Terrible store - never (ever) get an order right. Delivery from the app is the worst as it nigh on impossible to complain or get a refund. A shame on the McDonald’s brand (and that’s saying something!)

Had the pleasure of using the drive throught was told because there busy can I park up I did was only given the burgers no drinks or fries I asked the girls she said I had already had them (I didn’t ) so sh came back eventually with fries and 5 drinks no holder when I asked she looked at me and just laughed poor service and the food was cold definitely one to avoid

Did drive through with grand child early afternoon. Didn't get exactly what was ordered ( sauces) and the food was cold, the fries were not cooked , still frozen inside. The food was taken home so errors not practical to return , which should have done. Very poor food.

Possible the worst McDonald’s I know. Never really had any issue with all other McDonald’s in the surrounding Bath and Bristol area, but this is my local one to my uni accommodation and it sucks! Everytime I go in, I end up waiting about 20-30mins, which is fine when you are busy but slightly unreasonable when all I have ordered is a drink. Ordered a Big Mac with my boyfriend for takeaway, we got it home and when we opened the box there was only one burger patty! I understand hospitality is very tough but to forget the main component of a meal is just a bit off. Ice cream rarely is ever working, the fizzy drinks syrups frequently run out and your drink is just still water until you ask for them to make it again (which will take another 15 minutes). If you order a wrap, there’s a chance that it will be wrapped extremely poorly, with holes and rips in the wrap itself. This place is just all round not great and would strongly advise using the m and s or Lidl next door and settling for nice snacks or oven chips and nuggets to get your moneys worth.

Just Ordered a large big & cheesy meal, a medium big & cheesy meal, an apple pie and caramel pie via uber eats order 13c3b and only received 2 burgers and drinks and the burgers were completely cold, so still hungry despite ordering dinner

Got to be said this was a painful experience After ordering at the drivethrough. I drive up to the pay counter and was greeted by the most miserable human being I ever had the opportunity to meet. After taking payment she then proceeded to tell me to drive to the next window. After waiting for what Seemed like ages watching the staff having a laugh and joke I was then offered completely the wrong order. After telling them it was wrong i was then told to park anywhere in the carpark I then waited for 20 mins for a simple breakfast mcmuffin. The young lad was apologetic but really 20 minutes for one burger! Won’t be visiting here again. Too much hassle for such a simple thing. This place could use some management in place as they must be losing money hand over fist! Surprising for a McD’s

I don't actually know where to begin! I placed an order via Just Eat at 1pm delivery time said 1.35 - 1.50pm and driver was at restaurant . The time changed to 2pm then 2.45 so nearly 2 hrs after order was placed!. Tried to cancel no luck tried to contact Just Eat no luck whilst on the phone food arrived at 3.10 to be told by driver that McDonald's had forgotten to make up my order. Guess what some food was missing ( coffee was there so that was something) so I called McDonald's lovely young lad answers the phone I go through everything and he tells me to call him back in 6 mins. So I left it 12 just to be sure . Now currently being told by automated bird that BT call screening is in place and they won't take my call all while sipping my McDonald's coffee. Oh forgot to say Mcflurrys were delivered and thumbs up for the Halloween one añd the Twix Toffee apple one!! Thing is I know McDonald's is short staffed and I also know how team work is very important, that's just not happening at the moment . I'm going back to my coffee now

What a shocker!! There can’t be anyone managing this branch it was chaos. When someone finally asked for our order on the drive through we were then told to park up and wait 2 minutes for a Big Mac and fries (time was 12.04pm). Bearing in mind I had two kids in the car we waited 23 minutes in total. Have never seen a service as poor as this and when I asked the guy who bought out the food who the manager was his response was “I don’t know”!! Hold your heads in shame your an embarrassment and I would rather travel to longwell green in future….muppets!!

What could possibly go wrong with an order of a Sprite and 2 cheeseburgers with no queue in the drive-thru? A 30 plus minute wait. That’s what. How is this place even allowed to operate when their staff are so horrendously incompetent and clearly not managed at all?

The new Mighty McMuffin and the new Potato Waffles for breakfast are very delicious, absolutely good value, and the coffee is always hot and tasty. Fast service within 5-10 minutes, the staff are nice and friendly. I can say that the breakfast at Bath Weston lock is unbeatable. Giving 5 stars is trustworthy. I would recommend everyone for breakfast here.

Stopped for coffee and festive mince pie 🥧. Nice little McDonald’s. M&S and curry’s is part of the complex too. Clean and tidy inside

Excellent accommodation, a beautiful large room, wonderful spa. The swimming pool is small. Easy parking. Superb restaurant and bar.

The breakfast is always good and fast service in the morning, drinks are always hot and good, never let you down on a nice breakfast is delicious, I would recommend breakfast to everyone.

Fabulous staff and a lovely ambience in the seating area. Love the table service. The food was excellent and our children were given balloons and crayons by Bisa

Not serving cars in order staff rude management rude when questioning service took over 20 to get 2 drinks more interested in service then got the order wrong and wouldn't change it. I will not be returning nor will my family or my work team who use the location regularly. Worst service I have ever had at a mcdonald's

I got a meal with no buns and they literally remembered I didn't like big buns and they did not lie. I ate all the meat, all of it. Well apart from the lamb. Back of the net.

I'm not very good on the ordering and an amazing Asian girl helped me even though I kept changing the order.I had to wait 20 minutes for the order as there were 4 Just eat orders waiting. The burgers had obviously been sitting waiting and were dry and unpleasant. The chips were lovely. There was no milk shakes. Shame really. It used to be very good.

I ordered here on the McDonald’s app, the app told me that everything worked and my bank also showed that the company had taken my money. I then go to collect my food and I’m told that they didn’t receive my payment and won’t give me my food, but to pay a second time. I was then told that if it turns out I’ve been charged twice was to come back and tell them. This has happened to me before and I’ve been charged extra by McDonald’s because the system at this McDonald’s doesn’t work. When I showed them my bank statement showing that the money has gone though, they still didn’t want to help me in any way. The service and the food at this McDonald’s is shocking.

The chaos caused by the continual queues of traffic for this drive through is ridiculous, they should not be allowed to operate if the flow of customers cannot be managed swiftly as the queues cause traffic problems on the main road and it’s dangerous.

Always getting app orders wrong. Absolute shambles. Shame there is no alternative in the immediate area.

I love this place it's like walking back into the 50s, there is a lovely long haired manager their who has such a lovely singing voice. Not only did he take requests and sang the entirety of James Blunts Back to Bedlam album at our request, he then performed a one man show of Starlight Express, he even had his own rollerskates. This place is the jewel in the yellow arches crown.

Went through drive through, very quiet, burger fine fries cold again!! This is the second time we have been here and both times cold and rubbery fries!! They need to not leave food hanging around getting cold. Have had a delivery from them which had much hotter fries!!

Popped in here for breakfast. New breakfast roll on the menu. Great staff service and cleaning protocol. One way system inside as well

Absolutamente horrible conducir a través del servicio, cada vez que visito me dicen que entre en una de las bahías de estacionamiento y espere mi pedido, ¡este no es un servicio de comida rápida! 10 minutos para que llegue la comida, ¡entonces se equivocan de orden cada vez! Y la comida siempre está fría como la piedra. este servicio necesita mejoras, no lo visitaré de nuevo, eso es seguro.

Limpio, ordenado y amable. Grandes puntos para el servicio de mesa. La razón para dar cuatro estrellas y no cinco fue el hecho de que en mi doble salchicha y mcmuffin de huevo solo pude obtener un tocino individual adicional. ¿Por qué no puedo obtener el doble? ! So me and my boyfriend decided to take a trip to mc Donald’s for some hangover food. As we were ordering my boyfriend wanted a double bacon cheese burger, which we were then told they don’t sell but a bored opposite advertised the burger. They ordered the wrong food. No drips or anything came with the cheese bits. We where over charged as they had placed items on our order we didn’t want. Food was absolutely terrible as for the customer service was just a utter joke. Would not be coming back her again. Would rather go without. When trying to ring them back no answer every time. Would not recommend. Also ordered mozzarella sticks but revived the herb cheese bits which where like rubber.

The place was filthy, food all over the floor, bins not emptied.tables not cleaned . The food, when it arrived was luke warm . Other customers were complaining about service . No apologies given . The shame of it is we regularly stop here for a quick lunch on the way to Bath and are usually quite happy with the service but this was awful. In future we will now go to the M&S cafe opposite or Costa next to Lidl

Ordered via Uber, failed to deliver, no one would answer the phone, Uber app was terrible and I was unable to get any resolution. Had to order again else go hungry. Very angry and expect a refund. Uber are also disappointing.

We regularly stop here me and some of my team, and have to say since the refurbishment back last year, the service from some is appalling and the waiting times are getting longer and longer 5 minutes stood at counter waiting to order then 12 minutes wait for 2 cups of coffee absolutely ridiculous.

I always try to go when it's quiet so always quick as it is very popular. The vegetarian options are not great but it mcdonalds what do you expect, the menu is the same in all of them. Mostly go for the cheese bites!

Mate I stg I ordered a Big Mac and chips and was order number 48, my friend ordered the exact same thing nothing extra nothing less and was order 49, she got hers BEFORE ME, and then I had to wait an EXTRA 5 minutes. Bloody 62 was called out before me are you taking the piss maccies fix your rubbish service and read the god damn screen in the order they come up.

A craving for McD's led me back here, but we avoided the drive-thru, as cars were parking up all over, even in their neighbour's restricted parking area (total lack of respect for a neighbouring business). It was a busy lunchtime, however that's no excuse for fudging a plain burger...by adding cheese..(no respect for food intolerances)..a problem we didn't pick up until we had left and started to eat a few minutes later, plus a barely warm big mac. The local Environmental Health need to get in here big time.

We’ve yet to use this drivethru without problems, however our last trip was particularly bad. Took our order and payment and then told us there is a wait for food and to park in the designated parking bay. 10 minutes later I had to go and ask (politely) where the order was, got an unfriendly response and told there was a girl taking it out. Found her wandering around looking at cars, none of which were in the designated parking bays where customers are told to wait, and given order....which turned out to be incorrect.. Staff were then messing about shouting at each other out through the booth.

A rare trip to Mc D for a Flurry, drive through closed,table service cancelled so a lot of people stood around. Wrong orders, cold orders all being given back. Restaurant a mess. No control of what was going on by anyone. Eventually after waiting 25 min I finally got 2 Ice creams, they were not even half full but I was throughly stressed by the chaotic experience so left. I complained through the website and got a generic response which means nothing will actually change.

Got a take away when I got home the 2 comes I got with the meal was flat and warm and the MC flurry had hardly any ice-cream in it!!! Unfortunately this is not the first bad experience I've had down here

Este restaurante se reformó en 2018, la cocina se reconfiguró y se agregó una unidad. Créeme, pensé que este restaurante era bastante lento y lento antes de la renovación. Créeme, es mucho peor. Visité una noche para tomar una cena rápida ya que mi otra mitad estaba enferma. Entro y ordené desde las pantallas de autoservicio. El restaurante estaba ocupado pero principalmente en el área de recolección de pedidos. Esperé alrededor de 25 - 30 minutos para recoger mi pedido y luego, cuando llegó, el pedido estaba equivocado. Regalé el batido de plátano (pedí chocolate) a otro cliente en la cola que parecía que lo necesitaba.

Arrived at 930am to order a breakfast on drive thru was still waiting some 40mins later. Very disorganised would be fair to say no management to organise, and when I did finally get my meal I then switched a young lady tidy her hair something which clearly needs attention. If your in a rush don't use the drive thru, no height restriction though layout very tight for someone like me driving a LWB transit

Service was dire, waited ages, didn't get half of our order and had to go back. A suggestion to Macdonalds...hire monkeys they'd probably do a better job!!

Parking can be tricky at busy times bit fine for us. Nice friendly staff and prompt service. On the way out of city towards bath uni campus

Bueno, primero, tiene que esperar una cantidad de tiempo ridícula para ir de un punto a otro, el personal es miserable y no lo que describiría como competente y nuestra comida estaba fría. ¡Siempre hace frío! La comida tampoco era como debería haber sido con sus "especiales" que se suponía que tenían 2 empanadas de carne para tener solo una. Comida absolutamente desagradable. No volveré con mi familia y la única razón por la que no devolví la comida fue porque ya tenía que irme y ya me había ido. Lugar vergonzoso.

After waiting nearly ten minutes just to get from ordering point to paying point, I had to wait a further 7 minutes from pay point to pick up point.

We needed to get breakfast before dropping off daughter at green park uni campus. Breakfast was great. Not long to wait and all good.

Ubicación práctica para estudiantes cerca, Twerton y salvoconductos por este es un típico McDonalds pero sin coche. Estoy más que feliz de ir en ser servido.

would say this is a very busy place, staff dont seem happy and friendly. cleanliness was ok. toilet could do with a deep clean. food wasnt that warm, better to go in when its quiet so food made to order so will be hot

Mi marido y yo fuimos a MCDONALD'S Spa de luna de miel, durante 3 días, cuando llegamos nos dijeron que nos subieron nuestra habitación, que era una verdadera sorpresa encantadora, y cuando fuimos a la habitación, había una botella de champán y mano tarjeta escrita, felicitándonos por nuestra boda, que era muy agradable. Esta es nuestra segunda vez en este hotel y no será la última. El personal es muy amable y muy atento, spa es preciosa. Gracias Personal mcdonalds y Gerente, sigan con el buen trabajo. Found three hairs in my burger which was stone cold. Luckily I was only here as a one off...the McDonalds near me is at least edible

Parado con mi hija en el camino de vuelta a casa. Pensé que olía raro en el aparcamiento. Como la grasa utilizada. Pero no creo que mucho. Algunos tiras de pollo y una hamburguesa para mí. Ninguno lo era comestible y terminamos poniendo. Hamburguesa era viejo y seco, el pollo sabía extraño y las papas estaban fríos.

Went to maccies on my lunch break to indulge in their normally delicious milkshakes I ordered a vanilla breaking the mould from my normal chocolate choice, I left the premises a happy man but to my disbelief with every sip I took came another flavour, which clearly meant the previous person hadn't wiped the rod, this is not the service I've come to expect from such a fine diner, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

no way. i would never go to a mcdonalds when i go somewhere as lovely as bath with lots of lovely restaurants. we went to cote restaurant when we were there as many of the good restaurants were fully booked.

I visited this one in the morning, had the usual double sausage McMuffin, service was good, restaurant clean and the toilets nice. The food as always was what you expected, there was plenty of seating thoughout and so this is one of the better ones to visit, it was open super early so if your up early after your big night out then go and enjoy the sites and pop in
