The best restaurants serving Fast food food in England

Ordered food through the drive through and the employee rushes myself and had to tell them to wait whilst we was still thinking on what we was having. Once we got the order and got home found they had made numerous mistakes and when we phoned them was talking g to them then they just hung up and tried numerous time calling g them back they just couldn't be bothered to pick up. I would certainly not go back there again also would advise other people to give this place a miss

Pedido desayuno a las 10 . 35 a través de la aplicación, me senté en una cola de conducción durante media hora ya que un carril estaba cerrado y cuando di mi código me negaron mi pedido ya que habían pasado las 11 am, un niño en la ventana que no tenía ni idea luego trató de hacerme pedir comida que no quería del menú, una pérdida completa de mi tiempo y gasolina , no voy a volver, evitar como la peste

Entrega para mí y dos Los niños que son diversos cuando se ordena dijo que tardará entre 15 minutos a media hora en llegar aquí al final. Esperamos más de una hora y 50 minutos para que la entrega llegara aquí para que estuviera mal. Llamamos a Uber eat y no fueron muy serviciales dijeron bien saben que la independencia puede ordenarlo y yo dije bueno puedo hacer una queja oficial y dije oh perdón por no poder hacer eso, así que he tratado de contactar a McDonald’s ya que todo el pedido completo estaba mal con lo que originalmente pedimos, así que no solo tenemos comida fría, tenemos el pedido equivocado y parece que no puedo comunicarme con nadie para hacer una queja oficial. Además, su formulario de comentarios tampoco funciona en el sitio web

El menú parece decente, pero no nos dijeron hasta que nos sentamos que gran parte del menú no estaba disponible debido a que se quedaron sin papas que tienen su propia sección en el menú. No te preocupes, pensé. Pedí una quesadilla de verduras y la disfruté, mi hijo tenía los nuggets de pollo. A él no le gustaron nada, desafortunadamente tuve que preguntar por su paradero dos veces también y había terminado mi comida 5 minutos antes de que él llegara sin siquiera una disculpa. El personal claramente no podía ser molestado.

Never again a warm chicken Burger very basic with a bit of lettuce . miserable serving staff with without good manners and a smile at least!

Ordered via the McDonald’s app for mcdelivery, the order was somehow missing 2 Philly cheese stack burgers and they sent a plain double cheeseburger instead of a normal one. Phoned McDonald’s and they said there’s nothing they can do as the order was through uber, uber have offered a measley £5.36 refund for 2 main burgers missing and say nothing else can be done. The meals cost £18 for the 2, a £5 refund for 2 burgers is an absolute disgrace.

Busy weekend. Mopeds on the seafront. But a clean tidy reasutaant for a quick bite to eat. Friendly staff nice one Maccas

I mean, atleast its better then well pheasant fields lane, but its just STOOPID for that drive time, if it was like near greggs i would give this 4/5 but it.. just 3 stars

The lady serving called my number then turned her back and chatted to a friend whilst i tried to ask for some tomato sauces. I gave up and went home where i discovered she hadnt bothered to correctly put everything in the bag. Great stuff, fast easy food turned into an unnecessary hassle from lazy workers.

Pedí comida por valor de 40 libras esta noche, me di cuenta de que el pedido era ligeramente incorrecto en las hamburguesas de queso, con ellos declarando solo cebolla y no quería cebolla, me di cuenta a 1 minuto de que el pedido se hizo a través de la máquina dentro, después de mirar mi recibo, le dije al gerente enseguida, parecía un poco confundido en cuanto a lo que quería, y luego obtuvo la esencia con solo queso, hamburguesa y bollos en mi pedido, llegó a casa y luego se enteró de que solo recibí uno de los 20 trozos de nuggets de pollo, que también pedí, cuando pedí 2, los toqué enseguida para preguntar si me podían traer el resto de mis nuggets, a lo que el tipo (supongo que el pesebre) al final del teléfono me dijo “ni siquiera sabías lo que habías pedido, no”, luego me colgó... si quieres que te hablen como un montón de mierda ven a visitar aquí! Horrendo servicio al cliente. No estoy seguro de cómo vas a salir de esta, espero que me respondas... Entraré felizmente y hablaré contigo cara a cara después de la forma en que me hablaste por teléfono sin razón.

Lovely place to eat, food was great 👍 would recommend for sure 😁, probably one of the better stores been to , and to be honest staff wise are very friendly

£17... I ordered a child's burger..(3 burgers) no sauce, nothing.. Bacon burger XXL... freezer cold.. the girl was rude..did not wear gloves.. I demand a refund! This is an insult to landfill! I call 12 times.. they hung up, EVERY time! disgusting food, disgraceful 'customer service'!

No queue, hardly any cars in car park, not busy. Used drive in, ordered bucket of hot wings and a drink. Moved round to second window. After few minutes asked to wait in car park even though no cars behind me. Waited over twenty minutes, still no food. Went back into drive in and explained to young blond girl that I had waited twenty minutes, could wait no longer and asked for a refund. She went to get another girl to process the refund who, without even looking at me or facing me, said in a very aggressive voice "it was only six minutes and if I did not stop complaining (which I was not) she would not give me a refund". She processed my refund, almost threw the card at me then slammed the shutter closed so hard I thought it would break. Appalling service. I will not use again. My credit card statement which I used to pay, proves the timings.

Normally great, today, awful. Waited 20 minutes for food as they were prioritising outside orders rather than people stood infront of them and then just left our food sat on the side for more than 5 minutes going cold!

Stopped off to grab a quick dinner for wife and son. Got my son a kids bucket but there was only 1 fillet and a sundae. No fries, they didn’t put his drink in either. Tried to call but as you can expect no answer.
