The best restaurants serving Fast food food in England

When chairs are moved very noisy could have better furniture. Food ok chips are still the best double cl still really good. Just very noisy

We went through the drive through after a long drive back up from a few days away, told to park up upon arriving at the collection window, after waiting half hr with no food arriving my wife decides to head into the restaurant, nothing happening with our order! This place is a joke run by the most incompetent people, meant to be fast food, that’s the whole point of a drive through, order, drive round, pay, collect and leave, not wait and wait with no food in sight then have to go collect ourselves! Sort yourself our McDonald’s, the should be a refund policy if you don’t get your food within say 20min of being asked to wait then full refund!

We ordered our food and by the time we got it it was almost cold. There was food ready for collection and sat there for 20 minutes before I left. Part of our order was missing

Absolutamente vergonzoso servicio. Esperé más de media hora cuando ni siquiera estaba ocupado para mi pedido de una comida vegetariana de lujo y patatas fritas para mi amigo. cuando pregunté sobre mi comida nos encontramos con un muy grosero “está en camino”. Nos dejaron parados durante una cantidad ridícula de tiempo esperando nuestra orden mientras los trabajadores estaban parados en el área de la cocina hablando pausadamente entre ellos. Para un restaurante de comida rápida parece que les está yendo muy mal en lo que deberían estar haciendo mejor.

Absolutely crap this mc Donald’s it’s my local one so have to come here every time I come I waiting at least 20 mins and longer for it what the hell is wrong with this place give ya the mc flurry first it’s melted by the time ya get ya actual food

Fui dos veces a este McDonald’s dos veces para pedir una hamburguesa de pollo comida más grande y las papas fritas faltaban. Intenté de nuevo más tarde para pedir una comida de envoltura de barbacoa y la envoltura faltaba. Renunciar completamente a McDonald’s y simplemente usar la camioneta de kebab por el club de fútbol. Por lo menos tienes tu comida entonces. Evite este lugar a toda costa e ir a otro lugar. Traté de llamar para avisarles y no tuve respuesta alrededor de las 7 pm 3 veces.

Llamé en la unidad sin embargo y pedí una comida de pila de queso filosofal, tuve que esperar 15 minutos, lo llevé a casa y tonto pensé que una pila de queso filosofal habría tenido todos los quesos puestos pero no en estilo puente de marus tenía 1 pedazo de queso de goma en ninguna cebolla o salsa, este lugar es una broma patética y debería ser candidato para el peor premio para llevar.

Muy ocupado, la comida estaba fría y tenía que conseguir re - hecho. Entiendo que estás ocupado, pero el personal parece que no le importa! Sé que McDonald’s es una cadena popular de comida rápida, pero con la popularidad de la misma, esperarías que entiendan lo ocupados que pueden estar.

First of all a pigeon entered McDonald’s then took they’re to bring my boyfriends milkshake and it was warm then I wanted a a happy meal toy they gave a book with the excuse that they don’t have toys then I ordered an apple Pie and it had no apples in side and it was very oily and then I had to go to the counter like 5 times to bring my order. Never coming back terrible McDonald’s

Told to wait in a bay they'd fetch meals out 15 minutes wait,stone cold when arrived home 5 minutes later,never again will I visit the Pitsea branch

Disgusting food delivered by Just Eat, nothing is what we ordered. Tried to phone McDonalds 13 times to get a refund but no one answers. Burgers were disgusting, like eating dog mess. Ordered 20 chicken nuggets that never arrived, never even ordered burgers.....

Very awkward and exclusionary policy in place here. I was forced to use the self service kiosk. Not great for someone who is visually impaired and has real difficulty seeing and using these things. I have tried to use them in the past but the order was always wrong and therefore my fault. So i was forced to pay again to correct it. On this occasion i just left rather than going through it again. Please just let people order in the normal way!

The most expensive McDonald's meal I've ever had with my family. Be careful where you park as I parked at the sturbucks car park next door and issued with £100 parking charge.Parking operated by MET - private land. You are allowed only 1h free stay and we only stayed for 47 mins. Will never go there again! The place was filthy as well.

Empty restaurant and 2 cars in drive thru but still took 20minutes to get my food from counter (shocking service considering its supposed to be a fast food restaurant) got home to cold fries lukewarm coffee and burger that looked as if it had been run over won't be using these again, no staff attending the counter or even checking customer to make sure everything is fine, in my opinion the customer service is appalling and looks like no training has been given in that area or in the preparation areas either just so shocked at the level of service for such a supposed highly regarded franchised company
