Went for a late night meal spent over 20 quid waited in line for 25 minutes two receive two dead raw burgers in my hand. I took a bite out of the burger when I had reached home so I couldn’t even get a refund I’ve tried calling however their contact lines have been busy for the past 48 hours it’s just ridiculous how people actually get paid to do nothing. I would love to leave a heavy complaint for every worker and manager but seems that isn’t possible to do so I hope anyone who reads this genuinely checks their food after ordering from here because it’s Clear they have NO work ethic or morals to do things correctly!

This McDonald’s restraunt was very busy, the waiting times were around 15 - 30 minutes for a cheeseburger fries and a Diet Coke. The place was mildly dirty with the upstairs seating closed off.

Nice food, quick and easy. Service is really friendly too. I was served by two beautiful girls, one Asian girl with long straight hair took my payment and a black girl with shortish hair gave me my order - both so lovely and smiley!

One star review for this disappointing experience! After waiting 15 minutes at the drive-thru with only two cars ahead, I politely asked for a free order of fries due to the long wait. The response from the staff, especially the manager, was rude and unprofessional. As someone familiar with the fast-food industry, I know the wait time was excessive for a simple order. The customer service was disrespectful, lacked understanding and it was infuriating to see staff chatting to their friends and holding up the queue. To top it off, my order was also incorrect, I ordered 20 chicken nuggets no 16 badly over cooked nuggets. I won't be returning to any McDonald's in the future, as their service and quality control are both lacking. Trying to lodge a complaint on their website was also a frustrating experience. This unit in particular should improve its service before opening its doors to customers with such adolescent, grumpy and incompetent management. An absolutely shambolic experience from start to finish. Never again!

Delivery driver took the food out of his boot, straight away I could feel how cold the bag was. The 2 meals were stone cold, dry and tasteless. Not sure it would have been any better if it had been hot. We had the new grand macs , absolutely rubbish food patties like rounds of cardboard dry and inedible, as was the chip s. To top it off none of the four dips I had paid for. Never again will I use this MacDonalds.

Went for breakfast last week at the McDonalds near Topps tiles Bedford. Waited 20 mins for my order and it was not busy so no excuse there. All the staff were under 20 years old with no older person/ Manager around . Staff need training as it looked like they were in a right mess. Is it that hard? Will not be going to that branch again.

This is last time, I can't remember how many times you wait for ages only to find they have missed parts of the order (this time only 2 out of 3 burgers in the bag!), and the food looks awful and is tasteless! We're going to try local independents from now on.

How/why McDonald's allows this franchise to continue is a mystery. Glacially slow - we were stuck in the drive through for 45 minutes yesterday - and the food is often delivered cold. Portions are often undersized (fries half filled, in particular) and more often than not you have to correct an error (usually a missing item). The owner seems a nice chap (understandably harassed, given the level of customer dissatisfaction) but many of his staff are horribly rude - really a Fawlty Towers level of service (again, this may well be a case of young people reacting to a constant barrage of customer complaints). I like McDonald's but this one is uniquely, consistently terrible, and McDonald's really needs to step in and sort it.

Every single visit, the chips are half full and undercooked! Always something missing from order or an order messed up. Staff always half asleep. Seriously been a joke now for far too long! Aspects mcdonalds in Bedford, NO problem not ever!!!!

Left with no food as staff are racist.. I was waiting no1 there but as soon as a white person comes along within seconds there was served.. never will I give this place my money unless u get staff that are nor racist and are happy to serve you regardless of there skin colour.......

They had an issue with their system the 'manager' who was called Shannon was already swearing away at the computer while we sat at the window waiting! She was then very rude towards us as there was an issue with us having our monopoly added wasn't helpful at all and refused to serve us all while swearing away to us. Will not be returning.

I am gobsmacked with the experience I have had at this ‘Franchise owned me so called Ishamal’ McDonald’s 536 Goldington Road, Bedford, MK41 0DX, England I ordered a £25+ Order to just receive 4 drinks and 4 burgers. What’s outrageous is that there was more missing than what I received!! Missing - EVERY SINGLE FRIES FOR THE MEAL, - ONE MCFLURRY - TWO CHICKEN MAYOS And to top of it off the order stated Triple Cheesburger with only Ketchup to receive a burger which looked more like a pothole after getting ran over 100 times by a 7.5 tonne truck! They told me they’d deal with it and 5 minutes later I phoned back up to be told it’s not there problem and the uber driver should’ve realised MCDONALDS made a mistake ( please forgive me if I’m wrong but isn’t McDonald’s the chefs so they prepare the meals or maybe eat them by the looks of it!! ) They also stated the Uber driver refuses to accept the mistake so now I am here with 1/4 of an order with money out of pocket!

Giving one star in itself is even too much for this restaurant. The staff was very horrible and not accommodating at all. When asked for ketchup very stingy with the sauces even tho we ordered two large meals, with cheese melts and chicken fries. They gave us two ketchup. When asked for more they refused and when asked for sauces for the chicken fries she rudely handled the situation by refusing. When asking for the manager, the manager made us wait 5 min because he was on call and when he came to talk he just looked angry no smile or no customer service. The buns were so stale and the fries were fried from old oil. When asking for a refund they refused save to say we will never come back. I recommend you all to stay as far away from this restaurant as possible and go dine somewhere else. We decided to take the food and eat somewhere else since we didn’t want to see such horrible people

3 different days tried to order food, and the restaurant never accepted took about 30 mins till I was told that they cancelled my order!!!
