Service here is so bad. One staff member just talking rudely like he doesn't want to be there and rushes you along when it's not even busy. Throwing food around. Then when you sit down and eat you get to hear the staff very loudly arguing with each other out the back.

Arrived at 4.15pm today. All chairs on tables, floor mopped etc. Horrifically hot as AC had been turned off due to close to closing! IT STATES ON THE DOOR YOU CLOSE AT 5PM! Had the steak. It was like beef jerky! Bread was crispy all the way through! If your product isn't up to to standard at end of play don't sell it! £10 for a foot long doorstop leaves a bad taste in the mouth, quite literally. I appreciate people want to go home at the end of a long day, but a site effectively closed an hour prior to stated time is ludicrous. The guy behind the counter was smiley but clearly in a hurry to leave. Leaving would seem to be a wise choice

you may want to remove the delivery option from yhr subway in Cirencester you have no drivers in Cirencester.

Food was alright cant really make a subway wrong. But the staff member was so rude and unhygienic. Started itching his head whilst making the subway. Would recommend the walk to the other Cirencester Subway.

We were made to feel welcomed and everyone who was served was asked about their day and how the years been so far. My friend had fallen over on the walk over and grazed all his arms when Memul one of the workers spotted it he instantly offered some plasters. 10/10 customer service definitely recommend.

Awful trip to subway! We not be going again stick to maccies, myself and my wife went in this evening to get 3 subs… we were rushed even tho there was nobody in the shop at the time the food was made badly the staff was extremely rude did not want to serve us what so ever! This isn't the first time I have been spoken like this by this member of staff… other family members have also had run in with this lady! My wife tonight was violently sick after her sub tonight not well also way to hot burning our mouths! we really wanted to try the new sub melts but we were told very shortly that the machine was broken also all out of cheesey nachos once again we were told sharply and rudely!

Truthfully it really needs a good clean. It's a bit dirty and a bit shabby.

So me and my friend thought It would be nice to go to subway on our lunch break and we went to order our lunch and this lady who was very rude just walked away to go in the back room and then she gave me And my friend attitude and we had to explain what we wanted twice and the sandwich that I had she cut it through the plastic and it had plastic in my sandwich im now worried about ordering from there now because the lady who cut my sandwich with plastic please stay away has health and safety is appalling service is appalling and she was huffing and puffing and she was talking and not listening

I was appalled by the service I received today the staff were rude to me and my friend who were on lunch break from work she asked to take our order then walked off and started talking to another staff member they didn’t listen to what we wanted and huffed and puffed when we asked where most of our order was let’s just say that we wont be coming back and going elsewhere for lunch

I really enjoyed the service and the free cookie was much appreciated. The footling was tasty and I liked the meal deal!

Absolute appalling service today by the man who served me. Turnd his back to do jobs without giving me my receipt or napkins, asked for my meat to be heated up, first before having in the baguette, attitude face when I said he forgot the bacon. Been coming here since opening, all other servers have been extremely lovely and helpful as was the lovely lady who was working with him today, clearly knew his behaviour was unacceptable.

Giving this only one star as one of the employees was so rude to everyone - very stroppy - complaining how he should of finished work at 3pm - literally throwing the equipment and food around - he clearly did not want to be serving anyone, he shouted ‘next’ to each customer aggressively. The lady behind in the queue had not been to subway before and was very upset by the way he spoke to her. His colleague was lovely but clearly felt awkward by his colleagues behaviour. We will not return to this branch.

Worst Subway I've ever had. Toasted sub was in for about 15 seconds and was stone cold. Was suggested what to put in to my sub when I'm quite capable of choosing what I want. Absolutely shocking state of cleanliness during such times too. Embarrassing to be honest!

Was just getting my regular 6” spicy Italian subway when all of a sudden one of staff members, with glasses and a beard, verbally assaulted my college associates without substantial reasoning. It frightened the entire shop and seemed very unprofessional. Would not recommend going here.

amazing customer service and delicious food

Second meatball marinara I have had recently where the (wholemeal) bread has been stale. Today the end was clearly (not cut off) pulled maybe. The crisps were stale the packet had expiry December but must of been a whole in the packet. Didn’t notice until home. Very disappointed. Showing signs that maybe the other subway is being favoured? Maybe not long until it’s closed down.

Great food and was served by a guy called Chris, he was very helpful. He Reccomend things for my sub and really me it special.

Horrendous disrespect was shown to my friends and I. The employee serving us was extremely rude and lazy. He was using absolutely no regular customer service towards us and on many occasions completely ignored what we were saying. Do not go to this subway! YOU WILL REGRET IT! (If I had the choice it would be given 0 stars)

the service was shocking never been served so dreadfully in my life, it was like he didn’t have a voice, he never asked what i wanted just expected me to know what to do. Never go here if you want to be served with a little respect. Save your time and go get a tesco meal deal.

Just the perfect lunchtime sandwich made up by super efficient staff. Have it made up your way nice and fresh, never tire of the taste ! Good town location.

Great service and chat with the two guys this evening. We ordered one gluten free foot long chicken and bacon, and a meat feast. Both very tasty and thoroughly enjoyed. We'll be back!

I’m not normally a Subway type of person, as I just like picking my sandwich up and away. But as I had a little more time on my hands I decided to have one hand crafted! The guy was very pleasant and asked all the correct questions. I don’t know if it’s me though, but it does take a long time to make! Overall my experience was good, and I might even visit again!

Very nice subway, usually enough space to sit and eat but also not empty. Polite staff and food is what you would expect from a subway. Sometimes a slight few of staff (you would probably realise if you see them) namely I think who is the manager can come off as being rather rude and impatient and sometimes get things wrong. Otherwise I cannot complain and its not often you will have who I mentioned.

Food was fine and quickly served as it's was Sunday afternoon. Cleanliness could if been better , the toilet needs tidying .

A subway will always just be an expensive sandwich you could just buy from a local shop for a fraction of the price, but yeh its good food anyway

After numerous emails to Subway customer services asking why ,2x 6"" basic Italian spicy cost £7 -96p including a drink in Subways in Weymouth, Swindon, Cheltenham .. Cirencester charge £10+ for the same meal. The response was the biggest load of cobblers I,he ever heard!!!! 'Subways are experimenting with different kinds of meals! ' Really , well we have had the same meal for the past 4 yrs . We might live in the 'sticks' but we,re not stupid.

Fresh food and good customer service

Really good food and reasonable price! It’s a shame that some of the staff let it down. Casually sat with my friends while they were eating and one of the staff members rudely said “if you haven’t brought anything or are not going to, get out”. Also I’ve asked to use the toilet, as it was locked, and he said no as I hadn’t brought anything. I think this is out of order! I should be able to use the toilet when I please

The employees are rude and disrespectful. When I visited yesterday evening I brought a drink and nachos, I later on asked if I could have some water and the employees said no, I then asked if I could use the toilet as they had locked it and they said I hadn’t brought anything. I think this is disgusting!! The employee then started mopping the floor 2hours before closing, anyone could easily slip and hurt them selves!

My order was taken politely, my meal quickly prepared and I upgraded it to a" meal deal". The meal tasted fine. No complaints at all.

What a tasty spicy Italian I had, the guy knows his stuff. Not your average roll. Lots of texture and bursting with flavour. Definately a favourite stop off!!

Average value for money. I always buy salads from subway and at this branch i always have to ask for more of each ingredient to be put in the bowl as they are incredibly stingy with portion sizes. Most of the staff give off the impression that they'd rather be working somewhere else!

A few people have commented on dirty tables. This is not the staff's fault, but those customers who cannot clean up after their meals.....it's not difficult to do this! The order for my meal was politely taken, my meal deal prepared well and it all tasted good. No complaints at all.

Dry bread, curled old salad, bored staff, tasteless filling

Quick service, but the experience could have been improved. Most subways that I go in will have the staff change their gloves (or at least ask) if the person who is ordering has asked for a vegetarian/vegan sub. However, the employee did not change his gloves after he had just handled meat while making another sub.

Great for a quick snack. No frills sandwich on the go or eat in. I asked for a strong coffee but someone must have forgotten to put the coffee in. It was terrible. Otherwise, not bad

This branch of Subway is located a few yards from the High Street so will be missed by many. It gets very busy at lunchtimes, yet ticks over at other times. Sone have commented about the state of the interior .m....but ...if some of the diners cleaned up after themselves there would not be stuff left laying around!!! I have eaten here a few times this week and it has been service with a smile and decently prepared food. No complaints at all.

You know what you are getting. Food is fine. Disappointingly inflexible when it comes to substitutions. For example, when asked to substitute salami for ham on a kids meal was told can only add it as an extra. I didn't want extra - I wanted it instead. Wouldn't happen in the States, where the customer is king. Disappointing.

Another day another brilliant Sub of the day! Unfortunately they didn't do iced coffee but did suggest the iced tea which was so lovely and cool on this very hot day. Again great friendly helpful staff in what has to be the largest Subway I've ever been in! Another win win situation from superb subway! Thank you again 😊

Staff which don’t really understand English coupled with their disinterest had work getting what your want. Restaurant was so dirty floor covered in food. Seats covered in food. Empty food packets everywhere !! Staff chatting to themselves outside the door no cleaning happened at all. Not like they were busy we were the only ones in it. Can see now why !! Give this a miss

At one point a customer returned from the counter with a cloth to clean her own table. It was a busy half term lunch time but there were lulls in service where staff could have cleared up. The toilet was a mess too with water and paper towels all over the floor. Disappointing.

Now i know it must be mighty hard for the sandwich artists to ruin a sandwich and make mistakes when they are always in sight but the employee was enthusiastic, professional and polite. Bravo.

Four staff behind the counter all seemingly happy (and polite) and a packed Subway at noon today. I ordered a three quid lunch meal which was quickly prepared by a pleasant member of staff. Food tasted fresh and good.

Absolutely shocking service. 2 staff on, whom one can only assume are trainees. If this is the case, then very poor management.

Your typical Subway, fast and efficient. Can attract an abrasive crowd. Staff do try to keep on top of this. Don't know if more can be done. Unpleasant for other customers unfortunately though.

Very Dirty seating area's tables looked like they hadn't been wiped down all day. Full of "Teenagers" who bought one drink between 12 of them and just took up loads of room to use the Free WiFi and roll cigarettes out of the rain.

Dirtiest Subway I have ever been in don't bother

It's the usual Subway but with more helpful staff. Nice and cheap place to eat at on a Sunday morning.

Asked the sandwich artist to "scoop/hollow/remove the soft insides of the bread" which he did know how to do (like generally). Happens. Aside from that, he did however "double toast" my sub and did know how to give me a receipt with 20 digit receipt number for cases when you forget your Subcard/mobile! From Subway business point of view an option of "scooping/hollowing insides of the sub" should be an standard option because it makes room for extra meet/toppings/sauces etc. leading to more profits, right Subway? Steak, no cheese, marinara sauce, all veg sub I ordered was good!

I was in town and bemoaning the apparent lack of a "proper café", when three ladies recommended a nearby trendy café and this Subway outlet. I chose this one. It is located over-looking the main car-park and slightly out of sight of the main shopping area, but the short walk is worth it.

Good atmosphere and friendly staff. Typical subway food, would be five stars if there wasn't a better alternative for sandwiches close by.

I come here for lunch on a regular basis, with so many choices of bread, filling, salad and sauces even the most fussy eater will find something to enjoy. Although Subway gets very busy the staff are always friendly as well as efficient.

Subway cirencester. For a chain of food outlets it's reasonable. Staff service on the day of our visit was very good polite and curtious. We got exactly what we asked for My seven year old loved his meat ball marinarer

Staff seem positive (one manager is really humorous) and fast. Food seemed legit. I ordered just the meatballs (strange, but never eaten a sandwich in SUBWAY) - and I noticed SUBWAY does not provide spoons? At least I got a set of fork/knife which is no good for meatball soup-good thing I got a spoon in my bag :) In colder months of the year I have noticed large amounts of moisture condensation on the windows. Will test the staff on custom sandwich making some time.
