my food was stone cold all of it I'm furious

Food was cold chips were hard and cold

meal was cold had to microwave it disappointing not usually cold

food came half an hour late and was rlly cold, tried contacting them and no response

This woman had the nerve to ask me why I was so rude when she showed up 20 minutes later than she said she would and kept getting a 4 number code wrong. She then had the nerve to swear at me when I told her she was the rude one for those 2 reasons.

The fillet o fish was overcooked and extremely dry. Really disappointed

I was missing my dessert, drink was a coke zero, and it was spilled, and the modifications to my burger weren’t there, which is serious as i have allergies.

Drinks leaked so bag was sodded

Took an hour and 15 minutes to get a cheeseburger happy meal when the food arrived it’s all freezing cold

i did not even recieve my order the delivery driver literally drove of with my food after i told him numerous times i was outside

Not much to say. You’re everyday McDonald’s. Busy, food was quick to be served. Food was fresh. Does have a drive thru. Plenty of parking.

Lovely and hot when arrived very tasty

Had a quick meal for 2 people of vegan dippers, fries, vegan burgers, in a rush as we were visiting relative in intensive care unit nearby and had to get back. Only issue for me (being elderly) found it difficult to operate the screen used for ordering. Also slight disappointment that no option for mayonnaise for dipping or putting on the salad. Otherwise all good.

A MCFLURRY AT £1.99 WAS MISSING. SADLY THAT SPOILT THE MEAL!!!

A very clean McDonald’s with seating outside that gets the sun. Nice on a summers day. Near the hospital.

You pay extra for the Minecraft meal and they just don’t bother adding the collectible, should be considered fraud at that point, what did I pay for? Also, your milkshake never seems to have any flavouring

Avoid this mcd branch. Ordered delivery missing items, this branch couldn’t pack food properly. The customer service is appalling, that they “can’t do anything about it”. 👎 I would use a different mcd branch.

Service is improving compared to last year

some of the food arrived cold but the burgers was warmish and can't even get it sorted there was a weird texture to chicken nuggets, when extras are added doesn't mean add extra everything coffee spilled due to delivery person not being careful

food was delivered however ice cold drinks leaking and order was incorrect. we also received a whole reale of mcdonalds stickers used to seal the bags this shows the staff are not paying attention to what their doing. was not a good experience considering mcdonalds is less then 15minites away

There seems to be an issue with McDonalds Cape Hill and their milkshakes. They do not add enough flavouring. Had this issue with the Grimace shake and now the Shamrock shake. Never have an issue with Hollyhead Rd Mcdonalds and their shakes and will order from there from now on

the delivery has 3 bags in his box but gave only 2 of them. and I had missing order? what he was thinking? keep for him self?

Road in can be a bit busy. Expect to queue trying to get in. Not good for turtle head emergencies. Food as normal. Lots of delivery diversity folks. All good in my opinion. Parking was quite easy but you may struggle in a cybertruck.

Never recieved my order so i went and got it from the restaurant myself and came home and someone has left the food inordered on the door step which i wanted to cancel i called the place said food was ready 15.51. I want a refund

Did not get my order at all, driver tried giving me 2 other people's orders. When I explained he didn't understand at all. I gave him the food back unopened and told him I'd ask for a refund.
