Ordered food this afternoon, pizza was still doughy, the chips, chicken nuggets were cold and far from fresh! Tasted like old dirty oil!! ABSOLUTE DISGUSTING🤢 DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

When the food got here, it was slightly warm, whereas its should have been hot. This made the food taste not as good as it should have been . Was quite disappointed even the kids were complaining that the food was slightly warm.

Filthy place. Don't get anything from there unless you want to be food poisoned

I was disgusted that I paid 7.99 for donner and chips to get 6 strips of meat and a hand full of chips

Chiken smells bad, not happy with this although they changed it. 😔

Food was cold and tasted rubbery, we had to warm it up in the microwave!! The takeaway is only 5 minutes away from our house so no reason why it was cold. Our normal chinese takeaway is 10 minutes away and food always arrives piping hot when delivered. So no excuse for this!

I’ve been eating from big johns since I was a child but yesterday would be the last ever time. I ordered a 9” pizza which was undercooked the toppings were raw and disgusting. I also had a mixed meat kebab in a naan bread with mayo and chilli sauce which looked like it had been thrown together with nowhere near enough meat. Never again will I order from big johns Quinton

Placed an order on Just Eat waited almost over an hour, to find out they'd given the food away to someone else without checking it was us. Tried to phone to see if we could have it redelivered to be told its not an option and nothing they can do to help us.

When the food finally arrived the driver complained he had to drive 4 miles to deliver it to us and that next time we should order from some were else. I'm sure you don't want your drivers saying things like this and losing you business. However with how rude he was we won't be ordering from here again.

This stores food is on a decline, I am a frequent customer and I’ve noticed they send out the wrong order or the food is cold and chips are hard and too crispy. Embarrassing when I am there telling my friends and family big johns food is nice.

you gave out my order to some that came into the shop and didn't deliver this is realy bad and I want to know how the details wax attained

I've never been to Big John's. So this is my first time. We ordered the budget friendly £2.99 Nuggets and Chicken Burger meals with chips. The food was served to us quickly and the staff seemed pleasant. The only thing is there was no seating. It would have been nice if there were so we could eat in. It is conveniently situated near the number 9 bus route and an Asda. Some of the display signs were warped and it looked a little unkept but the food was hot and we were given good portions.

Very annoyed, my first time ordering for ages but my pizza arrived on time and hot but it very clearly wasn’t my pizza I called 3 shop 6 times and it cut off after putting me on hold each time. I couldn’t even pick the chicken off to eat some of the pizza because it was imbedded into the pizza, so the whole pizza £26 worth went completely to waste and we all had no dinner but we were £26 poorer for nothing.

It was a strange experience, I order fresh naan with chicken, there wasn’t a lot of meat in it, but it was still tasty and hot.

never quite seen a kebab cut into wafer slivers. I counted 6 altogether. I ordered a kebab not a child's kebab. spend my money elsewhere next time.

Food was not tasty. It was cold not hot and then give only 4 slice of pizza, m so surprised when I was check because I did order 6 slice pizza thats. wye m not happy because they cheated me so plz give me my money back I want my money back so plz give my money back

I did leave a note kindly asking for my order to be made fresh but no. Pizza was alright everything else was awful couldn’t eat the wedges had one bite they were dry and tasted old & no taco sauce, was given mayo which is vile. Worst of all the two chicken breasts were pink! & gooey spat it right out. Had to request a refund for everything other than pizza. Waste of time and money!

the chicken burger was pink inside our burgers it was dry I asked for mayo an didn't get mayonnaise inside our burgers the chips was so hard an dry my kids an me struggle to eat the chips an I have autism son who's 10 today an he wasn't happy the chicken aswel was tasteless an u can tell it wasn't fresh ..I'm disappointed today the other day when we ordered from you guys it was nice what happened today? I'm sorry but that's the truth I feel I won't be ordering from here again ..thank you

Late night and decided on pizza and done chips . Big johns was open so I thought I’d give it a try . Staff were very friendly but food wasnt the best ! The chips tasted strange like they’d been cooked in old oil . Wouldn’t go there again

I want to make a complaint about the driver that delivered my order. when he came all he brought to my door was the burgers, the drinks, the chicken strips, the cheese nuggets and the ice cream and when my partner ask him where is the pizza he said there is no pizza but as soon as my partner refused to pay him he soon went back to the car and got it. he wanted to keep it for himself. you need to get rid of him

This place is vile i ordered food as im pregnant wanted to fill a craving, I then start eating the meat its fine till I had a chip and it tasted weird I then picked up another and smell that has come from it is absolutely disgusting I then knew what taste and smell was and it was urine (wee) i have never threw up so quick and called the shop to complain and oh guess what so refund is allowed rather just replace the food. I will be taking this higher not for fact of me being sick from this but cause disrespect of the first person I spoke to and then fact you cant get a refund for this situation this is absolutely disgusting!!!! DO NOT EAT FROM HERE!!!!

Something has changed with the chili sauce. It is now too hot and overtakes the Flavour of the kebab. It used to be just perfect. This has been the case the last couple of times I have ordered. Its a shame cause I loved big johns kebabs. Will they be going back to the old sauce? I REA,LY HOPE SO

Few days ago the guy gave loads of chips separate from meal. Now they put the burger in same box and gave me 10 chips..stingey

Rubbish service. Didn’t get all my order, so rang just eat who told me they would get restaurant to call me back and that I needed to ask them for refund. Restaurant called me, must have spoken to a 16 year old (not interested in the slightest) who told me that just eat have to give refunds. After telling him I didn’t want to keep ringing round again, he said he would arrange refund. But never got refund. Rubbish service. Paid for food not received!!

Pizza was nice but i ordered wedges as a side and im well disappointed with them. Probably wont bother again.

Always fantastic food! Very consistent and clean place! One of my go to places as food is always great tasting! Prices seem to be creeping up but still cheaper than most. Also minimum order online has increased which means it’s harder to order for 1 as you have to spend £13.99 for free delivery otherwise there is a charge. For some reason chilli sauce has become unavailable to be put on food when you order and has to be purchased separately. Although on some items they can and some they can’t. Very very strange thing that’s happened with all Big Johns branches. Keep the prices slightly lower but charge for tubs of chilli just makes it expensive again. I think personally this needs to be looked at as I always prefer to have my chilli sauce and mayo already on my food rather than getting a tub and dipping it or pouring it from a tub onto my food. Food and service are always great though. Never had any issues!!!

So there was a £5 deal with chips and drink. Came to order apparently drinks not included so I had to pay extra for drink even tho it clearly shows drink comes with it. Terrible customer service

the chicken wrap was very thin and was not worth £10. also they advertised that we got a free gift with orders over £20. we paid £50 and got no gift.

Went big johns quiton for a burger yesterday.. gave me food poisoning as chicken was pink.. I've been violently sick and only been able to drink water today.. avoid avoid avoid

I’ve given it two stars but they are purely to do with the fact that the food tastes okay… i’m fuming, i’ve ordered many times before and always the same thing - masala fish and chips, never had any problems before but for some reason they seem to have forgotten the “and chips” tonight.. three chips… paid £10.99 for fish and three chips.. i would usually think “what a cheeky uber driver” after seeing the lack of chips but if you look closely, you can see the dry paper with no grease whatsoever on it… tried ringing them three times and no answer either so can’t even talk to a physical human to help with the issue… absolute joke.. will never order again

Ordered around 6:45, and food didn’t get delivered until 8:45. When the food arrived, it was barely warm & the pizza seemed like it had been reheated as the cheese was rubbery.

Waited an hour and half and the food turned up stone cold. No apology from the delivery driver. Poor customer service.

This will be the last time we are ordering from here. This is the 3rd time the order was wrong. When you call the number you get through to the rudest man. He trys to accuse you of ordering wrong then when you point out its their error, he goes off on one. Told me it's not their problem and put the phone down. Stay clear!!!

They sent the wrong food, when I called "customer service" a man answered, he tried to blame me, that I ordered the wrong food. After pointing out my order, he said its not his problem, he wouldn't be doing anything about it and to tell just eat. when I said its not just eat its up to you, he said thank you for your feedback and put the phone down. That's 3 of us that's not eaten, and the majority of the food went in the bin. not even the dog would eat it!!! and he eats anything.

Half of order was missing. (Not very warm & 1 not wrapped very well - fell out on opening) After 2 phones and 40 minutes later, received the missing items. The can of pop was not what I ordered but the chips were hot Disappointed to say the least.

One of the worst big Johns outlet got lamb donor and chips donor was rank totally dry with burnt donor meat.

Had fried chicken and chips chips where ok but chicken was taste less. Asked the guy to put some sauce on chips told me 50p lol these guys will soon be charging for salt n vinegar. If only they can invest in their quality of food and not souly on packaging

Drink missing, cookie dough ice cream changed to plain. Sauce missing. Issues with my last order here too - was hoping it was a one-off but clearly not.

The pizza looked and tasted awful. The dough was undercooked and it was really greasy. Never order from them again.

The food tasted delicious the chips with the chicken and the red chills around tasted nice i would order again 10/10 😊

This is our go to place, been using big John's quinton for quite some time and have never been dissatisfied, the donna meat and naan is lovely and would recommend try the loaded fries they are also lovely

Both burgers burnt on the outside but not cooked properly in the centres. one of them had the wrong sauce on which meant my daughter wouldn't eat it. chicken lacked flavour and just tasted burnt. the last couple of orders I have had from here I've noted the quality of the food isn't as good as it used to be which is a shame. won't be ordering again as it's £40 basically in the bin
