Eat in only after 22:00. Pretty standard McDonalds.

Good quick service. There was a problem with one of our drinks so they made another. They even let us keep the original drink. Friendly staff.

Waiting 16 min for happy meal with only few customers.

I did my order by the app and payed then when I got the the window this person was saying I didn’t pay when I did the then she was accusing me so then the manager came over and said she has paid so I am fuming never again .😡

How hard is it to get an order right. I know they say you have to be thick to work here, but good god. It’s reading off a screen.

When we go through a drive through,we order as usual online,but when we get our food sometimes items are missing like burgers,fries and even give us a cup filled half way with a drink! If we order fries theres barley any in there (to be pecific theres about 5-6 fries). I think it's a waste of money.

Our food took ages and when it finally came when the staff noticed we were waiting the chips we brown and crunchy burger was ok drink was 9/10.tables weren’t clean had no little pots for sauce .

The food was poorly prepared. Rude management. Unlike every other McDonalds, no sauce is given with meals.

the driver stopped off at the petrol garage once he collected our food and was not very friendly

Driver was sound, but my burger was missing?

I have not received my order. I am chasing this up with you and Macdonald's. I am going to allow my hardworking money to be stolen from a non delivery. I have just spent £14.89 on my order of 5flatbread which I have not received for my kids breakfast. This driver has put my order in as delivered and it is not delivered. I am very angry . this is horrible and disgusting. I need a refund. this driver has to dealt with for stealing my order

delivered ice cream drinks and happy meals so all the grown kids where without ther burger meals!! absolutely ridiculous. rang the store and was told can't even collect the missing food so spent 45 pound for nothing!! appalled

End work really late, and drive through is closed between 2 and 4 I think don't know can't even ask not a big deal but annoying

Thought I'd treat myself to a double bigmac with no lettuce & guess what I found when I got home lettuce. Took a long time to pick out the pointless & tasteless lettuce !! Why can't they use lettuce that has flavour, then at least it gives your burger a better taste profile. After today I think I will give McLettuce a miss. After we ordered our food, we were asked to wait at window number 4 at the very end & the food was slow in coming to us, at first u thought as we asked for no lettuce is why it's taking so long but nope just a massive disappointment . Overall it was a disappointing trip , the food got a high score as the fries & apple pie were on point as was the drink. Service was poor as I had to wait for them to totally ignore my request. The atmosphere was great as I was back home where I wanted to enjoy my burger but alas not to be

All the food was cold and they forgot the syrup yet again if McDonald’s can’t handle deliveries, they shouldn’t be doing it because I keep always missing or sending cold food out which is unacceptable

So I ordered a double big Mac with bacon meal and got a triple cheeseburger instead and I also ordered a raspberry mcflurry and got just plain vanilla ice-cream?? McDonald's you never cease to amaze me!!!!!!!!

Been there 4 times since I've moved to this area. Each time my chips have been stale. Today the ones on tip were fresh but underneath were stale. Such a downer on the meal

I honestly can agree with all negative reviews, as much as they probably don’t care, it’s worth the review. Been living in the area for 20 years. They have a bunch of staff, who don’t comprehend what customer service actually is. My partner had to deal with a staff member who was practically offering him to fight. Unfortunately didn’t get her name, because of the whole incident. This McDonald’s over the past 4 years has gone completely down hill. Hiring , unprofessional, desperate students. If you care about your reputation stop hiring young kids, who don’t care about the company they work at. Complete lack of training, and customer service skills. Management should seek the correct training liable for the youth applying, to reiterate how valuable a job is. I’m stunned on how downhill customer service in general is becoming and this McDonald’s is a prime example.

Since Sabrina wright has left this store it has gone down and dusted. Very mean one in particular staff called JESS at this mcdonalds Very nasty to drivers...its our job we have time and pressure when doing deliveries,it's our work for living people , delivery drivers job isnt easy you are pressured to be on time if not on time you get blocked IF there weren't any delivery drivers around u wouldn't have your food delivered to the comfort of your own home ...no matter what the weather is we are humans so please respect us drivers. Owner and manager needs to train this lady. of what’s right and wrong and to have respect for us driver as well. Bab and Nasresh need to look out it . Miles away from other store doing better but this one going down. Thumbs down from Sandwell drivers .

The meat in the burger is old, black, dried out, to the point it is barely chewable. The ketchup is practically non existent on the burger, either correct your calibrations in the kitchen or tell your customers that you no longer give full portions of ingredients. Same for the half filled box of fries. Whose idea was it to put my cold Orange Juice bottle inside what is meant to be a bag with hot food ?...how do you expect food to retain its heat in transit then ?? Common sense required here which clearly your staff have a lack of
