You missed off my daughters meal we phone and got nothing but a load off rubbish no help for one second the food come freezing won’t be ordering from you again

There was a staple in my fries!!!!!!! I just ordered on Just Eat and I poured out my fries onto a plate to warm up and a staple fell out!!! I would imagine this was an accident, but extremely concerning nonetheless!!

Food was the worst ive had in the area beans so cheap and tasteless kids meal came with a aldi fruitshoot not originsl like advertised best thing was the ketchup

I ordered burger and chips which was meal and I told them if it is with fries they said yes.Later when I got the order they only give me burger..They litterely just scammed me.Dont reccommend

So my girlfriend walks in think ya can just chat her up pratt you are stick to serving not opening your big dirty gob.

When whom I presume is the owner/ manager the chicken is wonderful, however when this chaps not there it's bad , rock hard burgers clearly been kept well over their time limit, and fishy wings totally inedible. What's going on? Yes I go there to "chance" it , when it's good it's great when it's bad it's bloody rotten. Some staff can be rude and round up the payments,yes I knows it's a penny or 5 pence here and there but come on ! Stop robbing people when ur food can be great!

Second day of being unwell after eating here avoid like the plague

30% price increase virtually overnight on fried chicken? Think I've bought my last takeaway delivery from Dixy's Bearwood. Shame cause it's great chicken on a par with KFC but will not be paying KFC's prices. Looks like like a cartel situation across all Dixy's franchises local to Smethwick as similar rises across the board. Back to Iceland/Tesco etc to fill freezer with chicken wings at a less blatant profiteering increase.

absolutely horrible!! food went right through me and there were multiple hairs in my fries !! Has given me debilitating food poisoning, you get what you pay for : cheap and unhygienic.

Why are staff using there hands no gloves to put your salad on burgers . Totally disgusting standards . I caught them few times doing this. Place looks like it needs refurbishment. It's lacking hygiene standards and staff not using utensils or gloves when handling your salad on burgers . Yet there handling money and using same fingers to touch your food . Avoid this place

Ordered from here yesterday, it’s only about 5 minutes from my house driving. I think Sub zero from mortal combat must had delivered my food because when I got it which was only 20 minutes after placing the order, it was ice cold. The fries were cold, fillet sizzler burger was unsizzled and not spicy at all. Also had a funny taste like the burger was man handled before being wrapped up. Was not a fan and probably will not order from here again unless it’s late, we can’t decide what we want and I forget about this experience.

Ordered Lemon & Herb chicken, couldn't tell if had any flavour as the chicken was burnt. Delivery driver was miserable, think delivering was an inconvenience to him!

Terrible. Me and my boyfriend wanted a nice takeout. We found "Dr Chicken" on Uber, when it arrived we were greeted with Dixy Chicken food instead, which I was not happy with as I would've never thought to get Dixy, name on Uber was very misleading. I tried to eat it but first bite into my Chicken Fillet burger and there was just a bone out the end of the chicken, went through uber with this issue as it had caused my teeth and mouth some pain, didn't look thoroughly cooked either. My boyfriends seemed okay he liked it. But around 3 hrs later, he threw up everywhere, beginning to think we have food poisoning from this place as I feel sick with stomach ache.

Loaded box meal sizzler is that what you call it, I’ve eaten sweets hotter than this it’s just a glorified chicken burger with a bit of lettuce n sauce,burger was just luke warm,the chips were cold n soggy like they had been in the hot box since the afternoon… £18 quid for 2 meals I would rather have eaten a weatherspoons meal n that’s always hit n miss n cheaper best part was the Luke warm chicken wings,never again from this outlet…carl

I have been here only twice and every time the food has been outstanding. Highly recommended so much better then KFC.

Food was warm and fresh. Took a while to get there but was worth the wait.

We went to this branch of Dixie for the first time. It was a good experience, the guys were really polite. Definitely we had fresh chicken as we had to wait seven minutes extra for the chicken to be cooked the chips were fresh but it was little mixed with some old fries but that wasn’t a big deal overall experience, and the quality of food was great so here we are, another happy customer.

Good food on the go fr a good price

Disgusting. They should change the menu to Sizzler Pigeon Wings. Not even that ,but the Pepsi was warm as well. You had one job don't put the drink in the bag with the hot food. Yeah wouldn't recommend this one at all. The one at Selly Oak is way better.

Don’t waste your money. Ordered kid mini filet burger meal, not the actual bun and the chicken was literally the classic burger chicken ripped apart and put in a burger, Fries where definitely double dipped, beans cold. Just awful. everything is done cowboy style. Avoid avoid avoid

Having sampled quite a few different Dixy's around town; i wouldn't say i am a connoisseur but i know a good burger from a bad one! I have just moved down the road and this was my first visit here. I rang up and placed my order for collection and was informed it would be ready in 20 minutes. I did tell them this was my first visit here and that i am a little fussy but a guy called Sabir told me that i would not be disappointed. Having turned up to collect the order, the guys were very busy preparing various orders. I didn't have to wait around too long but had no complaints as the food was fresh!! I ordered a combo bucket with 6 pieces of chicken, wings, 4 fillet burgers, fries & a bottle of pop for £20! At first i thought it was a mistake but that was the deal on offer. When i got home my kids and wife commented that this was the best burger they had had for a while and i had to agree. The buns were warm and soft, the fries were fresh as well as the chicken. All in all this was a successful mission and i will be coming back. Keep up the good work.

Foods good, however what I witnessed when the food was being prepared is awful, 2 delivery drivers put their hands in chip tray when it's covid 19.This is disgusting. Otherwise the food is way better than KFC and Mcdonalds.

Food was not nice at all and prices are way too high. I have been to other Dixy's but this is by far the worst. Staff were also slow and did not look like they knew what they were doing.

The food and service from Dixy Chicken was just shocking. I made a delivery order at 6pm it arrived at 7.50pm. Almost 2 hours for some cold chicken is just shocking. In fact The only thing hot about my order was the fries. And after waiting over a hour with no delivery it took me to call the restaurant to be informed about my order and to be told they only had 1 driver so I would have to wait for my order. I asked if it would still be hot on arrival, they informed me it would. Unfortunately this was definitely not the case. After I received my COLD/LATE order I complained only to get more disgusting customer service from the restaurant manager, who called me a liar and said the food was hot. It was in fact not the case at all. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The food is appalling and the service is WORSE!! Don’t waste your time or money.

We have regularly bought food from Dixy Chicken at there various locations around the West Midlands and find there food consistent and the service reliable.

I purchased a 14 bucket meal and the man who served me said 10/15 minutes waiting time but I ended up waiting 43 miniutes for my food however someone else came in and ordered a 8 piece meal and got a 2l bottle of pop however mine came with nothing. I will never be buying food from here again. And didn’t even get the right amount of food I was supposed to....

Me and my boyfriend always get take away from here as the food is always tasty and the service is always fast! With reasonable prices and filling food. The chips could be a bit crunchier but the chicken is always great!

Absolutely shocking the chicken had a hair fried into the coating and it was a human hair you contact them to ask for a refund and all the owner did was shout and say I send new stuff out who want to eat from a place that frys the chicken in the same fryer that a hair has been in the fryer worse service ever used this place loads of times never had a problem before but after the treatment and the fight I had to get a refund it's vile I will never use this place again

Ordered food from here many times before and never had a problem, however, today our food was sent back as there was a grey hair fried into the double fried chicken wing, which wasn't part of our order! Called the restaurant and the manager was rude, wouldn't listen and said it was a chicken hair! Had a nightmare getting our money back as he wouldn't except a refund even though we hadn't eaten the food, why would we eat the food after that?! Absolutely shocked at the change in service and disgusted in the standard of hygiene. Will never be ordering from there ever again!

We ordered food for delivery and it took over an hour to arrive. When the driver did arrive, he apologised for the delay, which we were appreciative of. We shared out the food, and noticed the order was incomplete. We contacted the establishment, who advised us they would deliver the food. To date, it hasn't arrived. The food we received was poor quality, and the chips were undercooked. Worse Dixy by far.

I feel ripped off every time I come here. The quality of food is very inconsistent and they get the orders wrong most of the time. 4.29 is too much to pay for a wrap meal that only has one tiny strip of chicken.. By far the worst franchise of the chain I've been to,not worthy of the name...

Had the supreme burger which was chicken fillet, salad, cheese and a hash brown was really nice. The chicken was fresh, thw bun fell apart a little on the top so maybe could have been a bit fresher but tasted nice. Chips are quite a bit portion, slightly soggy but that's how I like them. Slight wait time for the hash brown to be cooked but good value. Would return.

The worst customer service I have ever had had a delivery to my house some of the food was cold,the chicken I asked for was fish and I can't eat that!i ring back and the so called manager tells me to shut my mouth after asking for food sent back out and my money back!!! If you want something quick, cheap and easy this is the place if you love chicken. Prices are unbelievably cheap for the portions and nicely spiced chicked. Service is fine apart from one guy who was clearly having a bad day when I went there but normally they are very friendly. Only problem is parking which is a nightmare so you have to go round the corner in the car park which used to be free but now charging 40pence per hour.

Ordered food and had to wait 30 minutes for a fast food order - Not good - the till operator had poor english and the order was delayed due to a delivery driver trying to rush an order through - the delivery driver had food in his hand as he leave the restaurant with fries shoved into side of the bag and his hand full of dixy food - very odd the order charged was incorrect - the food was burnt and very poor taste as compared to normal dixy restaurants -

Fresh and the tastiest chicken ever! Definitely recommended!
