I didn’t receive items I ordered I have screen shot proof of what I ordered and what I received

why is there no ice in my drink,

The only problem was the chips were cold and not salted whatsoever

i had accidentally selected the wrong address when ordering and I instantly tried to cancel and change the address but wasn't able to so I basically spent £15 on nothing. I tried to phone the driver but he was not helpful either and now he's selected it as deliverd even though that's not possible as I didn't receive any food and the food needed a code to even be classified as delivered.

How can you forget a double quarter pounder when it's one of the main items in a 3 meal order? also everything was cold. rubbish

Once again, a faceless delivery mess up from none other than mcdonalds, sent an order from instore out for delivery, with absolutely none of the right food in. And they've taken the phone off the hook at the store, obviously must've upset a few people today, when will the incompetency end, why bother doing delivery, if it never works right.

Manager said she doesn't have time. To serve at the counter as they have back order take away. Then she said she is not alowed to serve. So the cleaner served him

Chips was rock solid I asked for no salad bu yeah it came with ridiculous amount in there totally waisted my food as don’t eat salad and carnt take it of as I can still toast it so yeah thanks

More for McDonald’s than just eat. No bbq sauce that I ordered and there was a hole in the bottom of my cup so my drink spilt.

Not fast food waited ages for muffin and coffee drive through and edge of muffin hard burnt

missing half my order and what was delivered was cold, mcflurries was like water

No milkshake and I paid for it just eat did not refund me will not be using either service again

I waited about 40 minutes for it to even start being delivered and then came 15 minutes later

Don't get how the staff think it's acceptable to send a chicken burger that's half charcoal is beyond me and mozzarella dippers that have clearly been cooked and then reheated and left out to a day or 2 and instead fries got salt with a side of fries. Really really need to have a word with your staff or get new staff in as this is absolutely abizmal service

Food was ok, was on the verge of being cold. So not great

I went through the drive through. Staff were fine but I received my meal. The fries were freezing, the wrap wasnt even properly wrapped up and half of the stuff was falling out of it when i opened it (also the wrap was ripped all over so sauce and ingredients were falling out there too). I had a milkshake but unfortunately the lid was broken so milkshake leaked out the top and the bottom literally had ice attached to it. On top of that the milkshake cup had a hole (presumably caused by the ice). So by the time i got home, the milkshake had filled up my cup holders

Came late half the order missing no syrup for pancakes or jam for muffin called the store, duty manager simran very rude on phone customer service skills terrible unable to resolve issue and was told to request a refund though just eat!

I had to go out to McDonald’s and pick up my order as I didn’t get any updates on the app - will you give me a refund for my Just eats order?

Friendly enough atmosphere . Food arrived quite quickly bit I might aswell have gone to farm foods and grabbed something out the freezer and ate that.

Order did not arrive I contacted just eat and they would not help I have a code to give the driver just eat could see that the driver did not receive this on the chat when I spoke to them and they cut the chat short and refused a refund

Really don’t understand how they can forget so many items EVERY TIME WE ORDER! At least £18 worth of food in the past 2 orders. How can you miss burgers from not one, not two.. but all THREE kids happy meals! Mind boggling

Unfortunately lost about 1/4 of the drink as it was on its side when it was given to me. This meant all packaging was wet and serviettes couldn't be used. That was the only issue. The food itself was delicious and great delivery time.

Ordered 3 double chilli cheeseburgers from the “new” added items and they sent me 1 regular double cheeseburger and 2 regular single cheeseburgers. The incompetency is unreal.

Food. My wives latte was room temperature Service. No coordination . Had to get up twice to go get stuff that should been served with my order. The place was not busy so i expected a bit more attention but it felt as if we were begging for the food. Just giving the review because you can do better. I have had better service here before. And I left a good review.

This has got to be the worst McDonald’s in the country majority of there food is cold they generally miss something off orders and then when you call the person in charge has a snotty response, the thing is we didn’t want a refund constructive criticism should make a business do better bad management

30 minutes late, driver went to wrong address, he phoned twice saying he was at the door, he went to wrong door, his english was very poor, couldnt understand and word he was saying, told him unpteen times the address, wasnt listening, food was cold

I would appreciate if someone would contact me regarding an order from this morning. Part of my order did not arrive. I am being sent around in circles just do get a simple refund. A refund of my money! No help from the store. No help from customer services who is passing my onto Uber eats. Cannot get hold of anyone on Uber eats. Who will take the responsibility?!

Drove 10 minutes to got a burnt double cheeseburgers, three uncooked fries and some items were not taken by the person behind the till.

Very rarely do breakfast but I throughly enjoyed my breakfast selection today. Really glad I did it. Worth every penny.

The driver was not at fault he was polite.the Mcdonalds on the other hand is terrible of completing the order i am missing 5 sauces for my fries and chicken nuggets for the 3th TIME!!!
