Special Mixed Kebab Large Portion size was disappointing Large no way Had better Delivery service was fine

The food was uncooked meat was raw smells rotten and charged me full price and portions are so small the owner is so rude and can’t speak English and yelling over the phone no customer service reported to environmental authorities and hygiene Bedford borough council this is unacceptable!!!!!!

if you enter this kebab shop between 8pm and 4 am on a friday night you will be greeted by the best bossman GEM. he is the absolute best. absolute G. banging nuggets banging garlic mayo, banging atmosphere. always puts a smile on our faces and even gives gifts KING GEM

Came to my house without order and said it was unavailable after accepting the order. Then proceeded to shout at me after I asked why they accepted the order if they didn’t have the items. I asked for a refund and he said to call just eat. Shameful

my order was wrong and I needed to get in contact with the manager as I was told I could get a free pizza due to them giving me a pizza I am elergic to the food they got correct tasted amazing but the pizzas I couldn't eat and had to throw away due to my allergy

Spent 45.00 on a takeaway my partner ordered a spicy beef pizza just to get a Prawn donner meat and a sweetcorn pineapple pizza which he is allergic to pineapple hense why we didn't order it didn't get our money back and was told we would get a free pizza but haven't heard from them seemed rude too was a lady on the phone never had a problem when its the man that works there on shift such a shame been ordering here for months

Burger patties were very well done, making them quite dry and a bit tough. . Salad that was requested was missing from burger, meaning it was even worse.

ordered fish and chips to try chips nice and hot so freshly cooked but no option for salt and vinegar the fish its self was lovely but the batter wasn't nice took it off was very soggy and to oily not like a proper chip shop fish so not keen on that my son said his onion rings a bit hard this time nuggets OK so over all it was OK maybe work on improving the batter etc

There was no chilli sauce on food and the chips were not fresh.

don't waste you're time.. hard stale chips like rubber . days old hard chicken. and why does the kebab smell rotten and leaves a horrible taste in your mouth. sorry never again.....

Order a special kabab for £12 but when it came was definitely only a £6 kebab I would definitely not recommend this place its a rip of merchants and definitely very rood stafe

Absolutely awful. Driver took my order to two hotels before getting the right one. When he arrived i was told theres nothing they could do about my ice cold food. Its 2024 use a bloody satnav. Absolutely useless service. Would not recommend will not use again. Awful

Food was cold , didn’t get half our order , when we rang they said they were sending someone with the new stuff which was nice they didn’t have to but when they got to our house they asked for the other food back and questioned if we had eaten any of it

Ice cream was fully melted on arrival, and bag was warm which kept ice cream in.

Worst food ever. Obviously reheated from the day before. Chips like rubber , wings with no spice or flavor , just dipped in old grease. All taste as stale food. Just disgusting. I eat 2 pieces Hope wont die.

The sauce was off, surprised they didn't smell it when pouring it all over the food. Poor quality, the guy in there is rude. Never again.

We’ve ordered from here lots of times and it’s always been nice but unfortunately they delivered to the wrong address (luckily we have honest neighbours) and by the time they found who the food belonged to, it was cold and never nice when you have to reheat.

Any one that says this place is good is lying or they put review up them self. The place is dirty the owner is dirty and very rude. The food is just slapped together don't think they even care this food my make you ill don't do it just drive by take a look your self.

missed 2 pizza's from my order then refused to deliver them once I had brought it to their attention. tried telling me that I had only paid for one cheese pizza where I had paid for two cheese pizza and one meat feast on their buy one get one free offer meaning I should have had 4 cheese pizza's and two meat feast. I received 2 cheese and two meat feast leaving me 2 pizza's short. customer service is appauling trying to pull the wool over my eyes! I will be taking this further

The small is very small, not great quality, chicken in Shish was burnt. Not enough salad, compared to other kebab houses in the area they are extremely poor on size of kebab and quality. Kempston Kebab so much better but we’re shut for Christmas break so had to use these guys and I will never use them again.

I ordered the same food from this restaurant for many times. However my recent order was too salty to eat. Something went wrong terribly and the response from the restaurant was disappointing. They believe this is their style to put such amount of salt. With this ‘new’ style of recipe, this is my last order from this restaurant.

This food was horrible. Chicken was dark and patchy as though is had been refried/reheated. The chips had an awful odour which seemed like the oil was spoilt. Now the “chicken fillet” burger was in-fact a slither of a chicken breast which had no seasoning nor flavour, it resembled a piece of tissue. The half a pounder looked the best out of my entire order however the taste was also heinous. Stay clear unless you wanna stay up on the loo!

Third time incorrect items have been delivered. Last time it took 2hours to sort so this time I cut my losses and left it but won’t be using this place again
