McDonald's in Reigate and Banstead

Only got half a coke as the rest had spilled in the bag. The food was lukewarm at best.

Driver was lovely but drink was spilt and chips where stone cold

the courier was extremely rude because he couldn't find my house he hung up on me and told me I've wasted his time I will be taking this further, I have never had a problem before very disappointed by this service.

One of the better outlets kept spotlessly clean inside and out. Much better than the Redhill one... mind you that's not hard to beat..

Great staff here and breakfast was wonderfull.

Good quick McDonald's. Food was as expected and table service was friendly. The car park was a bit small but I always found a space. Outside seating is good and a play park close by.

Grabbed a quick bite and a coffee between jobs, burger wasn't the best, the now rather expensive Toffee Latte was tepid and the service staff at the window were very abrupt and shy of offering the usual McDonald's pleasantries found at most of the other branches by way of trained necessity... Sadly, it seems they all missed the memo and the lessons at this franchise. I'll skip past this one in future and go to Redhill or Crawley. 👎🏽

Delivered someone else’s order!!

got the wrong order , the delivery driver got away too quick and didn't give us a chance to check . They shouldn't say it's been delivered before they've even knocked on your door , am waiting for a full refund .

Pre ordered food and parked to await delivery. After 25 minutes there was not a single meal bought out to anyone. Went in to complain, not even an apology. Terrible service no one cares the manager just disappeared. Disrespectful

This McDonald’s went under re imaging for a while and is my first time back after they open. I got to say they’ve done an impressive work with the place.

All the food was cold! The burgers tasted like someone had poured a whole load of salt and pepper on them. One of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever had!

I wouldn’t recommend the barbecue sandwich thing - it’s leaves a LOT to be desired!

Ordered on the app for a quick drive-thru. Was given one drink and told to park up and they would bring it out. After waiting a good ten minutes the ‘hot’ food turned up but no Coffee or McFlurry, so we had to wait another 10 minutes. In the meantime people had parked, gone in, returned with food, eaten it and left! Food was cold be this time, McFlurry the wrong one and we were fed up with the hassle. Didn’t even get a receipt to fill in the survey - I wonder why!!

Driver refused to give disabled person with new born food and the money has come out of my account

The delivery driver called me a “big boy” (NOT TRUE) They swapped my garlic mayo dip for sweet chilli. (HOW DO YOU CONFUSE THE 2) The bloomin big mac has no monopoly stickers on it (RIGHT SCAM) Why did i just pay 12 quid and all i get in return is a god damn small fries bag. Absolute sham of a fast food chain. Next time ill just go to burger king or even god forbid a god damn chicken time. 0/10 do not recommend even if you are homeless and straving. Would rather suggest you just get a coop meal deal. Well disappaointed :(

McSpicy Chicken was so tasty, as were nuggets and all variety of milk shakes just brilliant for top up meal

Was waitinf over 2 hours for my order, driver had gone awole. And the driver randomly now reported it as delivered at 22:00. And it’s currently 21:26. Will be ordering from Ubereats from now on.

Both drinks had split out so ended up having no drinks. Both tops were off which means they were not put on properly by who ever dealt with the Order. So not very happy about that, the food however for the first time in years arrived hot.

Food came over an hour after I ordered it and the burger and chips were stone cold when I got them. Really disappointed.

I thought the Redhill McDonald’s was bad- this was much worse! Drinks had leaked a lot and were flat, everything was cold, the lettuce was underneath the burger- who does that!! I have dietary requirements and requested no tomato and it still had tomato in. When I went to remove it the burger was so soggy it all fell apart. Absolute fail. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Best McDonald's in the area/county. The ambience, cleanliness and staff friendliness is top class which makes you want to visit this store more often. The store in Redhill gives the exact opposite vibe, unfortunately.

Coming from America, you have a certain expectation for McDonalds outside of the country. Usually you’re are greeted with subpar food and service. Not at this one. This is by far the BEST McDonalds in the area… even all the way up to London. When you arrive you’re welcomed to a clean restaurant, well decorated and friendly staff. The food comes hot every time I’ve been here and breakfast is my favourite time to eat. It’s never been too busy in my experience and I love seeing the manager cleaning and sweeping himself while also greeting customers with smile. I now live in the area and this will be my go to one. Haven’t tried take away or delivery as I love to come to eat in.

Really friendly and efficient driver dropped the food off. It was well packed, hot and tasty.

amazing as always. tried the new Grimace milkshake and it was soo delicious highly recommend anyone try it if you enjoy a nice fruity flavour.

Pointless order board, tells your food is ready to collect 5 minutes before it is.... annoying and reduced to 1 star _________ After refurb, pretty good self service is a bonus and the orders ....... Drive thru can get manic and people badly park which restricts traffic flow and then causes more blockage ... No pedestrian access to site .... OK, can get really busy.

Always something missing in the order. Even when you put notes in it’s like they just chose to ignore them.

The best McDonald’s around the area, always clean (there is a great guy with multiple stars on his badge, he’s so kind and devoted to his job and he is always tidying up and cleaning!) and the place is really nice inside and outside! I would give 5 stars but I have to say that after 1 year of being a client I have been disappointed by the manager. I went more then 1 hour before closure and they turned the ice cream machine down. The employee at the till wanted to make our ice cream, the manager said no. Are you even allowed to do this, mr manager? Remember there is always a higher boss and your shop needs money to run. You lost £10 on that evening
