Hanin on the till was very friendly , 5 star for that, good service good food, clean place.

Donor a bit raw but other then that everything else was amazing had a couple of times

I normally go to big John’s in Birmingham as they have really nice tasty succulent chicken and the skin is full of flavour… sadly I made a mistake to visit this branch in Quinton as the chicken was undercooked and overcooked on the outside .. it was also full of dry blood was was an awful site .. will not be eating from their again .. sort it out Big Johns !!

Ordered Chicken burger yesterday and waited 10 minutes and the burger was cold. Ordered 2 chicken burgers today thing it was a one off and only got 1 burger and the other burger had the chicken missing all I got was the bun with salad. Avoid at all cost. Would give 0 star.

Food vile always short change you and need staff that can understand English wrong order again !

Really tasty fresh Pizza!!! Very good cheese burger!!! Love the fact that they have finally introduced milkshakes at this branch and seating! Excellent customer service by Hanin, she was really helpful.

Fantastic service whenever I come here. The staff are incredibly friendly and polite and it's nice that they remember my order before words leave my lips. The kind of experience you want. The food is always fantastic too. Highly recommend if you're passing through or thinking about trying it! Great place to eat in too. Well furnished.

Absolutely Disgusting, 🤢 ordered a delivery, food quality was really poor they definitely gave me the left overs, the chips had some massive disgusting greasy pieces in there which I’ve never experienced from there before other than last night, the curry sauce was solid as a snowball 😔 plus mrs ate the pizza which was meant to have tandoori chicken on there but recieved something completely different, deffo wasn’t cooked properly and received no satisfaction other than food poisoning, never again! What a waste of my hard earned money

We ordered a 12 inch that me and my fiance shared, then a 6 inch for my bestie. The 6 inch was smaller than we expected it to be, but over all the pizza was 😋

Over 30 pounds worth I food! I won't come here again. Chips hard and over cooked, very tight on the sauces. Portuguese burger was vile, the tomato and salad didn't taste right and a soggy bun with hardly any sauce and was luke warm. Pure waste of 30+

The bucket said 5pcs and 5 wings but only got 5pcs which were dumped on top of the nastiest chips I’ve tasted, I said no mayo or relish on the burger leaving only the burger sauce but came with no sauce and the buns are stale, instead of a 1.5ltr tango I got 4 cans of iron bru which I hate and also doesn’t add up to 1.5ltr and I ordered hot sauce and got a garlic herb instead!!! Will definitely recommend you stay away from this place

Chip's and chicken absolutely amazing Chicken was well flavoured and succulent

food arrived late- delivery driver went to wrong house.! food was not even warm, couldn’t reheat due to no cooker as kitchen is getting a refit. Extremely disappointing as this was our go to takeaway- don’t think we’ll be ordering from big johns in a very long time.!

Customer service 5 out of 5, but unfortunately for the second time the food was cold, Donnor in naan was cold, chips cold, half peri peri chicken was not cooked enough. Won't be going again.

Really lovely sfc but chips weren't as good as last time. Turned up early though which was great.

We had three fish and chips delivered. The worst fish and chips we have ever eaten soggy batter. Very greasy. Cost £41.00. Had to throw most of them away. They were disgusting.

I went just now and i ordered two chicken burges and i waited 1hours for it and i found hair in middle of chicken at top and it was from someones hairy arms.

I like that they print the time they prepare your food and stick it to the meal - thats how we know it took 45 minutes to bring it 1 mile down the road. take an hour if you need to but don't bring us stone cold food.

fish wasn't crispy, chilli sauce was all in one spot. chips was cold. spicy wings wasn't spicy or crispy. one the worst takeaways I've ever had

Our chicken wings were replaced with a small bag of wedges and the food was not hot. We contacted customer service and they said the wings would be sent out to us, but they didn't arrive and the order was marked delivered. Food was fast and tasty but would have liked to try the wings.

£3.99 for box of chips not delivered, called as soon as I opened the parcel, was told they would deliver and sort out the chips, but they did not arrive, disappointed, food is of good quality, but no chips that cost almost a fiver, only fault other than lack of chips is I've never received a hot kebab in 10 years or more, stop putting them in box, they need to be wrapped, you find out how good a business is on how deal with an issue, mine was not dealt with at all, disappointed.

Actually surprisingly nice. Bf says - great kebab, great mayo, great chips. It's clean and spacious.

Service was a bit slow, had to wait close to 30mins for a fish & chips. Once food arrived it was good but have had better at other Big Johns establishments.

On the deal it say 2x salad, which I didn’t receive, it doesn’t show on the receipt, only on the app which is weird, food was good as always.

This used to be the go-to place for a build your own pizza ..... Now, it's not, limited toppings, quantity is like that of a frozen pizza (ie: not a lot ) Oh well..... Still tastes pretty dam good though.

Disgusting customer service. Order was missing 20 chicken nuggets so called the restaurant to be told they don't re deliver missing orders??? Sorry? They said it's basically the riders fault even if though the bag was sealed shut, so THEY have missed the item. I then have to wait 10 working days for the money to be refunded? Shocking

Hanin has the best customer service attitude. The food is nice and clean i recommend it.

Vivir cerca de este gran John's y pensé en probar el nuevo lugar después de la mala comida en el antiguo significaba que no habíamos estado allí por más de dos años. Lamentablemente nada ha cambiado, mientras la comida estaba fresca el pescado no era más grueso que un dedo de pescado y cubierto con una masa gruesa. No puedo recomendar cuando la comida no es buena y hay lugares mucho mejores cerca.

Ordered delivery - forgot the chips, called and they said they will put on next order, said no and want the chips. Made excuses saying its busy and said 20min wait. 30 mins later and still no chips! The first and last time ordering, no apology when chips eventually arrived. Cold and tasted disgusting! Never again!

Delivery guy was apologetic and explained reasons, food tasted fine but was not as warm as previous orders, so i think it was ready a while before they could deliver

Food arrived cold, 1 1/2 hours late. Part of the order was missing. They refused to give refund or deliver missing items

Great food, collection took a little while longer but I imagine due to new opening and teething. Food was great.

Food was decent but potions are very poor and for the price not worth it . Shame as quality of food is good. Donner kebab was half the portion you get elsewhere and potions of chips for £4.50 was again half of what you usually get in other places.

Ordered through their app, never received the delivery, they wouldn't refund me my money back.
