McDonalds in Reigate and Banstead

We ordered our food and by the time we got it it was almost cold. There was food ready for collection and sat there for 20 minutes before I left. Part of our order was missing

Ordered online. Received cold, time stamp from Macdonalds of when food was processed was 45 mins before I received this. It had been made promptly then left sitting there awaiting driver. Obv arrived cold. Fries were half empty and they missed part of order. Shocking

No legend chicken and fish burger shrunk . So I got a Big Mac I can only describe it as a salt burger with after taste . No vanilla shake today . The food has just gone down hill . I would go to Burger King but their food is awful too now . Always hated Redhill decor since the scribble on wall design .Looks like a London slum

As I'm busy 7 days in the week ,that's no time for private live or even cook food , so occasionally I was happy use Uber and for quick delivery McDonald's service . Unfortunately every time food is coming sagy , cold and looked bad .also some Uber drivers are rude or looks unhappy to bring me food to my door or if they can't find my flat , they always cancel my order but I'm charged anyway. That's my last time to choose McDonald's or even Uber eats service .

Bad food I never eat there again, even the Uber eats just as bad never order with them again, never trusted there anymore

Double bacon hash brown and coffee. Terrrible. Hash brown cold. Exchanged for another cold greasy one. At 5.30 in the morning no other option. Certainly wouldn’t recommend

As you can read by the pictures captions, one of your workers had decided to tell someone to h@ng themselves, absolutely discrasefull behaviour never known anything like it.

Ordered via just eat, the delivery driver called us multiple times as he couldn’t find where he was going even though my address was clearly on the order? When he called me he was walking, he was walking for around 10-15 minutes before he actually arrived. Our food was stone cold when it arrived, absolutely freezing cold and tasted disgusting. The chips were like rubber, the burger was cold and tasted stale. I would not recommend in ordering from this disgusting place again plus the delivery drivers they have our thick and have no idea what there doing !!!!!!

Absolutely great, used to laugh at the people having the maccy d Bol*ocks but was roped into coming with the bloody kids. Ended up getting a big mac meal and it was absolutely outrageous. Proper good scran. Would go again. Up the Villa

Order 3 large meals on delivery at 18:10 via Uber eats. Food delivered at 19:30 was expecting it to be cancelled. Half the meals are missing and it’s stone cold. Phone Mac Donald’s “ oh it’s not our problem “ then hang up. Trying to jump through hoops now with Uber eats to get a refund. Surprised at both of their responses. I certainly won’t order from Uber eats again nor from this branch of Mac d. They don’t care when it’s a delivery as they can get away with it

I took a menu and a Sprite without sugar. It came our full of ice cubes, watery no Sprite taste. The next day I could not stand up or walk, I was stick. I arrived home and had some tests. I had bacteria în my kidneys. I know that all McDonald's places have been checked and some were closed, because bacteria were discovered în the ice cubes machines. A thorough control should take place and the machines closed. I was în danger, I still am, the bacteria complicated my health. I want the ice cubes machines closed and the glass drinks forbidden. Ordered via Deliveroo after a busy day at work. Half the order was missing and that of the correct order that did arrive was freezing cold. A couple of additional items (that we don’t like therefore remained uneaten) were in the same bag, so it wasn’t even as though Deliveroo accidentally gave us wrong bag. To add insult to injury, receipt for CORRECT order was stapled to side of the bag. At least this will encourage me to eat healthier now and boycott them for good

I walked in and was served by a friendly staff member. A lovely welcoming smile. My food was given to me promptly. My food was excellent and a manager came to check if all is well with my meal.

Went in at 21.45 and ordered chicken burger and a drink. There was 1 order on the board!! 13 minutes later I'm still waiting!! 10 orders waiting now as well but the staff were just talking about their personal life!!

The service was unfortunately sluggish and it was very busy, however got my food and everything else was fine.

I was visiting Redhill (405 bus from Croydon), so I popped in here for a bite to eat. I used the self service ordering system which saved time. I had quite a wait, but as the place was packed (it was school holiday time) then I think that's fair enough. Staff were very polite, and the food very well priced. Can't fault it for what it is, but I would have given it five stars if I hadn't waited so long.

I have not been to McDonald's for a number of years. But my grandson wanted a happy meal so off we went. Well I can only say how disappointing it was. People queing and complaining of how long they were waiting. Food going cold whilst the staff stood aroundgtalking to who I believe must have been the person in charge. Definitely not a fast food service and people sending food back that was cold. Disappointing visit.

Today I had to use the down stairs loo as the upstairs loos and tables close at 7pm I was only in the loo for less then five minutes now as I am a girl I take longer than a men, I have girl needs I was accused by an ignorant man who spoke to me and my mum in a fowl manner. I did what I needed to do which was use the toilet and change my pad I was quick I wouldn't of taken that long if the soap tap was working, I didn't appreciate the man who was a general public saying to me and my mum in a horrible way and with a bad attuited saying you took ten minutes.

Typical McDonalds. You know what to expect here. Nothing great, but it fills a gap & is pretty consistent!

The last time I was in the Redhill branch of mr Kroc’s parlour of wonders, I was in the need of some nutrients following an inhibition detox in London Town.

Not much can be said about McDonalds other than it can get very very. During the peak times (15:00-18:00), expect to wait upwards of 15 minutes for your food. The staff have always been pleasant and are yet to get an order of mine wrong.

I went to order food on Tuesday 27 March when I found that two customers had been waiting for 20 minutes, one customer had to catch a train to get home and he walked out, the other customer had a taxi, he had to get a refund on his order because he could not wait anymore. When it came to me ordering my food it still took them 15 minutes wait for me todomy order and when it came for me to ask for extras like super ect they would not let me have them. I am so annoyed about the service and the time it took to be served not just for me and for other members of the public. There was only 8 customers on the restaurant ordering food and I only saw 6 members of staff and we still had a 20 minute wait to get served so what the hell is going on in the restaurant ?????

Lovely staff but not enough o them!...long queues...chips cold by the time you get them...toilet stinky and very small...why does such a busy establishment have so few toilets?....

This Mc Donalds is just accross the road from Redhill bus station and train station. Perfect location if you want some fast food.

Waited for ages to be served. When I ordered they didn't have any milkshakes. Asked person on till to wait a second so I could ask my disabled husband what other drink he wanted as he was sitting down. I was only gone a few seconds and she had started serving people who were behind us. Que was out of door so we didn't wait. Spoke to manager who was just as rude.

I assumed the electronic ordering system was installed to speed up the process of placing one's order but as many reviewers have stated it's slowed down to a snails pace.

This is fast food at a snails pace, something that has started since the electronic ordering boards have been installed. With staff preferring to chat while prepared orders go cold/melt.

What's to say McDonald's food is the same we're ever you go so it not the best food but it not bad ether.

Swung by the other night having picked Iz up from Gatwick. She was late landing and starving after her Easy Jet flight experience from Berlin. We did try the Horley Road McD but it was after midnight and had just closed.

It is a McDonalds but a scruffy untidy one with poor service levels - its all too much trouble. I am a big Mac specialist and the one I got was badly put together, I complaned and they changed it, this one was luke warm and they changed it again. Not the best visit exoerience

Very quick service today and great customer service. The food same as usual it's the same everywhere.

I was in there yesterday with my granddaughter-this is really trivial but nevertheless I think needs a mention. The little stickers on the fries carton I won a chocolate muffin I sent my granddaughter up to queue firstly at the ordering corner she then was given the number 19 to queue up again, she came back with nothing rude girl said - you have to be 16 no sorry - I then went up and said it was for me can I collect it - NO - you have to be 16- I'm 71. I said I have a walker so I sent her up for it - quote - Rude girl again - You have to be 16

There's not much you can really say about McDonalds. They are good at offering fast food at very cheap rates and they do it well. The only complaint about this one is all the teenagers hanging about doing nothing but shouting and acting like teenagers do. Its only like this is the evenings but can be annoying and make you see red. Apart from that, its ok.

Pleasant well trained staff, clean tidy environment, pleasant fast service , food reasonable, full McDonalds menu, toilets reasonably clean but upstairs and no lift so not good for disabled.

Pretty much the same as the rest of them food wise. Town centre restaurant so no drive through. Handy for a bite to eat while in Redhill.

Chavvy mums in pyjamas. Kids fighting. Bored useless staff. Crap food. Drug smell everywhere. Rubbish ordering system. Chavs crawling over it like flies on a dog-poo. Could do with nuking at starting again. Along with most of Redhill.

I have reluctantly used this McDonalds for over 20 years and it is consistently the slowest service you can imagine and you always need to check your order as something will be missing.

I was in the area and needed a caffeine fix and also warming up. (It was -3 outside).

As with many other chains the menu gives no great surprises but it's good enough and compatible with most. Only point to note is that there is not a Drivethru available,

Ordering is a bit like shopping at argos and adding whole new speed to fast food so we just take away. We don;t otten go to these but they do offer a quick solution to hunger and that;s about it

Fell asleep for 20 minutes after 1 person at the till and my order gone of the stupid ready screen, up there straight away as normal and surprise supprise not ready. It goes off and never get it whereas today 2 people at 1 till and instant food

Recent installation of electronic ordering boards have helped with queue's at the till however staff seem to spend a lot of time socializing with one another instead of getting orders prepared.

This is like drug central. Sit by the windows and watch the dealing going on, it's actually quite entertaining, but don't let them catch you watching! Awful recent revamp. Bouncer most evenings, if you want a burger, get in, try to buy (not easy) and get out! Or, get a Big Mac and a bag of weed for a tenner!

After ordering at the till I was given my receipt with number '58'. When number 81 was being called out I knew something wasn't right. I went up to the counter and had my receipt snatched off of me. Everyone working there seemed very stressed and no one seemed to know what was going on. It turns out, someone had turned off one of the computers which meant my number 58 was more like 88?! No one apologised and after 15 minutes waiting I was finally given my order. Wasn't until I got back to work to eat it that I realised they'd not given me what I asked for after all of that! Won't be returning to this store!

Its a typical McD's. Cheap fast food that tastes good. The only down side are the kids that seem to hangout in the place as they don't have anything better to do with themselves. Can be a bit annoying listening to them talk like idiots but at the end of the day its not like you go there for the entertainment.

You know what you're getting why are you even reading this review. It's fast cheap and tastes alright.

This is a normal McDonalds selling the normal menu. Nothing to get excited about but at least you know what your in for here. Very clean, good clean washrooms, friendly staff sometimes. Nothing more to add.

Pretty average all round really. My wife and I love a McD breakfast and average is pretty good I suppose but that is a fast-food franchise for you. Catch up with the USA though, some people like all-day breakfasts.

I swore off MCD's for 20 years. But there was a late night time I needed a quick fix. Very automated touch signs and quick. Tables clean but many regulars off the street. Downstairs bathroom for civil service only, but often open. My issue is that their Fri/Sat 24 hour service attracts all the drunks from Redhill clubs, and the single magnet for disorderly conduct--placed near the bars and the train station. This sullies the desire to spend any time near the location.

A group of 6,we stopped here for a quick bite to eat, we were served quickly and found a place to eat. It does get very busy!

Waited 9 minutes for a meal I would normally wait 2 minutes for. New style McDonalds in Redhill is a NO NO for me. KFC understand the system and you get serviced within 5 minutes. Fast food has taken a turn for the slow. At least the food was Luke warm.

Visited early morning, no one I there at all. I was killing time waiting for train to work. I waited 25 minutes for my breakfast meal, dreadful new system of ordering meal/drink.

I used to work at a Macdonalds in my youth and loved working for them. The training to ensure quality product and customer service was exceptional. Standards have clearly dropped since then.

This, like all the macdonalds is a secret weapon. The fries are abused and the burgers taste like sludge. dont get me started on the chicken nuggets.

Redhill Macdonalds is so busy that after ten minutes waiting to be served I had fush and chips instead from the shop opposite.

Macdonalds as you'd expect it. Newly refurbished. upstairs seating area. No parking but parking aailable nearby. Very close to redhill train station. Plenty of town idiots hanging about outside constantly.

Been a while since I've visited Redhill McDonalds, will be a lot longer before we return again on this experience! Branch refurbishment has obviously looked to modernise with an impressive looking self-serve order station and an Argos-style "order status screen" but this seemed to leave just one customer-facing member of staff and a number busy in the background.

Having ordered a bacon wrap, why was I surprised to find a chicken salad when I got home. Useless. Staff have been replaced with "order stations" yet even when using these they still get it wrong. Avoid like the plague unless you don't mind a lucky dip with your order.
