McDonald's in Reigate and Banstead

I’ve eaten a few times in store and online order, every time they get the order wrong and get no apology from them. They need to focus on the orders instead of how quick them do them.

Don’t get a delivery from here! 60% of the time they miss items off. How hard is it to put the correct items in a bag. Yet Redhill can manage it with no issues!!!

Service is horrendous. Went through renovation and they’ve made it worse. Meant to be fast food but they make you park up everytime even if you’ve ordered 1 thing off the menu. Shambles of a fast food service

As McDonald's goes, this one is up there with best. There's plenty of parking, nice and wide car park spaces off a fairly busy main road. The road on the property is newly tarred. Lots of seating areas inside & outside the restaurant on hard seats. There were some soft seats on long tables, but they were like bar stools. The service was fast and cheerful. They have lots of touch screens for ordering food. Fast payment or touchless payment on all the screens. The food was expensive though, gone are the days when a McDonald's is a cheap alternative to going to a full blown restaurant. £22 for a McChicken sandwich meal and a chicken burger meal with 5 chicken strips. They also have a drive through, which appears to get service preference. The wait time after the ordering was roughly 5 minutes. The tables were clean'ish, and there was a wireless charging point on the very left of the table. That's a clever idea for a quick charge while eating, although I doubt it gets used, because everyone I saw in the restaurant was eating and scrolling at the same time. There is also a QR code menu on every table. Again McDonald's are doing everything right, to stay in that fast food modern lifestyle. It was also surprising to see the manager sweeping the floors, cleaning up the throwaway areas. It's always good to see managers leading by example. Overall one of the better McDonald experiences, beating London in my opinion, and it wasn't too full when we were there.

DO NOT! Go to McDonald’s at night, it’s like the quality drops from decent for a fast food chain, to AWFUL in a matter of hours, from 7pm the staffs attention spans seem to go out the window, i dont know if they switch staff for night shifts or not but the service was appalling but not nearly as bad as the food, the chips where undercooked, we ordered a large and it came in a large box but with a medium portion, they didn’t even have the decency to fill up the drinks all the way, this is the second time we’ve gone late at night and they half fill the drinks and the milkshakes taste like they’ve been mixed together. I thought, maybe the burger will be good, NO! It was tender although it was dry and hard, the only good thing about this meal was the Minecraft packaging which was covered in grease, several people where on their phones and the manager didn’t look like she cared, other people complained and they got an eye roll and their new order slammed onto the table, it’s completely un acceptable! If you’re gonna have a job do it well, otherwise what’s the point!

We always use this restaurant for convenience.

Sat at a table. Excellent value. Excellent service. Food brought out. Ordered on an app. WiFi available. Wireless charger to rest the phone. Yes I am talking about McDonald's! Definitely the right place for me 😀

Never get my order right at the drive through. Almost always something missing. So annoying.

Burger was cold and stale. The coffee was nice but the cardboard lids ruin the taste. Milkshake had an off taste and wasn't mixed correctly. Wouldn't go back

Victoria Arcade is a retail arcade with lovely shops in a magnificent Victorian setting. Worth a visit.

Rude dismissive staff. Used points to get a free double cheeseburger they took the points and charged me anyway and got part of the order wrong.

Absolutely terrible every single time. Always a couple of items missing or incorrect, I ask for plain burgers due to allergies and they are not capable of listening and executing an order. Shocking service as always

Poor, very poor. Ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese meal. I don't think it was physically possible to get any fewer fries in the box and the burger was just 2 plain burgers.

I dont really eat a lot of mc donalds but this time when it went the food was so good and normally very short waiting time for the food.

I dont know who is at fault. But my order were delivered to me super late, I waited for almost 2 hours. And the moment I got it, everything is ice cold! Like I waited almost 2 hrs for these! I want a refund. This is a very disappointing and disrespectful service.

My son ordered McDonalds through the McDonalds App. Delivery was wrong, so he got in touch with the store and they said they couldn't do a refund online, he would have to come into the store for a refund. Next day we went to the store for a refund and was told by the manager they couldn't do a refund, we would have to contact McDonalds HQ. My son contacted McDonalds HQ who told him they couldn't do a refund, he would have to contact Uber Eats Delivery (even though we hadn't ordered through Uber Eats). He contacted Uber Eats, who said that as it had been more than 48 hours they couldn't refund the money. Contacted McDonalds HQ again, explained the situation and was told we'd have to contact Uber Eats. So here we are, after more than a week of trying we're back to square one. Well done McDonalds, happy to take a teenagers money even if you don't deliver what was ordered.

Foods warm and everything’s to order (could be a tad hotter) the delivery was quick can’t fault that but the service this morning… I don’t know if you’re short staffed or what being i order from this McDonalds a lot and will continue to do so but today was slow, i order this just gone 7am and it’s almost 9!

ordered as a treat for kids, delivery time at order was 7.10 but after being put back three times it arrived at 8.38 which meant kids had to eat late, Very disappointed in the service!!

Yet another completely wrong order. This time, not a single item I ordered for four people arrived. The driver blamed McDonald's, and McDonald's blamed the driver. I requested a full refund, but now I’ve had to go to McDonald’s myself, only to be told they can’t do anything and that I need to contact Just Eat. This isn’t the first time there’s been an issue—orders are constantly wrong. Very disappointed with the service.

wow wow wow the bbq ranch stack is absolutely delicious and bbq sauce and ranch sauce go perfectly with the burger giving it that gorgeous moist juicyness my new favourite. thanks mcdonald's Earlswood and food arrived hot fresh and amazing.

Drivethru at night is awful. Only one speaker works and queue is slow. Young short large black girl has bad attitude and doesn't seem to want to be there. Fries are always soft and burgers hardly any salad and Luke warm. The morning table service is way better, very friendly and helpful - but they are older staff and seem to care more.

Still very poor overall service and pointless display boards ----- Pointless order board, tells your food is ready to collect 5 minutes before it is.... annoying and reduced to 1 star _________ After refurb, pretty good self service is a bonus and the orders ....... Drive thru can get manic and people badly park which restricts traffic flow and then causes more blockage ... No pedestrian access to site .... OK, can get really busy.

restaurant staff are imbeciles. can not read whats ordered. it's only sauce but can not get the right one. it seems to be every time!

Staff are pretty friendly and polite but the burgers are always lukewarm, you might occasionally get lucky and get a fresh one but most of the time they taste like they've been sitting for awhile.

Good quick McDonald's. Food was as expected and table service was friendly. The car park was a bit small but I always found a space. Outside seating is good and a play park close by.

Great staff here and breakfast was wonderfull.

Grabbed a quick bite and a coffee between jobs, burger wasn't the best, the now rather expensive Toffee Latte was tepid and the service staff at the window were very abrupt and shy of offering the usual McDonald's pleasantries found at most of the other branches by way of trained necessity... Sadly, it seems they all missed the memo and the lessons at this franchise. I'll skip past this one in future and go to Redhill or Crawley. 👎🏽
