McDonald's in Bedford

i did not receive my biggest and half of my food

Food was rushed!!! Also no straw ir napkins AGAIN!!!!

Did not receive my big mac!!! No straws and no dips.

altho they have a code in place they still delivered to someone else

over 2 hours for delivery. and Luke warm when it gets here!! not impressed!!

all drinks spilled, food soaked

Packing not up to standard. Always use a takeaway stand for hot drinks, about 2 sips left by the time it was delivered.

£70 order and order turned up with absolutely no food, just half the drinks order!!!!!

Delivery driver stopped in one spot for half an hour and another spot for a similar time so by the time the food got here it was cold and stale and the ice creams were like water. All the food was damaged and contents all over the inside of the bags.

Food took two hours to be delivered when I received it it was cold. Am not happy about this. This is the second time within a few weeks that my order has either been delivered really late or only received part of my order.

Driver came late, drinks had been thrown in the boot of the car and had split to the point that it leaked into the contents of the other bag and made mine and my colleagues food wet and almost inedible.

it's a shame spending money and little bit more on fees just for my food to be COLD!!

Couldn’t get through to the restaurant no one answered just eat help chat was useless waited over a hour and food came stone cold with items missing poor service would like a refund at most as this is embarrassing

nearly an hour late....completely wrong order....2 chicken burgers not ordered....but mozzerrela share box ..large fries small fries... medium fries....chicken select and burger....not arrived...dinner ruined

I was walking down Bedford High Street today and saw a little girl carrying a McDonalds home. When she crossed the road, the bottom fell out of the bag and she lost it all. I felt terrible for her, so I helped her clean it up and went back to McDonalds to buy her another one. When I explained the situation, the manager replaced it for her and wouldn't let me pay. I really appreciated the gesture and the little girl did too, well done and thankyou. The world needs more acts of kindness ✨️

Ordered x2 meals only one was delivered by uber contacted restaurant only to be told firstly it’s Ubers fault and secondly she will tell her staff to be more careful in future which didn’t help the fact I was short of food the restaurant was totally unhelpful in every way Stay away from this restaurant at all costs

Missing two items tonight when I ordered

Everytime something missing from order! Sometimes just straws or sauces but often full burgers, fries, nuggets or whole meals.. How hard can it be..

Ordered the Mozzarella Dippers Sharebox® and got a bag with 3 mozzerella dippers which were cold and inedible.

It's ok I go usely for wrap or the double cheese burger or chicken mayo depends how I feel

Absolutely awful! Food was stone cold, chips were like cardboard and items were missing from the order. Absolutely shocking. Not worth the money.

We usually order from Bedford interchange and there’s always things missing, we ordered this time from Bedford and everything was included including condiments, straws and napkins. All food was better quality too. Great job by the McDonald’s team and on time friendly delivery from the just eat delivery.

I received the order and was asked to give the delivery man a code which there wasn’t one and I’ve never been asked to show one before. I also got the wrong order, the drinks were correct but the mains I ordered were completely wrong. I am not happy since I was very hungry and I didn’t even like the mains they put in the delivery bags.

I very rarely use this branch of McDonald's, but as we were in town, I thought we'd grab a little snack. It was fairly busy, so I used the self-service terminal. Once ordered, I waited at the counter when an employee said I could go and sit down, and she will bring it to use. I explained that we were going to eat out as I couldn't see any available seats. She kindly opened the upstairs area for us and when it was ready bought us our food. She was extremely polite and friendly to us and all the other customers. Unfortunately, I tried to fill out the online survey, but it glitched out on me 🤦‍♂️

I had to go down from flat to collect the food from the car from delivery driver when I pay for a delivery service charge. this has happend a few times now and I have to bring my two young kids down the stairs with me to collect it

Asked for burgers to come without onions and pickles. And sauce as kids don’t like it !! Guess what they came full of onions/pickles/sauce even looked like extra. Also came with flat cokes! Not great pretty simple order and still messed it up!!!!!

My cheeseburger was good, but unfortunately, it came with onions even though I requested it without them. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the fries were hot and crispy. I'll definitely be back next time I'm craving a classic burger, but I'll double-check my order to avoid any surprises.

AVOID it's ridiculous that items are missing from orders that arrive from uber delivery in sealed bags. Meaning THEY DO NOT CHECK ORDERS BEFORE SENDING THEM. Meaning if you have family / kids looking forward eating DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE EVER. Or if you want to play a game of what's missing this time go ahead. . . . Almost none of my orders seem to arrive complete, either drinks sauces or meals can just simply fail to turn up. I guess a member of staff got free food on me again. An update 25th June 2024 This place is at least consistent 6 items and sauces to go on an order for a friend in hospital who's been there for days watching over thier partner. I order as a treat to pick up thier mood. No burger from one meal and none of the sauces included either. I just don't get how this goes so badly wrong so consistently. Even if you put the wrong burger in the order it would show you guys can at least count ?!! Clearly its about fast turn over and that's it and the 3.6 stars for a major franchise that should be better. For the love of God just close this place already or atleast change management. Best of luck to any one else to has thier app order come from the high street bedford branch. Also 14 days to get money back is not ideal but at least its something.
