Mcdonald's Restaurants in Sandwell

Whats the point of having 24/7 if at midnight it has some sort of service ir update and it doesnt work? Useless why the 24/7 either you are missing something from the menu or just dont work at all. Change your work time in that case, otherwise its useless, hope you get checked and get closed for violating rules of your own rules snd opening times! Got a lot of sware words on my mind, but you yourself know what you are!

the courier was on the spot time wise yet my food has arrived just 4mins layer absolutely freezing cold

Dropped half my drink the bag so my drink was half empty

this time the delivery arrived, unlike our order last Tuesday may 27 it didn’t arrive.

Great for quick food but something is always cold. I try and avoid Oldbury if I can.

Meal cold on arrival very dissapointed

no straws, no dips, no sweet chilli, sent 2 mcchicken sandwich meals when I ordered 1 big mac meal, spending £35 it's unacceptable

no dips, when your the person waiting for the shared nuggets, and there's no dips it's disappointing, other than that all good,tips in ordering, have your own sauce 😉

Arrived as a Disabled person to park my car in the Disabled bay ...the only one available....to find a security van parked IN It...despite spaces behind me TOTALLY EMPTY.....and the driver young and COMPLETELY FIT ....NOT GOOD...IS IT....???

The driver went too far out from my address and then took ages to get to me and my coffee and food was cold

We stopped by McDonald’s over the weekend for a quick bite, and overall, the experience was decent with a few ups and downs. To begin with, the restaurant itself was surprisingly clean and well-kept, especially considering it was a busy weekend. The floors were tidy, the tables were being wiped down regularly, and the self-order kiosks were working smoothly. It’s always a plus when a fast food place maintains a neat environment — it really sets the tone for the meal. We ordered our usual — a couple of burgers, some fries, and drinks. The food came out pretty fast, but unfortunately, the fries were a letdown this time. They were noticeably soggy and cold, which was disappointing since McDonald’s fries are usually a highlight. Maybe we caught them in between fresh batches, but still, quality control could’ve been better here. That said, the staff absolutely stood out. One of the employees noticed we weren’t too thrilled with our fries and actually came over to check if everything was okay. When we mentioned the issue, they offered to replace them without hesitation, which was appreciated. The second batch was only slightly better, but their attitude made a big difference. It’s clear the team was trying their best to make our visit a positive one, and that effort didn’t go unnoticed. In short, while the food wasn’t perfect, the cleanliness of the restaurant and the genuinely helpful staff made up for it. If the fries had been hot and crispy, it would’ve been a much more satisfying visit. Still, I wouldn’t hesitate to stop by again, especially knowing that the customer service is solid and the place is kept in good shape.

The order was late, so the food was cold. I had to run out my house to the next street as the delivery driver was on the wrong street and said he was outside. So I had to go that street to collect the food.

My wife and I had breakfast and the staff working in store made the visit very appealing with the table service.

This is my local McDonalds and customer service is always brilliant and the drive thru is decent. I gave 4 stars because sometimes the hot chocolates are diluted. However on this occasion, the hot chocolate was spot on. The staff are polite and hardly rude.

The only problem was the chips were cold and not salted whatsoever

i had accidentally selected the wrong address when ordering and I instantly tried to cancel and change the address but wasn't able to so I basically spent £15 on nothing. I tried to phone the driver but he was not helpful either and now he's selected it as deliverd even though that's not possible as I didn't receive any food and the food needed a code to even be classified as delivered.

Once again, a faceless delivery mess up from none other than mcdonalds, sent an order from instore out for delivery, with absolutely none of the right food in. And they've taken the phone off the hook at the store, obviously must've upset a few people today, when will the incompetency end, why bother doing delivery, if it never works right.

How can you forget a double quarter pounder when it's one of the main items in a 3 meal order? also everything was cold. rubbish
