This is the second time I have been fleeced by this KFC. Both times I ordered a 10 piece family feast. The first time, of the 10 pieces they gave me, 9 were drumsticks! The next time I went I complained about this to the person who took my order, who assured me that the majority of my new order would not be drumsticks. I took his word for it, silly me, because when I got home and opened the box there were 7 drumsticks! This is the WORST KFC franchise I've ever been to!

First of all we are working away from home on a construction site nearby, this KFC is on the way back to our accommodation, we have been coming here for 3 weeks now and things I have spotted that really need some attention! OK upon walking into the establishment the tables are not cleaned and wiped down, there is food on the floor and not cleaned up. I use the self service machines to order because I got fed up of the staff not understanding a word that I am saying and the staff's English is not the best, there is never any till roll on the self service machines so you don't get a receipt from them, when the order is ready it takes a long time to get a receipt as the staff don't know how to print one off! I then stopped having a colonel's 4 piece meal because they kept giving me 4 legs and I complained 3 times now but they said that is all they had which is a lie! Then if you need to wash your hands after eating that soft greasy dry chicken you can forget it the soap dispensers have been ripped off the wall and there is no soap at all and the toilets stink and not been cleaned regularly, I reported this 3 weeks ago and no change, it is unhygienic and really needs attention plus the area managers are a waste of time they don't do anything about the matters either

Got a party bucket for my family and there was no popcorn chicken or drink in the meal and when I called the kfc the manager hung up on me when I asked for why I had no chicken/pop no my son won’t eat his dinner because of no popcorn chicken and is causing mayhem he is 9 for the record my Receipt code 064101008235085 5:43pm

Absolutely awful. The food tood 10 minutes to be processed. On arriving home (20 miles) with my order I found that they had forgotten to add the chicken to my free piece meal !! Called to complain they said sorry for the mistake I'm welcome to return to get it ! Seemed not to care guess it happens quite a lot. I'd advise going to the McDonald's, dominos or subway near by. Overall the staff are rude the orders are never right looking at other reviews surprised this place hasn't had a serious intervention by management.

Dried up chicken and soggy chips. I said, dried up chicken and soggy chips. What else is there to say? 100 characters and still say the same thing. Not acceptable.

On several occasions recently I've purchased food from here, every time I have got the food home there has been something missing, items such as dips, popcorn chicken but they surpassed themselves and forgot to put in two large pots of mashed potato. When I returned to the shop the boy with the glasses demanded to see the bag of food, when I said they weren't in the bag he said "I put them in, your nothing but a liar" he then proceeded to say that I was also lying about not receiving the dips in the previous order. He shouted at me to bring the bag in so he could see. I did get quite upset and angry and told him I am not a liar and turned round and walked out. So please people if you are ordering from here make sure everything is in the bag before you leave the store so the boy isn't rude to you like he was me.

Why on earth does KFC not serve coffee? No one in the drive thru no one in the restaurant and three staff twiddling their thumbs with a perfectly good coffee machine in plain site. I was going to place a large order but decided another place would get the order instead. One that did coffee.

We had a large bucket of chicken and 4 chips as a take away, the chicken was overcooked very dark batter and very greasy, the chips were soggy and both looked as though they had been cooked a while ago and reheated for us. While we appreciate it is Fried Chicken it shouldn't be oozing with oil when you bite into it. Certainly wont be going back for more of the same. Have used other KFC's and thoroughly enjoyed the food this branch needs to seriously up its game.

So, thought we would try out the Vegan offering. However it is not available with chips (or fries) as their chips are not Vegan!!! This begs the question, what on earth are they doing to the potatoes for them not to be vegan? The assumption is that they must be frying them in animal fat, which seems incredible in this day and age, not good for the planet or the health of their customers! That said, I suspect health of customers and planet will be well down the priorities of any fast food outlet.

Poor service by the drive through operator, served cold food with no fork for the coleslaw, went back round to be told it was fresh, never before have I seen such poor attitude at a KFC. First time using KFC at this location and will never probably use any KFC again if thats the attitude on offer. Took much arguing to get a refund. Went elsewhere.

Ordered 12 hot wings (my favourite) as drive though. The order was there in no time at all, and was just what I wanted. Well done KFC staff,

The order was wrong, only discovered when home! There was a long dark hair in husbands chicken and the chicken was really greasy and overcooked

My girlfriend got food poisoning from this kfc restaurant. The chicken was served raw and very greasy. The quality was rubbish and all thrown in a bag. This was at start of lockdown, no one was wearing gloves but were touching the food and straws (both sides) but never saw staff once wash their hands. Really disappointing. Did complain and the matter got resolved but just thought I would warn!

The only KFC i use, literally the best KFC around, you may have to wait a little bit for food, but its all fresher, juicy, and delicious!!

I frequent this joint because it's the nearest KFC to me. However the service here is sub par; 9 times out of 10 I'm always missing something from my order which leaves me feeling short changed, especially when I'm taking the meal away and I've already gotten home to eat. Today they missed out the popcorn chicken from my trilogy meal which is quite a large fraction of the meal, and I was given the tiniest boneless fillet I've ever seen; so I'm feeling a little bit more ripped off than usual, to be honest. In the past they frequently forget side orders (like hot wings) and sauces which are listed as part of a box meal. Additionally, they have only half filled my large drink order before. I normally don't pay these mistakes much mind but the fact it keeps happening and now I'm missing a main part of my meal has really annoyed me. Beware if you take-away from this place and always double check what they've given you before you leave. Overall, I would not recommend this particular store at all.

Went to kfc this evening to the drive through. Grumpy and sullen voice took order wrong and then moaned about me telling him! Then at the counter we had a rude man forcing us to buy more food! They then got the order wrong and complained when we asked for our missing drink! This happens a lot but this is the worst experience yet! Rude sullen obnoxious staff my advice is go to Mac Donald’s!

That place is bad at the best of time and this just push the game up. Staff are very rude and unhelpful. They get the order wrong and they made me feel very uncomfortable. Went through the drive at Cirencester KFC and had yet another awful experience. The guy taking order was very rude. Keyed our order wrong and was obnoxious and got angry with me when we asked him to fix it. Turned out it was still wrong. Then we noticed I didn't get a drink with my meal so went into the store to get it. I was then sneered at by one guy coming from the back (I guess that was the jerk on the intercom) another man told me They ring up the box only. Not the meal. Even though I asked for a meal. I will stay away from there in the future.

Intente, por segunda vez en un mes, pasar por el camino hasta llegar al personal infantil gruñón y grosero sin modales. Abra la ventana después de 5 minutos, tome el pago, luego aparece la ventana "Ir a estacionar allí" y luego se cierra. Vaya a estacionar donde le dijeron que esperó otros 5 minutos para que un muchacho grosero sacara una caja, pidió que la bebida respondiera que era "oh, sí, espera". Otro muchacho sale con otra caja, sin bebida, pide bebidas nuevamente (todavía no tiene la primera), el segundo muchacho sale nuevamente con bebidas. (Sin pajillas REALMENTE). Pide pajitas, él va y vuelve con paja. (Al menos el segundo muchacho sonrió y fue cortés). No hay señal del puño grosero muchacho. La comida ahora fría la dejamos para ir a Macdonald's donde al menos el personal es amable y sonríe y te da comida caliente.

Llevo a mis hijos a kfc, tal vez un par de veces al mes para un regalo y uso el disco. Esta noche tomó 12 minutos. Esto es muy típico: a menudo es más largo y casi nunca más rápido que esto. Algunos miembros del personal son difíciles de entender, su inglés no es excelente y, sin excepción, siempre se muestran desinteresados y aburridos. He sido un cliente habitual, pero ahora he decidido que ya he tenido suficiente y que ahora iré al McD's a la vuelta de la esquina, donde el personal es eficiente y amable.

Hoy decidí ir al restaurante para comer mi habitación, ya que generalmente el viaje en automóvil a través de usted espera 10 minutos para hacer un pedido sin nadie frente a usted.El proceso de pedido no fue tan malo por una vez. No es gran cosa.Cuando llegué a mi comida. Tomó una eternidad cocinar y ser servido. ¡DIOS MIO! El peor servicio al cliente que he experimentado. El domingo por la noche, esperamos tanto tiempo en el camino que decidimos conducir hasta la ventana, ya que asumimos que el sistema de toma de pedidos debía estar roto. La mujer en la ventana fue extremadamente grosera y levantó la voz gritando: "¿Por qué no me respondiste?" Cuando le expliqué que nadie trató de tomar nuestra orden, muy groseramente nos dijo que no nos serviría en la ventana. Cuando le sugerí que tal vez debería conducir de nuevo, ella dijo bruscamente que no y, como no había otros autos detrás de nosotros, nos serviría esta vez. Resoplando y resoplando, tomó nuestra orden, pero nunca dijo por favor, gracias o sonrió. Al revisar el recibo para obtener su nombre, noté que ella había ingresado a la caja registradora como 'Aaron'. Todavía tengo la intención de quejarme directamente con KFC ya que estoy tan horrorizado. No recomendaría ir aquí. Si hubiera una calificación de 0 estrellas, le daría a esta sucursal de KFC esa calificación.

Friendly employees and fast service. Very much appreciated how clean the restaurant was inside. I enjoyed a mini fillet burger and a flamin wrap. It’s hard to find a KFC that serves nice food but this location does and checks all the boxes. Excellent experience at this location.

Don't usually do fast food, but had a hectic day and was starving so called in here. Rude, uninterested staff, who didn't appear to understand what I was saying ? Food was cold and greasy and the place was dirty. An awful experience.

Wouldn't bother wasting your time or money. Food comes out cold. Staff don't understand what your saying therefore orders are wrong. Moody Staff! And disgusting toilets not to mention the state of the restraunt myself. Tables always filthy and floors covered in food!

Been many times. Food nice and order always correct. Foreign staff not at all welcoming, poor communication. Restaurant clean, toilets questionable.

Staff cant understand what you're saying at the drive through. If you cant understand English don't work with people that speak it, simple as. 3 times in a row the order has been wrong. One time there was hair embedded in the coating. I was only given a refund!! What happened to exchange of food and a refund as a goodwill gesture?? Rubbish customer service all round with no please or thank you's. Kfc need to reconsider who they give their franchises to!!!

Your better off going hungry seriously the worst ever kfc, they very rarely get your order right it’s nearly always like warm sometimes they don’t even have enough chicken cooked staff are mostly rude and ignorant, if you do really need to get a takeaway go to McDonald’s which is only slightly better but at least it stays warmer a bit longer

I come here occasionally and use both the restaurant and the drive through. Always experience painfully slow service... Food is always fresh though but my goodness, speed up!

On Friday evening my partner and I, both ate in the KFC in Cirencester and both our meals were raw, we told a member of staff, just to be told sorry, no refund or offer of replacement food, do not eat here

No, el normal para mi grupo tour almuerzo chino pero no me quejo porque conseguí KFC. No estoy seguro el personal quedamos impresionados con un grupo de 31 simplemente girando fuera el azul para el almuerzo.

Nos gusta venir a conseguir comida aquí, pero ten en cuenta que tienden a cerrar temprano cada noche lo que es una verdadera decepción si entras allí! ! También debe verificar la orden en 3 ocasiones hemos comido comida falta

Slow service, awful staff, trained chimp could do better, rude staff, no customer service skills non existent, card machine we had to pay on clearly wasn't working, but the horrible woman who ended up dealing with it just snatched the food back saying can't have it as card wasn't working, errmm hello try your card machine malfunctioning, also went other night to which some halfwit who works there decided because he sort of knew me it was OK to be rude and cocky, sorry that's not how it works, also toilets aren't the best either, I would suggest avoiding this KFC, I don't much care for macdonalds but would still rather go there instead

This is a smaller restaurant on a retail park. Usually full of kids, the fare is the usual expensive KFC.

So, I have visited this restaurant a fair few times as it is close and convenient. Initially I had no issues, the food was fine, I always order the same as I love the Zinger burger meal. The last 4 visits have ended in disappointment though. I place my order, making sure to speak clearly as I am aware that some of the staffs English isn't brilliant (Not an issue, at least they're trying to speak the language of the country they live and work in unlike a lot of British people abroad). I receive my order. I go home and open my order to find that it is not the Zinger burger I was so looking forward to is not a Zinger burger at all. It is a fillet burger. The first time I wasn't too bothered, a little irritated but hey! People mess up sometimes. The second time.....getting a little more annoyed. Third time, seriously considering walking back and demanding the correct food. Fourth time (after making sure that the girl that took my order confirmed it was a Zinger) I get home and it's another bloody fillet. Don't think I will go back....

Though it appears they do not do milkshakes !!Ok, so two lattes and two, err, cokes it will have to be. Price was fine the wait for the 3 cars in front was not so great.My car has stop start thing. When it is stopped it will after quite a while start up as it thinks the battery is getting a little low.......it started....still no further forward.Coffee was poor as well...once we got it.

Visit was all fine great staff until I had to use the men's toilet smelt very fishy strange when they only sell chicken glad I'd eaten before. But there must be a issues with drains.

I`ve been lucky to visit only when there is no que. This fast food joint is quite newly build (hey, the frying gadgets are new, right?) therefore, my food usually ends up looking and tasting good - crispy chicken with no oil dripping. Feels fresh as well. Ok, I might be different since I skip the cheese/mayo to save some calories which ends up getting a freshly made items. Utilities seem to be spacious, WC clean, air conditioned. I must say - for a fast food place and a KFC - there are a lot worse places - and this is not one of them!

Absolutely vile stay well clear!! You will wait in the que for at least an hour all the staff are slow and useless!!!! Wouldn't go back

Easy to have a drive in for after work etc., so was disappointed on my last visit to discover the order taker was not as polite or helpful as usual. Was told, even 'tho the lit board next to the order station quite clearly offered this, that the only side available with the rice box was fries. I don't want to eat yet more fat, so the sweet corn or beans is always my choice. When I spoke to the Manager he was equally perfunctory and said the menu had changed and they would change the outside board next week. I pointed out that if something is advertised it needs to still be offered. I got my beans but felt the treatment was cursory and borderline unpleasant.

The service was friendly and the food was good. Conveniently located and easy to reach by car. This place is convenient for me as I travel through the area a lot.

Food is always hot & i think good value for money , a comfortable fast food restaurant which is good when you want to eat out & not take it home just for it to go cold .

I have always loved KFC and when one opened up in Cirencester it couldn't wait to try it. It was great however the last 3 times the I visited, when I bit into the delicious chicken the inside was still a bit raw and there was blood. I have now gone off KFC as I do not want food poisoning.
