Best burger I’ve had in a long long time Exemplary service

Shame chicken fillet dry & not given correct salad or sauce not point me giving what I want. Never go there afain

Waited longer than planned first delivery was wrong, waited another hour and then the second order was missing elements but worse the meat had bites out of it

I ordered from this place on UberEats. First thing is the food came exactly like the pictures. The only down point is that they pour the selected choice of sauce on the meat itself. I would prefer the bread separate from the kebab but it is the personal preference. The kofte kebab is delicious. The doner kebab is dry out but overall is good. Halloumi portion came in whole and complete but would have been better to come with a sauce. The food was salty overall but would recommend to try it.

Ordered on line, quick delivery but missing items. Ordered chicken and chips, received dry chicken and no chips- very underwhelming- not using them again!

Total waste of money, spent £14 on a chicken shish and it arrived with 2 small pieces of chicken. Called the restraunt to complain and they said there is nothing they can do and hung up on me. WASTE OF MONEY AVOID!!!

We ordered the large mixed kebab and it was delicious, from the bread to the fresh salad. Staff were so kind and lovely, and the service was super quick.

Just as good as a kebab in Millwall, if not better, which I don't say very often. Could do with a pub.

Absolutely upset. This is usually very nice and helpful but in this occasion completely ignored my phone call order and then they were rude on the phone therefore I will not be ordering again!

The doner kebabs used to be nice, fresh and hot. It has gone down hill. The last kebab was cold and swimming in grease and fat. The pitta bread was soaked in fat.

My family have been going here regularly ever since i was born (I am 26) and this will always be my favourite kebab, the food is always great. Nothing beats them.

I ordered through uber eats and while the food being cold I will put down to them, the quality was poor, the burger was dry and lacked the salad I had asked for, the chicken kebab was okay but the container it came in was on no way going to keep it warm, and the chips also were not packaged suitably for the journey to me. I have had better from most other places.

Very bad customer service no fork or spoon or even tissue

Lovely dinner here had kofte and donner wrap and chips and it was lovely maybe best kebab I’ve had. I’m working up this way and was well impressed food was spot on and the staff all seemed nice blokes 👍

Quality of kebab had dipped in period post lockdown but has now returned to previous levels... however prices seem to have doubled in past five years which means I visit much less frequently. Poor value.

Asked for large mixed Donna wrap.... Got regular lamb Donna pitts

Kebab was very tasty although had small pink blemishes on the meat, smelled and tasted good. Terrible amount of chips and not nearly enough sauce. Also got baklava and was left out of my order. Not worth the money at all.

Overall it was a disappointing experience - simply asked for the doner and chicken shish to be well cooked and it wasn’t, not first time, shame as if they done that I’d be a regular!

Its not a place you go for the atmosphere. The food is excellent Very tasty Be sure to ask for no onions of you don't like them as they tend to pile them on if you don't ask them not to but if you order correctly it's an amazing take away 👍

Paid £12 for the chicken shish kebab and it came with 4 tiny pieces of chicken!! Extremely overpriced!!

Far too expensive for what it is

I’ve got a takeaway from here several times and the food has always been really tasty. Each time I’ve ordered the chicken shiah kabab and chips in pitta bread. I would order from here again and would recommend.

Just demolished my flame grill mixed grill. So delicious …. definitely will have this again! I highly recommend!

Had another lovely meal from here. I’m really impressed with the new packaging as the food was presented really well. We ordered a mixture of kebabs & two of the chicken fillet burgers. All kebabs were soft & juicy, really tender meat. The burgers were also great. Thanks Flame Grill!

We ordered dinner from them. This was our first time ordering from their restaurant. Worst experience ever! Food was tasteless and cold. Rice was a mixture of old and fresh rice with a terrible mixed taste. There was a male hair inside the rice. NEVER AGAIN.

Food was lukewarm and tasteless. The Halloumi Pitta tasted dry, rubbery and reheated. The kababs were poorly presented. Clearly not a patch on what they used to be. Avoid.

Foods ok but better than all the others in the area. But is WAY too expensive. I eat up London quite often so I’m used to paying over the odds but this place does take the mick.

Worst kebab I've ever had flavourless and dry and came in some plastic tub like something you give to children to eat out off. Then you got to build it your self! No napkin no fork. Waste of money and my time

If I could give it 0 stars I would! Ordered through Deliveroo, messed up half the order so requested redelivery and they still messed up. When going in to order they always mess up also. Can’t seem to read their own menu apparently!

Just had a lovely Doner kebab from Flame Grill - weve found a few kebab shops locally have gone down hill and someone recommended us to Flame Grill It did not disappoint… the lamb was so tasty and there was so much salad. We will def be back

Don't bother selecting individual salad items online, they will just not read it and chuck it all on for you to find when you get home with it

I went to this store yesterday. I ordered a lamb wrap. They got the order wrong twice! The lamb was not cooked properly. And now I am very sick. I would Avoid this takaway at all cost.

Very disappointed to be honest. Been going here for many years. But tonight. I ordered a large Donna and got a small. Food wasn't hot like it usually is. Meat was burnt.

Been using this place for years but not for the last year during covid scare. Normally things were generally ok except for the order today. Phoned at 18:00 and collected at 18:25. For a start the order was wrong with items missing, it was all cold and the chicken was dry. The salad was chopped too small and the chilli sauce was more like a damp powder than sauce but no chilli heat at all. Considering it cost just over 30 quid I am sorry to say that I will think hard and long before using them again.

Had chicken Shish and donner kebabs. Both lovely, good quality meat, lots of salad and tasty chilli sauce but very small size portions for a large especially bearing in mind cost.

I come to this superb restaurant often as I like the good air that is part of this place. The personel is highly helpful and professional. The service is impressively efficient. Needless to say, the food you get is great. I frequent often and I was never disappointed. The rate is honest. I suggest this restaurant to all my friends. Also stuff is all Friendy its good porsen

I love this kebab shop, the quality of the meat is amazing and the salad is delicious, not just soggy lettice and onion like a lot of other places, plus a whole cooked pepper on the flame special. I never get that greasy sick feeling other places give me. I'm a food snob, my husband is still shocked I eat kebabs lol but only from here. Plus as a retired chief I'm impressed by the cleanliness

Visited Flame Grill for lunch and had the chicken shish wrap & chips. The meat was very well cooked, nicely charred and moist. The staff were polite and welcoming. I highly recommend!!

I just turned around and left I won't risk catching COVID (or anything else) because people wont wear a mask properly.

so 1st off when trying to order a kebab , being told bossman said i can go early so i turnt off the the grill isnt a excuse in my eyes, its 9pm on new years eve. alot of people will be ordering out, tonight....

The cheese in my cheese burger was a bit sludgy but everything else was decent chips were nice and I don’t know why my friend likes it so much

Bad attitude, overpriced and small portions. Moved to Banstead and had hoped for a decent takeaway - will be heading back to cheam for a good kebab.

Been there today,,, not very welcoming place and ordered two quarters chicken with chips and burger. Chips were cold and chicken was horrible,,, somehow managed to eat burger,,, never go back ,,, so far most worse kebab place I have seen.

The owner of this shop is so caring, he still remembers my dads order even thou he cant get out to buy it himself anymore! Great food too!

We used this place regularly about a year ago but they kept getting the orders wrong so decided not to use any more. Gave it a go today and guess what, still getting the order wrong. Orderd a quarter pounder with chesse, got no cheese or salad. Large donner with chilli sauce, got mayo. Maybe that was to try and mask the fact the meat was hard. Oh and the portion sizes have got smaller. God only knows what you get for a small donner. The two chicken shish kebabs were fair. I certainly wont be returning.

Best kebab around. Used get get flamingos in coulsdon as they do delivery but it went downhill so tried flame grill and haven’t looked back. The meat is so tender and tasty and the salad is the best!!! Wish I knew what they used on the shredded cabbage as it’s amazing!

We ordered 2 small Chicken Kebabs and a large Chips - Got home and you could barely call it a small portion of Chips, it was ridiculous. We didn't expect to have to check our order before we left as it was such a simple...

don't bother I called with a order waited the time they said when I arrived and give the order name they wanted me to tell them what I wanted clearly hadn't made my food and replied blunt and rude wont ever get my custom again

Small portion and very expensive

Burgers not cooked all the way through, chicken not cooked in the middle, chips warm and not cooked properly, bin job for the lot. Not happy

Very poor quality meat and the meat is very dry with a funny taste. Over priced far better keebab shops around.

Sadly Rubbish Were the only ones in the shop when we arrived, took our order, then the phone did not stop ringing for takeaways, our order was a long time, with part of it sitting on the counter, end product cold food, under done chips, ended up putting most of it in the bin.

Ordered a large lamb doner- nothing unusual from a kebab shop (Sunday evening granted) unfortunately it was unedible. I returned it to the graceful gentleman behind the counter (quite the opposite) and treated like a complete fool in front of multiple customers and advised that all the fat I had separated in the box- was not fat?! Seriously come on. At least I got a refund and free greasy fingers

Just dropped by on my way home from a meeting and bought a Mixed Chicken & Shish Kebab. Absolutely superb with lovely meats, fresh salad and hot chilli sauce. Served with a smile too. Highly recommended
