McDonald's in Bedford

Hangover breakfast.....just what the doctor ordered

It was bad because all our food got spilt everywhere in the bag, there was no sauce and two of us ordered milkshake but we all got cokes

over an hour to be delivered stone cold.

Waited an hour and 15 for food to arrive and all the meals were stone cold, the milkshakes were warm and the ice cream had melted entirely. Refund for cold food was only 20% of the cost of the food.

It said the driver was at the restaurant for up to an hour then all of a sudden when he was down the road it suddenly it said it was being delivered. I've never had a stone cold burger before. It's clear it was not even put in a thermal bag as it was like it's come out of a fridge

Drinks spilled everywhere food was wet and drinks were half empty told the delivery driver to throw it in the bin cos he tried passing me the drinks the bags were dripping dripping it all in the house i asked him to go replace it he said “i dont have the time”

Food was cold. Drinks leaked and when arrived fell onto floor which needed to be mopped. Rubbish when the order was made due to tiredness.

Missing sauces and a birthday cake doughnut

always miss something from your order. order there Christmas dippers no dips. no chips in the happy meal and no straw for your drink. just bizarre as the receipt is literally stappled to your bag so no excuse to miss it. One time didn't leave a review, second time didn't leave a review third time bad review and won't order again.

Only problem was courier was so rude.

The delivery driver came half way and made me walk the rest of the way to get it because he couldn’t be bothered to actually deliver it!!

They spilt my drink all over my food

Just eats your service is rubbish, you don’t deliver people’s food and you will put delivered you’re cheats

Meals are all cold and my coke is only half full like it's been drank out off

I’m very dissapointed they was useless wtih help they cancelled my order and didn’t refund me wouldn’t order from them again !

Ordered at 16:15 - still nothing at 18:15. What a shambles. I could have walked to McDonald’s and eaten my food and walked back in this time

I order a small fries and a double cheeseburger I get back a quarter portions of my small fries and two beefs and a slice of cheese (funny right) I was laughing not because it was funny but because that was seven reason that day….i haven't eaten for like a day and a half day and they decided to f up my order I didn't had no time to check cause I assume these ppl that have been doing this for YEARS would have common sense to get my order right but then again that's what happens when you just hire anybody now, so it was late I guess to complain I didn't say anything until I call customer service she was rude and had no understanding where I was coming from I just hang up the call because there's no point…now she wants to send me voicemail saying if I call again and keep “harassing” them they’ll call the police…i didn't do nothing but they thought I was lying haha Obviously I didn't call again you learn stuff everyday… They really need to do something about this because you guys are a huge company and this how you guys act?!… I see local restaurant have better customer service and better FOOD …from now Macdonalds not getting my £10 until they learn some sense

The order never arrived even though i was charged for it

I ordered 6 chicken nugget meals, the fries were uncooked and I only received 4 nuggets.

The preparation of the food is not as great, its like they dont care about the customers. Spillage of the drinks in the bag.

What kind of restaurant are you managing here. I spotted and recorded some staff on their mobiles, in the far end of the kitchen area, eating food, laughing and joking whilst supposed to be working. We all know that mobiles being used in a kitchen area is a bacteria spreader, staff eating food then serving customers without watching their hands another H&S issue and serious concerns.The food was warm and just appeared heated up and not fresh. I will be taking these matters higher with the evidence I have. Avoid at all costs this place is a health hazzard.

Great service I’ve ordered from a different McDonald’s and they never ever give us sauce. Ordered from her and the order was perfect tonight with sauce. Kids were so happy!

my order was wrong. i had a big mac not cooked properly instead of two bacon mayo chicken and the drink was leaking.

The second time I've ordered for a delivery and got it completely wrong. Half my order missing, clearly wanting to go home early. Fat chance of getting a refund.

The receipt on the bag says it was packed at 10:43 and I did not receive the order until 11:15, I live 5 minutes away, all the food was cold

Food was nice but these McDonald’s places in Bedford always messed up my order. They gave me five instead of six chicken nuggets.

Got a milk shake and it was horrible!!!! Could not even drink it as it tasted of chemicals and was not like a normal mcdonald’s milkshake. All my food was also cold.

Fast delivery and food was hot and fresh. They even remembered the sauces.

It's a quick stop gap. At least one can expect what they paid for. The voucher rewards are useful .💛😋🍟🍔

Bit of a wait, but it was busy. Had a chicken wrap. Chicken was tough at edges like it had been over cooked in the microwave and then the rest of the ingredients were thrown together. Not brilliant

it would be nice to have all the ingredients actually in-between the bun, it's not that complicated

again I didn't have sos and I pay for it and thay never give us other things like ketchup or sweet curry sos

Packing not up to standard. Always use a takeaway stand for hot drinks, about 2 sips left by the time it was delivered.

£70 order and order turned up with absolutely no food, just half the drinks order!!!!!

Delivery driver stopped in one spot for half an hour and another spot for a similar time so by the time the food got here it was cold and stale and the ice creams were like water. All the food was damaged and contents all over the inside of the bags.

Food took two hours to be delivered when I received it it was cold. Am not happy about this. This is the second time within a few weeks that my order has either been delivered really late or only received part of my order.

Driver came late, drinks had been thrown in the boot of the car and had split to the point that it leaked into the contents of the other bag and made mine and my colleagues food wet and almost inedible.

it's a shame spending money and little bit more on fees just for my food to be COLD!!

We were delivered the complete wrong order

I was walking down Bedford High Street today and saw a little girl carrying a McDonalds home. When she crossed the road, the bottom fell out of the bag and she lost it all. I felt terrible for her, so I helped her clean it up and went back to McDonalds to buy her another one. When I explained the situation, the manager replaced it for her and wouldn't let me pay. I really appreciated the gesture and the little girl did too, well done and thankyou. The world needs more acts of kindness ✨️

Ordered x2 meals only one was delivered by uber contacted restaurant only to be told firstly it’s Ubers fault and secondly she will tell her staff to be more careful in future which didn’t help the fact I was short of food the restaurant was totally unhelpful in every way Stay away from this restaurant at all costs

Everytime something missing from order! Sometimes just straws or sauces but often full burgers, fries, nuggets or whole meals.. How hard can it be..

Ordered the Mozzarella Dippers Sharebox® and got a bag with 3 mozzerella dippers which were cold and inedible.

It's ok I go usely for wrap or the double cheese burger or chicken mayo depends how I feel

Absolutely awful! Food was stone cold, chips were like cardboard and items were missing from the order. Absolutely shocking. Not worth the money.

We usually order from Bedford interchange and there’s always things missing, we ordered this time from Bedford and everything was included including condiments, straws and napkins. All food was better quality too. Great job by the McDonald’s team and on time friendly delivery from the just eat delivery.

Food was good but why do you keep missing off the dips when they are paid for

I received the order and was asked to give the delivery man a code which there wasn’t one and I’ve never been asked to show one before. I also got the wrong order, the drinks were correct but the mains I ordered were completely wrong. I am not happy since I was very hungry and I didn’t even like the mains they put in the delivery bags.
