Absolutely amazing experience today. I would like to give a shout out to Kim, Kiran and Iran who all gave amazing customer service today and gave a warm welcome. Food came hot and quickly!

I am thoroughly impressed with this Burger King location. The staff are consistently friendly and approachable, and the food is always prepared in a timely manner. The restaurant is consistently well-maintained, and the meals are always delicious. I have never encountered any issues here. I would like to give special recognition to Chloe, who is truly an asset to the team. She is efficient, exceptionally friendly, and demonstrates a strong work ethic. I highly recommend this location.

Came here today all very smiley and greeting. They were very helpful when I needed to use my app and I didn't know how. Definitely recommend 😄

App doesn’t work. Staff refused to take any kind of empathy or understanding even though it was clear I was overwhelmed. Placed order on my app to click and collect but order hadn’t gone through to branch. But the app doesn’t tell you. It just tells you to let them know you’re close. 45 minutes was their trying to resolve. Staff said she would help, and eventually started shouting at me.

Not from the area so can't comment on any other times. But for a Saturday evening was very quiet. All self service machines,dirty tables & overflowing bins. Mens toilet was an absolute disgrace. Taped up sink & none working dryers & looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months.Sorry wouldn't return.

Sadly them stupid self service machine are a pain Load of rubbish 😤 Was not value for money and expensive to say the least

Busy time but very quick service. Staff needs to smile more, Customer service needs improving. Food as standard and good value for money for seasonal burger meal deal. Had to use the kiosk self ordering system no counter service offered.

This is out go to lunch after shopping! We never have trouble with ordering food or receiving it quickly. The tables are normally clean and there always a seat

Tracked the guy bringing our order, he was meant to go from M6 j9 to M6 j7. He got on M6 and ended up on the M5, got off at j1 and turned around. Came off M6 j7 only to go round the roundabout and get back on the M6N!! He added 30mins to journey!!

watched driver on just eat app come to the bottom of my road 20 minutes before delivering my food and leaving to go to another area and then stopping to get petrol then brings my food freezing cold no heat bag nothing unbelievable

Absolutely awful. App for offers simply does not work. No help from drive trhough staff. Once ordered after many attempts Was more expensive that first stated. Sent went front to wait and writing this as waiting as been here nearly 10mins. STILL NO SIGN OF FOOD!!!!!!!!!

Everything was poor! Tried to use the drive-thru - the car in front of us was waiting there ages for someone to speak through the tannoy, so we gave up waiting and went into the place direct. Clearly they don’t know the meaning of ‘FAST food’! Staff lazy and not interested. Forced to order via crappy machines which looked grubby. Literally only 4 people inside so staff can’t use the excuse of being busy as it was like a ghost town (not surprising really!!) Lack of vegetarian items. No veggie cheese-based sides, and no BK ice creams on the menu any more?! Iced Fanta drinks very expensive and not worth the price. ‘Large’ fries portioned in a puny bag which was in no way large - medium at best! Felt ripped off and annoyed. Take your custom elsewhere, to a fast food outlet that actually delivers on all levels.

Visited this branch on Tuesday was very pleasantly surprised with the level of customer service, I am not good at using kiosk but was assisted by a very friendly manager ,food was lovely and the restaurant was spotless. Would definitely recommend.

What you would expect easy to order polite staff, used app inside. Food was hot. On retail park so good parking, wheel chair access (not auto doors but double door) older style building.

It feels like an average Burger King restaurant anyway. Not many staff in the kitchen. They were fine with their attitude. Not as great atmosphere as in other fast food restaurants but OK. Cleanliness OK so a four star from me.

HALF MY FOOD WAS MISSING AND SOME OF THE ITEMS WAS MISSING

This burger king has been home to some of the worst service I've ever received in any retail environment over the years. Once I came In and stood at the counter and stood in a staring contest with the server for about 10mins before they confusedly asked "do you actually want anything or are you just standing there" ... anyway I got sucked back in when I discovered a menu hack I wanted to give a try. Once I got there I realised how bad it usually is there service wise. Here we go again I thought.... well I was wrong. No longer than 2 minutes had passed since I'd completed my order... and in much the opposite way to my previously mentioned I was GREETED by 3 member of staff at the till, and before I could say what I would like, the young man called my order number and passed me my bag. All within about 20 seconds. Smiles, efficient service, and a nice burger. The place was spotless too. What a great little team they've got there now. It's about time they got a shift of people with a passion for service.

Staffs are really nice and always help with kiosks, brilliant customer service especially from the new manager who is from the Saddlers branch.

Just been to Burger King at 22:40 - vegan burger burnt to a crisp - halloumi fries burnt to a crisp - fries weren’t too bad just a bit cold Girl on the window was pleasant Won’t be eating from here again, never had a burnt vegan burger from a Burger King before.

At this particular Burger King restaurant, the food generally meets expectations, served hot and fresh during peak times. However, in the evenings the food could be more disappointing. Also the drive-thru area could use some attention, with overgrown plants and a dated appearance. But what truly disappoints is the fizzy drink selection. On almost every occassion the fizzy drinks are flat & never chilled, leaving them tasting dull and uninspiring. Especially on a warm/hot day. Despite its highs and lows, this Burger King remains a passable stop for a quick bite during certain hours, but with plenty of room for improvement.

The food was stone cold, which meant the entire order inedible. I don't even know why it was cold because it arrived early, makes me question wether my order was even freshly mse or not :/ It was a waste of £20 I'm still hungry and I won't be ordering from here again.

Staff gossiping like teenagers and shouting! And when I got my food and drink the lady just gave me a blank look. Then I seen into the back where’re I saw staff members just sitting around.

Food was ok but you have to use machines to order and even have to get your own drink, def think some people would struggle with this. Place was filthy too, tables not wiped down and just all round dirty

I wasn't feeling well at all and thought the only food I could stomach was a bean burger and fries so I drove 10 minutes to Burger King Wednesbury. I was given my order within 3 minutes. Never thought of asking if it were freshly cooked and in the car on the way back home I tried the chips, stone cold, took a bite of my burger and it was like eating burnt toast. It became obvious to me this had been sitting inside the electric unit and by the way it had tasted most likely for several hours. Honestly it was totally inedible. I warmed the chips for 1 minute in my microwave and they tasted worse than before. Needless to say it all went in the bin. A waste of £8.27.

The food was stone cold had to heat it up in the microwave. So it did not taste the best. Very disappointed

Can't really complain, the food was great as usual and we had quite a big order. Sadly the self checkout machine wasn't functioning correctly and we then had to proceed to the cashier to reorder what we'd already submitted. Apart from that, the experience was good.

The ordering screens kept adding items to my order, every time I swiped up or down 🙄. Thankfully one of the staff let me order at the counter, despite a sign saying ' order on the screens'. Not the first time I've had this issue with Burger King. It gets worse during busy times when the screens slow down. Time it was sorted. A decent burger and fries, despite the issues, and very thoughtful and kind staff 😉.

We ordered 2 double whopper meals, not cheap at near £10 a meal and discovered they were single whoppers when we got home! Very dissapointing. Half way through eating we thought, are Double whoopers supposed to have 2 burgers!?
