Never been to a slower mcdonalds ever, hardly any customers and now waited 20 minutes for food, gave up on the drive thru, parked up and went in, but not much quicker, should have stayed in the drive thru queue.

The worst MacDonald's breakfast I have ever had, No egg or cheese in sausage and egg muffin. How difficult is it to get this right. Service was the slowest I have experienced as waiting 20 minutes in the drive through with only 3 vehicles in front of us. They should be embarrassed to call it fast food or food at all. I had a fantastic experience at mc donald. This is my first time visit. I’m greeted with a smile and receive quick and courteous service. The restaurant is always clean and well-organized, and the staff is attentive and helpful. The food is exactly what you expect: tasty, hot, and perfectly prepared. My favorites are the Mc crispy and the fries, always crispy and delicious. Even the coffee is surprisingly good, perfect for a quick break. I also love the wide variety on the menu, offering something for everyone, from classic burgers to lighter options like salads and wraps. All at a very affordable price, making it an excellent choice for a quick and satisfying meal. Additionally, I really appreciate the attention given to kids, with the Happy Meal menu never failing to please, complete with a toy. It’s always a pleasure to bring my family here, knowing that everyone will find something they love. In summary, McDonald's consistently delivers a pleasant experience, with quality food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. I can't wait to return!

Quiet and quick service but was about 6:30am. Great place to stop before sitting in the queue for RIAT 2024.

Drive through seems slow every time I come here always queues in comparison to others I go to. Seriously if it’s known why not improve it does the manage or area manager not care?

I ordered through deliveroo which was excellent service but unfortunately McDonald's missed out my grilled chicken salad and when I phoned McDonald's about it all they said was it's deliveroos fault which it is not the case , they do not do the orders McDonald's do the orders for delivery so how they can blame deliveroo is beyond me mcdonalds got it wrong they are the ones preparing the food, deliveroo only pick up and deliver. I called McDonald's Cirencester and all they done was deny responsibility and blamed delivery service , they said I have to call the delivery for a refund, why , as it's clearly McDonald's error, the item was on my receipt, so they charged me for it but are not willing to sort it out of MY ADVICE DON'T GET ANYTHING FROM MCDONALD'S DELIVERED ITS NOT WORTH IT BECAUSE IF ITS WRONG THEY WILL NOT RESOLVE THE PROBLEM and just to say the so say manager is 27 , I am 59 and think I know a lot about how things than him he is younger than my own children.

Friendly polite staff and this restaurant managed to get our whole order correct pretty much. In other restaurants we have to go back which is a pain especially when you use the drive through. The restaurant was clean and tidy.

Absolutely avoid. The staff suffer severe paranoia, and harass members of public in public places. You will approached by a jobs worth clip board warrior desperate for attention and a purpose. AVOID!! security staff very unhinged!!

5 out of 6 orders in the past 6 months have had items missing. I just had to make a second order because they forgot the only thing on the list that my wife wanted. So I ordered only one item and they forgot the sauces that are meant to go with it. Unbelievable.

Fast service parking is difficult only about 15 spaces

Slow service - drive through. Delay to receive ordered menu. When opened later found th echicken salad to be two pieces of chicken, three minute tomato slices and one cucumber; but masses of lettuce! Perhaps Chicken with lettuce a better description. No recipt either in memnu bag.

Cold burger, uncooked nuggets, soggy fries and ordered a box of 6 nuggets but we got 5. Very disappointing.

Poor we did an online order which isn’t a new occurance, we processed and looked at our order where it was how we chose as the Oder arrived the burger was unwrapped in the bag and also not as we chose all the other items were as selected but for some reason this was wrong very disappointing and upsetting all I wanted was a plain hamburger and they continued to add in what we dislected

Staff were great but it was so busy. Queues at the front door made it near impossible to get the single buggy in. Layout is not very well designed. There is no seating that allows for buggys or extra items

We used the drive-through and had five items ordered in Mc Donald's drown bag. When we got home 7 miles away one was missing, but we were charged for it. Will not be returning 😠

Worker named Anton needs a raise, he's nice, delivers quickly and always smiles. Apart from that I had a winning code but the item I wanted a sugar donut wasn't available which was disappointing.

Im not a huge fan of mcdo, but I have to give them credit here; everything is clean and tidy, staff are quick to clean tables when people leave, food order was delivered to the table quickly, the order was correct, toilets and change facilities were in good order, touch screen order points were clean. Most of this is to be expected, but so many places fail, I feel it should be recognised that this place does what it sets out to, well. Extra kudo to the Asian lady, that was cleaning, did a great job and was pleasant and humorous too.

Can this place get any worse. Slow delivery time might not be there fault but the lack of quality 100% is. Disgusting food. Missed instructions. General jobs worth. If you own this franchise, Sell it and shut the doors. MacDonald’s Cirencester you continue to disappoint me.

Once again this McDonalds has no chocolate milk shake, although readily available at Swindon, Gloucester and Cheltenham. Must be the poor cousin at the end of the supply line. Another missed sale.

Don't try to change anything on your order like less cheese for example, you'll have it the way it arrives!

Good. Place to stop off when I had a long drive .the food is fine, we did not have to wait long. The staff were friendly and helpful. The car park is small, but it is fine.

Been there tonight and basically the self serve machine didn't work as normally does so went to order at the counter and waiting 5 minutes to be seen and then took another 20-25 minutes for the food and when it did come out it was Luke warm.

Parnlita cured my Monday blues with her infectious positive energy. I was on my way to work and stopped by for some food and wow this branch is the best I have ever been. Really clean,and comfortable. Though, parking is limited it’s nones fault really.

Absolutely useless. Repeatedly cannot get a 3 product order correct. I.E there meals! A burger, a chips or side, a drink Sounds pretty simple but for the good folks at cirencester McDonald's simple is still a few steps ahead of them.

Quick ish to receive the food. Ordered in store via the tablet screens. Food was good quality, hot and fresh. Wish the latte could be hotter but was ok. Store was quiet, easy to park. Good visit

Got there at 11:00pm to be told that they only serving on drive through. On the window is saying that is open till 12:00am. This happened a few times now.

The best customer interaction I have ever received from a McDonalds. The whole team was friendly as was the atmosphere. Had a problem at the order machine and a team member came over to help out. Placed our order at till with the politest young man I've met in a mcds, Chloe assisted filling my water bottle and took the time to ask how my day was. Awesome guys.

Brilliant quick service. And the out front lady is so friendly. And really keeps that McDonald's looking really clean. Some McDonald's look dirty etc but this place is a credit to the company

Been great customer service every time, i am a regular at this maccies however the last 2 times i have eaten from here i have received food poisoning. It’s just abit concerning that it has happened twice in a row now. nothing wrong with the staff or the food as it’s been great but just maybe there is some cross contamination going on or stuff isn’t being cooked to what it’s supposed to be ect , so just a heads up 👍🏻

Never had a McDonald's with dirty fryer fries before. Had next to nothing in stock.

I was in the area with work and stopped here for breakfast. The staff were so friendly, from taking my order to having a chat when collecting food. To top it off it was the nicest maccys breakfast I've had! Hot, not greasy, hash brown was so crispy, just the way I like it. I'd travel over an hour to go there again!!

Not great today. Waited a day and age for my order while all I can hear is staff in the kitchen shouting and swearing, along with the constant inferno of bleeping which is horrendous. Definitely will not be revisiting this store again

The kids that work there are fine, but the carpark is like Beirut on a Friday night. If you drive anything halfway-low you are going to lose the front valance on the way in, let alone having to go full Mad Max to get parked.

Food was great. Very busy. Although it still has a sign saying it is 24/7 this is no longer true and hasn’t been for a number of years. I think the sign needs changing or they need to go back to being open 24 hours a day. On the whole a very good McDonalds that very rarely disappoints. Very good click and collect parking facilities with lots of numbers to park in also.

I don’t usually leave a review but my experience was that bad I had to. Took 20 minutes for our breakfast to come out to us. Food was cold and flat drinks. Not impressed at all

Carpark too small. No click and collect and food was cold.

Everything was cooked quickly was was hot when it arrived at our table. The staff were also friendly and helpful and quickly stopped what they were doing to resolve a small issue of a mixed up burger. Nice environment and nice staff.

Food is actually just what you come to expect but the staff here are great. Even friendlier and more helpful than your usual McDonald's

Pancakes did not come with syrup or fork.

For a specialist burger company, a bit dry. For qtr pounder it was small. In fact now i think about it, it was same size you get in the sausaugr breakfast burger.

I ordered a sweet chilli chicken wrap at the kiosk to take away What I got, once home, did not taste right...no sweet chilli, but there was bacon in it. I do NOT eat mammals. It tasted disgusting to me so I couldn't eat it. Disgraceful service

I have not gone to a Macs for a while, gone down hill big time, if you use every week you may not notice. But the burgers have got smaller but well over priced for a family meal time, cold tasteless pap. It is cheaper to go to a kebab van or use a local family run cafe, at least it will have flavour and good service with hot food.......... stay away use local instead.

So I didn't have access to a car and because of this I got refused service after 11pm when the drive thru was still open and serving others.

It's a compact place, particularly so with reference to the small car park. That said the staff were friendly, the food prepared speedily and was nice all round. FYI the car-park is monitored and has a one-and-a-half hours limitation.

Always so cold in here! Not the quickest either, but at least the food is hot.

The food was excellent and piping hot. The chips were so good and the table service was excellent and our food was delivered very quickly. One thing that was annoying was that there was no self serve dips in the restaurant so we had to ask the staff for some, but once again the staff were very helpful and got us some. 10/10 really good

Food was quick staff friendly. Nothing major just a stand macies. Parking is a bit tight. And their ordering machine was a bit tempental. Never going to give high stars for here as its still only macies

Went on a Wednesday after a charity shop lovely food probably because I had not had it in about 4 months. We could not use Click & serve due to the reserved parking spaces being taken. We went through through the drive thru with the app code. If going definitely use your rewards points if you use the app and have them. Saves lots of money and can get a crispy chicken burger for 2500 points

Honestly the best service I've ever received from a mcdonalds while we were away from home to watch the fiarford airshow. We ordered on the app. Went to the drive through window then got the food practically straight away! Never experienced that before and I always use the app with my local mcds. I'd also like to say the staff are so friendly and cheerful here. A guy was really upbeat and full of laughs when we went. Definitely left us with smiles on our faces. Wish we got his name though. Funny bit if you're in a van it feels like you're towering over the windows. It's hilarious. Overall an amazing experience. Best mcdoanlds so far!! Oh the most important bit... the food was also top notch. Not cold or dry or untidy. Hot and tasty.

Pretty decent Macdonald's, easy to find if you need some food quickly.

Pretty standard McDonald's, but amazing staff, a small child fainted near me, and one of the staff had come to offer assistance and called the first aider, all within a few minutes. Very caring and very quick, great service!

This McDonald’s needs a mcinspection. Other than the millions of dirty footprints on the floor with the likeness of a mass migration to Mecca the food is alright.

It's a McDonalds! Typical Mcds food. It's pretty average. The lattes were ok, but the Americano needed attention. The cup we got was undrinkable. The servers were polite, prompt, and well presented. The toilets were clean.

They forgot two of our 6 orders. Didn't realise till 10 miles away. Returned and they redid the whole order. Good, but wish they got it right first time

Staff were friendly, but there were no fries and the men's toilets were flooded and out of service.

Praise to Palnita for keeping the place sparkly clean especially the toilet! i hope that everyone appreciate it.
