Btw we can tell when you re-fry cold fries. It was like biting into hot cardboard.

They are friendly people, the services are very good ,the inside is always clean, the bathroom is always clean, the meals are always ok on always on time when it's not too busy 😉

Quick service and food was standard for McDonald's.

Big orders you are asked to wait in a bay, so not quick

Terrible food, terrible service

Used this McDonald's to get lunch whilst visiting the nearby hospital the touch screen ordering system was temperamental and ended up pay9ng at the counter. The food was usual McDonald's fayre I opted for a double cheeseburger meal, the burger was ok if a little cool, fries were ok and the Fanta orange was fine.

Can get quite busy on the drive through but they're quick at getting everyone through. there's plenty of parking if you don't want to go inside. Getting back onto the main road can be a bit of task, but a good solid establishment.

You will get a parking ticket here if you stay over 60 mins. Not worth the Mcplant

Got served really quick and nice atmosphere and staff

both boxes of fries cold, chewy and no salt . also fish burger not warm either although taste ok. Big mac under warm and was spicy. it was not ment to be spicy. chicken mayo fine. also the oasis fine.

Delivery was partially oppened and the deliverer went to my neighbours first. There was a very strange chemical taste on my fries I had to spit out. If I'm still alive tomorrow think I might be more careful about ordering food.

Quite disappointed. The Philley looks really good when advertised on TV bit if you actually buy one it just looks a bit like a Cheesburger. Definitely does not meet expectations. I won't be having another. Delivery time and service were OK but did not follow instructions. Tried to deliver to upstairs flat rather than to me. I'm Cemetery Road and upstairs flat is accessed from Edward Road. All in all not the best.

Came late and missing apple pies and burger

The wrong food was delivered. Contacted just eat and got no help. I lost over £15 because it wasn’t what me and my daughter ordered. Waited 2hrs for the problem to be rectified but nothing so ended up binning the food that was left because it’s not what we ordered. I use just eat on a daily basis and I ended up losing money

The burger looked like it had been put together with a catapult from the other side of the kitchen. Everything was cold as you come to expect with McDonald’s anyway. And on my first two visits they had no bacon. I will not be going back.

Still waiting on a reply as spent over 15 pound, spoke to the driver 3 times, saying my food was delivered, it was not. Disgusting customer service. I want my refund, n I won't stop replying until someone reply.

ordered double sausage mcmuffin minus egg as I'm allergic to eggs ,order came with egg on the mcmuffin after I ticked no egg so had to throw the mcmuffin away as it was all contaminated. Furious !!!!

I recently witnessed something both shocking and unexpected outside a McDonald’s. While waiting in line, I noticed a rat scurrying near the entrance. At first, I shrugged it off, thinking it was just another city rodent trying to find food scraps. But then I saw a second rat, a noticeably larger one, which I assumed to be the mommy rat and, to my horror, it squeezed its way inside the restaurant through a gap by the door. The whole situation was surreal. People around me were either oblivious or equally stunned, and I couldn’t believe that it was happening at a place that should maintain high cleanliness standards. To be fair, no staff members seemed to notice the rat getting in, but the mere thought of it crawling around behind the counter while food was being prepared was enough to make me lose my appetite. Cleanliness should be a top priority at any fast-food establishment, and this experience really made me question the hygiene practices at that location. While I understand that rats are a common issue in some urban areas, seeing one enter a restaurant is a different story. I hope this particular McDonald’s addresses whatever gaps or issues allowed the rat to get in, as it really shook my confidence in eating there again.

Not what i ordered!!! Received coffee not hot chocolate! Coffee spilt all over food, food bag ripped all the way across, so open to outside contamination such as drivers hands!! Do NOT order from here! Incompetency is rife! Pictures taken!

Ordered food at drive through, got home, started eating my burger then tried the fries which were undercooked by a fair bit, went back to the store asked to speak to the manager all while burgers ect were on dinner table getting cold. Asked for manager first guy comes up telling me “the new fries will look the same” to which I replied “doesn’t matter if they look the same aslong as they don’t taste like these…. “ Then new dude comes out (who’s actually the manager Mohamed god knows who the first dude was) with fries. I asked him is that it? He said yep…. The bare minimum he could have done is refund me the cost of fries but nope. So came back home to a cold burger and ate hot/cooked fries whoopie…… thanks maccies and thanks Mohamed….brilliant management skills

Once I'd repeated my order ten times, the woman on the other end of the intercom finally seemed to wake up. At least I thought she had, untill she tried to charge me 10.99 for a £6 big Mac meal! Come on McDonald's. Service need to be better then that. On the bright side the food was good. Freshest it has been so far the chips were so hot and tasty

Very helpful staff, even without me asking for assistance, which I clearly needed whilst trying to order..

I had to wait a long time for my delivery, I was dissatisfied with the service, maybe it was the employees of the establishment who took a long time to prepare the orders.

All the food came cold n the two large fries were the same size as the medium.

driver was not on time, he would of been but was no where near me and when he phoned he was early but in the end he still arrive late and my fries was cold with pop spillage from my drink. When I order food to be delivered I expect it to be delivered not me having to go find my food, cape hill just 5 mins away from me. Disappointed

Had such an amazing experience here. We were served by nimra who was very polite and welcoming and efficient. She was so friendly & had the brightest smile The food was really nice. Fast and speedy oder taking and preperation.

My delivery driver was amazing, my location was showing differently on the map and he made sure he found my right location and was super friendly and helpful.

I went to the drive through today and I was served by the sweetest girl ever. Her name badge said Armaan. She had the prettiest smile and made sure I got everything I wanted and all my needs were met. Her customer service was amazing!!!

Wonderful, quality food at a great price. Ordered 2 x Mix and Match at £4.00 each, bargain 👌. More than worth the money.

Hi, I want to write complaint, just now I ordered in drive through a crispy wrap without bacon. Again in till told them no bacon , again when I was receiving asked the girl is it no bacon she irresponsible without checking confirmed yes. When I reached home it had bacon . Seriously these guys are playing with our religious believes. I want serious action against this careless service.

delivery man delivered wrong order initially had not even noticed until I told him and it was a big order , then he drove off . Then my delivery was delivered late not even a cappuccino as ordered it was a flat white and food was cold ! The delivery man could not speak English and had no idea whose order he was delivering 🙄

All the food was really tasty but a pity I didn't get any of the selected dips which was disappointing 😕. Drinks had leaked in bag slightly making the package a little difficult to handle. Hopefully delivery will be better next time.

no issues with the food but the caliber of the drivers that can be found here is annoying. you know the ones that roll up 4 mans deep to deliver a meal. no care in the world for how it's delivered, fing up my food and drink. having to go through JE every time I order from here.

The delivery driver was not careful while driving with the order the whole meal was ruined and drinks were all spilt. Ended up having to have cereal as the food was soggy.

I ordered a Quarter Pounder and a McCrispy. My Quarter Pounder had no cheese and no sauces, just the bun and the patty. There was no McCrispy.

I rate five stars but very sadly I didn't receive my goods! Noone is to blame! I understand. But thanks anyway. Love.

Im writing this review to let people know about the car park !!! Make sure u don’t spend more than 60 minutes otherwise u get the fine !!! I was there with my daughter and we was a bit late , because the food came late and we had a meal and after 20 min we had an ice cream . So we had 2 orders basically . I know the most car park have 90minutes free but not this one !!! 60£ fine if it’s paid in max 28 days . I have sent the receipt to the parking company together with my appeal but no chance ..! Stay away or check the time more often 🤣
