Every time they send me wrong order.

one of the drinks had fallen over and spilled everywhere one person had no drink for there meal and my floor was cocovered with coke zero

How can you not put bacon on a BACON BIT TASTY?, do you even train your staff or just give out uniforms in happy meals these days? 3 times the same issue has happened incompetence springs to mind. And don’t get me started on the missing fries 🙄

Genuinely worst McDonalds I’ve been to, Staff look disinterested, constantly forgetting items off your order and when you get them they’re made incorrectly. would rate 0 if i could

Ordered delivery, simple chicken sandwich meal and and plain cheeseburger.fries were cold and rock hard chicken was like a rubber door stop I can't belive the people in this place can't get the simplest of tasks right 20 pound worth of food wasted not even any straws for drinks just takes the mic

Really don’t understand how they can forget so many items EVERY TIME WE ORDER! At least £18 worth of food in the past 2 orders. How can you miss burgers from not one, not two.. but all THREE kids happy meals! Mind boggling

ordered for asap and it arrived after 50min ice cold and unable to eat I think on a £14 + order the £2.99 refund is an insult

actually got served a decent amount of fries instead of half a pack. shame it wasn't a little warmer but otherwise good

Ordered 3 double chilli cheeseburgers from the “new” added items and they sent me 1 regular double cheeseburger and 2 regular single cheeseburgers. The incompetency is unreal.

Unfortunately lost about 1/4 of the drink as it was on its side when it was given to me. This meant all packaging was wet and serviettes couldn't be used. That was the only issue. The food itself was delicious and great delivery time.

Food. My wives latte was room temperature Service. No coordination . Had to get up twice to go get stuff that should been served with my order. The place was not busy so i expected a bit more attention but it felt as if we were begging for the food. Just giving the review because you can do better. I have had better service here before. And I left a good review.

No food was delivered with my order. Drinks only. Now have to wait for someone to respond to my email

Is the happy meal coming without fries? As i bought 2 today, non of them have a fries. Trying to call them but no one picking up calls or cut the call on me. Very rude and unprofessional staff behaviour

This has got to be the worst McDonald’s in the country majority of there food is cold they generally miss something off orders and then when you call the person in charge has a snotty response, the thing is we didn’t want a refund constructive criticism should make a business do better bad management

I would appreciate if someone would contact me regarding an order from this morning. Part of my order did not arrive. I am being sent around in circles just do get a simple refund. A refund of my money! No help from the store. No help from customer services who is passing my onto Uber eats. Cannot get hold of anyone on Uber eats. Who will take the responsibility?!

Drove 10 minutes to got a burnt double cheeseburgers, three uncooked fries and some items were not taken by the person behind the till.

Very rarely do breakfast but I throughly enjoyed my breakfast selection today. Really glad I did it. Worth every penny.

The driver was not at fault he was polite.the Mcdonalds on the other hand is terrible of completing the order i am missing 5 sauces for my fries and chicken nuggets for the 3th TIME!!!

The food was fresh, all there and the delivery driver was lovely. There needs to be an option to tip post delivery like on other food delivery apps.

Food as normal, but toilets a mess, didn't look like it had been cleaned for ages.

Delivery was on time but that was only because after i ordered, just eat obviously accepted 3 other orders on my route My estimated time when i accepted was 6.30 ( approx 30 mins from order) which i thought was acceptable but then the time just kept going up and up and up!! Ended up arriving just before 7.10! Not the drivers fault at all he was lovely but an absolute joke by just eat

Food order was correct but the fries were cold and hard several times this has happened ordered for my son n his friends and no one ate the chips wasn’t great at all but the cheese burgers were plain and the Big Mac was suppose to be plain no cheese came with cheese on so some only ate half the burger no milkshakes or ice creams available

Several burgers were cold, missing the barbecue sauce for nuggets. Ordered normal and Diet Coke and none of them were pressed to indicate which drinks were which, no straws or napkins and the drinks arrived spilt and 3/4 full.

Order missing a burger, fries and apple pies. The fries we did get weren’t cooked, took an absolute age to be delivered and delivery driver either had two deliveries before ours or was completely lost.

Incompetent staff and employees who basically don't give a damn!!! Ordered at the drive through, was told to park anywhere in the car park and the food would be brought out to me. Waited over 15 minutes, no sign of food. Went inside, ignored by staff, until eventually I got someone's attention. Told them what I had ordered and how long I had been waiting, they went to the back and came with my food to inform me that someone had been out to the car park but couldn't find me!!! Well they obviously didn't look as I was parked in front of the building!!! No apologies, just a smirk, disgusting service, rude staff, they obviously do not understand the concept of fast food!!!

The wrap, the fries and the apple pies were all soggy from the coke! It was so disappointing and disheartening! We pay with hard earned money and expect excellent service. Not like this! Couldn’t eat the food!
