Delivery was late, food was cold missed an item from my order and no sauces! So disappointing

Missing items, incorrect items, pretty poor.

where do I start lol . ordered 2 cheese burgers and 2 mayo chicken from the saver menu - but got 1 cheese burger and 2 mayo chicken burgers . 1 bacon mayo chicken burger and 3 mcspicy burgers. happy days right ? no lol can't eat spicy food so the mcsoicy burgers went in the bin . food was perfect though .

Never gets delivered from Macdonalds!! The map is terrible and doesn’t have my postcode in the right place

I did not received my food order at all and can’t contact anyone at the time ! I’d like a full refund please. This was for my child who was waiting to go off to his Grandpas funeral. Only 4 tables available to sit at and upstairs closed, the tables that were available were filthy. There were no napkins available to wipe the table myself so had to use my own tissues. 1 toilet available for all customers. No table service available either, only collection from counter. Food was put in bag even though eating in was selected, and fries were put in the bag upside down. I mean come on!

This place was dirty, tables not cleaned, food on the floor, and bins overflowing! To top it off, no fizzy drinks! Bad day for McDonald's ☹️

Absolute shambles. My daughter waited over an hour and a half to be served cold fries and a melted Mcflury. Others had been waiting for over 2 hours. When my daughter tried to complain about it, she was ignored by the clearly overworked and overwhelmed staff. A very disappointing experience.

Worst service I've experienced at any McDonald's outlet throughout UK. Slowest fast food I have ever known. Order on screen, get a receipt if lucky with your number on then wait in a crowb not unlike a cattle market. This is general service here every time I have been, will no longer use McDonald's as they have allowed takeaway service to undervalue foot trade in restaurants. Honestly, people were stood holding their tickets like some gigantic raffle and getting delighted when their number came in ....and paid for the pleasure of mediocre cold food .

I've been to this McDonald's a bit so this is based on all of these experiences. On the whole, food is good/average. Mistakes are made sometimes naturally but staff are more than happy to correct - just check before you walk home! It's a bit disappointing that most of the time, McFlurries and milkshakes do not seem to be available, though. It would also be nice to have the sauce tap things again. On the service side, it's clearly very busy. A lot of the machines don't print receipts so pay attention to your number, I've never had a problem from not having one though. Sometimes I end up having to wait quite a while, and it feels like a lot of the single item orders/smaller ones are being fulfilled before the bigger orders (3 meals in one order) but I don't have a lot of knowledge about McDonald's order processes. Another disappointing thing is that the upstairs is shut quite a lot, sometimes quite early. This is the main seating area so it's not very friendly towards families - it was shut very early (5pm or so) on one occasion.

needs another kitchen. I feel for the employees here especially when KFC around the corner are sat waiting for customers a lot of the time

burger's where freshly made to order . taste was amazing. whoever put my burgers together I thank you . Best burger's in a long time . arrived 20 mins early from latest estimated time. delivery driver was also great to because he played a part in my burgers arriving early . Chips were underportioned big time, and luke warm, obviously just sat there for ages before being bagged up. It's a given that food from this place isn't ever as it should. It's just ok, but don't expect miracles

I went to this branch of McDonald's in bath at approximately 10 to six pm after I've waited for my order and collected it I was then informed by staff that I could not sit upstairs within the restaurant as it was almost six o'clock and they closed it at 8 to become a takeaway restaurant and needed two hours to clean the floor do not waste your time with this McDonald's it's supposed to be a restaurant if they close as a takeaway at 8 then they don't need two hours they should be cleaning the restaurant after they've shut

Ordered well before 5pm for 5.45. It arrived 6.40.

I had a double quarter pounder cheeseburger and a mango passion fruit cooler. The cheeseburger was great I have to say I was disappointed in the size of the drink but admit I didn't check if there were different sizes

Worst Experience ever. Ordered at the machines at 11.30am waited 45mins for food ,when we received it the food was warm not hot and when we sat down there was breakfast food on the seat and food wrappers and packaging all over the next table.

Every time I’ve ever ordered a delivery from this McDonald’s they have forgotten a major part of the order. I must have lost a fortune. They never answer the phone to remedy this. I keep hoping they will remember everything, but every time I’m disappointed.

Went in here for a mcflurry for 2 only for the screen to order would not take my card so had to move to next screen that was just as troublesome got it to work in the end but it did not give a receipt for transaction good job I saw the number has only stayed there 2 seconds,but we got the flurries in the end and they were very good

Stuff missing and what was ther was cold

This order has left me waiting for over three hours and I has now been marked as delivered when it’s NOT even arrived. Nothing has been made available in regards to refunds or replacement. This was the last £20 I had so I can’t even get something else to eat.

25 minutes for are food and more then half of that time I could see the food sitting there waiting to be packed and it wasn’t even busy .Staff stood there talking and both managers only doing deliveries and ignoring the orders ready to go for the people waiting and not telling the staff to get the food out instead they let them stand around.

By far the worst Macdonalds. They are ridiculously slow even when they aren’t busy then they get your order wrong when you finally get your food.

Food took over two hours two arrive. When it did arrive everything was freezing cold and the McFlurry was completely melted.

It's a terrible place, the service is a complete disaster, the employees literally sleep standing up, courtesy is zero, it's like they are forced to work, don't go here, eat from alternative places, McDonald's bath is a complete disgrace.

Food is the same as any other branch. Staff a bit slow at going through the orders. Lots of seating and free although slow WiFi.

Our order was over two hours late when restaurant initially listed its wait times at 15-30 min. Driver went to the wrong building and then told us off, saying we didn't put the building number. I told him he needed to read the instructions I wrote and that the building number and hotel number were clearly on the order. Soda was wrong flavor, sauce was not included, fries were old, lemonade was half full. This is the first time ordering this way and we will never do it again.
