I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Nasima Begum during my recent visit to Burger King, and I can confidently say that this experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment I walked into the restaurant, Nasima Begum greeted me with a warm, genuine smile and made me feel like a valued guest. Their friendly demeanor instantly set the tone for a positive experience. As I placed my order, they were patient and attentive, taking the time to explain the details of the new menu items without rushing me. It’s clear that they know the menu inside and out, which made my decision-making much easier. But what truly set Nasima apart was her exceptional service throughout the entire visit. Not only did they efficiently handle my order, but they went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. When I asked for a slight modification to my meal, Nasima handled the request with a can-do attitude, ensuring my custom order was exactly as I wanted. It’s rare to find employees who genuinely seem eager to ensure the customer’s satisfaction, but that’s exactly the impression I got from Nasima. The restaurant was a bit busy during my visit, yet Nasima managed to juggle multiple tasks with ease. They seamlessly communicated with the kitchen staff, kept the dining area clean and organized, and made sure every customer felt taken care of, all while maintaining a calm and positive attitude. It’s no easy feat to work under pressure, but Nasima handled it with grace, turning a potentially stressful environment into one of genuine hospitality. The level of professionalism, care, and attention to detail that Nasima demonstrated made my visit to Burger King truly exceptional. It's rare to come across employees who take such pride in their work, and their positive attitude was infectious. By the time I left, I felt not only well-fed but genuinely appreciated as a customer. In an industry where the customer experience can sometimes be overlooked, Nasima stands out as an example of what great service looks like. I’m already looking forward to my next visit, knowing that with employees like Nasima on staff, every trip to Burger King will be a memorable one. Very dirty branch Food was disgusting Not recommended

My burger looked nothing like the advertised picture and was missing ingredients. It was overdone, but better than my friends burger which was pouring with grease! Now I understand why it was empty. The place needs shutting down.

Place was empty compared to McDonald's, poor decor , average food, disappointed. Expect more from burger king

FREEZING 🥶 in there for no apparent reason. Walked in, then left. A big multinational company should be able to afford to heat their establishments when the outside temperature is 2°C. More to the point how is a place that cooks food even cold!

it seems that I will never go to this shop again it is very cold inside and it is raining at the store at the interchange, the dips were free, but here I had to pay for the mayonnaise I don't recommend it, I hope it closes soon, sorry to say that

Giving one star in itself is even too much for this restaurant. The staff was very horrible and not accommodating at all. When asked for ketchup very stingy with the sauces even tho we ordered two large meals, with cheese melts and chicken fries. They gave us two ketchup. When asked for more they refused and when asked for sauces for the chicken fries she rudely handled the situation by refusing. When asking for the manager, the manager made us wait 5 min because he was on call and when he came to talk he just looked angry no smile or no customer service. The buns were so stale and the fries were fried from old oil. When asking for a refund they refused save to say we will never come back. I recommend you all to stay as far away from this restaurant as possible and go dine somewhere else. We decided to take the food and eat somewhere else since we didn’t want to see such horrible people

We went today to eat something quickly with the kids, the lady from the service was very rude and dismissive and when I asked for ketchup she threw a on the counter. I don’t recommend. The bathroom is dirty.

Recently quality has dropped a lot..... Cold chips and burger has hardly any fillings 😞

Food was absolutely shocking! Stale buns and overly greasy nuggets that tasted like old oil. The restaurant was filthy and tables being cleaned with a dry tissue. High chairs were sticky and covered in dirt.

Popped in here to get some lunch, friendly staff, clean restaurant.

Manager is so cooperative and a nice person. We recommend a fish burger at this branch as well.

Order cheese melt this is what they provided, when questioned it they said i was meant to choose the cheese type melted or normal cheese. They didnt even give me the choice to do so. The lady was smirking and being quite rude.

Absolutely disgusting charges me 15 pound odd just for some bits off chicken and chips and a drink for two people when I said too them in the poxy first place I wanted too 5.99 Doritos meals with a burger included instead never again am I going there even the stuff was very rude and didn’t ask if I was ok when something happened they deserved too be sacked !!!!

Ordered a vegan burger, then got given a burger with cheese, took it back, then got given a completely different burger Make it make sense?

This is not the first time that it’s been this way*** We went and ordered our food, however, we then waited for 15 minutes for our food, there was only 1 other family sitting in and 2 people waiting for their food. So it was not busy. 1 person waiting for there food ordered after us and got there food before us. When our food was finally ready it was cold and they made my food completely wrong and they asked it it will ‘make do’ The environment was very dirty, actual dirt in the corners of the shop, the ceiling is staring to collapse there is an actual big drop in the ceiling and they have just put 2 pieces of duct tape over it. it’s so dangerous, anyone, even children could be under it and it could fall at any time. There was also a dead maggot on the skirting part of the wall, it was big though, roughly about the size of a toothbrush end. It really needs to be shut down and under new management.

Toilets were closed. The downstairs disabled toilet looks and smells like someone died in it. Disgusting.

Just wanted to have a meal with family while out and about here in this city, the starring from one of the workers, a young lady was unbelievable. Not sure for the reason for the starring, but it was very uncomfortable. I won't go back there.

No hot drinks. First alternative offered was water, not included in deal. Food not very hot, only just acceptable. Won't visit again.

They do not listen to your order and like to argue instead of fixing the issue

The tables, chairs, floors and glass dividers between tables were all dirty. The glass dividers in particular looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months. The leather bench seats were falling apart. Crumbs over every inch of the floor. The fries were over salted and I wish I'd never bothered.

The cheesy peas are good ( chilli bite things) chicken chip things a little strange

18 years ago this used to be a wonderful place. The family would eat upstairs with a nice view out the window and access to toilets. Now upstairs is always closed forcing customers to eat downstairs. The only “accessible” toilet is the disabled toilet; Which is always closed or out of order every time we’ve come to eat here. When the toilet is open it’s always unpleasant… There’s never any wiping tissue provided. Customers usually take and use the napkins provided next to the salt/condiments. I just wish they’d sort it out. Many times we’ve opted to eat at McDonald’s just because there are toilets. We simply don’t go to burgerking now since expecting the toilet to be out of action.

Not busy yet long service times Staff do not use gloves to prepare your food...just avoid this branch

The lady at till were very rude and even the manager did not know how to talk with customers and the cherry on the cake was the hot chocolate I ordered which was as cold as a milkshake. Horrible experience!!!!

The service was disgusting and the staff aren't aware of company policies. No shake machines were available and the food quality was way below burger king standards. The manager was super rude and has zero skills in managing the store.

It's an OK fast food restaurant. When, i visited the disabled toilet was out off use & when I asked, was there an alternative as I've got a few hidden disabilities, I was met with a "you could climb some stairs & use a toilet" attitude. I can walk, alas in chronic pain 24/7. The food was freshly cooked, none off this cook it & let it sit under a hot plate, larkey. My friend & I had a box off 20 nuggets, medium chips + a sprite. Well, I kid you not, I swear that the chips was a small child's portion as they seemed quite expensive for the money wanted for them!!! The drinks were nice & refreshing without any additionall ice cubes in the mix. We were offered some sachet style condiments, which is all verry well, but these can be awkward to open, if you are not verry dextrous (use your hands). I might revisit again to try a different item, but I won't rush my visit, as this experience has been a bit off a let down, if I'm honest.

The food here was amazing I had the double bacon cheese burger XL as a meal it was good meat or patty was amazing and juicy better then Mc Donald’s patty’s fries are crispy and. Nice 10/10 would come again

Only ordered a coffee as out on bike and wanted a little break, took ages to get as food orders kept taking priority, even ones after my order.

Very nice burgers, and tastes way better than McDonald’s. Downside is that it’s pricey and they always refuse to give NHS discounts or some of the discounts from the app, which are chain-wide, and this restaurant is listed as participating.

I love burger king. This is my favourite fast food restaurant but not in UK. Quality of food is uncomparible with burger king across the europe. Meals are much smaller and that is the reason why this place is almost without clients. I will not go back there and unfortunately i need to eat at mcdonalds. Sad

29/08/22 Seriously? Just burn down AGAIN. Wanted to review the interchange retail burger king, but it looks like they've turned off reviews. The place was filthy today with food left on the floor on both sides of the counter. The layout inside is awful, and has taken a massive step backward, cramming the chairs and tables up by the counter. The chairs looked identical to those from a school in the 1950's. There was no cold drink on offer at all and no signage to say so. Despite only 5 families queuing we were out the door as there's no space inside with the chairs so close to the counter. Service took forever with only 1 server inside at their busiest time. Then upon arrival at the counter they say you can't order a regular hamburger on its own anymore! £3.29 they want to hamburger meal instead?! I'm just insulted Burger King has erased any value off their menu. Other customers complained in front of me they weren't accepting the Burger App special offers either?! What a criminal franchise. Both Burger Kings in Bedford are terrible, with particularly poor service and horribly dated designs inside but the Interchange retail park burger king would function better after after 5 hour blazing inferno sized fire inside.

The coke zero was definitely Dr Pepper. The plant based whopper was grease and doesn't taste good, and the taste was weird to disgusting. I like burger king and this isnt one of them. Management looks that is not using the proper ingredients. No refill option here.

Cold burger, cold fries, outdated and dirty best avoid and go to MacDonalds

Burger king offered a free big Mac. Cold burger, cold fries, very dated and dirty and staff aren't the friendliest.

Burger King, is not the first place people think of for a burger but that is a massive mistake, BK food is freshly cooked high quality and well served. We have now been a number of times in the last few months and we have always been welcomed with a smile. The restaurant and facilities are very clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend this ( interchange retail park) venue for friends or family.

Whilst there ordering a man came I and stole someone's order smirking as he ran fully aware that no serving staff who were all women would have been willing to chase his highly charged dirty self and confront him. As we walked in there was a maskless woman holding a long handle in her right hand swaying as she stood, her mottled face and damaged persona told a sad story. Eventually she made it close to the counter and approached the staff. We do not know what was exchanged nor as we left if she had gotten any food. Sadly but necessary we checked our masks and left.

Burger King is honestly amazinggg, but this store is an absolute shambles. Rude staff and you are lucky if you ever get the right order. My bother has been vegitarian for 2 years and ordered the vegan chicken royal only to take a bite into chicken which he has not eaten in years because of religious beliefs and health reasons. Absolutely outraged!! on being asked if this was a meat burger, the server (Atiya) merely shrugged her shoulders, and the manager (tariq) apologiesed and said all he can do is offer a fresh vegan burger. The staff were very rude an the manager clearly couldn't care less, all he could do to rectify the situation is replace the burger with a vegan one. Another server bought the fresh burger over to us, (the only reason we didn't leave the store immediately was because my friend was in the middle of her meal) he said he didn't eat pork, I asked what he would do if he was given a burger with pork in when he specifically asked for no pork - he said he would walk out after receiving his refund and not return to the store: good advice mate 👍🏽 your manager couldn't even offer a refund....

I have tried burger king but not the best. The only problem I have is that it is done quick. Plus there weren't many choices of ice creams,  I mean sorry not the best burger king. I only go there when I have a bus ticket burger king. No wonder why my teenager sister said burger king can't be at the top of KFC and McDonald's plus staffs sometimes look frustrated with their job, I feel them. If they only took time with patience and done well I would have given 5 stars but junk foods is only for lazy people who wanna spend money eating foods that aren't cooked well instead of making at home. The fried chips did not seem done well, the drinks with no ice. I better go somewhere else.
