Burger King in Sandwell

I just started to return to Burger King Over great

We had a great experience at Burger King today. We couldn't work the self service as my son is autistic and wanted a burger bun with no sesame seeds so we asked a worker called Tommy if he could help us and he was absolutely brilliant and couldn't of been more helpful. He made the experience a great family meal out. Thanks Tommy

Great service provided by OLA never been inside before and wasn’t sure what I was doing I was helped out and she spent 10mins out her own time helping me out and gave me a professional service 5* don’t do it justice

Today I was served by ola she was very happy and had the pleasure to welcome us to the store and she helped us with the kiosk otherwise ( I would starve) due to this I would love to come again and hopefully see ola

Gave 2 small chips and 1 large instead of 2 large and one small

Me and my family came here and it was great. As we entered it was empty which was great for us. We placed our order on the self service screens and within 20minutes our food was here which was quite quick. The workers were very nice and the place was tidy and food was good the chips were a little salty but overall amazing. This might be one of the best, tidiest and kindest burger king I've been to.

I went for a quick cheeky cheese melt meal. honestly I can’t tell you how much I prefer Burger King over McDonald’s the food here is always given to me hot and tastes really good. I was served by Tommy who was a darling 10/10 customer service skills very polite and served with a smile. Thankyou will be back

Was bought my food out by a wonderful gentleman named Tommy. Extremely courteous & well mannered. I will definitely be returning if all staff are like him! Thanks again Tommy.

Your typical service which you would expect from most Burger King stores. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The self-service kiosks are straightforward to use. Food came within a reasonable amount of time. A good amount of seating inside and car parking spaces were more than adequate. The toilets however were below par and needed some attention.

Only receive fries and dip not drink or burger and been charged £13 for 34 fries lol

2 sides missing and 1 meal and 1 drink for a meal missing

Service was very slow and didn't get what I ordered, what I did get wasn't very nice.

It’s really lovely and fast in service. The fries and burger is tasty.

The customer service at this Burger King was top notch. The staff were exceptional helpful. The cashier called ola went out of her way above and beyond to help support us navigating on the app and utilising the promo codes

Julie is absolutely fantastic, told us the cheese dippers are cooked in the same oil as the chicken!!! she needs a raise! she was so friendly!!! burger queen!

if they would like to take there time packing a meal for delivery that would be great. the same happens when I order McDonald's not going to bother any more

Staff were great, other than the manager of the store that was standing around on his phone not doing anything when it was obviously busy. Seemed to have no interest in actually running his store, just head buried in his phone

Food is always hot and fresh and the staff here are lovely. Ola helped me out and was extremely friendly and approachable! The rest of the team was also helpful and nice (didn’t catch their names) 10/10 👍

I'm not using Just Eat again. I don't like having to tell the driver a code just for a takeaway.It's time wasting and ridiculous.

I asked for no cheese, the Burger arrived with cheese on it. So was unable to eat!!!

The conditions are inhumane in Burger King, filthy on and under the tables, the toilets are filthy and without toilet paper, they don't give you what you order.

Stuff in this place is Awaful they get my order wrong and they begin so Ridiculos Angry and Disrespectfull better Avoid this place

We had the pleasure of being dealt with by Zola who was very friendly and more than happy to accommodate our food requests. After a long, hard day, she was a breath of fresh air! Top notch customer service, this woman needs a raise! Burger King needs more Zolas! :)

Ola was absolutely amazing bit hands on heart this woman was running the place on her own . I really felt for her well done ola , I approached the till and got totally ignored by a young man on there and an Uber driver had to correct him for his manners . Good took ages but was really nice . Give Ila a congrats from me

A whole meal was missing so not happy

Soggy and cold chips. Missed the drinks off both meals

Waste of time drivers to busy talking on phone and end up getting wrong order again so fed up with it

Not something I thought I’d be doing but the service and food is so good I felt I had to share how good my experiences have been. It’s the consistency for me that has made me write this. I hope the team see this message as the level of consistency is unbelievable. Have not been to Burger King this much in a long, long time.

Come here a lot sometimes the food is great don't really mess up orders, can do sometimes but not a lot

We came to get our last night meals and were greeted by a couple of incredible ladies:Joe and Ola. They made our late meal at Burger King a special treat.

If they get your order wrong by missing multiple items through delivery when ordering through the app itself, good luck, they might as well feed their land-line setup to their pet hamster because they never pick up

Seeming I live just 5 minutes from this Burger King the food was terrible. All hot food was cold it all went in the bin. And to top it off the cold drinks was not cold. I have ordered before from here and food has always been hot will not order from here again

The last time I ordered had a big black hair in my food said I'd never eat from here again. My daughter and her friend wanted to order tonight and there was items missing. Obviously they need better staff with better hygiene. Definitely won't be returning,

Only ordered 2 meals and an item was missing . Haven't ordered from here for a while and don't think I'll be in an hurry to order again if they can't get a simple order right.

Friendly and professional delivery person.

Always love popping to this restaurant when I can, the staff are always happy to help me. Came in monday 14th, food came out quickly and made freshly. Manager round dinner time made sure all was good. Will return soon!

Received everything I ordered, food was great and hot on delivery

The order arrived incomplete and what did arrive was incorrect. The receipt had been tick off as all items in the bag. The order had clearly not been checked before set out.

The site seems to be understaff even right I come but the young lady that served on drive thru was running around like crazy to get the orders. She very helpful but a bit stressed out but she was very friendly and kind.

Food was cold, staff behind the desk seems as though didn't care about standard of service and the atmosphere was dead simple as that.

Very cold atmosphere. And I don't mean temperature. A little bit hospital cafeteria style. The service was not very friendly .Like they ware making us a favour to give us food. Needs a little bit fun atmosphere and people that enjoy to be there.

Came to visit on 5th October and was met by Ola who couldn’t do enough to help us, went above and beyond, a real credit to the team.

Spoke with delivery guy and said had tipped on line he said tip was retained and he didn’t get it so gave him one directly is this really the case guys if so poor show

Amazing service. The food is great and got it rather quickly. I asked for a box of pickles expecting to get a small box instead they went above and beyond and gave me a 20 peice nugget box worth of them. I love pickles and I can say I'm rather impressed with the Wednesbury branch. Thank you

Absolutely amazing experience today. I would like to give a shout out to Kim, Kiran and Iran who all gave amazing customer service today and gave a warm welcome. Food came hot and quickly!

Put the bottles in the fridge!

We live in a straight line from this restaurant. 1 road. Driver decided to take a detour through the surrounding estates (I followed him on the provided map), which meant he was 30 minutes late and our food was nearly cold. Checked the traffic systems online and there was no issues on the main, straight route that could have got the food to us in less than 10 minutes.

I am thoroughly impressed with this Burger King location. The staff are consistently friendly and approachable, and the food is always prepared in a timely manner. The restaurant is consistently well-maintained, and the meals are always delicious. I have never encountered any issues here. I would like to give special recognition to Chloe, who is truly an asset to the team. She is efficient, exceptionally friendly, and demonstrates a strong work ethic. I highly recommend this location.

Came here today all very smiley and greeting. They were very helpful when I needed to use my app and I didn't know how. Definitely recommend 😄

App doesn’t work. Staff refused to take any kind of empathy or understanding even though it was clear I was overwhelmed. Placed order on my app to click and collect but order hadn’t gone through to branch. But the app doesn’t tell you. It just tells you to let them know you’re close. 45 minutes was their trying to resolve. Staff said she would help, and eventually started shouting at me.

Not from the area so can't comment on any other times. But for a Saturday evening was very quiet. All self service machines,dirty tables & overflowing bins. Mens toilet was an absolute disgrace. Taped up sink & none working dryers & looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months.Sorry wouldn't return.

Sadly them stupid self service machine are a pain Load of rubbish 😤 Was not value for money and expensive to say the least
