Great food and great service every single time number 1 kebab shop in Redhill

The food was pretty good but took a bit of time to make 2 quite simple things.

Ordered from here twice now. The 1st time I asked for chicken with dip, had to say it 4 times, the middle-aged man serving kept thinking I asked for cheesy chips. In the end I got chicken WITH cheesy chips which I didn't want. I also ordered baklava which was supposed to have 4 pieces but only came with 3. Pretty sure he tried charging me for the dip even though it was supposed to be included in the price (he argued with a younger staff member over it). The second time I went to order from them my husband and I wanted 2 x 9'' pizzas which were advertised as being on a deal for £14.50 (1 x 9'' pizza normally being £8). Same middle-aged man wanted to charge us £16 for them, when we insisted they clearly have a deal written on the wall, the man wasn't interested, used some lame excuse that the system won't let him change the price. Won't be going there a 3rd time.

Visited Town Kebab 6 months ago but wasn't impressed. Tried again today and now recall what I disliked. Now I know a doner Kebab is not a healthy choice, but when cooked well, is absolutely delicious!!!! The meat was dry, left over from last night? There really was not enough fat to give it flavour, also the pitta bread had not soaked up any fat. Fat is bad for you, but as a treat, a doner is a wonderful thing. Sorry, but cannot recommend Town Kebab Merstham, there are better kebab takeaways in the area, you just need to know where!!!!

Pathetic portion size not worth the money I genuinely feel like they must have accidently left half my kebab in the shop to receive a bit of pitta with 4 tiny chunks of meat in it for over £10 disgraceful chips didn't seem fresh either

This is a scam place… I ordered food here thinking this is Merstham Kebab which is on Nutfield Road… but this is Town Kebab, their food is rubbish, their using others business name for their benefit. Don’t go here, I don’t recommend this place.

The staff have changed the new staff he is rude, we had our donner inside after few minutes he started to turn on the fire alarm until we left the shop the moment we left the shop he turned off the alarm, I asked him Way is the alarm so noisey? his replay was you are talking too much. What a disrespectful and rude staff!!! The donner meat was half cooked

It’s a good place, but the chicken nuggets taste a little funky. Idk it just don’t taste right, like sometimes they taste bomb, but most of the times... it ain’t the same. But overall it’s a good place.

I felt it only fair to review this place again as I use it alot and this time it was spot on unlike my last review. So I guess if food establishments it makes a difference on who cooks ya food and kind of day their having. This time I was on way home from work walking from station so phoned them up as didn't want to wait when there. I asked for the quarter pounder with cheese meal (£6.00). When I got there it was ready, nice and hot just the right amount of salad in side burger, chips cooked right with perfect amount of salt and vinegar on - it hit the spot alright. So this time was far better than last time I did a review. I will be back.

I feel bad having to do this as owner (Iman) is really a nice guy. Usually I have a squewer kebab which are perfectly fine but this time it was late at night and they had cleaned the grill for closing time so I tried a small donner. It was barely warm and when I opened polestryne to eat it walking home there was congealed white fat on the carton. That's formed by the grease as it cools down. Not nice - hope the foxes enjoyed it as I decided to pass. Total waste of £5.50! 😕

Alas I was starving and hung over so went in here for a burger meal - £6 (for a quarter pounder with cheese, fries and and a can of pop). After waiting an age old boy didn't ask if I wanted sauce on me burger or if I wanted salt and vinegar on my chips (I assumed both would be standard as I wasn't asked). Only when walking away and deciding it would be cold by time I got home that I should eat it on the move did I discover there was no ketchup on the burger which tasted so bland (zero taste atall) and worse there was no salt & vinegar on the chips making them so darn dry - also for something freshly cooked the food seemed barley hot - to top it off there were no servettes or chip fork in the bag (one or the other would of been nice so either I could wipe the grease of my fingers after eating or to avoid getting grease on my fingers in the first place be able to use a fork)!

Get their pizzas they are very nice!

Awful food, the workers appeared so lethargic and miserable. I had to say 4 times that i wanted meat and chips, the meat was the worst meat ever tasted and the portion was so small, the chilli sauce was tastless never will order from this place again

They put chips straight from the fryer into polystyrene container which made the container melt. Can't be good for you. And melted polystyrene doesn't taste good either.

Bought chicken kebab. Pitta bread left separate from the chicken in a carrier bag. 1st build your own kebab I had. Kids chicken bit pink had to bin. Old kebab shop was really good. Won't use again.

Absolutely disgusting. Chicken sheesh stunk like it had gone off. Chips were soggy as anything!
