mc manager is very very bad guy that mc machine sometime not put out receipt and when ask him for help than manager mac say i can do nothing i can do nothing that he say with ego or attitude like order some time he was ignore 😡😡 One I order veggie rap it cold like cold sandwich seriously very bad service

Took 30 mins for breakfast with little cars outside and not many people inside. Not a fan of a big wait.

Hi, I want to write complaint, just now I ordered in drive through a crispy wrap without bacon. Again in till told them no bacon , again when I was receiving asked the girl is it no bacon she irresponsible without checking confirmed yes. When I reached home it had bacon . Seriously these guys are playing with our religious believes. I want serious action against this careless service.

Twice I’ve ordered from this restaurant and twice the food has said it’s been delivered but we never received it, that is why I ordered from cape hill macdonalds

The delivery driver was not careful while driving with the order the whole meal was ruined and drinks were all spilt. Ended up having to have cereal as the food was soggy.

I ordered a Quarter Pounder and a McCrispy. My Quarter Pounder had no cheese and no sauces, just the bun and the patty. There was no McCrispy.

Im writing this review to let people know about the car park !!! Make sure u don’t spend more than 60 minutes otherwise u get the fine !!! I was there with my daughter and we was a bit late , because the food came late and we had a meal and after 20 min we had an ice cream . So we had 2 orders basically . I know the most car park have 90minutes free but not this one !!! 60£ fine if it’s paid in max 28 days . I have sent the receipt to the parking company together with my appeal but no chance ..! Stay away or check the time more often 🤣

Went into the store to get a few meals for the family and whilst waiting for my food, stood in the area waiting. When I was there I waited over 10mins for the meals, which was after waiting about 5mins for someone to come to the till to take my order, there were people being rude to other staff members for being slow but took an age themselves to do anything, having a chat constantly in the back laughing out loud, quite literally and swearing in the back in different languages, like customers can’t understand what they’re saying. When the food was finally ready, a woman called “Puspa” came to hand the bag over all scrunched up. I say hand over, she dropped it on the table for me to pickup and walked off, didn’t ask if I wanted anything just walked off from me. I thought McDonald’s would be promoting service with a smile? I went off on my way but had to go back into the store because when I got back to the car, I noticed a whole meal was missing from the bag. Turns out she forgot to hand me the other bag that had the final meal in so she chucked that down for me, all the other food I’d already got was now cold in the car. I didn’t bother going back in again with the joke of a service after my experience here, just went up the road to the KFC to get a warm set of meals, didn’t have all the hassle there for some reason. Daughter wanted a Maccies for her birthday but just had to make do with KFC for the day. No chance that I head to this place ever again, much rather go to a half decent Maccies a little further away. And I’d give the same advice to anyone else in the area, just head over to West Brom or Oldbury and go to one of the decent Maccies over there if you want any good food, it’ll save you a load of hassle along the way.

Can get quite busy on the drive through but they're quick at getting everyone through. there's plenty of parking if you don't want to go inside. Getting back onto the main road can be a bit of task, but a good solid establishment.

no sauce with chicken even though it should include 3. Burger had no proper relish (only ketchup), onions etc missing. considering over 20 pounds spent, very poor

This is one of the better McDonald’s in Birmingham. Service is generally good, as is the food. There is a large drive through with two order points and 3 bays for collection. I’ve never had a menu item not being served. The car park is also quite big. The issue I find a lot is that people either park or sit and eat (!) in the collection bays, which is down to typically selfish people. Other than that, I prefer this one to Bristol Road (which is much more unreliable on the menu) and Small Heath (which is both full of riffraff and more unreliable on menu items).

Usual for McDonalds, the receipt didn't come out of self service unit but lady not only brought food, brought receipt and took the waste to the bin for us too....fantastic service and food.

What a great friendly driver, and as my street splits into two; is confusing for Every delivery we have have in our block, as their GPS sends them AWOL! so 5 🌟

Ordered sweet chilli crispy chicken, they gave me grilled chicken. I told them then they changed it and gave me sweet chilli crispy chicken but tortilla is cold.

I would never visit this restaurant and warn you to stay clear. Exceptionally slow service and if you have a child who has health issues and requires extra time to eat their “happy meal” then you will be left disappointed! Who knew that “happy meal” would result in a £60 fine for overstaying! Even after complaining and explaining the situation they refused to help and basically said it’s not their problem! If you have a disability then go to a restaurant who will actually look after you rather than penalise you for being slow!

You had 13 minutes to prepare my medium sized order. Then you still made the driver wait another 19 minutes. Estimated delivery time increased 3 times. Food (meat burgers) arrived cold.

overall good delivery but not happy with delivery driver. did not follow instructions for the delivery and then proceed to interrogate my brother regarding the order. my brother has learning difficulties hence the reason for specific delivery instructions. please do not send this driver again for my order

Ordered a McFlurry, came just like this in the picture. Looks as if it’s been spat in and mixed together. Absolutely disgusting staff and management as they were not willing to change it or to give me a refund because apparently “that’s how a McFlurry should look”. Unless you want your food abused don’t come here. Yuck
