Drinks were spilled everywhere, missing food items/not the right food, missing condiments, cold food

The chips tasted stale as though they were made hours before. The chocolate milkshake doesn't even taste like chocolate. Come on McDonalds, you are usually better than thus

They forgot two of the items. Really annoying.

Although I waited for 20 minutes in mcdonalds my food came like this, it was 10:30pm and about 4 other customers in there at the time. There were plenty of staff working too but the state of the place was disgusting. I felt nauseous when opening my food and when I asked for a new burger they asked what was missing from the burger.

Food was too cold also order burger with no onion no sause but it come with pickle and sause , wrap they made was too funny folded in . Middle :(,disappointed after wait more then 30mints ,delivery driver had very good communication,but food quality 100%poor

I’ve visited the McDonald’s on High Street in Bedford a few times and overall, I have mixed feelings. The location is very convenient – right in the city center, so it’s easy to pop in while shopping or running errands. The restaurant itself is fairly spacious, although it can get really crowded during peak hours. The staff were friendly but sometimes a bit slow – during busy times, the wait for food was longer than I expected. The food was standard for McDonald's: tasty, fresh, but nothing out of the ordinary. Big plus for the burger being well put together and the fries being hot and crispy. One downside is definitely the cleanliness – tables were sometimes left messy, and the bins filled up quickly. You can tell the staff are trying to keep up, but it’s a challenge when the place gets busy. All in all: a good option for a quick meal in Bedford city center, but there’s still room for improvement, especially in terms of organization during peak hours and keeping the dining area clean.

Both my drinks had been leaking, the bag had soaked through. As I carried it through my house, they both fell and I had no drinks. I was so angry. The driver did not let me know that it was leaking.

Missing egg on both mcmuffins and missing a Straw.

food was cold and delivery arrived 1 hour 40 minutes after i delivered. if the delivery was going to be late why prepare the food and have it ready for 9.22 as it says on the ticket.

the map showed the driver moving away from my home. at furthest he was twice as far away as the distance from mine to the restaurant. multiple deliveries much.... extremely disappointed

The driver was parked in the middle of the street shouting down the phone to someone else, all my food was cold the drink spilled when he eventually got out the car I asked why he was sat there for 4-5 minutes shouting and he said sorry it was very unprofessional the neighbours could also hear him shouting in the car

wasnt too impressed my coke was flat wasnt fizzy it leaked in the bag lid wasnt put on tight enough more that the drink was flat was disappointing if your gonna serve drinks they should be cold fizzy not left till theu flat

Food was cold, unsure as to who was at fault, the driver or the store

Ordered food around 17:49pm and it didn’t arrive until 18:52pm. It was very cold, and fries missing as it was share bundle, 2 burgers, 2 fries but 3/4 items arrived. Very disappointed and made it known to the delivery driver waited over an hour for cold&missing food.

I'm a diabetic who needs to eat with my medication. My dining partner has a condition, which means, any delay with their food can cause them quite a few health issues in the long run. Delivery driver was rude & hasty + didn't apologise for the delay.

More delivery drivers than customers. Food is what you expect as is the atmosphere. Staff are polite and friendly despite what must be a difficult job

they are charging £4.00 for a delivery so when you spend extra to qualify for the cheaper delivery charge they do not bother bringing my additional order. absolute joke. I have ordered for my kids and they are very upset

Good place, it's just a McDonalds, i cannot give 5 stars simply because it is a small place and is therefore always crowded. Oh and the people that frequent this place would feel right at home behind a zoo cage, cant help it though its a McDonalds, youre here for fast food, not a dining experience… too bad its not cheap or fast anymore.
