Goood heat good food just cold fries

All food delivered cold, driver went missing off of tracking app, 50 min wait time

Burger and chips completely stone cold, absolute joke, food came late. I think delivery driver picks up multiple orders at once and they just sit in the bad for ages. Shocking

I ordered my food and it took an hour and a half in total for the food to get delivered, when it got here the food was freezing cold, the chips were soggy and tough.

Missing items and the drink was a empty cup

Really good fast food, in the city centre around by 2000 years of history, food was good and very clean, local kids are respectful in mcdonald's and staff are very polite

The tables and floor were filthy. A lady was changing her four year old on a table. There was no salt, pepper or other items such as serviettes. A ghastly experience.

"Disgusting toilets" We had food, normal McD stuff, all was fine except the waiting time for the food, definitely a lot longer than usual. Myself and my wife then used the toilets. Well, it was so terrible we both commented about it. Puddles of urin on the floor, toilet bowl filthy, soap despencers empty, and hand dryers not working. We flagged our concerns to the very young female manager who rolled her eyes, shrugged her shoulders and didn't even apologise for the state of her restaurant. Take note McD you need to get this place in order before environmental health get involved........... Some how.......

Had pancakes. Always a challenge to eat with the ridiculous knife and fork that they supply, but even with decent cutlery it would have been pretty much impossible to cut through these pancakes due to the outside edge of each one being extremely hard. I couldn't eat them. A complete waste of money.

I ordered just before 18:00 and the food came in at 19:16, the latest it’s ever come in, and it was stone cold, reheated takeout isn’t great.. There was not tracking on the delivery either and the eta on delivery kept getting later and later. Most of the time, my deliveries are good, but when it’s like this, it’s really disappointing!

It was breakfast time after a weekend evening, so the service was inundated. When mine eventually came, it was not appetising.

Tuvimos que esperar 30 minutos para conseguir nuestra comida. El lugar estaba seriamente con poco personal. Tampoco se nos permitió sentarnos, ya que después de cierto tiempo es solo para llevar. No hay señales que le digan esto a nadie, así que si pides, puedes quedarte a comer fuera en el frío. Alfold and didn't get my sauce

I had to wait 25 minutes for a simple double cheeseburger. Once opened the burger had one edge squashed with finger marks, cracked bun and soaked in a disgusting amount of ketchup. Disgraceful service and from the leading brand in 'fast food' you would expect more. Burger binned, money wasted, made me late for my train, put me off ever eating in a McDonald's restaurant again. Went in looking for a quick bite on a Saturday afternoon. As it was a Bath RFC home game, I was expecting it to be jam packed, but it was normal. Ordered okay, waited a fair time for order. Came okay, nothing wrong with it. All good. Burger was hot, my sons order minus pickle was correct. Good stuff 👍🏻

This is the worst McDonald's I've been too... on 2 consecutive days for breakfast we waited 25 & 30 mins, so called fast food. Staff looked like they were very much disinterested... No toilet rolls and they needed a good clean. I hardly ever write a review but this place is truly shocking ....NEVER AGAIN....

Maccies Bath is in an absolute state. Likely understaffed, consistently highest wait time of any maccies I’ve ever been too. 30 minutes sometimes for a simple order. Machines are always broken too. Other than that it’s a bog standard maccies.
