Ordered on the app for a quick drive-thru. Was given one drink and told to park up and they would bring it out. After waiting a good ten minutes the ‘hot’ food turned up but no Coffee or McFlurry, so we had to wait another 10 minutes. In the meantime people had parked, gone in, returned with food, eaten it and left! Food was cold be this time, McFlurry the wrong one and we were fed up with the hassle. Didn’t even get a receipt to fill in the survey - I wonder why!!

The delivery driver called me a “big boy” (NOT TRUE) They swapped my garlic mayo dip for sweet chilli. (HOW DO YOU CONFUSE THE 2) The bloomin big mac has no monopoly stickers on it (RIGHT SCAM) Why did i just pay 12 quid and all i get in return is a god damn small fries bag. Absolute sham of a fast food chain. Next time ill just go to burger king or even god forbid a god damn chicken time. 0/10 do not recommend even if you are homeless and straving. Would rather suggest you just get a coop meal deal. Well disappaointed :(

Nice fast food McDonald's. Very clean in the seating area and toilets. The food was good and the staff were friendly.

Food cold. I cannot give my children cold food. I suggest the drivers dont deliver so many orders. For people to get their food hot. Will not be ordering from mcdonalds afain

The food was very late and the food was cold and soggy.

Orderd at 7 its not 9.20 and its still not here, the time just keeps getting extended and im beginning to get the hump! Hangry is an understatement!!!

Was waitinf over 2 hours for my order, driver had gone awole. And the driver randomly now reported it as delivered at 22:00. And it’s currently 21:26. Will be ordering from Ubereats from now on.

Both drinks had split out so ended up having no drinks. Both tops were off which means they were not put on properly by who ever dealt with the Order. So not very happy about that, the food however for the first time in years arrived hot.

Food came over an hour after I ordered it and the burger and chips were stone cold when I got them. Really disappointed.

I thought the Redhill McDonald’s was bad- this was much worse! Drinks had leaked a lot and were flat, everything was cold, the lettuce was underneath the burger- who does that!! I have dietary requirements and requested no tomato and it still had tomato in. When I went to remove it the burger was so soggy it all fell apart. Absolute fail. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Best McDonald's in the area/county. The ambience, cleanliness and staff friendliness is top class which makes you want to visit this store more often. The store in Redhill gives the exact opposite vibe, unfortunately.

Ordered the new milkshake grimace but got delivered a coke????? Also didn’t ask for the code at the door?! I thought that was to prevent theft of order?!

Coming from America, you have a certain expectation for McDonalds outside of the country. Usually you’re are greeted with subpar food and service. Not at this one. This is by far the BEST McDonalds in the area… even all the way up to London. When you arrive you’re welcomed to a clean restaurant, well decorated and friendly staff. The food comes hot every time I’ve been here and breakfast is my favourite time to eat. It’s never been too busy in my experience and I love seeing the manager cleaning and sweeping himself while also greeting customers with smile. I now live in the area and this will be my go to one. Haven’t tried take away or delivery as I love to come to eat in.

Really friendly and efficient driver dropped the food off. It was well packed, hot and tasty.

amazing as always. tried the new Grimace milkshake and it was soo delicious highly recommend anyone try it if you enjoy a nice fruity flavour.

Pointless order board, tells your food is ready to collect 5 minutes before it is.... annoying and reduced to 1 star _________ After refurb, pretty good self service is a bonus and the orders ....... Drive thru can get manic and people badly park which restricts traffic flow and then causes more blockage ... No pedestrian access to site .... OK, can get really busy.

Delivery person left it by the door and didn't call us prior to the delivery as we asked.

The best McDonald’s around the area, always clean (there is a great guy with multiple stars on his badge, he’s so kind and devoted to his job and he is always tidying up and cleaning!) and the place is really nice inside and outside! I would give 5 stars but I have to say that after 1 year of being a client I have been disappointed by the manager. I went more then 1 hour before closure and they turned the ice cream machine down. The employee at the till wanted to make our ice cream, the manager said no. Are you even allowed to do this, mr manager? Remember there is always a higher boss and your shop needs money to run. You lost £10 on that evening

I have reviewed this McDonalds one star because I have to inform you that I tried to call this location and they picked up but I was in the middle of my order then they hung up and I am disappointed with this. Then I went to the location and I tried to explain what happened but they just ignored and then they just left to me I feel very disgusted with the actions that McDonalds has done so in favour McDonalds has lost a loyal customer.

Food fine , app gave a free item being on Friday. But have been charged for free item and app doesn’t update in or Eder to query at the time. Total rubbish.

Everytime they will forget something or will put something wrong. This time we just arrived home and one of the burgers was missing. Also no nappking and no any sauce. I cant go back there as Im not driving…Im just sitting on table with my kids, without my food on my plate…😞

Ordered a drive thru for the children. Got home it was the complete wrong order. Phoned up and complained. Wrote my details down and said they would replace food next time I was in. Went to get replacement food a week later and denied writing order down and refused to replace order. Absolute disgrace. Matt was the shift manager I spoke to and wasn’t helpful one bit. Stay away from this very badly run drive thru.
