The best restaurants serving Fast food food in England

Just ordered a meal for four people, delivery took 45 min, Burger Missing Drink Missing, food was cold, fries freezing , only enjoyable thing was the milk shake even though it was thin when drinking and not thick, I think all the McDonalds are the same staff problems, not enough staff and Delivery's get sorted first or drive threw, I've had bad experience in side the restaurant as well as outside . I think the Team Leaders need to sort teams out for different sections inside you are hanging around waiting ages for orders

Went to order food and the lad looked over at his colleague and rolled his eyes, shocking customer service skills, after doing our order he sighed he was so rude. Called Bailey. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

You have to watch how much there charging your card as they will take more than what is advertised on the board

Visited Burger King and Gregg’s, as they share the same building. Absolutely disgusting, the dining area had food all over the floor. The toilets were filthy. Staff in Gregg’s have no customer service skills! We’re totally uninterested in my custom. I won’t be returning and do not recommend anyone else goes!

Often found items missing from an order, whether it being ordering in the restaurant, take-away or delivery. Customer service could also be improved. We seen to have consistent issues when ordering via the app that upon arrival to collect at drive-thru, employees cannot find our order number or say payment hasn't been taken - meaning we then have to park up and sort it out in the restaurant - which defeats the point of using the drive-thru. Employees should be helping at the order window, not telling customers to go into the restaurant instead to resolve the issue.

Los llamé para cuestionar esto y me dijeron que me habían estado llamando, lo cual es una mentira absoluta. Terrible servicio no te molestes en pedir de ellos mentirosos absolutos. Necesito un mensajero que pueda leer un mapa o seguir un navegador satelital como la dirección era correcta.

Fuming. It said it closed at 4:30 am. I walk 2 miles to get there at 4:15 and it was closed. Just fancied a kebab and ruined my night.

Ni siquiera estaba ocupado cuando hicimos el pedido y aunque cerraron a las 6 de la tarde creo que es un poco temprano guardando la mayoría de las sillas en las mesas alrededor de las 4 : 15 pm , la gente seguía entrando y no había suficientes mesas para unos pocos!!!

El lugar estaba fuera de cuarto de libras empanadas y refrescos. Anuncian un batido de muecas, pero al parecer todo el Reino Unido está agotado... ¿y lo sacan del menú?

Nipped I to drive through for a boneless banquet for one. Only went onto the carpark. The chips were stone cold and soggy. The gravey tub was half full. The popcorn chicken was look wRm at best and the filleys were OK but not hot. Sorry, but won't be back.

Franklea sirve a Greggs. La señora de la caja era extremadamente amable. Servicio rápido y eficiente y comida encantadora que estaba lista rápidamente.

Went at about 1pm dinner time on 22nd of December. Very noisy, dirty place with kids running amok so i got takeaway which was fairly quick . I don't recommend going on weekend or school holidays or eating in.

Oh dear, very disappointing. Been going to Witney Kebab House for years and there has been a drop in quality recently culminating in recent visit Sunday 21st of July 2024 after spending a nice evening in the pub. We ordered a small chicken kebab - which at least was cooked from fresh - a medium doner kebab and portion of chips, straight away noticed there was no salad out at all at the front of the counter as there normally is - odd I thought - but I thought the staff may be getting it from the back as I asked for all salad for each kebab which they confirmed. Then as we turned away they got the boxes with our food closed, after asking what sauces, and passed us the bag then we walked home. When we opened each of the kebabs at home each was just the meat, pitta and sauce with no salad. Chicken was OK, as were chips,but doner meat was dry & reheated & tasteless, but never had a kebab in my life with no salad and realised not brilliant without it! And we were charged £19.50 for it! Last time I use Witney Kebab House. The end.

saw a dead woman. didnt know this was a homeless shelter. very slow service woman was standing like a zombie ignoring us at the till and a man with a twirly moustache staring at me creepily. there was also a man billing a zoot at the door and the security were hanging out with him. would give -1 stars if i could. i also saw a fox get run ober oitside in the rain. it was raining and it was a food experience. the food was bery cold and burger was dryer than the sahara deset
