McDonald's in Bedford

fries were cold felt like they was re cooked and stale

Delivery was great, food was wrong

No coffee left in cup all spilt out. Delivery driver on a bike.

Food missing, we order 2 apple pie and don't come. Burgers we order extra cheese, but didn't come. Happy meal, we did order with out 🥒 pickles and still send my burger with pickle. Can you send the money back for the desert didn't be delivered.

Didn’t read the note on my location and advised me he couldn’t deliver anywhere that I’m not on the map.

Driver did mutuplie drops before coming to me. On a moped in winter halfway across the other side of Bedford. Money wasted on cold soggy food as per.

they are charging £4.00 for a delivery so when you spend extra to qualify for the cheaper delivery charge they do not bother bringing my additional order. absolute joke. I have ordered for my kids and they are very upset

Good place, it's just a McDonalds, i cannot give 5 stars simply because it is a small place and is therefore always crowded. Oh and the people that frequent this place would feel right at home behind a zoo cage, cant help it though its a McDonalds, youre here for fast food, not a dining experience… too bad its not cheap or fast anymore.

Each time I visit, its always a pleasant experience! The staff are always friendly and my orders are always prepared quickly and efficiently, even during the busy times. The dining area is always spotless and the food is always fresh- especially the fries. Big well done to all the staff.

Town centre Macs is the best to order from… it might need to be nuked for 30 secs but the retail park near to me Kempston, it’s not got many good reviews.

Order was on route and on time but driver decided to go to another Mc Donald’s to collect another order and was sat there for half an hour with our food! He only decided to leave there as we messaged him about his delivery and the fact he was sat outside another McDonald’s that he came with our ice cold order. Absolutely disgraceful and should deliver any food they have straight away regardless if they think they can grab another order on the way after ours was collected. Never again

Terrible experience. Food not edible on arrival. Delivery over an hour late yet restaurant change times to 10-20 delivery over my long waiting order time!

It said the driver was at the restaurant for up to an hour then all of a sudden when he was down the road it suddenly it said it was being delivered. I've never had a stone cold burger before. It's clear it was not even put in a thermal bag as it was like it's come out of a fridge

Drinks spilled everywhere food was wet and drinks were half empty told the delivery driver to throw it in the bin cos he tried passing me the drinks the bags were dripping dripping it all in the house i asked him to go replace it he said “i dont have the time”

Waited an hour and 15 for food to arrive and all the meals were stone cold, the milkshakes were warm and the ice cream had melted entirely. Refund for cold food was only 20% of the cost of the food.

Food was cold. Drinks leaked and when arrived fell onto floor which needed to be mopped. Rubbish when the order was made due to tiredness.

always miss something from your order. order there Christmas dippers no dips. no chips in the happy meal and no straw for your drink. just bizarre as the receipt is literally stappled to your bag so no excuse to miss it. One time didn't leave a review, second time didn't leave a review third time bad review and won't order again.

Only problem was courier was so rude.

The delivery driver came half way and made me walk the rest of the way to get it because he couldn’t be bothered to actually deliver it!!

I order a small fries and a double cheeseburger I get back a quarter portions of my small fries and two beefs and a slice of cheese (funny right) I was laughing not because it was funny but because that was seven reason that day….i haven't eaten for like a day and a half day and they decided to f up my order I didn't had no time to check cause I assume these ppl that have been doing this for YEARS would have common sense to get my order right but then again that's what happens when you just hire anybody now, so it was late I guess to complain I didn't say anything until I call customer service she was rude and had no understanding where I was coming from I just hang up the call because there's no point…now she wants to send me voicemail saying if I call again and keep “harassing” them they’ll call the police…i didn't do nothing but they thought I was lying haha Obviously I didn't call again you learn stuff everyday… They really need to do something about this because you guys are a huge company and this how you guys act?!… I see local restaurant have better customer service and better FOOD …from now Macdonalds not getting my £10 until they learn some sense

What kind of restaurant are you managing here. I spotted and recorded some staff on their mobiles, in the far end of the kitchen area, eating food, laughing and joking whilst supposed to be working. We all know that mobiles being used in a kitchen area is a bacteria spreader, staff eating food then serving customers without watching their hands another H&S issue and serious concerns.The food was warm and just appeared heated up and not fresh. I will be taking these matters higher with the evidence I have. Avoid at all costs this place is a health hazzard.

Great service I’ve ordered from a different McDonald’s and they never ever give us sauce. Ordered from her and the order was perfect tonight with sauce. Kids were so happy!
